I am receiving voice calls and promotional SMS at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number [protected] else I will be forced to take action against Bajaj Finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

      Hi sir,
      i have requested bajaj site for loan one executive person came and says all are flexible no charges and all for anything i repeated again and again please tell me if any extra charges or hidden charges .and he said no charges only processing fee 6000 that's it.
      so i applied 3 lakh and signed the loan application but he asked the cheque leafs i refused to give and said after loan sanction will give.
      But he said with out cheque we cant process the application also he was behaving very rude.and he said after approval you will be acknowledged with out your approval loan will not processed.
      I doubted from his behavior and his words after he leaving i started enquiry about the bajaj flexi loan and all, but only got negative feed back from my colleagues. so immediately with in 2 hours i said please dont process the application . but he is not listening my words and he try to convince me and also he said your loan approved .but i refused .and also raised a complaint in [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but they are saying no such application no, mobile and pan details are present in their database. i tried through phone calls for same executive person but no response.
      then after next day i see the msg from bajaj "your application no[protected] is logged in and sanction decisions will be confirmed with in 5 working days". i already refused but they still processing my application. i dont need bajaj finserv loan my family members are also feeling bad and afraid about this. please kindly resolve this. Already saw similar kind of consumer complaints in this portal kindly please resolve this issue.

        This is to inform you that recently i had purchased Samsung J6 from my Bajaj Finserv Lending EMI Card.
        I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details at Bajaj Finance website onliine that shows EMI of my mobile insurance with total amount of Rs. 1849/- besides the Mobile EMI. Bajaj Finance has been insured my mobile without any information.
        I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance as soon as possible and refund my amount and send me the confirmation of cancellation of mobile insurance immediately. Thanks and Regards Kaab Alam

          I had taken a PL from Bajaj finance a year ago, I paid regularly since I quit my job and started a car garage of my own. I was struggling but with new garage but some how managed to pay the emi though I was late. 3 months back my garage had a fire accident. I was devastated with this incident. I informed Bajaj finance about the same and forwarded pics of burnt garage and also the FIR copy for the fire accident. Inspite of this the recovery agents are shouting outside my house and harassing my aged parents. They never call me but head straight to my house, once my mother pawned her small jewel & paid the recovery guy, so now he know if shouts outside she may again pay. My parents are frustrated and not able to live with peace because of these guys. My loan number is 404PMT34604541. Why can't the bank or these brainless recovery agent understand that is a customer is Broke to the core, and stop harassing. I never say that I'm not will to pay, yes il pay as on when I get money. Any ways If I get a slolution through Bajaj care team in next 48 hrs il be glad, or I will register a FIR against the recovery agent, Bajaj finance and seek a lawyer and refuses to pay the rest.

          I get calls from Bajaj Finserv from multiple locations like Pune, Chandigarh, Andhra Pradesh etc daily 3-4 times including on weekends.

          I have blocked almost 10 numbers but still it continues.

          If you do not stop it immediately I may be trying my luck with Consumer court very soon.

            A year back the agents of Bajaj Finserv were contacting and torturing me to take a salaried flexi-loan which was like a overdraft facility.

            They informed that I need to only pay the interest for the amount that I have drawn from the overdraft. They promised that there will be no other hidden charges.

            I sent the necessary documents via email. Even though I asked that isn't it necessary that the executives should collect the documents in person, They reassured it was not necessary.

            I got the loan with account number(403SAF[protected] on[protected]. I havent received or signed any agreement.

            I started using it and regulary paying the interest also. This month when I received a msg that I need to pay 1812 INR as annual maintenance charge, I was shocked.

            I asked for the loan agreement document that mentions that there is an annual maintenance charge which they provided.

            When I went through the document I was shocked to see that they have forged my signature. It will be clear to even a layman to see that the signatures are forged. Signed in a particular way at one place and a entirely different way in another place.

            When I enquired my lawyer about this, he says that I can proceed in several ways. Basically "A forgery makes a contract null and void."

            I want Bajaj Finance to address this issue immediately.

            I am not at all interested.I have blocked almost 10 of your numbers.
            Yet the calls continue.
            I request you to please stop this at once.Else I may have to go legally to deal with this.
            Without any notice baja finserve j has permanently suspended my EMI card even if i have paid all EMI and all extra charges i would like to know the details regarding this. I tried calling customer care but it was not getting connected. I would like to get it resolved.
            My registered mob number is [protected]. Please cancel CPP asset warranty since I did not request while buying the product (washing machine) using the bajaj emi card . Kindly cancel the same before my emi (02/08/2018) gets started.

              [protected] is my registered email address. I had force closed one of my consumer durable loan account by paying the balance amount through Tez.

              Check the attachment for payment proof.

              But still the EMI amount is deducted today. 5th July, like every month even after I closed the account.

              Loan A/C last four digits are 7452 and the total amount is Rs.71800/-

              Please provide the NOC and refund the money deducted immediately.

                I have foreclosed an personal loan on14/06/2018. However the ecs for this loan has been attempted on bank account today. Due to insufficient funds, national automated clearing house charges has been levied from my account of rupees 590.00. There is no phone number to even reach out to the bank. Due to the bajaj's carelessness my cibil score is also getting affected.

