My self deepak gupta, from saharanpur. I received a call form bajaj finserv, chandigarh branch (Ms. Isha - [protected]). She told me some od limit offer for salaried person and i agreed on the same.

She deputed mr. Ranjan prashar ([protected]) and he collected all my required documents on dated - 08/05/2018. But after that they are not attending my call or not given any response for od limit.

I request you kindly return my documents.

    I dont want any credit vidya report or never i was informed about this.

    Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction.

      I have a mobile handset j7 prime. Once been logged into water I went to bajaj finserv coz I have taken policy against my handset. So they said you first repair you mobile afterwards submitted all document to them at Baja finserv office. So I did same, but after 1 week later they said your name mismatch in some documents, they agai ask me to submit a affidavit. So I did the same. But till now there is no response neither they have refund my money. My cost of repair 10700/-

        Dear sir,
        Kindly look after the matter for unnecessary bounce charges instead of sufficient balance in my account. Every month amount has automatically deducted from my account. But in this month instead of sufficient balance ecs amount has not been deducted from my account and unnecessary bounce charges are being deducted from my account two times. Kindly take it seriously. I have also lodged the complaint in my obc branch. After repeated mails i am not getting any satisfactory solutions for that. Kindly take appropriate actions for that.

          emi card is not unlocked even after 3 months successful payment

          According to bajaj finserv inline policies when the emi card gets blocked due to insufficient fund in the bank. Then it will be blocked for the 3 months or 90 days from the date of blocked for the first time.

          According to the above inline policies of the bajaj finserv. My emi card was blocked for the first time in 07/03/2017. From this date 07/03/2018 to till today 14/06/2018 i have paid the emi regularly through the bank...

          When i went for a persona loan with bajaj finance, they told me the rate of interest is 13.5% but they had been charging 23% for all these months.in spite of repeated enquiries, i am not given a satisfactory answer to this. I am totally depressed over this and want to borrow and arrange some money and close the loan with them. Will i get justice? Will i get some waiver on the loan. Please help me out on these

            change emi date

            Hello i have personal loan with bajaj fin. I have been requesting since long to change my ecs date as my salary credit date has moved due to job shifting but could never get it done. Customer care never response and i get calls only to make payment. My cibil is going for toss bajaj is charging me penalty as well as bounce charges.
            My account is getting bounce since long and nobody from bajaj is ready to help. They are making people...

            I am not willing to have issued policy from bajaj finserve life insurance phone binding (404lip[protected]. After lots of mail and telephonic conversation, still policy is not cancelled. We request again pls. Cancel my life insurance policy and revert back my paid emi. Again receiving message for second emi for 2 june. Pls. Stop immediately otherwise i will complaint to irda & consumer forum for forcefully selling insurance policy.

              Query not addressed at all by your representative at the loan desk in Vijay Sales Mira road east.
              I am an EMI card holder wit Bajaj Finserve with card number ending in xxxx1382. I am a regular payer and have never defaulted any of my payments with any of the banks so far. I have a cibil score of 806 whereas on your bank records its showing 580 cibil score towards the low side. Due to this my Bajaj card is been temp blocked witout any notification or email or text.
              Highly dissappointed with this. Service not upto the mark. Cibil scores not updated correctly. Inconvience n embrassment faced by me at the showroom.
              Wilk like to hear on this complaint and if not resolved will like to take this matter further to higher authority and if required to banks Ombudsman as well.

                My bajaj emi card has been blocked in the month of march 05th. Due to insufficient fund in my account. But after that i paid the check bounce charges and even the march month emi amount with bounce charges. According to company rules the emi card shld get unblocked after 90 days amd after the 3 sucessful emi payments. I jave paid all the 3 month's emi from march, april, may, june. But till now it is unblocked. And my emi card number is

                      I have provided all documents during the application of my card and now its not generating one time password...

                      I have been receiving mails & messages, while trying to use the card that otp cannot be generated and asking to submit fresh nach mandate..

                      What i have to do to activate my card [protected]...??

                      Help me through this as i want to purchase things via bajaj emi so i bought this card at 500rs and stilll card is not activated and no such information is provided to me regarding nach mandate unless and until i asked for otp for purchase..

