Dear sir/madam,

Guys i gonna complain you in consumer court, as i already mailed you that i “divyanshu gandhi” has purchased nokia phone from paragon udaipur.

I received an sms by saying that my ecs amount rs. 1457 would be deducted on 2 december 2018 for loan 455dpf92781749 so, i need to maintained my amount in my account.

However, still the amount not deducted from my account & i have maintained the amount in the account.

I have already given calls to your executive many times but no one picked calls. I will never use any service from bajaj finserv in future.

I am totally frustrated from bajaj finance.

Request to kindly look into the matter otherwise i’m going to take service action on it.

    Hello,
    On the day of 11th nov, i had been to rahul electronics mira road for looking at air conditioner models. (I have a bajaj finserv emi card with me) so i look at different acs, compare prices etc. Etc.
    Now i wanted to purchase the ac through bajaj finserv with the use of my emi card. So i ask the bajaj people sitting in the store to explain to me the emi options and the down payment of a particular ac costing 29, 000 rupees.
    They then ask me the registered mobile number which i give, then they ask me the date of birth of the person on whose name the card is; i give it to them (But i think it is weird coz when you try to login into your account on a computer, mobile number and dob is what they ask!) but i give it to them as they are bajaj representatives. They tell me the emi options and the down payment. Then we say that we will see some other places and come back in a week and we leave without purchasing the product.
    Then on 19th november, i receive an sms 'thanking me for purchasing from rahul electronics and that my product will be delivered soon' from the rahul electronics people and also from bajaj people and my emi card limit has been decreased by 29, 000 rupees and that the transaction is completed.
    So i call bajaj people and ask them about the whole situation and they tell me to go to the store and ask the manager. I do that and the manager says weird things like this happens when the customer asks for the product and that the actual money is not taken and that they must have forgot to cancel the transaction process. They were asking me to give my mobile number again so that they could return my money. After much talking, i gave them my cell number and he returned my money!
    I just want to say that the money was taken from my account without my permission! And the bajaj finserv and the rahul electronics people were playing the blame game as to who was responsible. And when i contacted the area sales manager he said that whoever did this will be fired. I do not want them fired as i got my money back. But he did not offer me any kind of compensation and tried to wiggle out of the situation by saying that he would fire people.
    I want some kind of compensation for deducting money from my account without my permission and to alert other people to keep a track of their deduction!

        My name is Faiz Khan and I live in Chandigarh. I was buying OPPO 7 mobile in April 2018. Its price was Rs. 21, 200/- from which I had deposited 4000 earlier. I have taken this mobile in the name of my wife.
        Rs. 3534/- was made for 6 months installments and 424DPF72374110 is my Loan account Number and 5 installments of 2500 months have been insured. All my installments have been completed and NOC letters have received.
        My phone had stopped being drenched in the rain. When I checked the phone in the Oppo Authorized Service Center, they told me that the phone has been damaged and will not be repaired; its mother-plate will have to be changed. On 7th August 2018, I talked to Bajaj help line and registered my claim and I was told that you have to send the documents and the photo of the damage phone. According to his instructions I sent all documents

        No one has even told me that before sending the photo of the damaged phone before sending it or later. If the phone was repaired and then IMEI number is shown, then the phone turned on and took pictures of it and sent all documents to BFF. My repair Bill was made of Rs. 13677/- and all the necessary bill and photo send to him by courier and Bajaj Financier agent told me to wait for 28 days.

        In October 2018, I was told that my claim has been canceled and when I asked for the reason, someone told me that the clime has been canceled due to the change IMEI code. Many time I called and every time his agent told me, he arrange call back from his senior and I have to wait 72 hrs. No one told me to send photograph again with phone box.

        Now you tell me what my mistake is and why I was troubled. I request so many time that my claim be settled and if not, then register my Claim again and again I am send to you all the documents and pass the resignation claim as soon as possible.

