Very bad services, waste money 5000/- for elite card charges, after purchase it, i am not getting proper service and unable to contact to customer care. I think they are cheating to customer. 4-5 times mail to customer care about gift vouchers finally got it after 10-15 days, then also i am unable to use it. But no one can helping me. When trying to call customer care it is not connecting

Finally it is very bad company to provide service

    I received a call from rahul aggarwal from delhi about 0% loan interest its id no gh689522, i send him all details, for further procedure than he inform to me that your loan agreement is ready, you have to pay advance 3 month installment i paid 21000/ after that he told me to pay gst for that you have to pay 20000/- than from it you get return back 17000/- than after he send me the copy of approved loan copy and told me to pay 2% for account clearance i paid, on 03.06.2019 he told me that i rtgs your ac but up to now now reply .
    here i request you please return my amount i am not interested to take loan but he is not pickup phone.
    solve my problem.

      I took a personal loan. 4 years ago i gave my salary account check now i have a new account. Now paying bouncing charges and getting harrasment calls from collective agency. They talk rudely and threten to cancel my emis and to pay full amount in one go. Bajaj has also blacklisted my email address so that i cannot complaint against this. Not taking new details

      I have recently purchased a tv, ac and 3 geyser and a cpp tele binding was activated for my account without my authorization.

      I want to cancel that insurance which is activated.

        Bajajfin serve sends me a mail after every 3-4 days stating that your complaint resolution needs 2 more days. After two days i receive the same mail again asking for 2 days time.

        How on earth can i produce a statement from bank of baroda, when bob is asking me to take this matter to their home branch, in this case indore. How will i travel to indore when i have done everything right. They have deposited so they must be having the details of payment received/ done.

        They want me to go home branch of bob indore to get a bank statement. Can someone explain them that there’s no statement of account for dormant accounts. Local bob brnaced in pune have already said that you will have to go to indore for any kind of activity on that account. Bfl also closes the complaint number once i mail them officially. So cheap! They close the complaint the very next hour staring that your query has been resolved, where as the truth is that, they haven’t even called me regarding that service request number.

        It’s bajaj fs who have messed up the whole issue. And i am not alone. Bajaj fs, wake up please and return my money via paytm or by any other means.

        Nothing has been resolved and the case is still open. They are just playing around with the custome. It’s not resolved. They will bluff again and give a new response. They are asking for a Bank Statement of an account which is dormant. The bank of Baroda won’t provide the account statement which dormant since last 10 years and they want me to visit the home branch Where the account was created before 10 yrs, while I working in Indore.           Sir i mr abhishek kashid sir yesterday mine sbi savings account number was debited with 295 rupees twice even though their was balance in mine account was their they have charged me 590 rupees for failed mandate txn bajaj finance l. So i need the justification with proper proof why you have deducted the amount from mine account even though the account was having credit. If you cant justify me kindly refund the above amount.

            samsung a6+ mobile complaint regarding insurance claim

            SIR, I have taken insurance for my mobile samsung A6+, through CPP tele binding, they told me that it will cover screen as well as mobile but no documents they have sent to me, they have told me we calling from bajaj finance insurance for mobile, last week my mobile screen stop working, for insurance I have paid 2814 rs in 7 instalment, my policy no is 594CTB85067053......

            I am gautam ghatuary bought a phone for rs 12999 using my bajaj finance emi card for monthly emi of rs 2165. After some day i got a call from their agent who was speaking in hindi then i said i could not understand hindi please tell me in odia.
            Then after some day my first emi was deducted rs2223. Then i called their customer care why more rupees was deducted than my usual emi of rs 2165. They told insurance has been made on your phone by call. But i don't know the term and condition of insurance as well as amount. Then i got a message your second emi is rs 2397. Then i called their customer experience head to remove my insurance which i don't know. They told now it is too late. Then they bounced my second emi for charge rs 450.
            So, i want them to cancel my insurance and allow me to pay my original emi amount without bounced charge because it happened due to their fault. Otherwise, i will knock the door of court.

              Yesterday (31/05/19), i went to a shop in mumbra (Dnx store, mi showroom at millenium area) to purchase a vivo 17 phone and was about to complete my purchase through bajaj finserv emi card. But as they were asking me too many personal details and as i never wanted to provide so many details to them, i thought to cancel my transaction with them. However, they were reluctant to do it and told me that i will be charged my emi, even though when i did not make the down payment for the phone or even purchased the phone from them. So i thought to call customer service today (01/06/19) and inform them of the situation. But an advisor named nikhilesh said that it cannot be done from their end and i need to personally visit the shop to get this done. When i asked him to connect me to his manager, he did not do this and was reluctant enough to do so, mentioning that there is no manager available at the moment. Also, was not providing me his fullname. And later on he told me to be online while he connects me to his manager. And again, it was him who was talking to me. This is pathetic customer service bajaj finserv to ask customers/card holders to visit the shop again to get the transaction cancelled. So what's the use of customer service. And why should we even be your customer in that case. It was my fault to think o[censored]sing my bajaj emi card for this transaction when i could easily get it done with cash. A big sorry to be your customer and this is my first and last horrible experience with you. Will never ever deal with you guys after this. Also, if any amount is deducted from my account and if my complaint isn't sorted asap, i promise you guys to take you'll to consumer court very soon for this. Be assured of that bajaj finserv.                 Almost 4 years back i had taken tv for which emi has been paid timely and its closure was done almost 2 years back. Yesterday, 30 may 2019, a fee of 117/- has been deducted from my account saying bajaj card fee. However, i don't have any card and not sure why this amount is being deducted. I want my money back as without any consent how can company take the amount from the customers.

