Hi Team

I have order mobile at Amazon[protected])
with no cost emi but cancelled the same on same day and I got refund confirmation from Amazon and also from bajaj.pfa.
But still I got this emi message today please cloe it as I have cancelled it and not going to pay any money if do ecs through my account also, PFA.

Kindly close it asap and send confirmation mesage .

    They'll give this card to old Bajaj EMI card customers without informing them about the annual charges of Rs.999 + G.S.T. They'll call you and tell you that they need to reverify KYC to update the card and will send you this RBL physical card. They will put the burden on you without prior notice about annual charges. Beware! stay away from bajaj and RBL team.

      I am Jibananda Biswas, i declared that unwanted transaction is carried out in my bank account. I had received sms through sbi that the amount is deducted at rs.295 for debit mandate fail chrg txn dt.[03/07/2022]bajaj finance.
      So, verify the fact and please refund my deducted amount as earliest.

        Myself V Durga Prasad . I don't want this LSF INSURANCE telebinding. I already tried many times to reach you or raise a request but not getting any response from your side. I dont know you people why not cancel my policy. I also contact for this to your customer support but they also not picking up my call for cancel the above mentioned loan. But LSF insurance telebinding has activated, loan account No:469LFTIG477186. It has been made without my knowledge . Please deactivate the LSF insurance telebinding and refund my amount .

        How you people are doing this without the customer knowledge.

        Please resolve the complaint as soon as possible.
        Please i request you to cancel my cpp asset care policy and refund my amount.

But sir I am requesting the agent of Bajaj Finserv when buying I will not take mobile insurance. But he did not comply with my request. Sir I will not pay EMI of mobile insurance, please cancel my mobile insurance,
          Otherwise I will not pay EMI for 2 months at the end.

              In Feb 22 above company together offer me No any fee/charges on credit card, after that they charge 2999 rs. On it. When I make complaint about issue, they agree to reverse charges which discussed on customer care number.They reverse me 1000/-only.when i again complaint about balance amount reverse they told such amount is reverse able and balance is the annual fee charge on u were not reversable and you must have to pay any how.i so many time do complaint thru customer care, mail etc.No one can resolve this issue, charges/penalties are going up and up in statement.At initial of card i was purchase @ 2000 + along with these amount, they already put amount of their fees and charges of 2999/-when i complaint about this no solution received from them.So i paid my purchase amount of 2000 + to them.But still the date no solution given to me.
              I am suffering so many harrasment from their collection departments by mail/call/ massages etc.The Bajaj finserv are spoil their reputation along with rbl banks products.

                  Dear Sir,
                  My Name is Bijayata Biswakarma, I had taken a product By using EMI card and unfortunately there is 1 pending EMI for the current month all the previous EMI are cleared on time without any delay but only this month the EMI could not debited from account because of some account issue and some personal family issue the EMI is not debited on[protected] and from[protected] the Recovery Agent started their harrasments on[protected] they send txt on whats app (Kal tumhare ghar aayega) my divorce case is going on that's why my condition was not good I was with my husband family later my brother got a call as his no. Is secondary and I told that I will pay in this month only but they told that they can give time till 28th only and now they even call and ask payments at 12.15 am midnight for yesterday and today they call me 02.05 am midnight about 20 min ago Is this fair Sir first time I have seen that bajaj finserv is Recovering and giving harrasments in night time also I will pay it and we will never going to take loan again and I will share my experience to others also.

                  The same Recovery Agent call again and abusing badly on call giving bad words using very slang languages please look into this matter as soon as possible otherwise I have to report it to nearest police station

                    I have taken loan in bajaj finance 110, 000/- at 2018 and I paid regularly up to 1 year but due to covid 19 and job loss I am unable to pay it up to now because I have less salary and I am only the person doing job in my family, I unable pay emi present I have already said them I am unable to pay my emis they are using abused word insulting family also this is the no.[protected]

                      It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

                      Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced to take action against Bajaj Finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

                        Unable to login as not receiving otp

                        I have activated Bajaj finserv insta emi network card almost a month ego. And now I am unable to log in to Bajaj finserv app as well as to the website. I have been trying to log in for more than a week, tried more than 10 times but not receiving the OTP. But when I am putting another unregistered mobile number instantly receiving the OTP. And also note that when I am sending a message from my wife's mobile, i am receiving that in my registered...

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        This is to inform you that I have requested several times to refund my insurance amount of a foreclosure loan A/C no. 410SPFFH502941 of Customer ID[protected].

                        But the refund is till pending and I am tired off with this process.

                        So, it is requested to take necessary action as early as possible.

                          Respected Sir,

                          I have a loan from Bajaj Finserv, as I am without a job from past four months, but I have borrowed money from friends and family to make the paymenst for last three months. This time also I am trying to arrange funds but the recovery people have been harasing my old parents also, when my father told them that dont stay with them they have stopped calling them, but i have a fear that they will harrass them now. I am getting continous harrasment calls and messages from Shivam his no is [protected].

                          If the Harrasment does not stop i will have to commit suicide as, last month this Shivam came to my new house also and sat at the door till I arranged funds after begging in front of friends, when i paid he left, he is threating me again vis calls and Whastapp that i will have to make the payment, sir please help.

                          I have also registered an online complaint last month and again this month against him.

                                An unexpected debit of Rs. 117 was made to by account from Bajan Finserv/Finance. I have no dues/loans with Bajan nor any cards/services. Yet amount has been debited without any notification to me or any approval from me. I request to consider this highly appropriate and provide me the refund and make sure no further debits happen. Also cancel immediately any active services/cards that exist.

                                  As per suprime court order, compound interest which is intrest for intrest should be waived off. All the financial institutions waved off except Bajaj finserv. I took personal loan of 2lack for 60month emi. I opt 4months moratorium after moratorium period my tenure changed to 75months. I asked to bajaj they said due to moratorium my 4months principal and interest was added to total pricipal so over all intrest increased. Because of this for 4 months moratorium i need to pay extra 11months emi. For 24000rs emi amount i need to pay extra 1lack. As per supreme court order this is crime.

                                    During Covid I was struggling to make the Monthly EMI and monthly payment request

                                    During Covid 2020 for Housing Loan EMI when Govt/RBI declared banks to provide Moratorium service, I have requested for the option, Bajaj did not provided the service rather compelled to make the current month EMI, I did the payment and cleared the due,
                                    Further the Bajaj levied penalty saying it was late payment. When every bank has provided Moratorium this is the selfish bank who did not provided option, rather penalizing for late payments. Moreover they handed the collection job to 3rd party agents and they threatening me every day that they will take legal action on me and disturbing me during office Work and causing my life hell. When requested to send a formal email Bajaj and they are not doing that.

                                    2nd Worst Experience, During the same Covid 2020, I did helped my friend to pay his General Insurance via my Credit Card in 2021, they made the auto-debited the same amount in 2021 without my consent which is legally a crime and till date I am fighting for my Money back. SR61878707 is service request they provided and no action on multiple escalation and sent forwarded my email at every level

                                    3rd Worst Experience, In early staging of my investment, I requested agent for single premium but he put for 3 years, when I missed the 2nd Premium they ate the 1st Premium money and informed my Insurance got lapsed.

                                    Overall, Please I urge all investors not to take any Housing loan, Personal Loan, avail insurances or Invest in Mutual Funds with Bajaj Financial Groups. Highly self oriented and loss giving company to customers.
