    I bought a product of 12500/- and EMI was 1260 PM. They started deducting EMI's from my OLD account which was closed 2-3 years back. I gave them information of my new account and there executive lost my documents. Since then, I was being called every month to the cash amount. I paid for first 3-4 months but then I stopped as I wanted to fix this issue due to my CIBIL being hit. I requested many times and then things heated up. There representatives, Managers and recovery agents were so damn rude however I stood still. I then started getting calls from police department and lawyers. I made it very clear that only 2 EMI's are left, first you remove the bounce back charges and then i will make the payment. No solution to that.

    Imp note - I got a call some days ago, to pay 3000/- to wrap this one set for all whereas my actual amount due was 2520/-. I paid 3000/- as full time settlement to get the NOC but no NOC yet and company is denying that we made this kind of promise. Now they are asking me to 9825/- as the interest and bounce charges.

    Please help as they are harassing and threatening by calling after every 1-2 days

    Any thing else you can do to fix this?

        On 19 july 2019 i have lodged a complain against emi credit card to bajaj finserv. But till date it is not solved. On the otherhand thay said that i have used emi credit card on april 2014. From bajaj finance. But the fact is that i have purchased a split ac from gread eastern appl. Pvt ltd. And paid rs.31, 080/-by instalments and that was not by emi credit card. So, please refund my inactive emi credit card charges immediately otherwise i will complain it to consumer forum. Please be noted that i am a retired bank emplyee and you have no right to debit my account without my permission. It is punishable offence. Regards

          dirdb charges deduction

          I have taken 5000 rs loan from bajajfinserv (Lan577wltej378402), and i have paid first emi on time, but in july month my salary delayed that time i have maintened sufficient funds after the due date of emi, but they have deducted my account with 1770 rs (590rs x 3) for dirdb charges, then i had requested to them to refund my deducted amount and i had paid the emi also with bounce charges.           There is one mail i have got on 8th of august that loan of rs 6400 is being approved for purchase of apparels at bangalore.

          I was having the consumer durable card long 5 year back and it got expired and i have never requested it again.

          Nor my kyc updated from last 5 years on my customer profiles. Older number and address being there.

          Now i have some serious concerns how bajaj issues a emi retail card without i request for it. After that i don’t have that card or any details but someone uses it at merchant site and get the otp verified on old number.

          This serious fraud you can use as many as many cards to existing customers and use them send loan details and ask them to pay.
          I have raised many request and grievance no one is ready get this resolved.

            This is in reference to my Loan Account No. 405DFS89560194, wherein you act as a loan facilitator towards an insurance policy amounting to Rupees 5, 399/-(Five Thousand three Hundred Ninety Nine only). The Loan facility that your good office provided, its repayment schedule fixed for 10 months, wherein my monthly Emi tune to Rupees 540/- (Five Hundred and Forty only) monthly and start from[protected].

            Your good office provide me facility of an auto debit, in which your good office directly deduct my emi monthly till[protected],

            My Grievance

            As your good office provide me auto facility for last nine emi, I expected the same auto deduction facility for my last emi too and further I like to inform your good office that my account was sufficiently funded for auto deduction of my emi on[protected]For ready reference I am attaching my statement hereinbelow for your ready reference as 1) despite of that your good office failed to provide me service for the same.Your good office failed to auto debit my last emi from my bank account.

            Your good office provide an additional service, that is to provide intimation message to inform your consumer that they failed to provide emi and you provide extension for repayment of default emi. I loved to inform you that many of your consumers benefited from the same except me. I received an email on[protected] at 18:33 pm which states that due to non receipt of EMI my card no. 3856 was suspended. I was surprised and shocked and I reply to the same mail but no response received till yet.

            I had word with your concern member they inform me to wait and I am waiting till date. Further the site which you referred in your app is not reachable to your consumer. After all veins efforts i am writing you to redress my issue or come to conclusion.

            Prayer

            I therefore request your good office to unblock my card at the earliest and provide me compensation for making me run from pillar to post and harassment.

            I hope you redress my complaint at the earliest.

But i don't know why bajaj finserv deducted 295 rs saying that (Sbi charge for failed mandate txn bajaj finance l) but i had paid all my emi in time and bajaj finserv already said that we have time till 5 days from month start to pay the emi and avoid bounty charges.                 For loan 4000CD92174219 I have foreclosed the account in may with cash around 19000 however the agent used that amount for his personal things. And Bajaj has been collecting the same amount from my bank account when asked the agent he is not answering my call and he is not refunding my money back. When complained in Bajaj office they have called the agent and no action was taken. And now Bajaj is collecting dishonour charges, late payment charges.

                    Sir,

                    I have made a query regarding personal loan on paisabazaar.com for 1 lacs.. They suggested me best offer about baja finserv personal loan and as per my eligibility they told me i am eligible for personal loan for 05 lacs loan and no extra charge will be deducted without 05 lacs and only stamp duty is applicable. But when the representative came to meet he again told me that 2.5 % processing fee will be deducted from the loan amount. Then also i agreed and he brought huge no of documents to sign, i signed the documents.
                    The day next they credited amount of only 4 lac 85 thousand from my sbi account. After asking representative told me that 18000 amount has been deducted for processing fee and stamp duty.

                    My objection is that before processing for the deduction of my loan amount no mail or mg or call sent me for the confirmation and for my knowledge that my sanctioned amount is 5 lacs and the break up deduction amount is 18 thousand.

