My account has been debited rs 117 from ICICI bank to bajajfinser for what purpose. I want clarification otherwise I will move to the court.

    Hi,

    Without my concern how did they deducted the money from my account. I have no dues with them and Clear all the EMI long time back. I need the answer otherwise I will take legal action against them for taking 117 rupees from my account. Otherwise refund my money.

      An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of sbi bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. I dont know the reason for the deduction,

      I totally don't understand after 3+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

        Total cheating by the person (Shalini Upadhaya - mobile no [protected], ) who discussed with me and accepted to take 10, 000 RS including all the charges until the loan tenure 7 years except interest 14% .But in the welcome letter mentioned as 25999 RS and this shown as a utilized amount and converted to the EMI of 84 months. He told on account of diwali offer they have reduced the charges and no need pay any other charges like flexi fee and annual maintenance fee, all theses are charged to my loan account when access the loan account, i tries call them for a clarification but no one has answered my calls.

        help help me to cancell this loan

          I ordered a washing machine through Bajaj application online, but didn’t give confirmation over call, after few days one representative from Bajaj called me and threatening us to buy the product

            I was not told EMI card and the payment to it is optional. I was not given any details and your person who had come to do biometrics for credit card just took my phone and start doing stuff. In the end he told me to pay 531 i thought this was for credit card. I just wanted credit card why would I want EMI card if I have credit card so I demand my 531 rs back which i was made to pay for EMI card. Your person Indresh Sharma who had come to my house who is working for Bajaj Finance and the one who lied and cheated. Now even after complaining to bajaj finance they are not returning my 531 Rs which I paid to them. Please refund amount this immediately. I just want my money back. I am not asking for any damages or mental harassment, or also for lies and deceit your employees played with me as of now.

            same situation happened to me, a guy from bajajfinserv came to my home issuing supercard credit card, saying currently festival offers going on. if i prepay rs.799 now then i dont have to pay annual charges of credit card ever again. but now on nov 12 bill generated, it has annual charges 999rs + gst of 179rs.

            filed complaint against them on all platforms. waiting and hoping they solve.

                  Meine Mera loan EMI 2nd nov phonepe se pay kar diya tha but fir v bounce ka massage Aya, pata nahi kya issue hai. Mera paise toh kat liya avi bounce dikha Raha hai q, mein thoda poor family se hu mein bounce charge nhi de sakta hu isiliye maine pehle online kar diya.

                    My emi amount was debited twice and the refund is still not credited. I have an EMI of ₹4554 which is to be debited on 2nd of each month. This month i paid via the app on 2nd november but it was debited again on 3rd november. I tried calling them but the only thing that they have is a self service number. I would like to get my refund of the debited amount.

                      Hi,

                      I have never requested or in possession of any EMI Network Card ever. From last few time, I am getting messages for Annual Charges for the same.
                      I am surprised and bit worried on this.
                      Please can you urgently check if there is any such card under the name - Anish Mohanan Perumpilly or if any card having contact number as [protected].
                      If so, please cancel it asap.
                      I confirm, I do not have any such card any time requested or received.

                        Emi deducted twice for the same month

                        I have a consumer loan account with Bajaj finserv account no. 30PCDDIN160900 and emi of Rs.1444 is debited every month, for the month of November I paid the emi in advance on 31 st of October through Phone pay Transaction ID T2210310859174618447229 and on 2nd of November the emi for the month of November again automatically deducted from my HDFC account Transaction reference no.[protected].                         An amount of RS. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of HDFC bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. I dont know the reason for the deduction, as I don't own any bajaj finserv card because I never applied nor requested for it. After checking my bank statements, I got to know that they are deducting this amount every year, not sure since how long.

                        I want to know on what basis you are deducting this amount from my account, I have taken an AC in 2018 which is already paid off and as I mentioned I don't own an EMI card.

                        SMS I received from my bank:
                        "ALERT: Your A/c xx1651 has been debited for Rs.117 on 25th Oct' 2022 through Debit mandate towards BAJAJFIN_BF121118_442-341_27677863."

                          I bought new bike Pulsar Ns200 BS VI on 01/10/2022 at Pallava Bajaj showroom Tamilnadu (State) Chengalpet (District) -603002. I drive 20 km the bike had an issue in idle position and radiator not working, I returned to showroom and the problem will resolved and getting in my hand on 07/10/2022.After reaching 700 km the first service came on 29/10/2022.After getting first service, the bike horn is not working.This is the safety issue, I cant drive without horn.It will affected my works also.In one month there are 3 issues came in New bike.

                              it is intimated that I am NOT repeat NOT your customer.
                              I don't know from where you have obtained my email id.
                              i am of the certain view that these spam mails that I am getting from you are the actions of a CHEAP company and not worthy of you.
                              I am writing to you after failing at all attempts to stop Promotional/ Spam mails from Bajaj Finserv. Earlier I used to get such messages via sms on my mobile number which I blocked. Then I started getting mails. I don't know from where you got my email ID. Further these mails are being received from Poonawalla Fincorp via [protected]@connectinboxx.comKindly look into the matter as I have had a lot of respect for your Family and businesses. But now I have lost all that. With best wishes.

                                Hi,

                                RBL Bajaj Finserv has auto debited 117.00 Rs from my HDFC salary account.

                                I have never given auto debit access to RBL.

                                What is the reason for this deduction. I have no outstanding on this card for last 30 days.

                                If we pay less amount on the card, RBL place more than 3 % charges.

                                Need refund with additional charges.

                                  I did payed all EMIs till today and they are forcing for paying another EMI this month. They are saying that that is the rule of paying EMI and i have to pay EMI twice this month. I am going legally for compensation and cheating.

                                    I have been charged 4999/- as credit vidya fees. Which was never informed or i am aware of.

                                    I dont want any credit vidya report or never i was informed about this. As per my email while sending ok the only charge mentioned is od activation charges which is flexi fee.

                                    Need the repayment of same with interest I paid on that amount at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction.