                  Bajaj finance is deceived me by charging 4999/- as creditvidya fees on my flexi loan.
                  They have never told that it will be charged on my loan.
                  I request bajaj finance to waive off these charges against my loan "400safeo691434"

                  It is a kind of fraud they are doing.in the beginning to attract customers they were saying 0% processing, but after you accept they were adding so many charges

                    I had received a call from bajaj finserv they told me if you make payment of 4999/- so have recieve card limit arround 1-3 lac but they dont tell if you already have a bajaj card then your winter limit will be added and all your loans will go on this card, if you are running a loan, then you can use only the remaining limit.
                    So according to this scenario i have already limit around 76k and they are given only 24k so total limit is 1 lac. It has been very wrong with me. So dont buy elite emi card at all. They all are fake.

                      I have taken bajaj finance flexi loan but at the time of processing the loan, sales executive never told me about creditvidya fees but after disbursement of loan amount they have deducted my 4999 as creditvidya fee from loan amount.

                        I don't have any requirement to use emi card [protected] for any purchase.
                        Why have i been charged rs. 117 as card inactive fees which is debited directly from my savings account without my consent.
                        Do you want me to use this card even if i don't have any requirement as present
                        Card is valid upto april 27 then what is meaning of inactive?
                        Four times called on customer care number but didn't connect.
                        This is a unethical act which is not expected from a big company like bajaj finserv.
                        I am loosing my faith on this company.
                        Please reverse the amount as soon as possible.

                          I have opted an flexi loan from bajaj fiance for the amount of 3, 66, 000 rs only.in that i have utilized amount is 2, 80, 500 rs upto 21st may that has been calculated correctly until for mar'19 where as in apr and may month its showing as 3, 65, 500 rs. Note: i have not utilized amount of 85, 500 rs but emi has been calculated including this for the month of apr and may'19

                          Note: by 21st may'19 only i have withdrawn amount of 85500 rs.
                          Post withdraw the utilized amount is showing as 4, 51, 000 rs. Where as my total loan amount itself 3, 66, 000 only

                          Now i am getting 88226 rs as an next emi.

                          I am keep on following up with bajaj we care and customer head team but there is no resolution provide till now.

                              I was contacted and offered the flexi loan by bajaj on 25th may. The sale executive contacted me, and explained me the plan. While he did explained all the charges, he also committed that, these charges will be added to the loan account, but i will not be charged any interest for these. And i can pay them anytime i want. But to my surprise when my loan account was opened loan account number - 401spfen851781, i found that all the charges that was promised to be interest fee, are being charged an interest. Not only this, i was never told that all of the loan money will be disbursed to be, and i will have to bear the interest for a day, even if i never needed or requested the amount. And although i have returned the amount on the same day before their cut off time, i am still being charged for the loan amount. I have never felt this cheated in my life. I dont want any relation with this company, and would like to close this account.

                                Sir recently i had purchased refrigrator on my wifes EMI card from bajan finserv. Now my wife was misleaded over the phone and addtional emi for extended warranty has been added without our permission. We dont want this extended warranty from bajaj finserv.

                                    Hello Bajaj Finserv Team,

                                    I wanted a personal loan of amount 2 lakh only and i was about to take a loan from Axis or ICICI but at that time i got a call from Bajaj Finserv. The interest rate was almost same and they told its OD account. I need to pay only the interest for the used amount.
                                    I submitted all the documents and before approval the person told me that i am eligible to take a OD loan up to 9 lakh and he asked me to do the part payment of 7 lakhs as soon as the loan approves and i will be charged for interest only for 2 lakhs.
                                    OD LOAN ACCOUNT NO 402SPF84254283.

                                    I said, ok fine. But the catch was that they added a HDFC Life Insurance for 9 lakh rupees and the insurance premium of 53000 Rs added to loan amount of 9 lakh rupees so my total loan amount became 953000 Rs :(.

                                    I should have taken loan from ICICI or Axis with 12% interest for 1 or 2 years then i would only paid around 12000 to 24000 Rs as interest for 2 years. But here i unnecessarily charged 53000 Rs as insurance. They may get commission for giving Insurance from HDFC Life hence they cheat like this.

                                    Never ever take Personal loan from BAJAJ FINSERV.

                                    Now BAJAJ finserv people told me that Insurance was optional and asked me to surrender it. Now if i surrender i will get 30000 Rs return out of 53000 Rs (23000 Rs Loss ) but HDFC LIFE insurance people are not at all replying and Bajaj Finserv people are also not helping.
