I taken loan 3, 60, 000 after pay 2 years balance principal amount 2, 47, 000 they converted in to Flexi Loan in to 84 months. I paid 2 years with EMI with 3, 000 now it is changed in to 6, 000. Flexi loan means they taken interest amount with low EMI first and gradually increasing in to 6, 000.
If I pay remaining 64months total paid will be 7, 50, 000.
I taken 3, 60, 000 they collecting 7, 50, 000.
Please help and do justice, even they not proving information on this.

Bajaj finserv deducted money 295 in three times without any reason total money is 885 I want full money refund

Total cheating by the person (Karthik mobile number [protected]) who discussed with me and accepted to take 10, 000 RS including all the charges until the loan tenure 7 years except interest 13.75 .But in the welcome letter mentioned as 28, 203 RS. He told on 27/07/2022 date corporate discount is there and only for the day, he had not given time to go through the documents. I have been charged 4999/- as credit vidya fees. Which was never informed or i am aware of.

I don`t want any credit vidya report or never i was informed about this. When I was asked about it after disbursement of amount they didn't gave me satisfactory answer. and now they are not picking my phone.

Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction

Bajaj employee -Bhaskar Shaw is continuously disturbing us after the payment was made still he is calling from the morning I switched off my phone he started calling me on whatsapp. Previously he came to my residence and threatened my husband that if doesn't do the payment fast he will break his bones . Is this the way you guys treat your customer? Their employees are comming daily to my house i was having some financial difficulties that's why payment is getting delayed your employees are stating us as bhikari and saying bad languages i have all the proofs as everyone in your flat saw how employee bhaskar behaved with me i am a housewife.
I request bajaj to take strict action against him,

I have taken a loan few years back and still telling them to close/cancel the loan they are not doing it. they are asking for charges which i am not using it. also huge amount of foreclosure charges are being applied.

I had taken a loan from Bajaj Finserv and missed my 1st repayment. I had made the payment immediately. Now, I'm getting constant calls asking for advance repayment. I have assured them that it will be paid on time, but different people are calling from different numbers and harrasing. I regret taking a loan from Bajaj. Please provide me a solution. I have applied for bajaj emi card online but bajaj card not received at my communication address.

This is Abhinaba Basak. I have loans in bajaj I want to change the ecs date to 8tyh pls, I get my salary on 7th of every month due to this my emi is getting bounced . Please change the date to 8th . I dont have intention to miss emi . My cibil is going down for this. If you can make it on 8th i can make the payments on date.
Please help me in changing the Emi date .Also i have full intentions to pay money, i am just asking to change the due date to 08th of the Month .

I was not informed regarding any credit vidya fees for which I have been charged Rs.4999 for loan application no-[protected] loan account-P7C5PGD5047771
I was not informed for insurance Rs.5001 and EMI card which is not required Rs.503

I am shijukarunakaran I noticed that in my sbi account statement Rs 117/-was debited towards CMP mandate Bajaj finance.I would like to inform that on Jun -2018i purchase TV under emi scheme and i paid total amout .Again Bajaj finance deducted the amount 177/ without any prior information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details it doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction.so I request with Bajaj team not make such type of transaction without informing to customer by call or mail .Now i feel that Bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for Bajaj EMI card also almost a year completed stil i didn't get the EMI card also.
So kindly don't loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.

In 2019 we taked smartphone on loan, we have paid all the loan ammount before at the correct date, but on that time we didnt know about that we have to maintain that installment ammout in bank, because any of from bajaj finance does not told about that we have to maintain that loan installment in bank, we have paid all the our loan installments before the date of installments with the bajaj finserve, mobikwik app with that every installment has bounced almost all, that all bounced charges also we paid from the mobikwik app that they installed in my phone, suchwise we paid all the our loan ammount and having all the reciepts and also they provided me the digital NOC from app but they continously putting charges on why i dont know, at the current time they said to pay Rs.4950/-,

from the branch visit the officer told me that you have to pay of Rs.4950/- charges to close the loan,
and also after the discussing about our issues he said me to you have mistaked about you have paid your loans from online so you have to pay this rest ammount..

we are from the verry poor family also we are not able to pay like this much charges or ammout to pay, as in our family we all are dependent on my father who is working as watchmen, so
please help to us on this issue...

My Name is Anup and for one month I've been in contact with this guy named Anshuman Sahu, his contact number is +[protected]. He claims that he is a representative of Bajaj Finserv.
He offered me a loan of 15 lac against Bharati AXA insurance policy.

I just wanted to confirm with Bajaj FInserv if this is legit or not and if Bajaj Finserv offers a loan against the insurance policy of Bharati AXA. also if such a guy works with you. According to his calling location, he seems to be from Madhya Pradesh.

Please let me know as soon as possible because if this is not legit then I need to surrender the policy I took.

Hi team, I had a bajaj emi card but I never used it, but today from bajaj emi rs117/- has debited from my saving account, so for I requesting to bajaj finserv to refund my debited amount as I have not used emi card as I blocked this card.

My money deducted but not transferred to Bajaj wallet.

I happened to apply Flexi loan from Bajaj, I got the loan amount transferred to my savings account. Problem started from here, I'm not in need of any amount right now and I want to transfer amount to virtual account. I have been calling the agent who took my documents many times, he never ever picks my call. My Citibank account was ECS debited for the amount Rs. 117.00 from Bajaj and KEB hana bank.

Seems completely fraud and I have read many complaints regarding this and it was happening for long time and dont know how many persons noticing this.

I don’t have any relationship or loans with Bajaj and KEB hana bank.

Please deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card immediately i am not using it. I don't have any pending transaction till date. My card number is 2030xxxxxxxx2157. My registered mobile contact number is +91-96xxxxxx94. Please reach out to me at the earliest and deactivate my card as early as possible as you are charging if the card is not used. I have already requested to block the card via ivr.please confirm if the card is completely deactivated.
