Try after 30 days. Waht is the problem may i know? I[censored] want to help then plz tell me. Already i purchase mobile inveter etc and i pay regularly. Waht is the prblm plz mention

    My name is bhaskar, i am using bajaj finserv card since 2 years, recently i taken a mobile phone of rs 15000 by using bajaj finserv card, after first instalment payed, they starting to deduct +276 rs for 8 months from my account, my mobile installement is 1666 and they added 276 rs in it, after 1666+276 they are deducting 1804 rs from my account, i didn't given any type of confirmation to deduct extra money from my account, please take proper action in it and notify me as soon as possible.

        I am the customer from 1.6 years onwards.in the month of july, i got the mail from [protected]@bajajfinserv.in to send the details for a personal loan but i have not responded to that. But unfortunately bajaj people activated this loan and asked me to pay the term in the month of august. But i thought that its any other loan. But in the month of sep again they asked me to pay amount. I enquired about it then i came to know about it.

        This is purely without my knowledge bajaj people have activated it and asking me to pay the money.

          I had kept funds in my account for bajaj emi but it didn't get deducted on that day with getting bouncing charges on top of it also my cibil score got affected so kindly update my cibil as i didn't bounce any of their emi.
          So many time i complaint to
          Customer care.. No use
          This time they reply.. Account closed.. And ecs bounced.
          I need an explanation on that...

          I was committed rate of int 11.6% instead of 18.27% and tenor was 60 month and they said 1st they will take conformation but with out any confirmation whole amount got disbursed. Kindly check this and resolve this asap, else i need to take appropriate action against this issue.

            I had kept funds in my account for bajaj emi but it didn't get deducted on that day accepted but after that when i paid it manually it didn't get any update in that and so i have to pay the amount again with getting bouncing charges on top of it also my cibil score got affected so kindly update my cibil as i didn't bounce any of their emi.
            I need an explanation on that why my ECS didn't cut on time even though it didn't they should have texted me something like that and it was very first EMI of mine and got bounced it hurted me

              I have purchased tv videocon from vijay sales and use bajaj conservative for emi. Total cost of good was 36990. Rs 8478 was paid by me at the time of booking of good. Balance amount was 28512. There were 8 emis of rs. 3699 deducted thr my bank account which total is rs. 29592.
              My balance amount was 28512 but bajaj has deducted rs. 29592 from my bank account. Please refund my excess amount which is paid by me to bajaj i. E. Rs1080.

                My recent loan account number for purchasing new mobile phone is 410DFS87089700.

                Today I have received a sms from Baja finance that
                Insurance applied with loan application no. 410DFS87089700 . Policy name digital fone safe. Premium Rs 1849.

                It is clearly intimated that I have not required any insurance policy for my mobile phone from Bajaj finance.
                Hence do not issue any insurance policy forcibly to any customer. Don't deduct any unnecessarily amount from my account.

                In case of a policy already issued through Bajaj finance without any request, kindly cancel the policy with immediate effect case will be forwarded to customer court without any delay for harrasment of customer.

                Your return reply will be highly appreciated. Your sms is quoted below...

                  I have purchased LED tv through loan from Bajaj Finserv. But Bajaj Finserv has deducted Rs. 2360/- (Rs. 295, 8 times) from my State Bank of India account No. i.e. [protected] unnecessarily. It is very bad. I am very disappoint by you... Your service is very poor.
                  When I visited in SBI Branch for this problem, bank told me that it is bajaj finserv's fault...

                    I noticed that rs. 117 has been debited from my account for "ecs - d - tpcf bajaj finance" on 27th aug 2017. This is an unauthorised debit which needs to be reversed immediately. I do not have any active loans or any other relation with bajaj finance.

                      I use moto z2 play mobile, i have purchased this mobile with official bought insurance along with the mobile, i have bill issued from service center from motorola, it was internal damage stating that service center denied to waive off the charges of repairing. Now i am confused how to claim this insurance, or what are the steps to follow so that i can get the amount of damaged part repaired. The mobile was under warranty and i was wondering how service center denied to get the issue fixed by their own.

                      Please get this resolved if possible please prioritize this.

                      My name is Abhishek.
                      Bought 2 loans from Bajaj finance and paying EMIs every month promptly.
                      Suddenly this month they charged me 599 twice for no reason along with my loan EMIs. Total charges 599X2 =1198 .
                      This is frustrating. Ringed them and no way to talk to customer care executive.

                          I have been approved for 30, 000 from baj finserv, as executive of baja finserv said emi will get deduct from bank but it did not happen at 2nd of sep i even got a msg from bajaj finserv to keep account funded. Although after 3rd september i paid that emi. As advance emi because i was scared that my cibil would go low even though when it shows my card have limit of 12000 am not able to buy anything from it got insulted in store because of that... It says card inactive idk how am having two cards on same name. I want a representative from bajaj to call me so that i can explain them what all happened

                          I received the verification call on monday 27/08/2018 but i asked them not to process the loan amount.

                            My customer ID 32020348. Please deactivate Bajaj emi card.I am not using it.Also Rs.117 debited from my account. I am not asking for the EMI card. I don't want to pay unnecessarily.please repay back RS.117. I have never been using this card. All my Emis paid without any delay then why people are debit my account.

                            When I brought ac I have been told that I will receive Bajaj emi card for free if cast if needed I will use in future to burchase.but I never been using it.so I want to deactivate my emi card immediately.

I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details at Bajaj Finance website onliine that shows EMI of my mobile insurance with total amount of Rs. 1849/- besides the Mobile EMI. Bajaj Finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance as soon as possible and refund my amount and send me the confirmation of cancellation of mobile insurance immediately.                                     I purchased Vivo v9 mobile using bajaj finserv, they asked to proceed mobile insurance. Then they told it's compulsory. Recently I came to know that it's not compulsory.
                                    Already made a complaint at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in regarding cancellation of insurance. I got a reply that "we are unable to process your request as your risk cover has already commenced and has crossed the cooling period of Free Look Cancellation period of 30days"

                                    Again i sent to cancel the insurance. That people are voimting the same content they are simply copy and pasting the above same content. And finally i sent a mail to cancel but still now no response. I got cheated so i dont want to continue this insurance. I visited near by bajaj finserv branch they are telling cannot cancel the insurance. I showed them the terms and condition papers it has customer can cancel the insurance. But they are telling its one year old terms and conditions now its different. The thing is i received this terms and conditions paper by courier by Aug 2018 by Bajaj. they are not properly responding and finally told to send a mail to bajaj for cancellation.

                                    Also I enquired fonesafe customer care. They told I can cancel the insurance I have all rights. But this cheap people are not cancelling the insurance and not responding.

                                    I made a cancellation request by mail before first emi but no proper response and also debited first emi insurance amount.

                                    Make bajaj to Cancel the insurance and refund my insurance amount.

                                    Cheating the customers and compling to proceed insurance is a
                                    crime.

                                      Your bajaj employee torchering and calling for pending 2 emi, i am telling him that i will pay, i accept the late pay, i just asked time but he is shouting in street and coming house directly and telling all other people's in street spoiling name and reputation. He calls all time all days even sat and sun, even he come to house at night 9:30. He won't listen anything, keep on telling i want amount that's it, one day came house hits the door and gates with leg, hes saying i will sit at ur home, untill u pay, or i won't move from here, like this torchering, he gives 1 r 2hr time to pay else i won't go from here, talking rude with family ladies and shouting like hell.
