I had taken loan from Bajaj Finserv whose loan account number is PH03PSA5890905. At the time of taking the loan, the representative of Bajaj Finserv told me that this plan is for 7 years and its premium is one time, This card features is in case of mishappening, your remaining loan amount will be refund the Baja Finserv from this CCP Prtection card. Hello,
Amount of ₹117 has been debited from my Karur Vysya bank a/c no: [protected] with reference no.[protected]. ECSBFL[protected] 30CDHL873642NS.
This is not the first time this has happened. Like this my bank a/c is debited many times by the same company. Please take necessary actions and i want all the amount debited from my account back. I have take a loan before. But currently it is not active and the entire amount had been paid back. I also request to close all the datas of mine with the finance company. Thank you

    An amount of Rs. 117 is deducted through ECS from my savings account of SBI bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although I don't taken any loan from Bajaj Finance. I don't know the reason for the deduction, I am trying to customer care but they are not responding properly.

      This guy named : Mani - Ph : [protected]
      continuously called me for issuing Bajaj Finserv RBL Bank Super Card,
      and said currently festival offers are going on, you will have a lot of features in this he said.
      and stated the following features :-

      1. cashback 100rs for 500rs fuel.
      2. two times yearly medical checkup.
      3. no need to pay yearly credit card charges of 999rs.
      4. lifetime free from credit card fees payment. (i.e 999 x 0).

      To avail all these features, I have to prepay rs.799 .
      I have paid the amount to Veeramani - +91 [protected] via G-Pay.
      The next day the card activated.
      but I wasn't able to view the features mentioned in the Bajaj App.

      On Nov12 the Bill is generated, there is a membership fee of 999rs and GST 179.82rs has been charged for that.

      Why is that charged.?
      Why did the first guy MisSell the credit card? Is this a new scam ?

      P.S : Both people mentioned are not attending the phone calls.
      i couldnt able to customer care directly, its so hard. there is no direct point of contact

      Pls take some action against them. Waive of the credit card charges. i will pay for the transactions that i spent, i want my Rs.799 back.
      After i pay my bill amount, i want to close this Credit Card. i want to surrender this Credit Card.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I took flexi loan in Bajaj Finserv & Loan Disbursal Date[protected] with the loan account of 400SPFG1616148 ( Attached In statement file).

        Here I paid 1.43 Lakhs as of now. From the Principal amount they didn't deduct a single rupee as of now.

        From Dec'2022 onwards I Need to pay 11, 500/- towards Loan EMI which will be interest & principal amount. As per terms & conditions their Interest rate will be 14% in that case I need to pay around 5.5 lakhs only overall but they are charging around 8.5 lakhs which includes double rate of interest.

        In that, due to covid i lost my job & requested them to change the EMI date but they denied. So, I paid as per my convenience on or before 30th Of every month end. EMI Date will be 2nd of every month In advance I paid but they didn't update in their system now again asking to pay the bounce charges & late fee. When I used to pay in advance on month end I used to share the same info within a fraction of seconds to their executive to update my EMI but they Ignored.

        Now they are blackmailing me & saying will block your account which effect in CIBIL as well Aadhar card also in fact they have to proceed Legal action as they saying & Disturbing me entire my mind as well family life also.

        I Tied & got thought about why I am alive. I am ready to pay only what I took. I don't have a plan to pay more interest & bounce charges.

        Please do the needful on this sir/madam.

              Hi,

              Without my concern how did they deducted the money from my account. I have no dues with them and Clear all the EMI long time back. I need the answer otherwise I will take legal action against them for taking 117 rupees from my account. Otherwise refund my money.

                  Total cheating by the person (Shalini Upadhaya - mobile no [protected], ) who discussed with me and accepted to take 10, 000 RS including all the charges until the loan tenure 7 years except interest 14% .But in the welcome letter mentioned as 25999 RS and this shown as a utilized amount and converted to the EMI of 84 months. He told on account of diwali offer they have reduced the charges and no need pay any other charges like flexi fee and annual maintenance fee, all theses are charged to my loan account when access the loan account, i tries call them for a clarification but no one has answered my calls.

                  help help me to cancell this loan

                      I was not told EMI card and the payment to it is optional. I was not given any details and your person who had come to do biometrics for credit card just took my phone and start doing stuff. In the end he told me to pay 531 i thought this was for credit card. I just wanted credit card why would I want EMI card if I have credit card so I demand my 531 rs back which i was made to pay for EMI card. Your person Indresh Sharma who had come to my house who is working for Bajaj Finance and the one who lied and cheated. Now even after complaining to bajaj finance they are not returning my 531 Rs which I paid to them. Please refund amount this immediately. I just want my money back. I am not asking for any damages or mental harassment, or also for lies and deceit your employees played with me as of now.

                      same situation happened to me, a guy from bajajfinserv came to my home issuing supercard credit card, saying currently festival offers going on. if i prepay rs.799 now then i dont have to pay annual charges of credit card ever again. but now on nov 12 bill generated, it has annual charges 999rs + gst of 179rs.

                      filed complaint against them on all platforms. waiting and hoping they solve.

                            Meine Mera loan EMI 2nd nov phonepe se pay kar diya tha but fir v bounce ka massage Aya, pata nahi kya issue hai. Mera paise toh kat liya avi bounce dikha Raha hai q, mein thoda poor family se hu mein bounce charge nhi de sakta hu isiliye maine pehle online kar diya.

                              My emi amount was debited twice and the refund is still not credited. I have an EMI of ₹4554 which is to be debited on 2nd of each month. This month i paid via the app on 2nd november but it was debited again on 3rd november. I tried calling them but the only thing that they have is a self service number. I would like to get my refund of the debited amount.

                                I have never requested or in possession of any EMI Network Card ever. From last few time, I am getting messages for Annual Charges for the same.
                                I am surprised and bit worried on this.
                                Please can you urgently check if there is any such card under the name - Anish Mohanan Perumpilly or if any card having contact number as [protected].
                                If so, please cancel it asap.
                                I confirm, I do not have any such card any time requested or received.

                                  Emi deducted twice for the same month

                                  I have a consumer loan account with Bajaj finserv account no. 30PCDDIN160900 and emi of Rs.1444 is debited every month, for the month of November I paid the emi in advance on 31 st of October through Phone pay Transaction ID T2210310859174618447229 and on 2nd of November the emi for the month of November again automatically deducted from my HDFC account Transaction reference no.[protected]. I dont know the reason for the deduction, as I don't own any bajaj finserv card because I never applied nor requested for it. After checking my bank statements, I got to know that they are deducting this amount every year, not sure since how long.

                                  I want to know on what basis you are deducting this amount from my account, I have taken an AC in 2018 which is already paid off and as I mentioned I don't own an EMI card.

                                  SMS I received from my bank:
                                  "ALERT: Your A/c xx1651 has been debited for Rs.117 on 25th Oct' 2022 through Debit mandate towards BAJAJFIN_BF121118_442-341_27677863."
