    Hi,
    These guys simple making us run from pillar to post.
    As per their communication, the amount has been paid, they given the coupons and cards too. But the main benefit of getting a relationship manager to explain about the products and our queries are not fulfilled after 3 months also.

    I have sent several emails, to all the available email id's (Tobajaj finserv, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, yasmin shaikh, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in) no response from anyone till now.

      I had purchased a mobile phone (Samsung Note 8) for which I neither applied for any insurance nor I confirmed over telephonic conversation regarding that. Today I got an sms regarding insurance. Which I don't want to activate. Kindly note that please do not active any kind of insurance for my loan account number mentioned above. I already told one of your officer regarding non issuance of insurance for my product. So please do the needful at your end.

        Hi team,

        I made an enquiry for personal loan through internet. The concern person from paisa bazaar had contacted me and suggested me to take personal loan from standard chartered. As i have some personal commitment for 5 lakhs and spoke with the banking person from standard chartered. They have enquired my profile and offered me the amount of 3.41 lakhs. I was ok with the process from standard chartered but only thing is shortage of the amount. Again the banking person had contacted paisa bazaar and he made an on call with the person from paisa bazaar. He had suggested to take remaining amount i. E 1.5 lakhs from bajaj finserv. After few minutes he made an on call with customer representative from bajaj finserv. She had explained that you will be having an virtual account and we will provide an username and password for the account. We are giving you the maximum loan amount of 5 lakhs and whatever the amount you are using from that account we will charging the rate of interest. Paisa bazaar person had promised that bajaj will offer you the 11.99% interest rate. I was ok with the interest rate and i have submitted all the documents within one day. Next day customer representative from bajaj finserv sent me the mail of saying interest rate of 14.55%. I was not ok with the percentage. I made a call to customer representative from bajaj finserv and this is not the percentage promised on that day. I was keep on saying that before proceeding this i need to talk with person from paisabazaar, but she was keep on saying that we will not provide 11.99% interest rate. What she explained at the time is, forget about the percentage. The interest rate would be 1.2% per lakh and processing fee will be 1.5%. She added few more thing, insurance amount of 15000. These things have not been communicated earlier. This is the miscommunication happened on that day. So i have replied to that email saying that ok with rate of interest. Again she called me and asked me to send ok reply for that email. I said i will spoke with person from paisa bazaar and i will make a decision. But that time she forced me to send ok and what she convinced me as this is simple procedure for getting the approval for rate of interest. If you are not sending ok again i need to process your profile one more time. You will be having 3 acknowledgement process before getting your loan amount. Again i replied to that email and saying as 'ok. Please proceed'. After that i didn't receive any call for the confirmation of loan amount. Next day afternoon i have got the loan amount as 487356. I was shocked and i was keep on calling to person from bajaj finserv, but she didn't responded to my call for sometimes. After few hours she has taken my call. I asked her that how can i get the loan amount for 5 lakhs without my acknowledgment and made a conversation with her regarding amount deduction. They have deducted 12644 from the loan amount of 5 lakhs, but i didn't get any justification for the amount deduction till now. She had forced me to take that 5 lakhs amount and asked me to drop the loan which i have already taken from the standard chartered. How she can force the customer and who gave the rights to force the customer? I refused to take 5 lakhs loan amount and said her to stop the process. She asked me to send 5 lakhs to that virtual account. Why should i pay the deducted amount?. Please give the explanation. I am not at all satisfied with the service from bajaj finserv. Could you please take the action against bajaj finserv customer representative from bajaj finserve. I am getting frustrated due to miscommunication and forcing the customer in wrong path which leads to customer dissatisfaction. They are wasting our time. If they are not able to provide me the customer need, kindly stop the process before proceeding it.

        I have tried to call paisa bazaar customer care, they are telling we will get back to you shortly. But no response from them also. Kindly do the needful.

          My father do have a emi card with bajaj finserv. He is an heart patient and because of recent operation there were some expenses on medicine because of which we were unable to clear the emi payment for the month february. Rest all payments were cleared hence we informed that the will receive there peyments in next month. So, bajaj finserv hired third party for the collection. There collection agents were too rude that the start harresing my dad and on[protected] they came to his office. He have to give them a pdc check forcefully other wise ghe people were soo rude that they will start embarrassing you in front of office people. Harresment and embarrassing any one is a crime. Please help

            I have been getting several calls a day from Bajaj Finserve to avail their services. I have been asking their team to put my number in Do not call list but to no use. They seems to be ignorant and enjoy disturbing and ringing people continously. Pathetic services and even if i need a loan i would never contact your company. Please stop contacting me throughout the day or i’ll have to make you very famous on social media.

              I made a payment of rs 4777 yesterday as a lifetime fee for elite card of bajaj was successfully debited from my account however there is no confirmation from Bajaj about receipt of payment. There customer care for elite card is unresponsive to calls[protected]. This toll free no was provided by bajaj customer care no[protected] stating that is the no for elite card.