                    When i called to the customer care representative she told me that my sanctioned loan amount is 5 lacs 17 thousand, i really disappointed by hearing this that they have totally deducted 40 thousand amount from my loan amount without my knowledge.

                    Sir i am very disappointed that i just wanted loan amount of only 01 lacs but due to their false ideas and offers they sanctioned my loan and made me loss.
                    I request you that please close my loan account because i cant bear such a loss from my end cant pay back 40 thousand amount.

                    My loan amount is sanction on 13.08.2019 and i want to close it today on 14.08.2019. Request you to do the needful and resove my problem.

                      Sir, i am from chennai and would like to bring to your notice that for the last one week i have been bombarded with calls many times a day and also messages from people claiming to be calling from bajaj with regards to some ac loan that robert has taken. I very clearly told them that robert is not available on this number they have got the wrong number and that i have not taken any loan nor do i have an kotak bank account.

                      On monday 12 aug a man called and was speaking very rudely and i had no other option than to start cutting the calls. Finally in the evening when the call came again i threatened them that i was going to complain to consumer forum. I once again asked them to not bother me and search for robert at his address. They also verified if i lived at an address on mount rd and i clearly told the guy that i do not live there and no robert is available on my number and to stop harassing me. The guy apologised and said i will not be bothered again. Today wednesday again the calls have started. This is harassing an innocent person. Bajaj people should be ashamed for not checking things at their end and troubling someone else.

                      I tried calling bajaj on sunday itself but what a useless company, if a person is not their customer they cannot reach them, as every number i called asks for loan id or customer id which i do not have as i am not their customer. I would like to claim damages for mental harassment and want the calls and messages stopped immediately.

                        I have taken Home loan from Bajaj in the month of April, Till now my experience with Bajaj isnt smooth .
                        1. They Forged mine and My mother's (Co applicant ) signatures in loan documents . When questioned they said silly reasons, one of the reason was to process PMAY scheme we had to forge .
                        2. Though Insurance wasnt compulsory, they had lied and put insurance amount as Top up loan on me . After I questioned and demanded cancellation of Insurance, they cancelled after so many struggle.
                        3. They took extra money from me in the name of Processing fee, and when that came to my notice from customer care, they simply lied that its just a formality, we dont take anyone's money, we have our own salary .
                        4. They havent processed for PMAY scheme till now, from past 2 months I have questioning them status about PMAY, but no use .
                        5. Because of all these I'm afraid to submit my Home Original registration documents to them without filling an MODT . To file an MODT my mother is out of station and I explained them but harassing me through mails .

                          Today i have received a call from bajaj rbl legal department (As per their words) and telling me to make the payment when i am not a registered bajaj rbl customer. Dn he was telling that my number is mentioned in a reference list of a customer. The agent was using abusive language. Was scolding me like anything. His number was ‭+[protected]‬. Before going to file a complaint in the police. I contact the rbl bank and they have given the bajaj rbl zonal head and when i contact him he said he will give me a call after 15 min so that he can review the account. After half and hour when i didnt received the call i called him but he was not receiving the call n disconnecting it. His number is ‭[protected]‬. I am filing a case now and submitting all the call recordings to my lawyer. May right a complaint to trai as well.

                            Please be informed that dirdb charges is being levied by BAJAJ FINSERV and auto debited from my bank account without any prior information. Kindly take this into consideration and take necessary action on bajaj finserv to refund my amount and also to avoid legal ptoceedings . Please note that all the EMI have been paid for the product purchased. Also be informed that the collection agents of Bajaj finserv branch in Thoothukudi, Tamilnadu is very arrogant with the customers and the way the staffs behave is like gangsters and rowdies. The way they treat the customers to repay the unpaid dues is inappropriate and beyond the norms of their terms and conditions. They seem to be more personal than legal. So please do take a note of it and take necessary actions.

                                  I have purchased one Samsung Mobile from M/s City Electronics, Sector, 29, Chandigarh, Invoice No: 880, DTD: 04.06.2019. As suggested& arranged by them, the payment was done on easy installments and auto debited from my Bank account thru Bajaj Finance, completed on 02.01.201.

                                  As of now I received some messages ( photo graphs attached) from Bajaj Finance regarding deducting of annual nactivatiion fee Rs.. 117/- on 18.07.2019 for EMI Card, even I have not received any such EMI Card/ details of EMI Card. I am receiving only messages on my mobile regarding the same. I tried to contact on Bajaj Fin. customer Care (Nos [protected], [protected]), but unable to contact. I would request you to deactivate my above said EMI Card with immediate effect, as I have not been using it and I don't have any pending transactions till the date. Also please arrange to refund RS. 117/-, deducted from my Bank account, under intimation to me by SMS/E-mail/ Mobile Phone. Required/ necessary details will be provided on further action from your side.

                                    The company customer say me they gibve 3 lakh credit limit and 30k worth rupees voucher and many personal loan offers provide in just minutes then i said ok they deduct my 4999 rupees and give nothing the company customers fraud with me and also this company is fraud who said anything do anything do faith these types company or remove or banned this type fraud system i waste my 5000 rupess without buy anything

                                      I have a loan [number - 509ctbej875910, which is some cpp tele binding, insurance against the product i got recently by taking loan from bajaj finserv] which i don't remember taking up. I have tried contacting the customer care but got no response. I even went to your branch and tried to get some explanations around it but again nothing.
                                      I want this to cancel, please tell me the procedure.
