unauthorized ecs deduction of rs 117 from savings account

There was an unauthorized ecs transaction of rs.117 from my citibank savings account on the 26th march 2018. There was no intimation or any email regarding this. Hence no approval from my side. This is completely illegal.
Kindly cancel my card, which has been unused from the last 4-5 years at least and credit rs 117 to my account at the earliest failing which i will have no other option but to take legal action.

want to deactivate finserv card

Process to deactivate my finserv card. While getting the car, it was informed that the card will be free however now i am getting sms that, because of non use i have to submit some amount to you guys.
Anyway i am not using the card and don't feel not required in future as well, so please inform how to deactivate my card, searched but not able to find any solution....

Hello, I had availed a LOAN from Bajaj Fin Serv. The total LOAN amount was 61, 00, 000 including insurance (which BTW, I did not want). Initially, Rs.43, 00, 000 was disbursed in August.
