I had two times bajaj emi failed first was on 05/11/2018 and second was on 02/01/2019.
For first and second emi date failed there was an amount deduction from bajaj i. E. Rs. 450.
But from sbi there is 5 times of amount deducted i. E. Rs. 295*5 on dated 11/11/2018, 17/12/2018, 31/12/2018, 03/01/2019 and 08/01/2019
When i ask to sbi they said amount has been deducted by bajaj finance and bajaj finance said that go and ask your bank to give you this thing that is amount has been deducted by us in a letter.
I am confused what to do.
Kindly refund my amount asap.

    Im ambati karuna sagar, taken professional loan from bajaj finserv last month... There is wrong entry of registered phone no. By you people and im suffering now... Given multiple calls to the person by name mr kranthi who provided loan to me, tried to update online... Told that updation happens in 48hour... Now itsnearing a month.. But it is still pending... I cannot withdraw amount from virtual account... Pls help... Lost fullfaith on bajaj finserv... Going to take legal action.. Thanks

      Dear sir/mam, this is to inform you that recently i check my bajaj finserv emi card on bajaj finserv app. I see on there a insurance policy on my card i have not taken any insurance but if i check my details at bajaj finance website onliine that shows emi of insurance with amount of rs.950. Bajaj finance has been insured without any information. I will not pay any insured amount because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my insurance as soon as possible and send me the confirmation of cancellation of insurance immediately.

        Hi.

        I have bajaj personal loan and will be cleared on 5th of every month where as every alternate month they are deducting amount stating cheque recvd mandate failed on average of rs 1000to 1200. Whe i as them they say they didnt deduct and bank says ask with sbi. Then who is responsible. I have only single loan an no other emi. Bajaj team doesn't respond properly and close the ticket without our concern and response.

          I have cleared all my debt on the last loan ans service was good.
          And with the same trust i tool one mobile through bajaj emi but my experience is worst.

          My due to was 2nd jan 2019 and i had sufficient balance in my account but still my emi was not deducted and i am being charged multiple times with rs 295 which is not acceptable.

          I have sufficient balance in my account.
          Please deduct your emi and refund my extra charges.

As per telephonic discussion with your team provide me two number health insurance policy (1) dewashish roy & aditya roy (2) soma roy & dewanshu roy of 'aditya birla health insurance'. But till date (05-jan-18) i am not receive any above related document. And dated 05-jan-19 you deducted first instalment rs.701/- *2 (Rs.1402/-) from my bank account.

                I had bought samsung galaxy j7pro (Mobile) dated[protected] from standard sales, ferozepur cantt, punjab pin 152001. It was bought through bajaj fiserv loan @ 0% interest. Loan number is 4d7dpf57964509 amount 19400/- and i have taken insurance policy aslo of cpp mobile insurance no 4d7dfs57964650 amont 1799/-. I have paid total amount through emi.

                My mobile got damaged in road accident on dated[protected].
                Display was totally broken. So i went to bajaj finserv representative in ferozepur. He told to visit samsung care as mobile is in warranty period. I was asked to get repair bill and claim report from samsung care. The cost of repair is 4500/-
                Bajaj finserv representative aman bajaj has taken all papers n posted to cpp banglore for claim. It has been for 2 months that cpp insurance is not giving me my claim money.
                I have spoken to customer care representative on toll free no[protected] many times but every time they say that your claim is under process.
                It is requested that please consider the matter and take necessary action regarding my complaint

                  D i was surprised to take the information o[censored]nlawfull huressement &forceful draging of my bank account without my knowedge, information, &your full illegal attentation of yours. I was debited in my bank acc-sbi-[protected]-rs3723/-on6thnov18&@rs29, 320 on 24dec, 18 for my acc-6c4rfd51358383, which was closed from my mail on18nov18 as i donot want to continue this loan-no reply was given to me for my complaint - id:2149199. Which was shamfull for your field staff-but no responce
                  I want to highlight:-1-i have paid you total loanamount on 3ooct with sr[protected] from beawar-raj your branch, where i applied to close my loan &noc to issued later with-intrestrs22338 on 5nov18 was also paid. You people again deducted the rs3723+29320 in nov6th &24dec without my knowedge, consent&inspite my request, mail, complaint., on cotratory of no charges on for-clouser, noamcimplimentation as i refused for continue, for - what are the charges rs 29320+3723=rs33043. Pl remitt my amount by retorn-mail - i am disappointed with this activity&illegalcharges. Expedatedly dr sr gahlote, m. D.                       Have taken personal loan and mobile loan on baja fin serv while taking the loan they told your emi date will be 5th of every month but now they are deducting 2th of every month the problem is my salary will be credited on 4th of every month so how can i pay emi on time .am ready to pay emi but the date is not at all comfortable.i called them many times to change the emi date they are telling its not at all possible whats the recent behind un necessarily paying the bouncing fees 1000rs etc .this is totally ridiculos. i have never seen irresponsible services like this

                          I dont want any credit vidya report or never i was informed about this. As per my email while sending ok the only charge mentioned is od activation charges which is flexi fee.

