On 7th june i applied for a personal loan in bajaj for amount of 1 lakh they give me only 49773rs from 1 lakh loan amount. Today is 3rd july but i did not get the rest amount of my loan till. I wrote many emails to bajaj but no response and no solution give me by bajaj employees.. I visit many time to bajaj office for this query but the employees don't give me any solution every time they lie and told me that your payment is release today. And today is 15 day pass away to heare the same word and no one give me the right way and no one give me the number of that person who me right information... So tell me i should i do. I really tired and really disappointed from bajaj service..

    Please deactivate my bfl emi card as soon as possible because i don’t require that and it is lying idle and i got message that 117 amount will be deducted from my bank account. And when i am calling the customer care it always says all lines are busy. This card is of no use for me please deactivate it. My details are as follows

        I have made an advance emi payment which is not updated on my account and also my card is blocked, so would request a reply asap.
        Its been quite a while since i'm trying to contact you but to no avail.

        As said by your portal, you are committed to resolving issues within 2 working days. Whereas i have been waiting for a reply for my mail and reported a complaint on the app for more than 20 days.

        Is there a way to expedite this or complaining is the only way bajaj checks these issues?

          Myself Vijayendran a customer of bajaj finserv registered with ph. No: [[protected]]

          I previously Consumer Durale plane following lan ids:

          4970CD20337482 : (Monthly emi of 3473-)

          f.

          On month of jun, (27/18) i got fined 2599/- and paid already for delayed payement.
          Even after clearing the emis, bajaj finserv trying to get money from my savings sbi account (Linked to bajaj finserv).
          The amount of 295/- has been withdrawn 4 times from my account (Total=1180/-) with the below message.

            I, ASHISH BHARGAV, got a offer of 136000 rs loan from Bajaj finserve and when I applied I got only 124000 rs in my account. when I asked with them they are telling 12000 is deducted for insurance and processing fees .
            I know processing fee will be there but this much I don't know, 12000 will be deducted this should tell me before applying but they didn't explain
            And as per their policy I can make payment online to reduce this loan after first Emi .
            But after first Emi when I had tried to make payment I could not do due to error.
            For this error number of times I send mail to [protected]@bajajfinserve.in but they didn't reply satisfactory
            I contacted to branch relationship manager two times but there also my problem is not resolved .
            If they resolved this error in time I may be saved some mony whereas still that error is there only satisfaction from Bajaj finserve that please wait.

            I received a notification today (27/06/2018)from my AXIS bank stating Rs117 has been deducted from my account by TPCF Bajaj. I don't have any bajaj card or ongoing EMI with Bajajfinserv. Bajajfinserve team kindly call me @ [protected] for complete details of transactions.

              Dear sir,

              My name is harshit mishra. My mobile no. Is [protected]. I have taken 2 loans for purchasing mobile from bajaj finserv emi card. I paid some emis of it but due to losing my job i was not able to repay the emis. Recently i got a job and willing to pay them with penalty with regular interval as soon as i get my salary.

              But during this period the recovery agents are harassing me and my family in very abusive manner. This is not the way a financial institution work. This is how a money lending mafia do the work. They constantly calling me and threatening for putting me in jail, not even me they threatening my family that they will take my father with them and put him in lock up with the help of police. I said that yes i am defaulter and you send me legal notice for the same. But i did not get it yet but their calls from different numbers keep coming. They call themselves lawyer and police officer from delhi police department.

              I recently shifted to jaipur (Raj.) for work and my parents live in alwar (Rajasthan). My father is an old man he can't handle this much pressure. Kindly look into the matter. Otherwise either he or i will commit suicide. Both ways there money can't be recover. Please instruct them to give me some mental peace so that i can repay their loan.

                      Recently i saw a line item in my bank statement saying bajaj emi card fee bf[protected]" of rs.117/- money was directly debited from my account on the date of 26/06/2018. How and what is this charge for? Do you guys expect me to take loan from you all my life?

                      Please deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card. I am not using it. I don't have any pending transaction till date. For this emi card deducted rupees rs.117/- from my bank account without my permission. Please deactivate this card as soon as possible.

                        Hi Sir/Mam,
                        I send you this mail regarding a loan in which the loan had passed without my consent and the amount was debited into my account where in i did tell them that i did not require a loan at such high interest rates but within a week the loan had been passed and i was asked to pay some amount, I request you to look into the matter. your employees have used my documents in a fraud way there was a trust involved while i had given my documents as we think banking does not do such a thing, your employee and me had a very clear conversation where i had clearly mentioned that i dont require the loan then too he used my documents and asked to sent a mail saying ok and then transferred the loan amount i did not know by saying ok the loan amount gets tranferred i has spoken to bajaj finserve they say it cannot be refunded. i have all the conversation saved in whatsapp and messages and the employee has clearly mentioned his fault in these messages, i have more messages saved but a few i have taken a image of and attested to this post

                        I refunded the whole amount which had been transferred to my account the very next day then the 2nd of next month I got a message saying please keep rs 1500 for ur 1st emi then every month for 3 months they have debited rs 484 I don't know what charges they have included the employee sure is a fraud guy. A message to all the people out there go to any bank for your loan but not Bajaj. Both the employees are not responding to my calls or messages.
                        Why this mndtvrfchgs charge debit in my account from bajaj finserv. i am alredy paid card amount product purchase time.