                  Bajaj finance representatives calling on midnight to collect details and harassing.
                  30 calls per day. Worst bank.. Worst service. To reach there target they are giving harassment to customers. Though rejecting calls still continue to call again and again during mid night.
                  I said to call day time, but again calling.
                  What kind of ethics that company follows.
                  Received calls from residency road branch bangalore.
                  I didn't asked for loan.. They only called me and offered me loan.. Doesn't mean that i will be available as a slave to these people.. Kindly take action on these branch people.

                  I am receiving promotional calls every day 2-3 times from different numbers even after unsubscribing it, This is very irritating, kindly remove my number. It is so irritating that when ever i receive a call atleast 2-3 time, i dont want to hear anything from them.
                  I purchased a new bike which is CT 100.But I am facing lots of problem though the bike.But the showroom employees have no reply for me. All parts is week and the meter of the bike is not responsing .Please sort out my problem as soon as possible. I have been purchase from bajaj dewan Mahavir enclave.

                      I have applied for personal loan on[protected] through online at the end of the application it asked for secure fee of Rs-9999/- so I paid and while paying the Clause was if loan is not approved the secure fee will be refunded .. but till now I haven’t got refund. I have mailed to Bajaj Finserv but no proper response but finally I got a service request number and one of the employee of Bajaj frm Bangalore branch will look in to ur case they said ... but that employee is saying v raised query to head office to refund still v haven’t got feedback for them ... frm now with in 24hrs if they don’t rply I’m going to complaint nodal officer and ombudsman officer . I’m uploading all the documents for your reference

                      My EMI card-[protected] is blocked without any proper reason or any emi payment issue.kindly look into the matter and unblock my card as soon as possible.
                      My RUNNING EMI-2100
                      I had applied for a personal loan on the bajaj finserve website. The next day I was told that I had been given a personal loan of Rs 2 lakh and was asked to pay an advance of Rs 2500 processing fee from my bank account and I sent accordingly. After that he told me to send the bond agreement fee again. I refused and was told to cancel the loan I had applied for and asked to repay the Rs 2500 I had sent. He later changed his style of speaking and said that he would not return the money sent. Now when I call their phone number it is not picked up. I beg to see a solution

                        In the year 2016 i took an ac under bajaj finserv's 0% scheme. Now few days back they deducted rs. 117 inr as a annual deactivation charge.

                        I am complain against the complaining against the company of doing fraudster activity of deducting amount without prior consent from the user.

                            On 7th june i applied for a personal loan in bajaj for amount of 1 lakh they give me only 49773rs from 1 lakh loan amount. Today is 3rd july but i did not get the rest amount of my loan till. I wrote many emails to bajaj but no response and no solution give me by bajaj employees.. I visit many time to bajaj office for this query but the employees don't give me any solution every time they lie and told me that your payment is release today. And today is 15 day pass away to heare the same word and no one give me the right way and no one give me the number of that person who me right information... So tell me i should i do. I really tired and really disappointed from bajaj service..

                                  I have made an advance emi payment which is not updated on my account and also my card is blocked, so would request a reply asap.
                                  Its been quite a while since i'm trying to contact you but to no avail.

                                    Myself Vijayendran a customer of bajaj finserv registered with ph. No: [[protected]]

                                    I previously Consumer Durale plane following lan ids:

                                    4970CD20337482 : (Monthly emi of 3473-)

                                    f.

                                    On month of jun, (27/18) i got fined 2599/- and paid already for delayed payement.
                                    Even after clearing the emis, bajaj finserv trying to get money from my savings sbi account (Linked to bajaj finserv).
                                    The amount of 295/- has been withdrawn 4 times from my account (Total=1180/-) with the below message.

                                    Requesting you to take proper actions against the issue and help me in getting my money (1180/-) back to my linked bank account.

                                      I, ASHISH BHARGAV, got a offer of 136000 rs loan from Bajaj finserve and when I applied I got only 124000 rs in my account. when I asked with them they are telling 12000 is deducted for insurance and processing fees .
                                      I know processing fee will be there but this much I don't know, 12000 will be deducted this should tell me before applying but they didn't explain
                                      And as per their policy I can make payment online to reduce this loan after first Emi .
                                      But after first Emi when I had tried to make payment I could not do due to error.
                                      For this error number of times I send mail to [protected]@bajajfinserve.in but they didn't reply satisfactory
                                      I contacted to branch relationship manager two times but there also my problem is not resolved .
                                      If they resolved this error in time I may be saved some mony whereas still that error is there only satisfaction from Bajaj finserve that please wait.

                                      I have taken loan, but failed to pay emi on time then I paid extra charges cum emi amount as this is last month of emi bajaj finserv deducted charges from my bank account.please solve problem as early as possible and credit my account amount deducted.
                                      I am charged for EMI card renewal fees even though I am not using my card for years. Please refund the renewal fees and cancel the card.

                                      I don't have even card detail which I had got almost a decade before. Please find the card associated with my mob number [protected] and do the needful as soon as possible

                                      I received a notification today (27/06/2018)from my AXIS bank stating Rs117 has been deducted from my account by TPCF Bajaj. I don't have any bajaj card or ongoing EMI with Bajajfinserv. Bajajfinserve team kindly call me @ [protected] for complete details of transactions.
