My name is kanchan kumar jwala.
Since 5-6 months i was receiving calls from bajaj elite card department to subscribe for the lifetime membership.

On 29rd aprail 2019 munday i made a payment of 4999 rs towards elite card and your team member sourabh promised me that once i am done with the payment i will receive an email with all the benefits of elite card including 30000rs vouchers and 30% increased in the limit of my existing emi card.

Its been 27 days but i did not received any email or any vouchers. When i tried to call the customer care its not been connecting.
I want the gift vouchers of 30000 rs as promised by your team member stupid ediot sourabh and also a call back from elite card department.

Hope atleast now i would get the resolution to the issues you ppl were creating since 2 weeks.

    I want to deactivate my bajaj finserv card because they take 117/- rs. As a annual fees without any permission.
    But at time of purchase they said that card is completely free without any annual charge.
    So it's my request to bajaj finserv to deactivate my card and refund my 117/- rs back.
    This is not fare first they say something and then they apply such kind of hidden charges without any information.
    Please solve this problem as early as possible.

      I blocked the number but they call me again with new numbers. I dnd my number but to no avail. I eve request them to delete my number but no one listens.

      They are harassing me for over a year now.

        Today i got a meaasage from bajaj finserv that
        Dear customer, your emi card annual inactive fees of rs.117 is due on 15th june 29 available loan limit on card is rs. Above 46332 use your bajaj finserv emi card & get waiver on your annual inactive fee. Know more http://bit.ly/2oygHoC

        At the time of applying for this card, it was said that only one time fees is going to be deducted at first and so it was deducted. No problem for me there. Made a purchase of goods that time too.
        But what is this now, annual inactive charges. I wouldnt have applied for this card if i knew at first. You are just cheating customers with this meaningless fee. But this annual inactive charges not acceptable. Many people are complaning about this too.

        I'll deactivate by card as soon as my emi is over. Provide the steps to deactivate the card.

          I purchased 4 appliances (Tv, fridge, washing machine, a/c) in may 2018 using my fathers bank account, i paid 4 emi in advance for each item so remaining 8 emi. I completed all emi's in december 2018.

          Bajaj finserv deducted 295 rs (10 times) and 450 rs (1 time) from my dad account (Sbi). These deductions made after i completed my all emi..

          I contacted sbi, manager said to contact bajaj finserv

          So i went to bajaj for get this money and they said money is deducting because i didnot close the loan for closing loan bajaj again need money. So i paid and close 450rs...

          But after that they again took money so i check noc from bajaj and i shocked... They gave noc only for 1 appliance that i purchase... I totally fedup with bajaj finserv

              I am the consumer of the bajaj finserv. Taken the personal loan amount. Promptly paid to the all emi, s, at the interval of the said loan period due to some of my financial problem i couldn't paid emi time to time but i paid those late emi's however at the end of the those particulars month end with penalty charges. I paid all the penalty charges so you dont have any right to harass me by any manner and by any way. But on today dated 25/5/2019 one of your cheap lady person (Introduce her self as a legal department head of your bajaj finserv) called me by mobile no. [protected] and informed me that i have so and so amount is pending against the said loan as penalty charges so i gently reply her that ok no issue i am ready to pay but suddenly she started to use vulger words for me and trying to harass me. How cheap this is? Is this the way you used to talk with consumers? Even i am the debtor but you dont have any rights to damage anyone dignity and prestige when he is ready to pay whatever amount is pending against himself. You are now trying to do the illegal activities and criminal acts which is very cheap in nature and inappropriate. Your unit is very low standard and low profile unit. I am going to take a legal action against you. Please be ready to face the legal action initiate by me. Its my blunder mistake to connect you as you are the very cheap and low business unit among the all financial service in the entire country. You kept the consumers cheques and taking the misuse of it and started to blackmail us. Who gave you authority to damage anyone dignity and prestige? Specially when he is not defaulter of anything. Now be ready to face the legal action.

