Hello support

I have nothing to do with bajaj finserv but suddenly i started receiving email that loan is approved and emi is pending and card got cancelled

What a crap is that???

I also sent email to your support [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but there is no update

Please note, i do not have any relation with your firm and such spam emails to my account will force me to take legal action against your firm.

Plz resolve asap.

      Sub: Regarding unknown/unware of foreclosure charges For Balance transfer from HDFC to Bajaj finserv-Bajaj finserv loan account no: 403SOF46737041
      I got a Personal line of credit flexi loan from Bajaj finserv on July 2017 with 14.75% of interest for the amount for 404500 and then I did a part payment of 104500 on December 2017 where no charges has been included and outstanding is 3, 00, 000 then, I do BT from HDFC where DD amount of 2, 60, 000 issued by HDFC bank. I tried providing this DD to the nearest branch in west Tambaram through my father in law along with my authorization and id proof, after a long stand, we came to know that, I have to pay extra charges for this kind of BT transfer. However, If I do any part-payment, for eg. if I pay this 2, 60, 000 as part payment from my account they will not include any charges. But, they do charge for Balance transfer from other bank (HDFC). I am not sure or aware of this while getting this flexi loan or either intimated to me by Bajaj finserv advisor. Also, the charges come around 20, 000 which I cannot afford to pay. Please advice and kindly do the needful.

        Bajaj finserv is the worst company even seen in my life. Even after registering on their site for no promotion call and making complain here, still they continue to haress. They have no time sense. They will even call you on weekends at 9pm. If this does not stop i am ready to face the trouble of filing a legal case against the company. Horrible.in my whole life i will never take any service from bajan finserve. Pathetic company!!

          I have applied for emi card online by paying 412 inr through my debit card, but i have not received a card or even any details from your end.
          Secondly, trying a so-called customer care number where in there is no option to talk to any person who can resolve this.
          I am giving the details above. Also attaching a screen shot showing the amount that has been debited. Hopefully you will respond at least.

            I have done my payment through the bajaj finanserv online customer portal.. my payment amount is 2200. when i complete my payment process on the bajaj finanserv login.. the payment is route through the zaak payment services.when process is completed the amount is debited from the account but the bajaj finanserv does not receive the payment and message is shown as transaction unsuccessful.. please refund my amount 2200 in my account. on the prirority basis..

            i was expecting to receive the bajaj emi card after few down payments or few months as i was told by the shop owner

            It's been 4-5 months or more but i still didn't received the card

              With reference to my loan account no 4650cd41211851 an emi of rs. 3314 is to be deducted each month. Last emi date was 02/02/2018 of rs. 3314. But as per my bank account statement this month rs. 3314 has been debited twice, one on 8/2/2018 and second on 10/02/2018. Contact no mention on website are now working at all. Pathetic customer service. Kindly resolve issue asap.

                    I had bought a dell laptop and paid all the emi.in fact i told the executive that emis must be cut from credit card which i was using for paying upfront as well as for enrolment. Then also they tried to debit emi from an account which i also complaint in past. Now i have closed my loan on time and trying to buy mobile it says the card is blocked.                       I am mohammad khaja shahabuddin. On 14 and 15 january, your customer care called me for bajaj elite emi card membership and asked me to pay rs 4777 earliest.

                      Later on 16 jan. I made the payment through my rbl credit card (Rs 4777/-). Payment was debited successfully and i received a mail in this regard (An image file is attached).

                      Sir ur representative told that i will get the card in next 7 day on my home address. But till date, there is no further communication from your side and i yet to get the card.

                          Hi,
                          My bajaj finserv account number was 5170cd21299150 and my mobile number is [protected]. When i purchase this policy they told to me that i have to pay only 6 emis of rs. 750 per month. But when six months completed i didn't noticed that they are demanding two more emis. I had two more loans from the same company and they are completed one was with emi of rs 2500 per month and other one was approx 2300 rs. Per month but now after one year i received threatening call. They are saying that i have to pay 8100/- rs. As total product value was around 9000/- and i checked my cibil score. That is also impacted. It goas down from 780 to 588 in this case. Please help me as i was supposed to take a business loan for start up my business. But now no any bank will give me any loan. That is not impacting only m cibil that is impacting my life also. Please do somethingi am helpless. Please do the needful.

I've received text message from bajaj finance of amount received on same day. But, the company messaged for outstanding of instalments with bounce charges.                                 Bajaj finserve has issues a card to me almost 5 years back and I don't need it any more. They are now charging me card fees every year which I don't need or use anymore.

                                  I wish to inform you that i do not have any credit card issued to me and you are charging me annual fee for the same. Please note i am retired senior citizen hence i do not need any loan for purchase of anything, if you continue to deduct the same i shall inform the consumer cell under this mail as well as file a police complaint that you are unnecessarily charging me every year for no reason.

                                    Etxtreme harrasment by Bajaj finance.

                                    I get called at least 9-10 times every day from different cell numbers claiming to be calling from Bajaj finance offering all sorts of loans..
                                    The frequency has assumed annoying proportions.

                                    Telecallers seem to be trained in annoying us by repeating cant hear you the momment you tell them not interested, another common excuse they have is ... "i have called for the first time".. however the voices sound so familiar.

                                    Can some one from bajaj finance stop this unprofessional harassment?

                                      I had applied for a loan amount of rupees 7, 800 INR. ten years (2007) back bearing loan account no:[protected] on which I believe the last cheque# 702443 dated 17/05/2008 for an amount of 650 rupees was bounced due to account closure and I have made a cash payment of rupees 650 to your collection representative on 26/05/2008 and unfortunately I don’t have a record of the transaction receipt and this eventually lead me to believe that I have cleared the outstanding amount and to my dismay, I applied for a home loan recently that was rejected since Bajaj Finserv loan was reflecting as “write off”. I was shocked to find that there is an outstanding late payment penalty of rupees 30, 726 INR and I believe this is accumulated because of non-receipt of monthly statement or any call/sms/notice from your company.

                                      I’m sad to say that despite making calls to your customer-care toll-free numbers; there has been no waiver issued on my account till date and no action is taken so far. I urge you look into this request on priority and recoup the late payment penalty and let me know if you would still except me to make the 650 rupees payment once again so that I have no influence on my future loan applications. Attached is a copy of the outstanding statement for your perusal.

                                      I have full faith that you can resolve the problem. Please look into the matter and follow up with the concerned team to reverse the Penalty fee as . I want you to rectify this complaint as soon as possible since this is impacting my CIBIL score and I’m struggling to get a home loan due to this issue. I’m very disappointed and I hope to seek your assurance that this will be resolved within a week’s time and please keep me informed about the developments.
