An amount of 117 rs has been debited from my bank of India savings account through Bajaj ecs without any information.
I don’t have any outstanding emi or dues with the company.
Therefore I see no reason for deduction.

Neither I have asked or been provided with any Bajaj emi cards.

Kindly refund back the amount as soon as possible .

Hi,

I have availed a overdraft loan from bajaj finserv recently. While completing the process the executive stated that there will be only processing fee of 0.5%, after taking the loan I have got charged extra money for credit vidya fees of 4999. The deduction is not mentioned to me anytime before amount disbursement.

I want to cancel this loan

Am using bajaj loan finserv app. Every month 2nd day amount will be debit. Am maintain available balance 1st or 2nd day of month. This (june-2022) month also emi debited from my account.

Then why today ( 9th june 2022) debited Mandate failed charges 295 Rs from my account. Its a illigal and fraud activity from bajaj... Kindly consider my complaint and revert back. Thank you

I am writing to you to lure your attention on an issue that i have been facing from last few year. As i get my salary on time but have not yet received the salary of previous year month of july 2019. You are requested to please look into the matter with keen interest and enjoin the account office to deliver my salary, as soon as possible.

I, Sri Manab Kumar Das from Kolkata West Bengal have purchased Samsung A.C from Khosla Electronics in Barasat- Kolkata under Bajaj EMI Network Card. Txn. ref no. CS[protected] Loan Amount Rs. 40600, EMI Amount Rs. 5075 Per Month, but time of purchase your Bajaj Staff committed to me Cash Back Amount will be Credit Rs. 1700/- at Bajaj Pay Wallet Trxn No. B18678447 already received SMS from Bajaj, But Amount was Credited Rs. 1500/- .
My Question is why Rs. 200 was not credited.
Please give me the difference of the short amount will Credit for my Bajaj Wallet Rs. 200/ immediately.

My EMI date is on jun 2nd. But due to insufficient balance I couldn't pay on time. But I got a message stating due amount with penalty 450. So I paid through online on 6th june where the link was provided by you. And on 7th, again the emi amount and penalty was deducted. Plz credit to my amount. Unable to reach you.

I am very depressed from repeated phone calls daily to offer loans. Instead of complaining again n again not to call my number still I am getting repeated calls from different numbers offering loan daily. I will complain at consumer court if you do d same again again. My number is [protected]

I have a Bajaj EMI card and I made a purchase with it. I am facing a serious problem with the EMI payment.The money for EMI is not automatically deducted from my account and also I can't pay using the app. In the 'Make payment' only there is Full Payment/Foreclosure and Missed EMIs working. So there is no way for me to pay the amount in time and when the executive calls after the date I transfer money to her and she is making the payment.Second time I am paying 450 rupees bouncing charge for nothing, So every month I will be paying extra 450 bouncing charge because you company can't fix the application? This is the second time I am raising my complaint.

I am fed up with this scam and I tried to Foreclosure the loan and it is also not happening.I want to close this loan and cancel my EMI card as soon as possible.

Bajajfinserv deducted Rs 4841 from my account with out my notice.. please resolve issue.. and refund my amount..

I had my emi amount on my account at 02.06.2022 but on 03.06.2022 there is mandate fail charge of Rs 295 deducted from my sbi account. Because of this deduction my emi is overdue with penalty fine of Rs 500 as i had the exact amount of emi on the due date . I dont know how and why is this happening. Please help

I am raising this complaint on behalf of my house hold worker.
She had been given a personal loan from Bajaj Finserv
Loan Acc. no - 402PSTFE274313 of about 1 Lakh, at a interest rate of 33.92%,
She is regularly paying her EMIs on time for almost 3 years now,
She had applied the loan through some agent, who did not tell her the rate of interest and did not share any documents related to the loan to her.
Since she is less educated, she has no understanding of loan products and its terms.
She has been told that she still has to pay EMIs for 15 more months.
I have not seen personal loans of interest more then 13 or 15%. Only credit cards have this kind of interest,

Kindly take a note of this matter and suggest if a fraud has been done with her and should we further raise this matter with Consumer court for a possible fraud with a unaware person.

Had enquired for a loan from one of their loan lending apps. I always used the correct address in all of my applications.

I'm pretty sure I haven't taken any loan from them. Despite that, they've added wrong address in my CIBIL which is affecting my score.

I request the concerned authorities to take proper measures.

Bajaj Finserv sales persons are the guys who provide False promises just to complete their target.
My personal experience has been very poor with Bajaj Finserv.
The sales guy named **Vijay** has provided all the False promises over the Whatapp call and my mistake was not to ask for any written email communication as he kept on insisting me that sir you need to not to worry, whatever I have promised you will get delivered.
Also because he used to call me on whatsapp I was not able to record any calls and later on I noticed (after I got cheated) that he was smart and didn’t mentioned anything on chat and always kept on calling on whatsapp.
And once his target was completed the guy was not picking up my call and I got completely reverse of what he promised on call.
Leasons learned:
1. Always ask for written communication from Bajaj Finserv guys no matter how much they insist you and never accept any calls from any mobile number instead ask them to call from Bajaj Finserv landline number.
2. Never ever take any scheme from Bajaj Finserv.