                Bajaj finance tpcf has debited an amount of rs.117 (One hundred seventeen rupees) form my bank account without any proper intimation, i don't have any matter to deal with bajaj finance where as i don't have any loans pending with bajaj. Kindly revert back for my complaint raised asap and send back the money which was debited form my account.

                  I was using bajaj gold emi card and now i have fund problem i a not able to pay my full amount now. So i need some time for payment beause i want to settle my bajaj gold emi card but i will be able to pay within 6 months time. I request you to please dont call me. And today i have got a call and he/she talk to me very rudely no is payal ([protected]) / krishna gupta ([protected]) and he pressures me to pay the amount. And before this two call i got 20 call approximately in 15 days from your kaushambi branch. Is this a way how to talk with a customer so please take care of it.. And i request you to please dont call me.
                  Regarding this i've sent mail to grievances with call recording.

                    I have ordered mobile phone in bajaj finserv emi store on 16/05/2019.The mobile phone price is 12499 with prpcessing fees extra 300 and I have choosen 6 month due plan of 2084 per month.But in delivery time the dealer told me that actual price is 13500 and processing fees of 760.So I told him to cancel the order.But he told sir, cancellation is from your side only, So please cancel.but in bajaj emi store app there is no cancel option available. Only order tracking option available.so I called bajaj finserv customer care, they told me that you have to send acknowledgement of cancellation receipt from dealer.so I visited dealer and asked for acknowledgement.but they told that type process and acknowledgement not available with us.Now Im facing issues with order cancellation.Also there is very poor response from customer care and even they didn't know how to give respect with customer and how to speak.finally Im asking to please cancel my order in bajaj finserv emi store.

                      I have made a payment of Rs. 10000 on 3 Dec 2019 through UPI option in bajaj finance mobile app.
                      But I don't see that credit even today in the statement provided by Bajaj finance.
                      I have totally lost 20000 Rs paying through google pay.
                      I have sent many emails but they say it will be resolved.

                      Google Pay team has confirmed the payment but bajaj denies the receipt.

                        Worst service in bajaj finserv brodipet branch guntur district.they are not give full details about our LOANs, if give not no details about clouser or part payments. and also they said 20% interest and applied 31% interest on LOAN of rs.109000.
                        Totally fraud service..not explaining openly
                        Interest rates are high and
                        In emi's first recovering their interest..
                        If want to close the LOAN here giving tockens and giving seats...
                        Dont know how much time they take nearly have to live 1 day for there service.
                        They are taking there salaries with our amounts and interests.
                        We have to put leave for our job and loss the salary for the days to hire for the service..### off lazy service...no more counters

                            Presently i have two active loanswith bajajfinserv one emi had bounced on 02.05.2019 and i received a text from vkbajajf stating"emi for rs786 has bounced on on 02.05.2019. Emi will be represented again on 05.05.2019. To avoid charges keep your bank sufficiently funded." the loan the amount account was funded immediately but bajajf had not deducted the emi on 5 th may, rather it was deducted on 06.05.2019. Bounce charges of rs. 295 was deducted on 15.05.2019.

                            2 not allowing pre closure of the loan on 15.05.2019. The amount was refunded back to my loan account on 17.05.2019 for reasons best known to you.

                            Queries:

                            1. The text message is contradictory to the action done by you.in the first instance you mislead customer by sending tex twhere it is said that"to avoid charges" and suprisingly you deduct charges. Why was the emi not deducted on 05.05.2019 as written in the text? Not only that in the month of may nor did i receive any other text from bajaj for keeping the account funded as earlier i used to get. Being a customer this is treated as poor service from bajaj.

                            2. Why the amount was refunded and i am not allowed to close my account. On raising the query the person who attended the call today at 10.43 am refused to take up the matter.

                            3. I called the customer care personal who is posted in your office at ullas on mob: [protected]on 21.05.2019 at 10.43am.in th efirst instance he disconnected the call after listening and refused to answer my queries without listening to problem and replied "i am busy right now". What kind of service is this.

                            Please resolve the issue.

                              Do you want me to use this card even if i don't have any requirement as present?

