She told that bajaj is providing loan with 0% ROI. But i need to pay 2 months EMI in advance. Please let me know if this is a spam call or genuine call.

Is fake i lost my money hisexecutive said me that you get the card a d gift vouchers in next 6 day on my home address. But till date, there is no further communication from your side and i yet to get the card.

Sir, i would request your good selves to kindly do the needful earliest.

    My emi due date was 02nd july2019 — as per my calculation i have maintained the same balance for deduction but bajaj charged 60 rupees extra without let me know for which one of my emi is pending but later after deduction of 1 emi i enquire about the 2nd emi but your agent told me they will charge me 450 extra with manually payment so for now i dont find myself responsible for this, so bajaj team is responsible for this, so kindly consider my case

      On 21st june i got a call from one of your executives he, provide me with all information about elite card, i couldn't pay 5000/- at once hence he asked me to pay using mobikwik bajaj wallet, i said i don't want emi from july he said, no i will send mail to our department your first emi will be charged from month of august only, with his assurance i made payment of elite card

      1 lie) he said we will provide you with a link of online shopping outlets of amazon & flipkart in which you can buy everything on emi with 0% interest.

      2 lie) we will provide you with a coupon of 26000/- for the various outlet of food and clothing and shopping

      3 lie) your first emi will be charged on this august, not on the month of july

      4 lie) you card limit will increase minimum 30% to 3 lac rupees

      It is been more than 15 days but till now i have not received any of the above-listed benefits, i have already called bajaj finserv customer care but they are saying we can't do anything you have to talk to elite customer care, they gave a number which is never being connected to executive, i'm waiting for 1 hr but still ivr says we are transferring call to executive.

      I've already sent a mail on [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but not a single reply i got from their side till now.

      I went to bajaj finserv customer care office too, he says we can't do anything you have to call or mail, i explained i did both they say keep trying and they are being like, "we digested your money, nothing will be beneficial to you being elite member"

      Never get bajaj elite membership.

        Im ramchandra reddy, recently i bought sony sound bar of 20600, from bajaj electronics on emi.

        For that with out my notice and unfortunately some one attended bajaj cal on extended warranty approval
        3599/-
        They activated the loan app no : 400EWCEQ935608
        I don't require any extra extended warranty for that product. Please cancel the extended warranty loan. I dnt want to waste my money.

        I request bajaj finvs to dnt activate loan on simple calls. And please dnt call repeatedly to the customer.

          Someone from the company "bazaz finserv" kept calling me repeatedly for personal loans, for some kind of "overdraft" that they said was a new feature. However thinking i might try it out, i agreed to talk to their "senior" (One prateek lahiri) on 2.7.19, who sent me an email too highlighting and personalizing the scheme. I sent back a few queries. Someone again called up,, asked me manyl questions and then dropped dead. There was complete silence, after having made me waste half and hour during busy office time. Incidentally i am in govt in a senior position and i have no debts anywhere.
          I had a feeling that these people have no idea of customer relations, are uneducated (He never heard of a govt organization that is the oldest in the country) and do not bother about courtesy towards customers. Although it is the prerogative of any 'mahajan' company to lend or not to lend, it devolves on it to keep its client informed by way of simple courtesy.
          For the time being i have decided to block all bazaz finserv calls on my mobile, and asked my financial adviser not to make any investment with bazaz finserv (I am retiring in 2020 and was planing keep a quantum in this company), and withdraw any that i might be holding.
          Shunning bazaz finserv, a company with low grade customer perception.

            I am abhijeet kumar, mobile no [protected]. On 27 january, your customer care called me for bajaj elite emi card membership and asked me to pay rs 4999 earliest.

            Later on 27 january. I made the payment through my mobiquick card (Rs 4999/-). Payment was debited successfully and i received a mail in this regard.

            Sir ur representative told that i will get the card in next 10 day on my home address. But till date, there is no further communication from your side and i yet to get the card.

            Sir, i would request your good selves to kindly do the needful earliest.

              I have taken a pc loan from your finance on 12/01/2007
              And it has been finally settled on nothat v 2009
              And i received a settlement letter on 2nd dec 2009
              After this few month back i received a phone call on behalf
              Of bajaj fin serv that i want to pay a value of 60000
              I shocked and told them and sent the settlement letter
              After that i received a call on 29/06/19 with wrong manner
              And i visit pondicherry bajaj office on thier i got this mail id
              And i am sending this mail so please take necessary action and i have attached my settlement copy

                I purchase a phone from flipkart using bajajfinserv emi option with loan id 5U5ECFEN916578, without my permission bajaj started CPP tele binding which idont want and are charging 2120 with loan id 5U5ETBES083410 Idont want it .my loan date is on 02/07/2019 so they deduct one emi, without my information, so pls stop it before next emi date. So that i can pay the original amount .pls cancel cpp telebinding.

                  Bajaj finserv playing fraud with the people, on the name of overdraft limit they give personal, they commited there will be no charge untill i take the amount in my account from their virtual id but without my information they transferred 400000 rs amount in my account and charged 15000 as processing fees. I transferred back this loan amount to them in their account, and now without any of information they make this 15000 + 10000 interest on the processing fees emi for next five years.
                  I not even used a single rupee of bajaj and they put me into liability of 25000 rs. This is totally fraud, selling by them. I have call recording of discussions with the executives.

                        404pst55859413 this is my fathers loan account number. He passed away last year. His bank account is not accessible. I am paying every month through bajaj finserv website and every month i am paying overdue. Today is 2nd which is loan payment date and it still show overdue. It showed overdue yesterday too i thought it ll be updated today but its same.

                        I am fed up of paying overdue again and again.

