I purchase samsung washing machine (Model no wa70m4000hp) on 14/10/2018 on emi loan no 4050cd90834776.
I have done all the procedure which requiered to take a loan but then also emi amount is not deducting automatically from my account, else i have to pay manually.
Your customer care executives calling me every month to pay emi manually and they are speaking very rudely, unprofessionly not showing patience also.
After that again i have done all documents procedure two time, submitted blank cheque also but still procedure is not done. Mr. Abhijeet has collected my all document again on january 2019 and he commited from next month it won't happen again but in next month also same issue i faced and still facing. So, what your executives are doing after collecting the document from customer?
To collect emi you are calling continuosly and harrasing us and even they ready to come to collect a cash at my place but thy don't have time to register the customer's document or to take follow up?
It seems your service is very poor. Very unhappy with this service.
Why my documents are still not registered? Expecting positive response.
I hope you will look at this matter soon because from now it self i won't pay manually this thing's are too much harrasing.
