I Have taken loan for Home appliances from Bajaj Finserv .Loan account number(5490CD[protected]. First Due was scheduled on 05.01.2016 and Last EMI Dated[protected].I have paid all the Emi on time .But yesterday (26.12.2018) some one called me and said you have 35, 000+ penalty to pay or it will be recorded to Cibil and Bajaj will initiate legal actions against me .i was wondered and checked my loan status .It says there is an outstanding balance...

Yes, they are cheaters and trying to make fool to everyone. Even i got a call to apply for flexi loan and they didn't tell me the whole scenario. When i agreed to apply for the same, n asked about the charges i. E. Processing fees and all. Then they told me for the one time charge around rs 4999, which they were denying earlier.

The bajaj company employees fraud seller who are not ready to even give bills. Major issue i purchased a geyser which was a faulty one. The customer support allocated some foolish so called mechanics who said they couldnt do anything about it. They said the company would replace the product. Now they are not even attending my phone call. Request to the government kindly do something about these frauds. All i know the sellers name its sandhu...

Daily i am getting at least 4 to 5 calls for loans. every time new person calls and says i am dialing you for the first time and i have deleted your number from database. you wont get calls again. after 10 mins somebody else calls and says the same.

they calls randomly from any number. says we will delete it from database but they dont. this company should be banned forever.

Till today multiple times of rs.295 has been deducted on behalf of bajaj finserv. Money deducted one time on[protected], 3 times on[protected] and 4 times on[protected] from my sbi bank account linked with your bajaj finserv. So the total 8 times has been deducted. Deduction of rs. 117/- from my state bank sb accont
Dear sir,
It is very much regretted to state that a sum of rs. 117/- was deducted from my state bank account on 24.12.2018 without any consent. A message from my bank was received on my registered mobile as your account debited inr 117/- transferred to investment intermedi.
Please take necessary action to reimburse the dedected amount immediately otherwise i will file...

I have received a legal notice with respect to the above loan which i have not availed.
On 5.5.2012 i purchased 2 nos of voltas window ac and a loan of rs 40970 was taken from bajaj finance for which they deducted an amount of rs 4098 per month starting from 05.07.2012 and ending in apr 2013 ie 4098 x 10 = 40980.in this way the loan of rs 40970 was fully paid.
I have now received a legal notice for the balic premium cd loan...

T was 4 years back and thereafter no loan has been taken from bajaj finserve. However the finance company has charge rs. 117 as inactive fees and directly deducted from my bank account

In my report there was 12 Bajaj loan account and 1 credit enquiry, when I made complain they removed all loan account from my credit report but not the credit enquiry.

when accounts removed, credit enquiry should be removed.

I had never apply any loan with Bajaj Fin nor i allowed Bajaj Fin to do a credit enquiry.

My membership im0893706, i was applied for mobile insurance claim in cpp, due to accidental damage consignment status in the https://in-claims.cppdirect.com/claims-ui has already settled (In october 2018) status but till now i was not received claim amount. I was called to cpp customer care executive so many times they are not giving proper information. So please settle my claim as early as possible....

I was promised that the bajaj emi card is free.
But now they are charging annual inactive fee of rs. 117/-.
I have received only as sms, no bill (Neither physical copy nor electronic copy)

I need to know

1. Why am i being charged an inactive fee? Does this mean that bajaj finserv is penalizing me for not buying any appliances this year?

2. Why no bill has been dispatched to my address?br...
