I bougt a washing machine from Good Way Koyilandy on 16.11.2018 with 3 years warranty by bajaj finserv. It's cost is 13500/- Two weeks ago, i got a call for asking extended warranty on that product. Company issues 3 years warranty on the same product. So i don't want extra warranty on the same. So I request you to cancell the contract under policy number OG[protected]-00148742 due to my personal issues. So please take necessary action without fails.

From past 20 days I'm wiating for my card to activate. Why its taking such a long time. You people are not caring at all.       Myself mr nazeer ahmed a customer of bajaj finserv registered with ph. No: [protected]/[protected]

      I previously had one emi's pinned with following loan id:

      404pst21427320: (Monthly emi of 4367/-)

      I have already cleared emi last month (Nov).
      Please find the attached document as proof.

      On month of november, bajaj finserv has withdrawn 1770/- on 28th nov 2018, 6490/- on 29th nov 2018 and 885/- on 30th novi2018 from my linked sbi savings account.
      Even after clearing the emis, bajaj finserv trying to get money from my savings sbi account (Linked to bajaj finserv).
      The amount of 295/- has been withdrawn 31 times from my account (Total=9145/-).

      Requesting you to take proper actions against the issue and help me in getting my money (9145/-) back to my linked bank account.
      Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Without my knowledge they have created cpp assest care service deducted my money . so as my request to cancel the service and refund my money. pls take as immediate request .

          Dear sir/mam, This is to inform you that recently i had purchased Samsung S8+ from my Bajaj Finserv Lending EMI card with loan Ac No.427DPF93202860 I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details at Bajaj Finance website onliine that shows EMI of my mobile insurance with total amount of Rs. 4699/-loan Ac for insurance is 427DFS95189900 besides the Mobile EMI. Bajaj Finance has been insured my mobile without any information and without any permission. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance as soon as possible and refund my amount and send me the confirmation of cancellation of mobile insurance immediately. Thanks and

          I have been harassed by the Bajaj Finserv. Every week I m getting the unwanted call from Bajaj Finserv. I m not able understand from where they r getting the numbers. No body has taken action against the such compliant from Bajaj Finserv.
          I have given all my emi of loan no. 410CDD57181362 but after some months they are calling for money of 450 and telling to give them. I have facing problem because I no longer live in kolkata.

              Had comitted via mail of approval of loan amount of 4 lakh @of 13%. Today on 28.10.2018 your representative call me to do sign of aggrement.
              When the meeting time was skipped i did call him but he replied me that plan is cancelled. He not let me the reason.

              I did mail as above mention addresses but response still awaited.

              Note:-all documents were already accepted and address verification also done.

                An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of icici bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserve card that was send to my address was never applied nor requested by me still it landed up at my place. I totally don't understand after 4+ year they apply these kind of charges again and again.. Which are totally irrelevant. Please cancel and block the card which bajaj has sent..

                  I am using bajaj finserv rbl bank platinum super card. Yesterday i got a call for some insurance policy from rbl and i told her clearly no for any policy but still rs.1000/- is debited from my card and also i have received mail for the same. Requested you to cancel all this policy or else i will block this card.

                          I had a ordered an iphone 6s from flipkart of rs 23999/- through bajaj finserve emi card. It's been 1.5 half months, my order was not placed. But payment has been deducted from my card. Once i got messages about the transaction, i called to flipkart about the refund, they told me that seller did not got any payment for this order, please contact to your bank/bajaj executive. Then i contact to bajaj, they saying from 1.5 months we have initiated the transaction to flipkart. They will refund. Another thing is that bajaj had converted that amount into in emi, now every month they are sending me an email for the payment of the emi. I have been calling to flipkart and bajaj finserv but they are not responding us properly.

                          Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

                            My above mentioned card was cancelled through telephonic conversation on call xxxxxxx8x1 about a year ago and now you have deducted rs. 117/- from my bank account without informing me & not taking my permission before deducting. I have attached the copy of the letter confirming cancellation of my card for your reference.

                            This may compel us to knock the legal door.

                              Using abusive language and bad words from baja collection agents and collection employee and pressorise me to pay emi.. Continous calls from mobile no [protected]

                                Till today multiple times of Rs.295 has been deducted on behalf of Bajaj Finserv. Money deducted one time on[protected] and 4 times on[protected] from my SBI bank account linked with your Bajaj Finserv. So the total 5 times has been deducted. The total amount deducted was Rs. 1475.
                                My cheque was bounced 2 times and i have paid around Rs.450 both times and my loan has been closed also. But why money getting deducted now. I have attached screenshot from my account statement showing money has been deducted.

I received a message station i will be charged a fee of rs 117/- on feb 2019 as a annual inactibe fees dor my emi card. I want this issue to be addressed so i called the customer care and whenever i call there will be a automated voice msg saying the customer care agents are attending other customers. I dont knw whether they really have a customer care or they jst run with this automated voice msg so no one will ever call. Thank god i was going to open a deposit account with them. Bow i wont.
