I bought new bike Pulsar Ns200 BS VI on 01/10/2022 at Pallava Bajaj showroom Tamilnadu (State) Chengalpet (District) -603002. I drive 20 km the bike had an issue in idle position and radiator not working, I returned to showroom and the problem will resolved and getting in my hand on 07/10/2022.After reaching 700 km the first service came on 29/10/2022.After getting first service, the bike horn is not working.This is the safety issue, I cant drive without horn.It will affected my works also.In one month there are 3 issues came in New bike.

      Dear sir,
      it is intimated that I am NOT repeat NOT your customer.
      I don't know from where you have obtained my email id.
      i am of the certain view that these spam mails that I am getting from you are the actions of a CHEAP company and not worthy of you.
      I am writing to you after failing at all attempts to stop Promotional/ Spam mails from Bajaj Finserv. Earlier I used to get such messages via sms on my mobile number which I blocked. Then I started getting mails. I don't know from where you got my email ID. Further these mails are being received from Poonawalla Fincorp via [protected]@connectinboxx.comKindly look into the matter as I have had a lot of respect for your Family and businesses. But now I have lost all that. With best wishes.\

        Amount auto debited from account

        Hi,

        RBL Bajaj Finserv has auto debited 117.00 Rs from my HDFC salary account.

        I have never given auto debit access to RBL.

        What is the reason for this deduction. I have no outstanding on this card for last 30 days.

        If we pay less amount on the card, RBL place more than 3 % charges.

        Need refund with additional charges.

        I did payed all EMIs till today and they are forcing for paying another EMI this month. They are saying that that is the rule of paying EMI and i have to pay EMI twice this month. I am going legally for compensation and cheating.

          I have been charged 4999/- as credit vidya fees. Which was never informed or i am aware of.

          I dont want any credit vidya report or never i was informed about this. As per my email while sending ok the only charge mentioned is od activation charges which is flexi fee.

          Need the repayment of same with interest I paid on that amount at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction.

            My Bajaj finserve EMI card account has been inactive for 3 years Now.But AMC 117 Rs/- have been deducted every year(16/09/2020, 15/09/2021 and 13/09/2022). But when i took the card 10 years ago there was no AMC concept. Now i kindly request you to return my deducted AMC'S and not to debit current year AMC and cancel my EMI card.
            Also request you to stop all unwanted promotional calls regarding home loans and personal loans.

                    My personal loan no from Bajaj Finance 403TPLG0339489on 05/03/2021 was continously paying the emi but due to some financial crisis. I have only two EMI is pending and now the recovery agent nober [protected] are calling me and my family to defame us.
                    I am continously requesting the time i need for the settlement as currently i don't have enough money to repay the whole loan.
                    Since i am not intentional defaulter i am just asking for some time( one month).
                    We are getting so much of mental harassment pls take some action against agent. He is continuously call me and hares me to pay the amount immediately and come my house he told offensive words and harassment and recover the money he told today he will come and harass my neighbour
                    Pls help me and little bit time atleast one month

                      Your EMI card is not eligible on all website. So I want to close my account permanently. I don't need Emi card my CIBIL score have effected. Your pre approved loan message upto 25 lac or 45 lac illiterate me. Stop Don't send me message everyday.

                          I am very long been associated with BAJAJ FINANCE.
                          By work, I am An Entrepreneur, A youtuber, A philanthropist
                          And A Human right activist and a members of animal welfare activists of India

                          I have also been a small electric component supplier to BAJAJ ELECTRIC during my import-export carrier, every since I have a great Respect to Bajaj & family as an organization.
                          But, Today was my very unfortunate day, which made me literally jolt out of fear for an hour and so and also when I am writing this letter to you remembering the fearful incident that just happened with me today.
                          I have been receiving called from one personal mobile number ([protected]), he is a Bajaj finance employee, his name is MAYUR MULE.
                          He has been calling me to make the overdue payment of my EMI, he calls me repeatedly without a pause and calls me till 10pm in night to which I reply else he does not stop calling me.
                          Today he did cross all the limits and started shouting on phone without listening to me..he was shouting like a craze insane deranged person no grotesque word can fully define his extremely loud shout and inappropriate way of speaking with me… I was literally shattered when I was on my way to meet my client, I literally cried today out of fear after his call… the sound of he was shouting without a pause and without listening to me is still running deep in my mind due to which I am not able to sleep now @12:22am night.. out of this I am writing you Sir just to make you aware such unsocial peoples are working at responsible position in your organization where their job is to directly interact with people of my country.
                          I have his recording in my mobile and have also shared with BAJAJ complaint center but I know that is not enough to make this guy realize his mistake therefore requesting you to please take appropriate action. In view of no action taken against him, within 2 days, I will make a legal complaint against him.
                          I request BAJAJ team shall let me know what action is been taken against him in 2 days time.

                                  This is regarding a LAPTOP purchased from Pune through loan facility form Bajaj Finance Limited.
                                  My son Karan Mehta had availed a loan facility for purchase of Laptop from Pune, the Loan Account Nos. are mentioned below:
                                  402CDDHW982666 (Rs. 43, 101),
                                  402VSDHW983587 (Rs. 648),
                                  402VSDHW983464 (Rs. 748).

                                  Now I would like to inform you that all EMI of said loan has been cleared from bank and he has obtained NO DUE CERTIFATE also from your Company on[protected]. After clearance of all EMI and getting No due certificate from you the amount of Rs. 3589 has been debited in his account stating that “DIRECT DEBIT BY BAJAJ FINANCE” on[protected]. In this connection he has written several mails to you but there is no response from your side even after providing following details to you through email
                                  • Providing the whole loan statement,
                                  • Specific monthly statement,
                                  • Specific date statement of my bank account
                                  • Explaining the same thing again and again on call to customer care executives.
                                  If it was a legit debit then I need clarity on the amount charged by Bajaj Finance and if it was a wrongful debit then please return it ASAP.

                                      At the time they mentioned with 15 days Bajaj will credited to the loan account (flexi fee amount ) stil i am not receved. (victor.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in)

                                      Still i am not receved any cashback. Can please give the suggestion. How complain this incident

                                      After Registering the complaint they contact me and they transfered the 5000/ rs to my account. I informed to them. I have to receve the 8000/- rs. As per the offer they annonced in indepedence day offer.

                                      After they cam with some other point. Loan amount is dispached in 16th aug. So we will not give 8000/-. So that is the reson we processed 5000/-.
                                      My application date 13th Aug. Baja Team is duing intentionally. Please help me to resolve

                                      Cash Back Structure

                                      10 - 14.99 = 5000/- cash back
                                      15 - 19.99 = 8000/- cash back
                                      >=20 = 10, 000/- Cash back.
