There was an unauthorized ecs transaction of rs.117 from my citibank savings account on the 26th march 2018. There was no intimation or any email regarding this. Hence no approval from my side. This is completely illegal.
Kindly cancel my card, which has been unused from the last 4-5 years at least and credit rs 117 to my account at the earliest failing which i will have no other option but to take legal action.

      Process to deactivate my finserv card. While getting the car, it was informed that the card will be free however now i am getting sms that, because of non use i have to submit some amount to you guys.
      Anyway i am not using the card and don't feel not required in future as well, so please inform how to deactivate my card, searched but not able to find any solution.

        I dont need this card anymore, the loan has been completed since 4 years, and then also you guys are charging money for it, if the card is inactive, you are charging 117 rupees. You guys directly deduct money from our accounts anf dont even respond to customer care center.

        You guys are there to help people, at least imprive your services than blackmailing them to us.

        Stop harrasing your costumers. This is harrasment.

          This email is to inform you that i am holding a platinum emi card no : [protected] with bajajfinserv. I have had a very good history with bajaj and have paid all my loans to date and that was the reason bajaj gave me a platinum emi card.

          Now my issue is my emi card has been blocked.

          However i request you to please activate my emi card so that i can use your services.

          I am with bajaj from last 3 years and have cleared all the loans i took from them.

            Sir hereby i inform you that i took an emi loan from bajaj finserv for tv purchase. Now i clear that loan on time but finserv put negative remark in my cibil report. For payment due although i got noc from them. But they don't activate my card any spoil cibil. For that no other bank provide loan and credit facility to me. Although there is not my fault in that but i request so many time but don't get satisfactory answer from them. They are not take this matter seriously but i suffer a lot for this reason. Please look into the matter and solve this problem.

              Hello, I had availed a LOAN from Bajaj Fin Serv. The total LOAN amount was 61, 00, 000 including insurance (which BTW, I did not want). Initially, Rs.43, 00, 000 was disbursed in August. I was surprised to see EMI being charged for the entire 61, 00, 000 though I had not received the balance amount cheque. I was paying an additional Rs. 16, 000 EMI for the balance Rs.18, 00, 00, which I had not received.

              I raised a complaint and I was told that the extra amount charged will be refunded after the entire amount is disbursed / or adjusted against the EMI. I have emails from Bajaj Fin Serv stating this

              The same happened in November December and I was time and again assured that the amount will be reimbursed. Part LOAN amount was disbursed in December.

              Again I was told the full amount will be disbursed at the time of possession and that the cheque will be made out in the name of the builder from whom I had purchased the apartment

              Finally, The cheque for the balance amount (Rs.14, 20, 000) was made in the name of the builder and handed over directly by the lawyer of bajaj fin serv to the builder's representative on February 16 2018.

              Now, when I checked for the refund of the amount that was paid, with me not having received the money, I am told that I had signed a document stating that interest can be charged even without me having received the amount.

              Which ### would agree to such a clause??? Also, there were thousands of documents that we had to sign at the time of procuring the LOAN and this was never pointed out to us.

              The extra amount charged is approximately Rs.95, 000 and Bajaj Fin Serv is not refunding the amount, though I was assured by their representatives (including the Area Sales Manager who dealt with me and the CUSTOMER CARE team) that I will receive the money. I have received this assurance from them 4-5 times.

              This is thievery and cheating from Bajaj Fin Serv.
              Yesterday, 28 March, When I called the customer service, (4.15 PM, think the CUSTOMER CARE executive’s name was shraddha)I was promised that some one will call me back within 24 hours and it has not happened.

                I am rabindranath malakar. I take a personal loan by provide you. But my loan offer is a rs 40000 which interest was 19.5%. For 36 months and emi rs 1710. But loan disbursal amount 40000. Sanction amount 40000. Bank in amount 38000. Which 1st emi debited my account rs 1910. At that time i call loan provider but nobody response my phone. I check my loan certificate by online. There see my loan amount 43000 and rate of interest 34% and and emi rs1910. Pls solve this matter as soon as possible.

                  My customer id is 44598427. I received a message from bajaj finserv stating

                  "dear customer, your emi card annual inactive fees of rs.117 is due on 22nd june18. Available loan limit on card is rs.115, 000. Use your bajaj finserv emi card & get waiver on your annual inactive fee"

                  At the time of issuing me the card i was told by the bajaj finserv executive that this card is free of cost with no annual fee. I have repaid all the installments of my loan and i dont need this card anymore so i want to deactivate/surrender my emi card. Please deactivate my card at the earliest as i dont need it anymore.