                          I have taken personal loan from Bajaj Finserv. As a part of loan I was levied "CPP Shield" without my consent.
                          after 3 EMIs, I repaid all outstanding of loan. While at time of repaying company officer told me that only after payment gets clear, you can cancel CPP shield.
                          So after closing loan dues, I applied for cancel CPP Shield, but company told that CPP insurance can only be cancelled in loan tenure.
                          Whereas company officer at time of repaying told that it can be cancelled only after repaying only.
                          Why none of anyone can ensure exact information?

                            Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 27 june from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_may18. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

                              Hi,

                              I have approached Bajaj Finserv Lending for a home loan. While taking the loan, I had given all my details as well as the cheques which have my bank account number. Due to some reasons, the loan has not been processed and disbursed but Bajaj has presented the cheques in my PNB bank accounts and thus Rs. 70000 has been debited towards EMI and processing charges.

                              I have called Bajaj executive who was taking care of my loan file Mr. Rajesh Kumar having contact no. +91-[protected], and he promised me to sort this out. But its been 6 months now as nothing has happened and even he started ignoring my calls.

                              I want Bajaj Finserv to take up the case at priority and refund my money back. I have also complained regarding this to the consumer forum and will also take legal action in case my money will not be refunded.

                                Loan account number : 413ewc[protected] loan amount 2968 - for extended warranty

                                There was some pending amount to both of the loan, bajaj finance employee had
                                Called me and ask to pay approx RS 13432, so that he can close this loan and give me noc for this (Closure document). I paid the amount then that guy never given me noc. Infact not picking the call and did not reply on messages

                                Then after 2 months one person called me and asked to pay the pending amount once again. And said on this loan number 413ewc28500104, 742 rs were pending so with interest u have to pay approx 18000 and negotiated me till rs 5000. So that he will close and give the noc. Then i asked him same thing happened to me 2 months back. but that guy never turned back once i clear the dues. So please send me an email then only i will believe on you. But he gave me 5 reasons why he can't send the email.
                                I said then, i am not going to pay.

                                But the most interesting part is this loan number 413ewc28500104 was taken for the extended warranty for my ac, which i have never received the benefits. When i called the bajaj customer care they said contact to the store from where i bought the ac, the store guys were telling contact to the bajaj finance for this.
                                Finally i left all this mess. And took new emc from daikin by paying RS 5600.

                                Now after 3 months again they are calling and asking to pay rs 19000. And negotiated, he said - go to the branch office and pay Rs 6000 will close your loan.
                                When i went to the Marathahalli branch, he didn't ever talk properly to cashier and said lies.

                                I don't understand, when you cant provide the service why do you do EMC.

                                please remove the extra charges, what ever applied on Loan.

                                  Hi, i had an fd account with bajaj finserv which i prematurely got closed. The tds was deducted from my principal amt and balance was returned to me. I did not receive any interest on the fd due to premature closure and thus tds was not liable. Neither has the firm given me a tds certificate, nor have they refunded back the amount to me. There is no response from the company now and thus my money is stuck
                                  Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Bajaj finance is unnecessary calling to my number [protected] for loan.

                                    Due to my recent health issue i have missed some payments and i clearing all the dues one after another. I was making arrangement for making payment to bajaj finserv for the products which i brought from chroma the details are attached. The bajaj finance collection agent were giving harassing calls everyday inspite of telling that the dues will be cleared in couple of days. Today 27/6/2018 he called my wife and started to scold her and abused her in very bad words. Please take necessary actions and i will make sure the amount is paid in a couple of days and regularize the account. We are just common ppl who are bind to the laws and rules. His name is bose huble and mobile number is [protected]. He called me again and scolded in bad words said i have to talk to him in kannada only though he spoke in english initially...

                                    I dont want lone of bajaj finserve so why u calling of your ivr system do not call me and i already active DND my number is nine nine two one three three seven nine nine nine

                                      Website: I have bought the ac in the month of march 18 and i have paid all charges required for the card form

                                      I have bought the cooler in the month of april 18 and i have paid all charges required for the card formation
                                      And processing charges at the time of purchasing. I have observed that the amount of rs 118 has been deducted from my account as deduction of amount from my account info: bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_may18.
                                      I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid all dues on time.

                                      Arrange to credit this amount in my account. Ans reply why this has been deducted??

                                        Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 27 june from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_may18. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

                                        Please kindly unblock my EMI CARD Since 1 Month i am trying to activate my card but there was no response from company . when i go to Bajaj fineserve officer that people not giving any response and also that cashier was very irresponsible person when we go to office