                          I, nancy gupta is having a emi card in bajaj finance with registered mob no : [protected].
                          Today at 2:14 pm i received a call from the no.[protected] name : pooja saying that i am calling from bajaj finance legal department. We have recieved a complain against urs for non-payment payment of rs 1234.in case you don't pay we will raise a complain in cibil to make changes as per ur non payment and also a penalty of rs 15000 against from police station in vaishali/ court.
                          I asked her the loan account no she was not knowing. I said i will make the payment in case of any pendency in loan account number but she said to do the same in dummy account number as bajaj finance had told them to do the same.
                          I confirmed from customer care they said that there is no pending charges or bounce charges from the said loan account no. And also with other loan no mapped with my mobile no.
                          I also asked them that why ecs is not happening for the same as i have already registered for ecs.

                          Firstly i recieved the call from mobile no and also not on my registered mobile number but on other number.
                          I enquire customer care for the same they told be that there is no pendency or bounce or pending payment (Missed payments). Just want to know what to do now?

                          Pls let me know the correct information and also in case this is a fraudulent call then what action need to be taken to be safer in future.

                            The customer care person had explained about this to me but since i was bizi i could not hear him properly since he was too fast and later wen i received a message i immediately replied to opt out from this policy.

                            but it wasnt cancelled.

                              Today[protected] and 8:29 am … receive a message on mobile avoid double bounce charges from bajaj finance …. What the # is this man banks are not open by this time and i have ensure balance is available in first hour of the bank open … emi is scheduled for 2nd... And before 1st bank open i receive a sms like this.. What the # are you (Bajaj finance) trying to make …? Trying to recover emi? Or wantedly trying to make additional charges from customer?

                                There is no proper customer care number to contact bajajfinserv there is only a chatbot that gives a robotic reply.

                                I am a bank employee and these charges are not levied from bank m very sure at the time of taking loan they didnt infromed me hidden charges inspite of askin also and this amount is debited without any prior notification.

                                Require reversal for the same.

                                    I ramesh laxman yennam, had took bajaj allianz health insurance on 27.03.2019 my policy number is. Og[protected]-00141918 for sum insured rs. 5 lacs, premium amount for this is rs.12, 702/- and the same was later financed by baja finserv emi card for emi of rs. 1271 x 10 months payable on 02nd of every month from 02.05.2019 as first emi through ecs from my wife's bank account. The bank detail is. The kurla nagarik sahakari bank ltd, saki naka branch. Bank account no. [protected].

                                    My first emi amount was auto deducted through ecs on 06.05.2019 for rs. 1271/- but later on 08.05.2019 my bank debited rs.450 as bajaj finserv charged late payment charges. Again on 28.05.2019 bank debited rs. 533.87 as bouncing charges even thou my payment was deducted on 06.05.2019.

                                    My second emi amount was auto deducted through ecs on 03.06.2019 (Monday) for rs. 1271/- again on 06.06.2019 my bank debited rs.236 + rs.236 total rs.472/- as bajaj finserv charged late payment charges. Even thou the payment was made on 03.06.2019.

                                    I am attaching herewith my bank statement for you reference.

                                    I am continuously receiving calls from bajaj finserv collection department for non payment of the same.

                                    Mr. Rashid & ms. Maria, (Your collection agents) had called me n number of time. I had also send the details to them through whatsapp but it was of no use. The screen shot of our conversation with mr. Rashid & ms. Maria is attached where with for your reference.

                                    Later yesterday dated 11.06.2019 again i received call for non payment of emi, so i visited your bajaj finserv office at 501, a sagar tech plaza, sakinaka, today dated 12.06.2019 at around 9:50 am, i explained the same to the person at counter, he said to contact bajaj allaiz as bajaj allaiz had cancelled your policy no. Og[protected]-00141918.

                                    Later i called bajaj allaiz customer care at[protected]. The executive informed that my policy has been cancelled. Later at my n number of questions, she said that 2 health policies were issued in my name for 5 lacs each and the second policy no. Og[protected]-00008032 for which i was completely unaware. Even i had not received any soft copy or health & wellness card for 2nd policy as told by your executive from bajaj allaiz co.

                                    I am also attaching herewith the call conversation recording for the same for your records.

                                    Now i need some clarification regarding following queries.

                                    1) why proper updates are not kept at your side regarding emi payment?
                                    2) why my policy no. Og[protected]-00141918 was cancelled?
                                    3) if my policy no. Og[protected]-00141918 was cancelled why such cancellation intimation is not given to me.
                                    4) do baja allaiz issues the policy of any customer without prior intimation and verification from the customer how is applying for any product from bajaj allaiz.
                                    5) do baja allaiz can cancel the policy on any customer without prior intimation and verification from the customer for any product from bajaj allaiz.
                                    6) who is responsible, if i was admitted in hospital for any emergency treatment and later while claiming the hospital expenses and at that time i would come to know that the policy which i took was already cancelled... It would be a heart attack for me at that time.. Who will be responsible for this.
                                    7) who is responsible for unnecessary deduction of charges from my bank account.
                                    Later they mailed / called me saying that my wife mrs. Lavanya yennam came to bajaj thane office and requested to cancelled the insurance. When i ask for proof as i know we need not visited their office. They send me the fake cancellation letter.in which the signature is made in the name of lavanya yennam which is not she signature.

                                    Further they had send me the cancellation letter as a proof that my wife mrs. Lavanya had made the cancellation request. The signature in this letter is not true. It is a fake signature made by bajaj team.

                                      One day i got a call from bajaj finserv to extend my laptop's warranty. They said that they will make 6 tenures for this ewc loan. I said OK.. But ther is a problem they made only 3 tenures.Please extend my loan's tenures to 6 or cancel it.
