    As per bajaj mail dated 17-12-23 My disabused loan amount is Rs 460000/ But i received Rs 162222 one Cheq only, Balance Rs 297778 still not received.

      An amount of rs. 117 is deducted from my savings account of HDFC bank on 16th November 2022, without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction. I don't understand why they are applying these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant to me.

        Dear sir only my current EMI is unpaid for november 2022 due to salary delay but collection agent mr. anish tiowari making call for collectioin of emi any time all day.. i already told him that i will pay my current EMI when i recieve salary or definately i ll pay my EMi first week of Jan 2023 ... but he came to my home without prior notice and he dont have any notice alog with him... he threten me any how you have to pay your current EMI... but hes not considering any thing... my bajaj flexi loan no. is 4A7RSFGG687810..kindly see my status...only current EMI is due... plesae stop harassing me... i am not criminal...MR AMNISH TIWARI RECOVERY AGENT NO IS [protected]

          HI,

          I have submitted Nodal officer about my Preferrred Contact Location in July 2022. After that many legal notices were sent by Bajaj Finance those were repied my by Advocate properly.

          In the meantime, a collection agent from Bajaj finserv named SURESH RAMU (Mobile[protected] went to home town again today.

          Then what is the purpose of PREFERRED CONTACT LOCATION and REPLY FOR LEGAL NOTICES by my Advocate.

          Its showing only that Bajaj peoples are not following RBI rules and even therir Nodal Officers.

          Very shame for me to have relationship with them.

            Since Covid times it was agreed to settle my laptop’s outstanding amount for which your senior head was to provide settlement letter . Since we were not in a state to pay in lump-sum, we were offered to pay in instalments and when the last instalment amounting to ₹ 7000 was left outstanding, your people fraudulently disappeared without providing any settlement letter . I have all the part payment details made .
            And till now i am consistently receiving harassing mails, calls and letters from bajaj for the opposite . Kindly acknowledge !

              Hi.

              I opted for EMI payments via Bajaj Finance to Kaya Skin Care. These EMIs got over after 6 months, but RS 117 got deducted after 12 months of the start of EMI.

              I do not understand on what basis is this amt deducted when I was not sent any card or card related documents at all ? Kindly revert the money and de-activate whatever is activating on my personal account.

                Bajaj od loan fraud

                Dear Team,

                I received a call from Bajaj Finserv for an OD loan and was interested because I wanted money for financial backup and they informed me there will be no processing fee and other hidden charges (Attached mail communication) if I am taking this OD loan in the month of December.
                Hence, I proceeded with further process and signed a few documents where it was mentioned as the Loan Amount of 32, 50, 000.

                On 13 December 2022 from my SBI bank savings account has an rs. 117 withdrawal made through ecs without my knowledge. I have no unpaid balance with this business. Nevertheless, I haven't gotten a loan from Bajaj Finance. I'm not sure why the deduction occurred because I never sought or applied for the Bajaj Finserv card.

                Please return my rs. 117 as soon as possible.

                  I recently availed a personal loan from Bajaj Finserv and my loan account number for the same is P495PCO6174601. I have been provided with NIVA BUPA HEALTH PLUS and CPP LIV ASST plan insurance with this loan and the amount for the same has been deducted from my loan amount. However, I am in no need of the above mentioned policies/ insurance. Therefore, as I am still in free look period, kindly cancel my CPP LIV ASST...

                  HI,

                  I called him and confirmed whether he went to home. He also agreed that he went home and called my Father who is native.

                  This was informed to my Advocate also.

                    despite repeated complaints Bajaj Finserv has not stopped its spamming through [protected]@connectinboxx.com.
                    It has become a daily affair.
                    Please tell this spammer to desist from this cheap marketing. Earlier they spammed my mobile number by voice, later by sms both of which I blocked but now hey are spamming my mail.

                          I am Abhishek Bhartiya Proprietor of Bhartiya Consultancy Services having loan account number P456PHF3520308 (a fraudulent loan), want to bring your kind attention to the following points:-

                          1. Bajaj Finserv has sanctioned a loan of Rs 25, 65, 419/- having loan account number P456PHF3520308 without my consent.

                          2. I had submitted my file to the DSA (DEEPAK PAL) for Rs 1 crore funding, he asked me for OTP saying it is required to complete the online loaning process. After some days he said that Bajaj offers Rs 25 lakh for an unsecured loan but I rejected his offer because I wanted Rs 1 Crore and he was offering Rs 25 Lakh and that matter was closed at that time.

                          3. I got through a message from Bajaj that above-mentioned loan is due for renewal in November 2022 so that matter came to my knowledge in October 2022.

                          4. When I came to know about this loan I visited the Bajaj Finsev office in Lucknow, I asked them how this laon happened but they are not able to answer anything, they said your loan has been sanctioned digitally through OTP, I also got surprised that the Email ID mentioned in the statement is wrong and not my email id, due to this I didn't receive any update regarding loan sanction, approval etc.

                          5. As I was not aware about this loan, I have never spent/withdrawn a single rupee from this loan account till date.

                          6. While I was searching my old mail or massages in my phone I got an old text message lying there through Bajaj that was my loan is approved for Rs 25 Lakh and Mr. Abhinav Nigam (Phone - [protected]) will visit my office to complete the loan application and agreement, but He neither call me nor visited my office/home. How can he approve the loan without visiting my office and without my consent?

                          7. An EMI of Rs 1833/- has been deducted from my account every month; I didn't pay attention towards this amount because I have several Loans with Bajaj.

                          8. From the all above points it is clear that I got this fraudulent loan due to the connivance of some employees of BAJAJ finserv and DSA (Deepak Pal).

                          In the light of above points, it is a clear case of fraud by your DSA and I want to close this loan with immediate effect and I need these remedies:-

                          Loan amount Rs.- 1, 29, 423/- (Having Processing fee + Third party Insurance + Other misc charges)
                          Foreclosure Charges:- @ 4.72% Rs.- 1, 21, 088/-
                          Misc Rs.-550/-

                          Total Dues:- 251061/-

                                    I had received wrong message from you that, you will be going deduct 114000 Rs from my account.
                                    So I transferred my all amount to other account .
                                    Then EMI for that month was not deducted from my account.
                                    So your team called me that mistakenly u recd this msg, so u pay the EMI, . Then I paid the EMI within 2 days.
                                    then Why bouncing charges on me. who is wrong and who is the culprits in this case.