              I was needing money so I approached Bajaj Finserv on 21st Nov 2018 hoping they will follow their process and help me to get the money in 2 or 3 working days.
              The person took all docs and then got back to me stating the loan is approved and asked to give 3 blank check to get the amount disbursed.
              I denied to give blank check and as that person kept forcing me so finally gave check by writing Bajaj in the "Pay to" section and signed it.
              And it's been 2 weeks now and still no info on the amount disbursement nor about loan verification call.
              Have called Bajaj finserv[protected] many times and spoke to Yogesh Pardesi, Sagar, and also to couple of other males and females. None of them are giving accurate info and keep on telling that give us some time and we will call back. And thus is been happening from past 1 week now about calling them and these people give false promises about call back.
              Now I doubt I'm being cheated by Bajaj and they have taken all my docs including 3 checks.
              Need help on this.

                When we go at agency they told us first go to the service station n take the estiamte for nokia phone.. At the service station they told us we have no part yet for your phone which damage they give us estimate and phone in week.. Your exceutive told us when your phone damage you have to inform us at that day.. But we dont know the prosidure what is this... Now i call on your tollfree numbers i talk to three person 1. Mr. Prajval 2. Mr. Ashish 3. Mr. Gaurav.. They all are doing his job i dont mind with them but i already paid 3500 rs.. What can i do for returning my money.. They all ar told me we are not able to help you in this matter or do not provide you any mail for claim rejection... Do needfull otherwise send me mail adress of contact number of your authority

                        I bougt a washing machine from Good Way Koyilandy on 16.11.2018 with 3 years warranty by bajaj finserv. It's cost is 13500/- Two weeks ago, i got a call for asking extended warranty on that product. Company issues 3 years warranty on the same product. So i don't want extra warranty on the same.                             Myself mr nazeer ahmed a customer of bajaj finserv registered with ph. No: [protected]/[protected]

                            I previously had one emi's pinned with following loan id:

                            404pst21427320: (Monthly emi of 4367/-)

                            I have already cleared emi last month (Nov).
                            Please find the attached document as proof.

                            On month of november, bajaj finserv has withdrawn 1770/- on 28th nov 2018, 6490/- on 29th nov 2018 and 885/- on 30th novi2018 from my linked sbi savings account.
                            Even after clearing the emis, bajaj finserv trying to get money from my savings sbi account (Linked to bajaj finserv).
                            The amount of 295/- has been withdrawn 31 times from my account (Total=9145/-).

                            Requesting you to take proper actions against the issue and help me in getting my money (9145/-) back to my linked bank account.

                                Dear sir/mam, This is to inform you that recently i had purchased Samsung S8+ from my Bajaj Finserv Lending EMI card with loan Ac No.427DPF93202860 I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details at Bajaj Finance website onliine that shows EMI of my mobile insurance with total amount of Rs. 4699/-loan Ac for insurance is 427DFS95189900 besides the Mobile EMI. Bajaj Finance has been insured my mobile without any information and without any permission. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance as soon as possible and refund my amount and send me the confirmation of cancellation of mobile insurance immediately. Thanks and

                                I have been harassed by the Bajaj Finserv. Every week I m getting the unwanted call from Bajaj Finserv. I m not able understand from where they r getting the numbers. No body has taken action against the such compliant from Bajaj Finserv.
                                I have given all my emi of loan no. 410CDD57181362 but after some months they are calling for money of 450 and telling to give them. I have facing problem because I no longer live in kolkata.

                                    Had comitted via mail of approval of loan amount of 4 lakh @of 13%. Today on 28.10.2018 your representative call me to do sign of aggrement.
                                    When the meeting time was skipped i did call him but he replied me that plan is cancelled. He not let me the reason.
                                    I did call to miss namarta [protected] but she not did any reply.
                                    I did mail as above mention addresses but response still awaited.

                                    Note:-all documents were already accepted and address verification also done.
                                    Is this the working standard of bajaj finserv?

                                      An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of icici bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserve card that was send to my address was never applied nor requested by me still it landed up at my place. I totally don't understand after 4+ year they apply these kind of charges again and again.. Which are totally irrelevant. Please cancel and block the card which bajaj has sent..
                                      Also refund the amounts which you have took from my ac.[protected],
                                      Icici bank, hyderabad.
                                      Also intimate me the action you have taken... To my mail id..