                      The biggest fraud in india, financial services provided by bajaj finserv.

                      They are collecting money and then cheating the common men. Not sure how many they have cheated this way but there are many people complaining about such issue, there are numerous complaints online.

                      Bajaj finserv is such a fraud company who just lures people with the offers and then cheats them with different cheat tricks.

                      I will never trust bajaj. I have got a credit card for my business transactions from other bank recently and im using it happily. Will never use bajaj service, they don't even have a approachable customer service too... You cannot reach the customer care service easily,. Every time you have to go to their # branches where the executives are feeling like they are giving money for free.. Seamless, worthless, # and filthy service of bajaj finserv.

                        We have bought an a. C on may 05 2018 and the e. M. I amount for same is 3197 rs for which i requested for the extended warranty and the customer care person said that the e. M. I will nearly 3700.. But now i have received a message that the e. M. I will be 4595 rs.. I think u have added the insurance policy for which we don't have any intrest.. If it going to add insurance e. M. I please cancel the extended warranty to is adding message below for ur reference.. Plz solve the problem as soon as possible

                        I'm customer of Bajaj finserv limited my loan AC number is 5L6ECF63961921 my problem is that the EMI is already debited from my bank account but I'm still receiving messages and calls from company forcing me to pay EMI + penalty charges of the same month in which they already debited amount from my bank account

                          We payed 35000 rupees to byjus with bajaj card and we again asked to return our money as well as our application for byjus and they returned 25000 rupees but we didn't got remaining 15000 rupees even after 2 months. Without our fault our card is blocked since 2 months. And now we are not able to buy any other things through bajaj emi card. So as soon as possible unblock our card

                            Bajaj finsrv charge huge amc 1.2% (Annual maintenance charges) charges every year just for maintaining loan amount every year along with initial processing fees. They did not convey these charges before loan, i am already charged with processing fees and amc and on questioning about it their answer is "clause 2.7 read with clause 2.9 (A) of the loan agreement executed between yourself and bfl, clearly specifies that bfl reserves a right to revise any charges that are to be applied for the loans, which has also been clearly read, understood and agreed by you." so please dont sign this clause in documents because they can change their fees policies any time. I want these charges to be canceled from my loan account

                            I post this tag only after contacting [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, and the answer i got from [protected]@bajajfinserv.in is written in tag that "clause 2.7 read with clause 2.9 (A) of the loan agreement executed between yourself and bfl, clearly specifies that bfl reserves a right to revise any charges that are to be applied for the loans, which has also been clearly read, understood and agreed by you." This not ethical to change charges associated with loan at any time, charges should be fixed and should be well told prior to loan and should remain same throughout the entire loan term as specified to customer at start of loan.

                                Today, i noticed that on 26th april 2018, my canara bank sb was debited for inr 117 by bajaj finance through ecs and also on 28th april 2017 debited with inr 99 with same. I do not have any pending loan amount or any relation with bajaj finserv and i also don't have any kind of card from bajaj finserv.

                                Its serious concern how such a company can easily deduct money from unsuspecting people. How could the bank allow such transaction without customers knowledge. I need my hard earned money back soon. Bajaj finance will loose its credit for such unauthorized collection of money from people. I also put a complaint regarding same on complaint board and also seen you have deducted this amount from lots of people. This is very disrespectful behavior from your side for your valuable customers. By doing this you are losing your value and trust worthiness from your customers.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I am holding HDFC bank saving account, My account got debited Rs.117 for Baja Finserv annual fee for EMI card. I was paying my EMI a year before and there was no pending payment. But for this free card, all of sudden they started to deduct amount from my account without my knowledge. It seems to be unauthorized and compliance issue, how HDFC allowed to deduct this amount for Bajaj.

                                  ECS must have expiry date and it will be active till the EMI period oly. No one used to allow auto debit for card annual fee. Bajaj Finserv misused this option or I was not aware when signing ECS documents. It is totally cheating. It is a big scam.

                                  For annual fee, how you enabled the auto debit from my saving account. Dont smartly place the comnent. You are not sharing my ecs mandate document which i signed to deduct amount from bank.