                              Bajaj is exploatingnthe customer information.

                              Four times called on customer care number but didn't connect.
                              This is a unethical act which is not expected from a big company like bajaj finserv.

                              Request to refund my amount ASAP.

                                I am Abinesh from coimbatore, one year ago i bought vivo v9 mobile in poorvika store, by bajaj emi card option, till now i wont get physical card for it.. then yesterday and today also i am trying to purchase realme 3 pro mobile in flipkart through bajaj card but it saying transaction declined by bank. Now only 15 emis left am paying not on due date of 5 of the month i am paying on 25 every month from last 7-8 months because of my finacial condition is low. Still... But am arranging payment and i am trying to pay and today i got a call from bajaj recovery manager the name is ajay chaudhary and contact of ajay chaudhary is [protected] and the second person is komal gill [protected] they are threatning me and harrasing me whenever i was on working they visit my house day by day there is my wife and my mom alone at home and they threatened them
                                Listen am not a defaulter am paying all payments with penalty but they r hurting my self respect and am not gonaa tolerate this any more so now i have decided to take a action and am commiting sucide i[censored] dont give me the solution...                                   Hi team,

                                  I have been a bajaj finserv customer for over 3 years, have purchased multiple household appliances using their emi feature and repaid all the loans on time.
                                  This issue began when i applied for the 1st loan back in 2017 or approximately around that time.
                                  I have been using a vodafone post paid number "[protected]" for more than 5 years now, however, later on after applying for the 1st loan i came to know some unknown individual has duped bajaj finserv of some loan amount using my vodafone number.
                                  Unfortunately he has fled now, i used to get calls from bajaj & hdfc representatives who kept on asking me "am i speaking with mr yasir?" & i kept on complaining, this is subhodeep roy & i haven't take any loan from any where.
                                  After repeated complaints & mails to the grievance department, he duplicate customer id was unlinked from my account and the calls dried up.
                                  However, i kept on suffering on the other side inspite of paying all the emi's on time.

                                  A) firstly i was told due to technical issue i cannot get the emi card.
                                  Technical issue was the above situation of which i explained.

                                  B) secondly, my virtual card has been blocked now, and i'm told that it cannot be activated.

                                  I'm repeatedly told by the agents that "sir, please start the loan afresh, or buy some thing & this time you would surely get the card & i keep on telling them "sir i have already had 3 loans from bajaj which i have paid on time, when on 3 occasions bajaj was unable to process the card for me, then please don't keep on reiterating the same thing.

                                  Recently, i have applied for a rbl bajaj finserv emi super card which was rejected as well due to this bull # and again when i spoke with the bajaj finserv agent, i was told that the card has been blocked due to bad credit score may be.
                                  Such #!

                                  I have a good credit score, i do not have any loans under my name other than my education loan, i pay my credit card bills on time.


                                  My only request to you is to activate my virtual card and account so that i can re apply for the super card.

                                  Please do not:

                                  A) call me and ask to explain the same thing over and again.
                                  As every thing should be there in your records already.

                                  B) please do not ask me to apply for fresh loan once again as i won't, i do not have trust on bajaj.

                                  I know that even if you loose one customer it wouldn't make any different to you, but remember one thing, i'm your trusted customer who pays all emi's on time unlike some other crap heads!

                                    I purchased 2 smart phone vivo v11 22000 and samsung 5000/- through bajaj finance. Samsung mobile emi gets closed by end of last month..
                                    Today (18/5/2019) from my registered bank account they charged rs.258/-. For ecs rejection charges, i got a baja smart credit card for prompt payment.. When i purchased they charged rs 600 as card charge now didected 258 as ecs.. You people are telling that you zero percent interest then what is the benefit if you debit certain sum of money in the different name...?

                                      I purchased an air conditioner with bajaj fineserv emi. They randomly added some cpp asset care and charged extra 3000 without asking me. This is extreme fraud, by your sales guys to meet the deadlines. I see this is happening very frequently these days. Some legal action has to be taken to put an end to this.
