I bought manula thread mill 3 months earlier as my monthly which they told Nd deductions n my account der s difference of rs 4000 if I enquire in the office worst response until v purchase item behavior polite after purchase totally careless worst card im usin ever bill photo copy hav added it’s 16 k Nd my deduction amount no match with il go for consumer court for sure

    I have been imposed with a unwanted insurance for my personal loan which i have not been told or notified about until i went to close my loan. I have not opted for this. The call centre guy said that i just have to pay the amount i transfer to my bank when i close the loan, but now i have interest on the total amount which i have not been told of. Please take note that i want to close this loan and i will pay the interest rates (There is no option i guess). But not for this insurance? I want it off my account. Please advise. I have already submitted details to surrender the insurance but it just reduced some amount.

      Mr. Prakash (Mobile phone no. [protected]) from trichy bajaj finserv, voluntarily came and asked me to take pl, even though i have not opted. Because of his repetitive requests, i have agreed to go for pl from trichy bajaj finserv, and sumbitted my supporting documents in nearly 12 pages along with my passport size photographs. After receiving the above in the 1st week of january 2018, no response from him or from bajaj finserv, trichy. I had sent sms to the above said mobile phone no [protected], requesting him to return my documents. No response till 07.02.2018. I suspecting him that, he is misusing my documents and passport size photographs. Kindly guide me please.

      NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY TILL 16.02.2018.

      I have signed in BAJAJ FINSERV PERSONAL APPLICATION No. 848859 On 20.01.2018

      Mr. Arul Prakash (Mobile phone no. [protected]) from Tamilnadu, Trichy Bajaj Finserv, voluntarily came and asked me to take PL, even though i have not opted. Because of his repetitive requests, i have agreed to go for pl from trichy bajaj finserv, and sumbitted my supporting documents in nearly 12 pages along with my passport size photographs.           fraud while providing personal loan

          Recently, i had approached bajaj finserv for 1 lac of loan amount of persoonel loan.

          I had a talk with executive for the requirement of 1 lac of loan amount but he wants to give me around 8lacs with flexi plan scheme.

          Executive told me that my processing fee would be around 8k including gst on which he will provide me 5k of amazon voucher as cash back. My rate of interest would be 14.55% for 5 years of tenure...

          I am writing this with a hope that i get either the bajaj emi card or my money back. It was on 19 june 2017 that i purchased products through baja finserv at devi international, bengaluru. The representative introduced to the emi card and got me enrolled. I payed 349 rs the transaction reference no:[protected].

          Till date, i have not received the emi card.

          When calling the representatives I was told that the card will be delivered via courier/post to my address after 4-6 EMIs. After 4-6 months I checked with them and they asked me to call the customer care. I tried many times to speak to a customer care executive but the option to talk to an executive or to register a complaint was not available in the IVR.

          I ask Bajaj Finserv, to look into this issue and do the needful at the earliest.

              On saturday 03-02-18 i got a call from bajaj to take elite card. So i paid from my credit card 4777/- that lady who had called me told me to fill a form which i could fill because i am not working as a employee. I run my own business.in that form employer information was wanted. Which i did not have and could proceed. I tried calling that lady several times but all in vain. Please help me and give me elite card with all facilities.

                Bajaj Finserv,

                1. I have been your coustmer since last 6 Years and more, but unfortunately the approach of your company towards me has been very stalemate.

                2. I had bought almost 4 or more consumer durables from your EMI card. But lately, very lately I had come to know that one of my first account was still under active even after paying all my emi's and upon enquiry from visiting your office it was know that am amount of Rs 110/- was pending. NOW I WONDER WHY WAS THE COMPANY SILENT AND HOLDING THE ACCOUNT ACTIVE SINCE 2012, would also like to inform you that this simple matters also shall effect my CBIL score. When you can call multiple times a day for promotions and various other things, why wasn't I received not even a single call .?

                3. A Rep from your company called up few months ago and said I was ELIGIBLE for a loan upto 5 lakhs. I said I didn't require that amount but would be happy if you could grant a loan of 1.3 lakhs or so. Once all the documents were taken, I was informed that my loan was rejected citing LOW CIBIL SCORE, but when I downloaded my CBIL score I found the points given by you was much low than what I had and more interestingly I saw that there was a 3 time entry for a loan query of 5 lakhs. Again I would like to state that I HAD NEVER ASKED FOR A 5 LAKH LOAN. So I had again raised an objection on that that matter and later CBIL msgsd me saying that the query was removed from my CBIL sheet. I just what to know why the hell is your company acting in such a absurd manner .?

                4. Recently when I went to a shop to buy an consumer durable., I was told that my card was inactive.! For further enquiry I had to again go to your office and I was told that my card was blocked due to low CBIL score ! And most interesting this was I am paying a finance company an EMI every month of an active account. !
                Seriously this was the limit ! When you had to block my card why the hell wasn't I informed.? Doesn't your so called "company" like to keep its coustmer updated about the card. ? And I wonder what was the source to block my card when none of EMI were ever lapsed since the first one. I always took care in advance notification so that I don't lapse any emi. And now I see that this is how you respond to a coustmer for his loyality.
                I was actually was thinking of visiting your office to enquiry about a raise in my loan limit. But when I left the office I was strong minded that I shall never again come to this office.