                This is to get to your notice that my mother had opted for a loan with principal amount of 16K for a smartphone handset in August
                Post the payment clearance by smart pay for 2 months, the cheques by Bajaj for next months were uncleared


                We have a bouncing memo which has the WRONG BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER.

                Instead of rectifying that - they are putting mindless requests to change the mode of payment and sign a document NACH

                Ever since, there's been constant threat, calls and one time when an executive came at our doorstep and banged our gate.

                We don't understand and will certainly wouldn't allow this behaviour with senior citizens

                We have legit CCTV footage and call recording, thus we will be pursing the matter with the consumer grievances department if there remains no immediate action to sort this anarchy.

                WE WILL NOT SIGN ANY DOCUMENT CAUSE WE HAVE LEGAL PROOF OF EVERY FAULT BEING AT YOUR END AND WE WILL TAKE IT TO COURT IF IT DOESN'T STOP

                  This is highly exasperating to get daily rather frequently calls from your product offerings sales team almost everyday 3-4 times. Despite of making request not to call on my number, no body bothers about this customer request and soon after some time call comes from different number. this is not enough though, there are several IVR calls also comes frequently.

                  This is ridiculous and unprofessional behavior from Bajaj team, i am realizing my mistake of being your customer.

                    My name ramesh i applied flexi loan laon no 400spf42227424 which i took on 16.06.2017 for amount 450000 with processing fee is 1.8 % and other i. E 9780 and insurance amount 22500. Final amount dispatch is 438121. Which is fine up to now.
                    I took top up on existing loan on 20.02.2016 and i got approval for top up 400000 with processing fee 1.25 % and other i. E. 6199 on top up amount and no extra charges for insurance are commitment given my sales execute person name :venkatesh gupta, emaild :venkatesh. [protected]@bizsupportad.com, phone no :[protected]
                    While collection documents.
                    I have trust sales person and i received mail as per his communication. But after my top up loan no 400spf65622900 is dispatch i got amount 366484.

                    Total top-up amount : 4, 00, 000
                    (-) total charges : 6199
                    Balance amount i should get from baja : 393801
                    But actual dispatched amount from baja :366484
                    Difference amount :27317

                    There charged me twice on insurance and processing fee.

                    He is not responding to me call or mail.

                      Dear sir,

                      I called to bajaj fin serve sales representative namely snehal soni (Mob. No. [protected]) on 10-01-18 morning regarding loan requirement and requested him to meet personally for the same. He came to meet me on the same day 11:30 hrs. We had discussed my requirement at length and he agreed on following tabular matters proposed from my side to avail loan. Further, he demanded my documents required for loan as well as singed blank cheques (Three) and loan requirement form. While asking, he said that to raise the query online and check your eligibility for loan amount, we were in need of these documents with your sign as per company policy. Further he said that i am collecting these documents now, so i[censored] will confirm then u did not need or i may not require to visit you again for document collection. And if matter not finalized, i returned your documents back. The same time, i said that you please confirm the above agreed matters before initiate the process of sanctioning my loan and he also assured me for the same. However, on the same day evening, i have received a text message at 8:29 pm regarding sanctioning of my loan (Application no.[protected] of rs. 334750.00 at the interest rate of 15.99% and loan amount rs. 313077.00 will be disbursed to your account within 72 hrs. As soon as i received the said message, immediately contacted the snehal soni and instructed him not to disburse the amount as it was not according to the terms and conditions he agreed upon. At the same time, i also sent e-mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on[protected], 21:15 hrs regarding the same (Enclosed doc 1).in spite of all these correspondence and communications, the loan was sanctioned and amount rs. 311056.00 (Which should be rs. 313077.00 as per text message) was credited to my account on[protected] at around 12:00 pm. Afterwards, i rushed to bajajfinserv navsari (Gujarat) branch office as well as contacted mr. Snehal soni on phone but nobody were responded properly and i felt to be cheated in the said matter. Further, the whole matter was again brought to the notice of authorities of bajaj finserv through e-mail on[protected]Enclosed doc 2) which was replied on[protected] with request of further two days required to resolve the query (Enclosed doc 3). Meanwhile, i also sent a email to mr. Raviraj parekh, area sales manager of navsari-surat region regarding the issue (Enclosed doc 4) and made a multiple times telephonic talk to meet me but my all efforts went to the vein. I received the reply on[protected]Enclosed doc 5) mentioning “we wish to inform you that your loan has been processed as per the signed documents and mail confirmation for your loan, where all terms & conditions were informed to you. We request you to contact your area sales manager or kindly visit our nearest bajaj finserv branch for clarification on loan.” but the same was already done by me as mentioned earlier. I feel that all the authorities and employees of bajaj finserv are involved in making this fraud and passing the responsibilities to each other’s and cheating me by saying false sentences.

