Hi,
My bajaj finserv account number was 5170cd21299150 and my mobile number is [protected]. When i purchase this policy they told to me that i have to pay only 6 emis of rs. 750 per month. But when six months completed i didn't noticed that they are demanding two more emis. I had two more loans from the same company and they are completed one was with emi of rs 2500 per month and other one was approx 2300 rs. Per month but now after one year i received threatening call. They are saying that i have to pay 8100/- rs. As total product value was around 9000/- and i checked my cibil score. That is also impacted. It goas down from 780 to 588 in this case. Please help me as i was supposed to take a business loan for start up my business. But now no any bank will give me any loan. That is not impacting only m cibil that is impacting my life also. Please do somethingi am helpless. Please do the needful.

    Flexi hybrid loan sanctioned to me at bangalore charging unnecessary insurance, financial statement, flexi fee etc which iare not informed by the bank executive. The loan application no :[protected]
    The charges are exorbitant including processing fee and highly misleading

    Immediately i have applied for cancellation.
    Kindly do the cancell the loan as the false information furnished to sanction the loan.

      Hi, i have bought an iphone through bajaj finserv. After that my 2nd emi date was 2nd of feb-2018, i've paid the 2nd emi in advance on[protected] through website. I've received text message from bajaj finance of amount received on same day. But, the company messaged for outstanding of instalments with bounce charges. I've already paid 2nd emi with bounce charge. Also find the attachment of statement. Kindly help me to solve the issue.

        Bajaj finserve has issues a card to me almost 5 years back and I don't need it any more. They are now charging me card fees every year which I don't need or use anymore.
        I'm not interested to use the EMI CARD anymore and so want to get it closed. There is no option on website or helpline number to get this deactivated.
        And, I don't want to use it anymore so want to close it.

          I wish to inform you that i do not have any credit card issued to me and you are charging me annual fee for the same. Please note i am retired senior citizen hence i do not need any loan for purchase of anything, if you continue to deduct the same i shall inform the consumer cell under this mail as well as file a police complaint that you are unnecessarily charging me every year for no reason.

            Etxtreme harrasment by Bajaj finance.

            I get called at least 9-10 times every day from different cell numbers claiming to be calling from Bajaj finance offering all sorts of loans..
            The frequency has assumed annoying proportions.

            Telecallers seem to be trained in annoying us by repeating cant hear you the momment you tell them not interested, another common excuse they have is ... "i have called for the first time".. however the voices sound so familiar.

            Can some one from bajaj finance stop this unprofessional harassment?

              I had applied for a loan amount of rupees 7, 800 INR. ten years (2007) back bearing loan account no:[protected] on which I believe the last cheque# 702443 dated 17/05/2008 for an amount of 650 rupees was bounced due to account closure and I have made a cash payment of rupees 650 to your collection representative on 26/05/2008 and unfortunately I don’t have a record of the transaction receipt and this eventually lead me to believe that I have cleared the outstanding amount and to my dismay, I applied for a home loan recently that was rejected since Bajaj Finserv loan was reflecting as “write off”. I was shocked to find that there is an outstanding late payment penalty of rupees 30, 726 INR and I believe this is accumulated because of non-receipt of monthly statement or any call/sms/notice from your company.

              I’m sad to say that despite making calls to your customer-care toll-free numbers; there has been no waiver issued on my account till date and no action is taken so far. I urge you look into this request on priority and recoup the late payment penalty and let me know if you would still except me to make the 650 rupees payment once again so that I have no influence on my future loan applications. Attached is a copy of the outstanding statement for your perusal.

              I have full faith that you can resolve the problem. Please look into the matter and follow up with the concerned team to reverse the Penalty fee as . I want you to rectify this complaint as soon as possible since this is impacting my CIBIL score and I’m struggling to get a home loan due to this issue. I’m very disappointed and I hope to seek your assurance that this will be resolved within a week’s time and please keep me informed about the developments.

                Bajaj finserv team is calling me daily for the past few days and explaining me about their products. Several time i had informed that iam not interested in any of their products. However, they are not activating d&d service and not stopping their calls. Iam getting automated calls and also manual calls in spite of telling them several times not to call again. I have never applied for a loan with bajaj finserv and i do not accept any responsibility for what appears to be stolen identity and no disbursals are to take place.

                    I have transferred the loan to bajaj finserv from sbi. Bajaj finserv manager promised me that i will get 8.35% rate of interest via mail. I agreed for that and transfered my loan to bajaj finserv from sbi.

                    After releasing the cheque and i saw the account in online portal of bajaj finserv about the rate of interest. It is mentioned as 9.15. I called so many times to sales manager and wrote a mail (Multiple times) to customer care about my problem. No response from them. They are not even lifting my phone also.

                    My loan number is 400hop60639859.
                    Process strated on november 15th.
                    Cheques issued on december 21st.

                    Kindly resolve this problem.

