Dear Sir

As i took Loan in Bajaj finserv lending on Oct 2015 Amount of Rs 4, 57, 000

During Loan agreement time they offerd to me for Nill fore closure charges and nill pre payment charges.

Now i want to close my loan and asked to Bajaj finserv. They charged 4.72% of Fore closure charges from the out standing principal amount.

asked to customer care they said they revised the policy on June 2016. so fore closure charges applicable for you.

But During loan disbursement as per agreement .fore closure charges mentioned as zero charges.

I have a proof of agreement copy sent by Bajaj finserv. Now you said that policy was revised on June 2016. So we are added the fore closure charges... Then what is meaning of agreement during my loan disbursement...

I am taken the loan on Oct 2015 how it is applicable for me.

This shows how Bajaj finserv cheated the customer.

I taken the loan in Bajaj because of nill fore closure charges so that I accept even the high interest rate of 14.65%.

Now you changed the policy and now not applicable means what about the agreement during taken of loan.this
Is not acceptable and this is cheating the customer I am totally disappointed with Bajaj finserv.
I request to remove the fore closure charges of4.7% in my Salaried Loan

      This is jonnalagadda. Prudhvi raj, i have been taken loan in bajaj consumer when i am taking product my emi is rs:1900/- only but they try to detect rs:2150/- but i did't main ten more then rs:2000/- in my account 2 emis are bounced. After this happen i discuss with bajaj office they said unfortunately insurance rs.150/- added for my emi. For thous edits my cible score have been down and mark me as defalder, the bank charged emi return charges. I have all proofs regarding this all. Now what i spouses to do please tell me

        I want to share my experience with Bajaj finserv. I have used Bajaj EMI card soo many time this time 3 EMI was going on. There was balance on 5 th in every month. It's your system problem you not able to take payment it's gets bounce even you picked cash from my home & office 2 times but why r u deducting bounce amount from the account. U can't do that . If want to deduct bounce charges than it should be done once not 11-12 times. I want my money back at any cost

          Baja activate my 2 policy on same product so i will call to Bajaj customer care but they are told me you have to send mail to Bajaj to deactivate the one policy after that i have sending mail also to bajaj but from that date which i sending mail to bajaj to till now almost 11 mails stored in my inbox. In every mail i have giv all my details but Bajaj can't solved my issue. Bajaj provide very cheap service with his customer.

            My EMI card has been blocked for some reason. i'm Not sure why it was happened. I would like to Purchase household items using my card . So please unblock the card as soon as possible.

            I need it to fix this issue as soon as possible since i would like to purchase the items immediate, also please update me why my card was blocked and i didn't get any notification regarding this. Would be better if you have any customer care number to unblock the card for future. Updating in portal doesn't look cool.

              My loan account number is 404spf40911101, for which i need
              Clarification on below queries

              I have received 11, 73, 936 in my bank, however in experia app my disbursement is showing 12, 55, 000,

              Without utilising anything from the top up
              Allotted to me i have become liable to pay 81000+ to bajaj
              Finance, while selling the product to me your
              Representative have not mentioned anything about such
              Charges, i do have all recording and valid
              Conversation proof for same.

              I called customer care representative to
              Resolve this issue and close the loan with immediate effect
              But they are not ready to help me.

              Bajaj Finance team is not at all cooperating, it's been month now I am following up with them, I have even loadge a complain with consumer forum 3 times but Bajaj team is closing it by simply updating it they have reverted to customer, with has no use for me, as per Bajaj Finance policy any grievance has to be loadge within 48hrs of disbursement, I did it in given timeline but no revert from Bajaj,

              It's a case of cheating and miscommunication by local team to achieve their target and they got me as their target
              I have availed once consumer loan from Bajaj Finserv, which was also repaid on time. Now on regular basis I am receiving the marketing calls for availing personal loans from the company more than 4-5 times in day. Please activate the Do Not Disturb flag in my mobile no. [protected] immediately and oblige.

                I am so irritated with your phone calls that it pisses me off as i see ur numbers. Trust me if you disturb your valuable customers so much, they won't be loyal to your brand.my no is [protected] & [protected]. I am determined that if this doesn't stop, i will complain to consumer forum. I am very much frustrated with phone calls.More than 8 times i am getting calls from like [protected] different number.

                      Dear Sir/Madam

                      Yesterday ie.July 4th, 2017 I received a call from Ms. Soma Routh(M-[protected]) said that She called from Delhi Tis Hazari Court and asked my name and address. I was surprised when got the information from her that a case is filed (no-DL235)and she gave me a contact number of Mr R.K. Chowhan (M-[protected])and said to call him as he is a advocate, who is looking after this case.