                5. In view of the ongoing situation and experiences I would to direct you to DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT AT THE EARLIEST AND NULLIFY MY CARD. any remaining outstanding balance shall be credited to you. As soon as I get a confirmation msg.

                  MY CONCERN:
                  My LED TV not working properly so I log a compliant and within a week a Technician come to my home and told me the TV your motherboard will be replace then again after 2 - 3 days, a technician came to my home and replaced My LED TV motherboard and put a faulty and duplicate item and take my original motherboard, after 2-3 hour my TV stop functioning.
                  From That date i Regularly following them and raising the issue, your(Bajaj) employee doing such malpractice of cheating and frauding the peoples, but they did not bother to take any action against them, it’s clearly shows their Involvement in such activities, they are all corrupt. Even I personally call to many times to "Mr Bhuvnesh Mehta", "Mr Dheeraj Arora" (They are the Managers of Bajaj as told by customer support team where I get the contact numbers)
                  My Compliant "OC[protected]" still pending from last 3 months, my issue escalated from level 1 to level 5 still pending, even I escalated same issue with Chairman of Bajaj, MD & CFOs they all are in silence mode.
                  Bajaj is not concerning about to provide the good service to their customers, their concern only garbing the money from Indian peoples and fooling them, based on they hire such fraudsters in their company and egregiously supports their suspicious activities even someone raise an objection and highlight the wrong doing.
                  They know their value in market, so they not come directly to hunt Indian customer they come from backdoor to hunt Indian peoples likes through "policybazar.com" or other medium.

                  Without my consent, I received a EMI Card. Further troubles of membership charges. Really couldn't find a way to get rid of it. The Existing Member Identification (EMI) Card is No.xxxxxxxxxxxx9571. Please deactivate this card at the earliest. This gesture of Bajaj might let me think of availing any future loans from it.

                      Since 2 months, i've been receiving daily 4-5 calls from bajaj to take loan. I've put more than 50 numbers in blocked list but still they come up with new numbers every day. This make me very frustrating as i'm not only getting calls in weekdays but also in weekends i. E. Too on sunday evening when we normally celebrate with our family and these people give us call to take loan. I don't want any loan from bajaj. Please remove my number from your database.

                      Recovery agency ask me to settled the loan a/c no. 4050CD14765094 as full n final settlement amount for Rs. 4000/-, and same I paid, however the recovery agency settled with the wrong loan acount no. 4050VS21203089.

                      Kindly look into matter and settled the CD loan account

This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. I speak to your representative there is no reason. This is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. There is no pending issue from my side as per the online account.

                          My emi card blocked permanently. I requested to him... No response. I had paid my emi late with fine within the end of month because of my account hold. So said many times to bajaj agent. Finally end of my emi last transaction was debited from my regular account. All emi payments are over. So i requested bajaj customer... Not giving response. Kindly requesting activate my bajaj emi card.

                            I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 01.01.2018 i have applied for an emi card of bajaj finance after receiving an mail notification from their end (Screen shot of notification mail attached). However the amount which was required to generate the card (Rs. 471) deducted from my kotak mahindra bank account (Screen shot attached for the same) and i got a transaction no-l[protected] as text message from their end, thereafter,

                            As i didn't receive any card from them nor any notification still 10.01.2018, i wrote an email stating all the matters happened with me and asked for their help. Regardlessly they intimated me by an email that they didn't receive any amount from me.

                            Now my question is if bajaj finserv didn't receive the amount through their website link (As sent by mail from their end) then who has taken my money? I must say as a matter of fact that this kind of irresponsible behavior could jeopardise their market reputation.

                              Hello, so last year i purchased a samsung washing machine, i got it via emi and i was expecting to receive the bajaj emi card after few down payments or few months as i was told by the shop owner

                              It's been 4-5 months or more but i still didn't received the card
                              So i just wanted to know how many days or months more i'll have to wait

                                Why my card is blocked? I want to purchase a electronic product but because of this. I cant acces on it. Only one ecs is pending of mine. My card limit is 21k. Which is good and enough for maintain a good relation with bajaj finserv..

                                  Baja fin serv is harassing with their automated calls and regular calls.
                                  They don't even follow any timing. I received call at 8 pm sunday.. It s hell of time they have.

                                  I want to close my account and they don't provide any details for this on their site. Atleast they don't provide how to block the calls.. Or donot call registry.

                                    Last month i made late payment of my loan emi through axis bank net banking on dated - 17.01.2018 transaction no.- luti[protected]
                                    (Inb/[protected]/bajaj finance (Billdesk)/bajaj emi) amnt - 2667/-

                                    But after done above payment again deducted same amount by ecs to my axis bank account.
                                    Transcation detail is - ecs/bajaj finance li/4010pl14287456...

                                    As soon as i found out
                                    I did complaint on bajaj's customer service, but my money has not been returned even after more than days.

                                    Please refund my money on urgent basis

                                      I'm muhammad my card number is :[protected] last time i purchased a product with this card and clear all amounts last two months esc given esc bank is changed and i make payments through your bajaj agent. All emi's are cleared and i got nov from your bank. Tow days ago i gonna to purchase a product but the shipper told that your card is blocked. Please open my emi card.