                      This is to informed you that, Two times i have raised the ticket on Bajaj Finsrv portal regarding my Loan issue and i am really sad that my ticket was resolved without providing me solution.                           I have been imposed with a unwanted insurance for my personal loan which i have not been told or notified about until i went to close my loan. I have not opted for this. The call centre guy said that i just have to pay the amount i transfer to my bank when i close the loan, but now i have interest on the total amount which i have not been told of. Please take note that i want to close this loan and i will pay the interest rates (There is no option i guess). But not for this insurance? I want it off my account. Please advise. I have already submitted details to surrender the insurance but it just reduced some amount.

                            Mr. Arul Prakash (Mobile phone no. [protected]) from Tamilnadu, Trichy Bajaj Finserv, voluntarily came and asked me to take PL, even though i have not opted. Because of his repetitive requests, i have agreed to go for pl from trichy bajaj finserv, and sumbitted my supporting documents in nearly 12 pages along with my passport size photographs. After receiving the above in the 3rd week of january 2018, no response from him or from bajaj finserv, trichy.                                 fraud while providing personal loan

                                Recently, i had approached bajaj finserv for 1 lac of loan amount of persoonel loan.

                                I had a talk with executive for the requirement of 1 lac of loan amount but he wants to give me around 8lacs with flexi plan scheme.

                                Executive told me that my processing fee would be around 8k including gst on which he will provide me 5k of amazon voucher as cash back. My rate of interest would be 14.55% for 5 years of tenure...

                                I am writing this with a hope that i get either the bajaj emi card or my money back. It was on 19 june 2017 that i purchased products through baja finserv at devi international, bengaluru. The representative introduced to the emi card and got me enrolled. I payed 349 rs the transaction reference no:[protected].

                                When calling the representatives I was told that the card will be delivered via courier/post to my address after 4-6 EMIs. After 4-6 months I checked with them and they asked me to call the customer care. I tried many times to speak to a customer care executive but the option to talk to an executive or to register a complaint was not available in the IVR.

                                I ask Bajaj Finserv, to look into this issue and do the needful at the earliest.

                                  I am Arvind solanki. I need to know what is reason for block my card. Because I was trying to purchase a mobile phon on emi card but they were told me that your card is temporarily block and you have to go bajaj offcie to reactive your card. I was call on this number which is written on card[protected]... I called on this number so many times... I didn't get any appropriate help from this customer helping number. I request you to please reactive my card. Thank you.

                                    On saturday 03-02-18 i got a call from bajaj to take elite card. So i paid from my credit card 4777/- that lady who had called me told me to fill a form which i could fill because i am not working as a employee. I run my own business.in that form employer information was wanted. Which i did not have and could proceed. I tried calling that lady several times but all in vain. Please help me and give me elite card with all facilities.

To get your Card number, we would request you to please have the Bajaj Wallet been downloaded on your Android phone from Google Play store post 48 hrs and you can get your card number and details on the same for performing transaction. Also you can give a missed call on [protected] the provided number you will receive a link in a SMS .Through the link you have to download the application and follow the further instructions.                                       Bajaj Finserv,

                                      1. I have been your coustmer since last 6 Years and more, but unfortunately the approach of your company towards me has been very stalemate.

                                      2. I had bought almost 4 or more consumer durables from your EMI card. But lately, very lately I had come to know that one of my first account was still under active even after paying all my emi's and upon enquiry from visiting your office it was know that am amount of Rs 110/- was pending. NOW I WONDER WHY WAS THE COMPANY SILENT AND HOLDING THE ACCOUNT ACTIVE SINCE 2012, would also like to inform you that this simple matters also shall effect my CBIL score. When you can call multiple times a day for promotions and various other things, why wasn't I received not even a single call .?

                                      3. A Rep from your company called up few months ago and said I was ELIGIBLE for a loan upto 5 lakhs. I said I didn't require that amount but would be happy if you could grant a loan of 1.3 lakhs or so. Once all the documents were taken, I was informed that my loan was rejected citing LOW CIBIL SCORE, but when I downloaded my CBIL score I found the points given by you was much low than what I had and more interestingly I saw that there was a 3 time entry for a loan query of 5 lakhs. Again I would like to state that I HAD NEVER ASKED FOR A 5 LAKH LOAN. So I had again raised an objection on that that matter and later CBIL msgsd me saying that the query was removed from my CBIL sheet. I just what to know why the hell is your company acting in such a absurd manner .?

                                      4. Recently when I went to a shop to buy an consumer durable., I was told that my card was inactive.! For further enquiry I had to again go to your office and I was told that my card was blocked due to low CBIL score ! And most interesting this was I am paying a finance company an EMI every month of an active account. !
                                      Seriously this was the limit ! When you had to block my card why the hell wasn't I informed.? Doesn't your so called "company" like to keep its coustmer updated about the card. ? And I wonder what was the source to block my card when none of EMI were ever lapsed since the first one. I always took care in advance notification so that I don't lapse any emi. And now I see that this is how you respond to a coustmer for his loyality.
                                      I was actually was thinking of visiting your office to enquiry about a raise in my loan limit. But when I left the office I was strong minded that I shall never again come to this office.

                                      5. In view of the ongoing situation and experiences I would to direct you to DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT AT THE EARLIEST AND NULLIFY MY CARD. any remaining outstanding balance shall be credited to you. As soon as I get a confirmation msg.