                    I have received a message from your stating that a loan of Rs.14, 90, 500/- is approved and that a disbursal of Rs.14, 43, 064/- shall be made to me within 72 hours. In first place, I never applied for any loan, I was conveyed that an overdraft limit is being sanctioned and not the loan but details state that that its a five year loan with first installment being due on 02/05/2018. Also so many charges have been stated in the breakup which was never told to me for getting the overdraft limit, except processing charges of 2%.

                    The disbursal of above loan is not made and I want to get the same stopped immediately. I dont want this to proceed. I am utterly shocked and disappointed at the shoddy trade practices being employed.

                        You have deducted rs 99 and rs 117 twice and don't know the reason behind this. All the dues were cleared long back in 2016. Can you please refund the money. And check your backend systems which call us even when phone is DND activated and silently deducting money from bank accounts.

                          Loan Account No: L2WDAN03896943, My march-2018 (Rs. 4545) month EMI is pending and today is 28th of Mar as I am not working from past 7-8 months I m paying my EMIs late.

                          Today the one who came for payment collection was threatening my family members that he will cease the bike if I am not able to pay emi today after that I have to go for final settlement no other option. On top of all that he was telling if I can't pay emi I need to use bicycle not KTM bike.

                          There were shouting in front of my house which has revealed all my financial details to neibhours.

                          When my brother asked Id card and company details he was not at all ready to share it and went talking. My brother also asked for a letter from Bajaj for ceasing bike he was not responding to that at all.

                          I feel he was not even a authorized person as he was not at all ready to reveal his identity.

                            I have enrolled for Bajaj Elite EMI card, based on the tele-marketing done by Bajaj Finserv, as they promised my card limit will be revised to Rs. Three Lakhs and I will be given gift vouchers for some Ten Thousand Rupees.
                            But they have provided the virtual EMI card a limit of just Rs. One Lakh (which I already had). And they send vouchers in Email without mentioning any value and expiry date. And the vouchers does not work too.
                            They refuse to share the call information too.
                            I have send many Emails on these from my email ID [protected]@gmail.com, but still I have not got any meaningful reply.
                            For spending Rs. 4, 777/- for this Elite card, all I got is a card with same limit and some gift vouchers, which are fake.
                            I AM DISSATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
                            This kind of mis-selling and improper customer care, making me think like Bajaj Finserve is a cheating company.
                            I need my amount of Rs. 4, 777/- to be refunded immediately.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I am not interested in Bajaj Finserv Loan, but despite that everyday they are calling my phone numbers from different numbers 4 to 5 times daily. This is very irritating for me. This gets worst when I am in important meeting or doing some important work. Although I block the Bajaj Finserv numbers from my phone handset still Bajaj Finserv people managed to call from different different numbers and every time I get a unknown call I pick up thinking of my clients or relatives it turns out to be Bajaj Finserv IVRS numbers asking me for loan. I have never applied for any loan with Bajaj or neither given my numbers to any reasons but how they manage to get my number that I don't understand. I request all the citizens of India please raise a strong voice against this company for breach of personal identification/information of a person. No other companies does like these irritating Bajaj Finserv company does. Please stop this.

                                    Hello sir, i myself mr ram awadh kishore kumar shaw addressed at 1 g t road rishra 712248 near swatantra school. As i have changed my phone number [protected] and presently i possess phone number [protected]. So in lieu to the fact my issued bajaj conserve card has been blocked and i want to issue the same on my new phone number [protected]. So its5my humble request kindly entertain the matter as far as possible. Thanks

                                      My icici bank account, rs 117 debited against on 26.03.2018 for cms/[protected]/bajaj_auto_cd_4030cd18
                                      I have use bajaj emi 2015 and closed my card on 2016 itself & no dues pending on bajaj finance.
                                      During purchase of bajaj emi card your person told no annual fee for emi card but now surrender your debit rs 117 in my account kindly return my amount and close my emi card

                                        My is arvind misal and my mob no is [protected]. On 3 march your customer care assists about bajaj emi card membership. I very interested on that and i paid the amount rs 4777/- through rbl credit card and payment was debited sucessfully. They told that i will be receive the emi card within 10 days through my address. But still on date i did not received. Pls solve the above subject.
