    If you leived any overdue charge ill complaint against you in consumer court.

    Because i already paid bounce payments plenty+ 295 7 times to fail chargers.

    And your dealer never let us know about any these charges while making our loan

      Fraud bajaj... I have closed my account with bajaj with customer id 19439456. Still the company has charged me emi again. This is completely insane.
      Be informed that i paid 4.72% extra for pre closure charged on the outstanding amount. 4.72% is too too high as pre closure. At the same time i paid 3 days extra interest to settle the same.
      I was pay highest rate of interest 15.25% (Very similar to hand loan rate).
      Be aware that bajaj had imposed and compelled me to take insurance along with the loan.
      I feel like being trapped with bajaj and will never ever use any product of bajaj in my entire life. I will never recommend this name to anyone. I wish this organisation must shut down immediately.

        I have received a unauthorized message to my mobile number stating someone have applied for a add on card under my name, i'm totally unaware who did that and why it has been done - tried to call bajaj finserv customer care but it's asking for customer id - emailed several times to finserv haven't got any reply owing to this issue.

        I'm joke to bajaj finserv??

          Please send the hardcopy of the general insurance phonebinding bearing loan a/c no.4c7gipee743285 to the adress as submitted earlier immediately. I was insured a family health insurance of 5 lakhs for 3 members. I was asked to keep rs.1255/per month for 9 months in my boi bank a/c ending with 2001. The same will be deducted from 5th may 2019 onwards. So before deducting i wish to see the hardcopy of the policy. Please do the needful accordingly.

                I raised a cancellation request for BAJAJ FINSERV RBL SUPER CARD the reference number is 07972336, I raised so many requests for the same. But the support team didn't take any action. I am not generating my card PIN yet. But my statement is ready for payment for nearly ₹1200. They send the mails that I am not available both in land line and mobile number. I have the call tracking facility in land line and miss call alert in my mobile. In both services the rbl customer care number is not present. They are sending the mails without trying to contact me. Please take necessary action

                  This is third time from bajaj fin to me for mandate registration otherwise rs. 450 will be levied from my account. I already do that procedure two times and i already submit the required bank document. Bajaj fin. Did not deduct any any emi from my given bank account and sending this message to me for mandate registration. Because this very poor and rubbish service from bajaj finance i get very angry and i am thinking to register complaint against bajaj finance.

                      I have purchased some product (Wm) via bajaj finance under lan no.4390cd83891201, from shival electronics patiala.
                      The amount of emi have to be duducted from my wife's sbi account. But no emi was duducted (Debited) from the account except the very first due to some technical error from bajab fin. Service (As told by their collection agent). So their collection agent collected the emi amounted 1350/- by hand every month since october 2018 till april 2019. But last month (April) they charged a penulty of rupee 450//-, and sbi penulty 295. That is big amount. I. E 745/-.
                      A refund of 745/- must be initiated or i have to file a case in consumer court

                          I purchase samsung washing machine (Model no wa70m4000hp) on 14/10/2018 on emi loan no 4050cd90834776.
                          I have done all the procedure which requiered to take a loan but then also emi amount is not deducting automatically from my account, else i have to pay manually.
                          Your customer care executives calling me every month to pay emi manually and they are speaking very rudely, unprofessionly not showing patience also.

                          After that again i have done all documents procedure two time, submitted blank cheque also but still procedure is not done. Mr. Abhijeet has collected my all document again on january 2019 and he commited from next month it won't happen again but in next month also same issue i faced and still facing. So, what your executives are doing after collecting the document from customer?
                          To collect emi you are calling continuosly and harrasing us and even they ready to come to collect a cash at my place but thy don't have time to register the customer's document or to take follow up?
                          It seems your service is very poor. Very unhappy with this service.
                          Why my documents are still not registered? Expecting positive response.
                          I hope you will look at this matter soon because from now it self i won't pay manually this thing's are too much harrasing.

                                    To the duping master via this consumer forum...

                                    Reference to our previous interactions pertaining to the loan account 401rem[protected] where i was promised for a cash back of rs 300 post 1st emi clearance which has so far fetched nothing other than fictitious and halloween claims of resolution from mismanaged and irresponsible customer support team who i believe have mastered the art of misleading...

                                    It was clearly specified and the placards displayed the same offer during the festive shopping season of jan-26-2019 entitling a cashback of 300 on purchase of 10k and above, which has, for my stunning surprise, not taken place even after the passage of 3 months altogether

                                    Highly disappointed with myself for choosing you over the most reliable and competitive service providers available in the market, i just can't believe that i relied on such a duplicitous and misleading business who have taken my entire reliability and trust for a total toss, maintaining such an irresponsible and belying attitude...

                                    Upon contacting customer support, they just beguiled me &
                                    Pretended to be addressing the longstanding issue and acted as if going to resolve it but surprisingly vanished from the scene thereafter, never to turn back...

                                    That's not the end... Bajaj emi card app displays our pre-approved offers allocated based on our past relationships with them, 5 such fictitious and illusionary offers shown up in my app entitled me for a variety of financial products, to name one, it showed a pre-approved bajaj rbl credit card offer and upon showing interest for the same & to request a call back from the concerned department in order to understand the product features, i stunningly got counterproductive calls relating to some personal loan i had never shown interest in and had been advertently rejecting their offers during tele-conversations, astonishingly they had initiated a cibil inquiry against the same personal loan i know nothing about, without my knowledge & consent which is unbelievably shocking, raising a serious concern of insecurity

                                    I had been, since last three years, since i opted out for bajaj finserve card thinking that i am on the most reliable and trusted financial brand of india who are focused and abreast on customer delight and satisfaction and most importantly distinct about their commitments and claims but my entire belief has turned contrapositive due to the beguiling acts stated above, have been the most loyal customers ever since i opted for their services, maintaining a crystal clear and unblemished track record uncompromisingly but in return, my reliability is being compromised

                                    I believe it's high time for me to wake up from the disguised slumber and clear off all the outstanding dues of active loan accounts, whatever leftover, surrender the plastic card and better opt for a reliable and committed financial brand as the current status of my belief predicts a heavy toll on our reliability in future which would be a disastor

                                    ...

                                    Unfortunately bidding adieu to misleading masters reluctantly due to poor and misleading servicing...

                                    No one from their higher escalations will ever be bothered to revert, instead they just revert with a misleading mails to deviate customers attention and to properly dupe them...

                                    Shame on them...

                                      Arree bheekh mange lag jao katora leke. jo bina kisi information ke account se paisa kat rahe ho sahi hai wo log jo tumhre jaise tuchiiii company ko pay nhi karte every Emi on time di. fir bhi bheekh chahiye tumhe mere Acoount se agr ab paise deduct kiye main direct @RBI ko compliant karugi last time bhi complaint ki but koi answer nhi kiya abhi check my last compliant at 27/4/2019. na koi customer care number hai.
                                      kya hua kotra leke bheekh mangne me sharam aa rahi thi jo compaint nhi tumne remove kar di jab tak meko ye update nhi doge mera paisa kyu cut kiya i will continusily update as about wrost compay comment haram ki kamai nhi hai tumhre liye roj office jake mahnet karte hai or tum bheekh mange ho meko jawab chahiye.
