I am mohammad khaja shahabuddin. On 14 and 15 january, your customer care called me for bajaj elite emi card membership and asked me to pay rs 4777 earliest.
Later on 16 jan. I made the payment through my rbl credit card (Rs 4777/-). Payment was debited successfully and i received a mail in this regard (An image file is attached).
Sir ur representative told that i will get the card in next 7 day on my home address. But till date, there is no further communication from your side and i yet to get the card.
Sir, i would request your good selves to kindly do the needful earliest.

i was expecting to receive the bajaj emi card after few down payments or few months as i was told by the shop owner
It's been 4-5 months or more but i still didn't received the card
So i just wanted to know how many days or months more i'll have to wait
