Dear Sir,

I was a old personal loan with bajaj finance and that loan is also closed and it's last EMI on paid in last month on due date through bank schedule ECS deduction.
there was no further any due or charges then why in this month below mention amount is deducted .
what is the basis for this deduction, I want to know how much fraud is happening and I want back my money right now.

Please give me back my money Sir. Please help me. Any one un-ethically fraud me and I suffer loss. Please help me Sir,

      Hello Sir / Madam,
      I am writing to bring to your notice the serious matters. I have 2 loans in Bajaj Finance having EMI dated 2nd and 5th of every month. I always maintain the sufficient balance in my account on the EMI dated. Sometime if I have fund then I used to do advance EMI payment. From April to till date, I maintain sufficient balance in my account still Bajaj Finance charged me bounce changes which are irrelevant.

      Despite of several ticket raised in Bajaj finance they regret saying it is bank who charge. While I check with bank they are saying its Bajaj who charged. This is round robin from past 1 month. Multiple times I have requested and provided all the proof / details to both Bajaj and Bank.

      loan account - p402sol0303142
      loan emi amount - 15424/-
      loan emi date - 5th of every month

      I have concern for 5th april, 05th may, 05th june. please check the bajaj statement, the above mention bouncing charges are irrelevant as if you check previous month end bajaj statement i have already paid in advenced. in this case bajaj should cancelled the nach initiate. but they didnt do it and top of it charged me bouncing charges and now account looks overdue as it is near to closure. this is really disappointed. please can you help asap.

        I had taken a loan for study but I didn't like that loan and study I told intellipaat they didn't listen I told them to cancel my loan they said we won't cancel the loan they said we will reduce your money by half we have given money to Bajaj team they said yes but So far Bajaj team has not cleared my loan lessthan If I die it will be only Bajaj team's fault.

            Dear sir/madam kindly resolve my complaint that I have paid emi twice in my account. First emi paid on 2nd July, 2023 threw online payment. But again I dont know the date same amount (4667/-) emi deducted from my bank account They took 1 emi extra. Please refund that.

              Hi,
              The ecs charges has been deducted from my citibank account with below details which i have never requested from bajaj. This is looking like a fraud done by either bajaj or keb hana bank. Can you please investigate and make sure the amount refunded to me back.The amount deducted was in huge around 3000+ everymonth so far i found from past 5 months.please do needfull

                I would like to draw your kind attention that bajaj finserv has deducted double EMI from my account on 03.07.2023 at 5.41pm Monday.

                I have tried so many times to connect with their customer service but unable to talk with them.Please try to solve my issue.

                      Respected Sir/Madam, I have been cheated by Bajaj Finserv for offering me Flexi Loan for 8 Years. Initially they told that there will not be any Annual Maintenance charges for 8 Years but now they are showing me 0.295%. They also promised there will not be any charges for loan process but now they have charged 17400 Rs approx for this process.
                      Stamp Duty 100 Rs
                      Flexi Fee 9999 Rs
                      Processing Fee 6022 Rs
                      HDFC Group Term Insurance 1199 Rs

                      All this amount is deducted directly from my loan account. When I complained to Bajaj higher management. They only refunded 5000 Rs and promised to refund next in 30 days.
                      The main concern is Annual Maintenance charges which they are not making it zero and also if I try to foreclose loan then they are asking around 80000 Rs. Please help me to make AMC to zero as per their promise or foreclose loan without any charges. There employee make fake promises and doesn't disclose any terms and conditions and will not give you time to read that while completing procedure. I have

                        Hi, I was called by Bajaj Finserve agent and said that I am eligible for OD loan and no processing fee and no other hidden fees. I asked multiple times. I have call recording also.

                        But when I see the amount I was told asked to pay processing fee and many other hidden charges.

                        When I asked the agent he said everything will be revered in a day and no need to pay any fees.

                        Also he said annual maintain is only for used amount but, when I saw agreement it says annual fee is go[censored]nused amount.

                        I have call recording for that also.

                        Please help me, i am literally received by them

                          I got a call to apply for a bajaj rbl super card and i applied for it, the KYC exucutive came and took my kyc details and said there is a need to pay 899 for the card which i can use later on in the bill, that means when the bill will come they will minus the 899 amount in the bill and now the card has arrived and i cant see the spent 899 in my card and the customer care number is busy and the KYC exucutive's number is switched off. customer care exucutive was saying there is not such transaction in your accout or anything related to 899 rupees. so please help me get back my money please.

                              I've a emi card with you bearing number 2030********1500. Without my consent sales agent had given add on card 2030********1518 and health card 2030********7652. Cancel all the cards with immediate effect as there are no dues and I'm not able to reach customer care.

                                An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of HDFC bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I totally don't understand after 2+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

                                  I'm Karthikeyan Logasamy, i bought a mobile phone from poorvika mobiles along with powerbank and insurance worth around 20, 000 and i borrowed a loan from Bajajfinserv for 6 months emi plan and paid all due with 2 due in delayed time. I was asked to pay late fee along with due on next emi time and i paid 2 time s with every emi to finish all late fee.so that i managed to pay all due and closed the loan as soon as possible.after 2 years till now they are asking me to pay late fee which i allready paid.kindly resolve my problem and take necessary action against them

                                      Paid my emi on june 2nd via gpay ..but it didnt reflect in my statement ..then i got a call from bajaj finserv ..he told me that i have to pay the overdues and this payment will adjust for next month emi ...and assured me that the bounced charges will refund ..he will raise a request ...
