I had applied for loan of rupees 20000 in Bajaj finserv and then they asked to pay 1500 as a loan processing fees I paid them and before sanction of loan amount in my account they asked more fees as a gst tax and said them to cancel my loan because of so many taxes.and said them to refund my 1500 of loan processing fees which is refundable but they are denying to refund

But that not provided fund it still 6month
Not clear fund please resolve the issue

I don't have any loan with Bajaj Finserv, even though I was charged with ₹295 under 'mandate fail charge'. I want my money back. Send it back as soon as possible.

Currently I don't have any outstanding balance in bajaj finance. But why you are trying to deduct the amount without my knowledge and also I don't have any bajaj EMI cards with me. Kindly look into this.

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of HDFC without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv login number [protected] . these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

I have paid 22k to a person claiming Bajaj finserv in the name of Priyum jha, [protected] & [protected]

I am a bajaj finserv card user. I have no emi pending towards bajaj Finserv and one time fee for card i have already paid.
But today they deducted rs. 117 from my account and i haven’t received any invoice. I called there helpline number bit there is no interface for registering the complain. I have also sent them mail but no reply.
Today i noticed that and took action and i dont know how many time they diducted money in small amounts that often get unnoticed.
I want to take legal action on this . Though i know the amount is very marginal but wont let these fraud comapnies take my hard earned money.

I recently availed a personal loan from bajaj finserv and my loan account number for the same is 436PTTHH769377. I have been provided with cpp plan and a health insurance with this loan and the amount for the same has been deducted from my loan amount. However, i am in no need of cpp plan and health policy. Therefore, as i am still in free look period, kindly cancel my cpp plan and health policy and refund me my money back.

My EMI Loan for washing machine has completed 3 years ago for which i have done mandate for bajaj finserv .Now on 17/08/2022 CMP Mandate of 117 rs has deducted without notice from my bank account.

Please refund my amount and do that it wont repeat again.

Hi sir, when i am trying to open b.finserve app, OTP is not getting in my tregistered phone number, presently i am working in Maldives, is that may be the problem? for all other banks, I am getting the OTP.

Firstly they'll advertise and will fall into the trap after that charged for joining fees rs 530/- and againg add on fees rs 199/- and again annual fees Rs 117/-

We had an durable loan with them. Its already more than 6 months. Initially we were able to voew the virtual card details and thught that post 3 months we will receive the physical one. Howvever, when we went to Croma for pucrahsing products they told that the card is cancelled and we never requested for it. They told us to visit Goregaon office to wjich the representative there told us that we can place request from the app as the card will be unblocked. We raised a request post that the agent called and said the card is not showing for my account. Not sure who is lying in this case. As we are unable to use the services.Reg number-[protected]

This link is a direct payemt link... Please take action against the same for its marketing gimmick. This is a bad form of where innocent people might send money for BAJAJ FINSERV DIRECT LIMITED and endup taking their services without wish or willingness. The company might have even collected huge money by using this means of cheap tricks... When we click on the link in the SMS it redirects to razorpay payment gateway with BAJAJ FINSERV DIRECT LIMITED as the beneficiary...

Even if 1 Lakh people do the payment it's a huge money. 5, 99, 00, 000/-
Which is Five crores ninety nine lakhs.

The company must be penalized for doing such an activity. And the penalized amount be credited into PMNRF - PM National Relief Fund.