                      Terms and conditions agreed by mr. Snehal soni (Sales representative of bajaj finserv) while personally discussing for loan requirement.
                      No. Agreed terms actual processed
                      1. The rate of interest for loan should be around 14-15 % and floating rate roi : 15.99 % and fixed rate
                      2. The processing fees of loan should not be more than 1.5 % processing fee applied : 2.95%
                      (Amount:rs. 9875.00)
                      3. Any of the insurance policy for the loan will be neither purchased nor any other charges paid except agreed by me. Following amounts debited from the total sanction loan amount.
                      • rs.9750.00 as insurance policy (Hdfc credit protecting plus)
                      •rs.3520.00 as broken period interest receivable due.
                      • rs. 1499.00 as financial health check guide
                      • rs. 499.00 00 as emd card.
                      A total of rs. 25093 was debited from the sanctioned loan amount.

                      It is requested to look into the matter at the earliest and expecting earliest reply from your end.

                        During loan sanctioning, i was told of no foreclosure charges, but now they are saying that they have changed their policy and are now charging me 4% charges. Ive visted their branch office but they refused to help me and said it can be sorted via mail only. After mailing them still thw issue is not resolved by them.

                        Its bit o[censored]nfair and very unprofessional.
                        Also, their customer care helpline is also not. Working

                          I am ramesh. J (Bajaj finserv customer id[protected] since 02/09/2017 i am using your emi card and purchased two products and one emi finished successfully other one is running.

                          My concern is i didn't get your emi card till now. Once i got sms and told that going to deliver my card but not done. I called blue dart and enquired, they told it has been sent back.
                          So my humble request send my emi card as soon as possible.

                          Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end [protected] comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court.

                            No.1 fraud n gunda company... They will take hidden charges nicely. Their agents keep on changing so no way i can catch them, call centre guys again waste, i took flexi loan hidden charges-foreclosure charge 4 percentage of sanctioned amount not outstanding amount, 30000 credit protection policy, 20000 vidya fees... I am really suffering guys
                            Can anyone please help me to get atleast my 30000 back.

                              Sir please, deactivate my bajaj finserv card, my id num is 37954831., i didn't use the card till now, and dont want to use it any more, the card was never given to me even though you r charging annually. Without provide a card how you are charging for the same. I am also surprised how this card is directly connected with my bank account. Never i asked for this type of transaction from you. I don't have any due pending amount that should be paid to the company. Do i sincerely request your good self to solve the problem immediately.

                              I would like to request you please deactivate my emi card which is not at all required for me also never I received that card but surprisingly you deducted yearly card renewal charges from my account.                                 Bajaj finance has issued a emi card few years back and now there is absolutely no way i find to cancel it. This in turn has ended up in a big headache of receiving at least five calls a day timely and untimely. Also the recent surprise is that an amount of 117 is deducted from my account without any authorization from me. Seems a respected name like bajaj is now totally into a fraud and money looting business.
                                Do let me know the process to cancel the card and terminate all relation with bajaj finserv.
                                Customer service number never allows to speak to an executive. Seems the organisation runs a end to end setup with financial looting and criminal intent. Have requested over phone and emails many times to avoid frequent ivr calls, no use and organisations seems to have taken privacy breach granted.

                                  I had mailed on bajaj finance customer care email id regarding a caller who had called me and harassed me regarding a payment. Yet after assuranc, i did not receive any update. The mail i had sent on 01/08/2018 is pasted below.
                                  To whom it may concern,
                                  I shayak kr. Seal, have had a number of loans through bajaj finserv. This is the first time a payment had bounced after almost 2 years of a loan repayment of my motorcycle. A caller from bajaj finserv called me to make the payment as soon as possible on friday evening. Today on monday he called me and accused me that i want to run away with the company’s money and i according to him i am a beggar. According to truecaller his name being shown is mr. Deepak gupta and his number is already in the spam sector of truecaller. His cell no. Is [protected]. Kindly take immediate steps and keep me informed as he told me i cannot do him any harm. If it is a problem for the company to take steps against him or inform me about the issue, i would be forced to take legal steps as i have his call recorded where he humiliated me.

                                  The same problem has been faced by my fiance today where a person shown in true caller as mr. Purnendu is harassing her family members and her aswell by asking her to return the product to him or he would lodge an fir with the police. The person's number is [protected].
                                  I am looking forward to a deep investigation and i should be informed by the bajaj authorities of their steps taken. This is a problem being faced by major bajaj finance users.

But due to non clearance from your side in system, i'm facing problems to avail loan from other institutes. It is hampering my image, goodwill and credibility.                                       Sir I had made a payment of RS 4777 on 12th Feb 2018, I got your mail and selected the vouchers but still I have not got the card.as well as I can't contact your customer care as well. The customer care number in the mail I have called three to four times I waited till 55 minutes but my call couldn't be connected but after 2 days I received a call from your email card division I thought it was from elite cards.