                          Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction.

                            Pleased to inform that the following loans were foreclosed on 15th and 16th of december 2018.

                            Loan # 4030vs[protected] rs 850 monthly emi
                            Loan # 4030vs[protected] rs 1167 monthly emi
                            Loan # 403rep[protected] rs 2832 monthly emi
                            Loan # 403rep[protected] rs 2656 monthly emi
                            Loan # 403rep[protected] rs 2190 monthly emi

                            Unfortunately, the last 2 loans were not yet closed (Due to system error i believe) and the emi payment get debited as usual today 2nd jan 2019, this in-spite of me making the foreclosure well in advance and sending email and through voice calls to ensure those emi's not to get debited, but in vain. Even i received a call on 31st dec 2018 and the executive had confirmed those loans were closed and the emi's assosiated with that wont get effected.
                            This is a kind of dupe since in my emails i made it very clear about 2 options..

                            My concern and grievance is, why should i be burdened again with the emi's when the loans got cleared by foreclosure, instead i, as a customer should be provided with other alternate source rather than making to pay again the emi's, this mounts to lapse of service and ultimately been done with grave injustice and this happened in spite of my requests,

                            What's the use of foreclosing the loans well in advance during the time frame?
                            What's the use of sending emails and informing them through tele-calls?

                            Is that not a case of lapse in service.in such case, i expect a kind of compensation since for no fault of mine but the error by the system and i was made the scapegoat.

                            Kindly find attached the payment summary report for your perusal and necessary action further.

                            Please look into this and do the necessary asap since the next emi dates are nearing and need a solution before that.

                            Further to the above complaint i wish to update it with the information that the Deducted EMI;s (Rs 2656 & Rs 2190 - 403REP88670272, 403REP[protected] were refunded but still expect a compensation of Rs 5000 for the mental agony and subsequent issues faced by me. This compensation request is being given since to my opine i feel there should not be a double standard as regards to the rules and regulations, especially with payment related matter. Its a well known fact that fine will be levied to customers who are not complying with monthly EMI / ECS payment and the same yardstick needs to be applied vice-versa so that the company takes the responsibility for making the error due to which the customer is burdened with additional EMI payment for no fault, though the REFUND was effected at a later date.
                            As such i being an affected customer, requesting the compensation and expects justice. I would be forced to approach ombudsman / consumer court if failing to provide me with the justice.
                            Kindly understand my concern and do the needful.

                              I have a bajaj finance digital product loan of rs.32, 500/- and with emi of rs 3250 which gets auto debited on 2 on every month.

                              I have foreclosed my bajaj finance digital product loan account no 417dpf86024802 on dec 28 2018 but still there is emi deductions on 2 jan 2019 after foreclosure.

                              How and when they will process the refund of the extra emi deducted?

                                    I am a old customer having bajaj emi card. Very recent i got a call from your lending department i got a pre-approved loan of 3.4l at an interest rate of 10.47%, processing fees 10800+gst, and stamp duty of 500.
                                    The emi amount which they told and informed is rs7618 per month. When i check with emi calculator actual emi at the rate of 10.47% is rs6444, which cost me burden of 70-80 thousand rupees.
                                    Please look into it on priority and respond me at the earliest.

                                    No of your customer services help me out
                                    My issue. Your company's customer service is very poor.

                                      First of all a lady named pallavi shinde called me and said I'm from bajaj finserv there is offer for you of 6 lakhs personal loan, she told me to purchase two policies and i purchased two policies 1]Edelweiss Tokio & 2]Indiafirst.then lady named aradhya patil called and said sir I'm also from bajaj finserv & the cheque process is very long if you want instantly pay now then i said i dont know how to pay then she said sir tell me your OTP every time when i ask & every time i told her OTP'S [i know that everyone say do not share OTP but there was a emergency & i needed the money] she made payment through razorpay and i received email like thank you for using your debit/credit card for purchase with cash at razorpay and she made transactions of RS.20000, 35000, 10000, 15000, 50000 total=1lakh 30 thousand, i checked that all payment are paid to sarvshikshasolutions.com then i called patil madam & said what is this ? she said sir we have [bajaj finserv]partnership with sarvshikshasolutions.com & you will receive your loan tomorrow . from a month everyday i call her she accept calls and says sir we have server problems, sir our manager is not present, sir...so on & now i think its fraud
