Hi team,
I have been a bajaj finserv customer for over 3 years, have purchased multiple household appliances using their emi feature and repaid all the loans on time.
This issue began when i applied for the 1st loan back in 2017 or approximately around that time.
I have been using a vodafone post paid number "[protected]" for more than 5 years now, however, later on after applying for the 1st loan i came to know some unknown individual has duped bajaj finserv of some loan amount using my vodafone number.
Unfortunately he has fled now, i used to get calls from bajaj & hdfc representatives who kept on asking me "am i speaking with mr yasir?" & i kept on complaining, this is subhodeep roy & i haven't take any loan from any where.
After repeated complaints & mails to the grievance department, he duplicate customer id was unlinked from my account and the calls dried up.
However, i kept on suffering on the other side inspite of paying all the emi's on time.
A) firstly i was told due to technical issue i cannot get the emi card.
Technical issue was the above situation of which i explained.
B) secondly, my virtual card has been blocked now, and i'm told that it cannot be activated.
I'm repeatedly told by the agents that "sir, please start the loan afresh, or buy some thing & this time you would surely get the card & i keep on telling them "sir i have already had 3 loans from bajaj which i have paid on time, when on 3 occasions bajaj was unable to process the card for me, then please don't keep on reiterating the same thing.
Recently, i have applied for a rbl bajaj finserv emi super card which was rejected as well due to this bull # and again when i spoke with the bajaj finserv agent, i was told that the card has been blocked due to bad credit score may be.
Such #!
I have a good credit score, i do not have any loans under my name other than my education loan, i pay my credit card bills on time.
My only request to you is to activate my virtual card and account so that i can re apply for the super card.
Please do not:
A) call me and ask to explain the same thing over and again.
As every thing should be there in your records already.
B) please do not ask me to apply for fresh loan once again as i won't, i do not have trust on bajaj.
I know that even if you loose one customer it wouldn't make any different to you, but remember one thing, i'm your trusted customer who pays all emi's on time unlike some other crap heads!

i also received msg for same but company not giving and acking for written proof
i never seen company like this
