My name is ranjit singh, having emi card number 4579. I purchased an item from flipkart. After purchasing from online my ecs account mapped wrong by system automatically and no emi deducted our bounced in my account. When i find it i foreclosed the loan account immediately. But my emi card blocked by bajaj finserv without any notice. It has been taken 1 year long period but still emi card is not blocked.
When i sent email to wecare customer care they said your cibil score is low. I have cleared the disputes with cibil and sent updated report again to bajaj finserv then again they said "sir your dob is not correct in cibil report" when it corrected by cibil we will unblock your card.
Now emi card is blocked from past 12 months, cibil score is more than 750+, dob has been corrected, no loan is pending even there is no loan account is active in my name but still bajaj is unblocking my emi card.
I have sent many repeated emails and 100 times visited bajaj finserv local office, they are also know the story. But there is no solution have been provided by bajaj finver.
This is so disappointing and poor customer service.