                      Mr Chowhan told me that there is due to Bajaj Finace company he gave me threatening that I have to pay this otherwise I need o go Delhi court to pay the amount with penalty.

                      It was surprised me because I have purchased a SAMSUN-LED/23H4003 On April'2015 and Bajaj Finance finance it but all the dues were clear. There was nothing to pay.

                      I purchased one SAMSUN-LED/23H4003 From M/s Adams Marketing Pvt Ltd. of 29, Kalabagan Ln, Baruipara, Ichapur, Howrah, West Bengal 711104, on 29/04/2015 for Rs.13, 896.00 and made a Cash Payment of Rs.4, 632.00 leaving a balance due of Rs.9, 264.00 finance made by M/S BAJAJ FINANCE LTD, KOLKATA. EMI per month already scheduled at Rs 1, 158.00 *8 months (Bajaj Finserve loan account No: 410DDF09439148 and 410EWC[protected] through State bank of India ECS facility A/C No [protected] savings account holder name SOMALI ROY.

                      Sorry to inform you that on my first installment I came to know that Rs 1, 277.00 has been deducted as emi instead of RS 1, 158.00 .After enquery I came to know that an extended warranty charge of RS 119 have been imposed without my knowledge.I have complained several times for eliminating the extended warranty charges, but my problem was not solved.From 1st installment onward RS 1, 277.00 (ie. RS 1, 158.00 as emi + RS 119 as extended warranty) was deducted.

                      Further on 08/07/2015 I was informed that my 2nd installment was not received by them in-spite of sufficient balance in my account. I was instructed to pay RS 1, 277.00 (ie. RS 1, 158.00 as emi + RS 119 as extended warranty) in cash to M/s Adams Marketing Pvt Ltd. I deposited RS 1, 277.00 as my emi for M/S Adams Marketing Pvt Ltd.
                      I have paid all the installment due till date and there was no due.

                      Subsequently, on July 4th, 2017 I was threatened by one Mr R.K. Chowhan (M-[protected]), Advocate of Delhi informing that a court case has been filed, or is going to be filed, instituted at Delhi Court against me for realization of the penalty and also whether I will proceed with the case or settle the matter by paying the penalty amount out of court and Since then I have been repeatedly threatened Mr R.K. Chowhan and even file FIR against me in the local police station.

                      After going through the account statement from bajaj finance website, I came to know that Rs 150 as Overdue Charges have been imposed on me from 31/07/2015 to till date without giving any intimation, which amount to nearly Rs 4000 is still due.

                      In-spite of making all the payments I have been physically and mentaly harassed by your concerned person intentionally.
                      This kind o[censored]nfair activities was not expected from renowned concern like BAJAJ FINANCE LTD.
                      I would once again request you to close the matter immediately or I will be forced to go to consumer forum and PORTAL for Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) and even post on facebook.

                      They (Bajaj) did the same in my case. this is the method they are using to collect pending.
                      i also got call from one of the bajaj assigned duplicate advocate who threaten and used abusing words to collect dues. i wonder how the bajaj peoples doing this kind of chilly thinga and not obeying laws.
                      who could stop them????

Before three months I have the account number for which mandate form &NACH forms has already been sent through your Madiwala (Bangalore) branch but sorry to say inspite of regularising the account number the EMI Account is permanently suspended .                               Please deactivate my Bajaj EMI card as i have no transactions pending and no further use for it. card number is BF[protected]
                              Sir, I have been charged Rs99 on a yearly basis for the last two years as fee towards Bajaj EMI card. I have made repeated calls to the call centre to no avail. I am not using the card neither do I have any transactions or payments pending on this card. Please do help me to deactivate this card as I am at my wit's end about how to get it deactivated. Thank you.

                                I purchased an AC of Rs. 23500 on EMIs from Bajaj Finserv. I made payment of 4 EMIs as down payment and 8 EMIs by 8 cheques of Rs. 1959 each. I got a message from my bank on my first installment date that my cheque is dishonored even when i had sufficient balance in my account. On seeing this, i made online payment of Rs. 13705 from my account to Bajaj finserv but they keep applying cheque again and again even after my payment and Rs. 575 were deducted from my account due to dishonoring of cheque. I sent a mail to Bajaj finserv by telling all the details and requested them to stop applying cheques anymore and inform me of any due payment needed to close the loan. I got a call as well as email from the company that 1 EMI of Rs. 1959 is due to close the loan. I paid that EMI too and i got my NOC and updated loan statement from the company that no dues are left and loan is closed on 23rd June, 2017.
                                Now after 10 days, on 3rd July 2017, I am getting another message from bank that Rs. 590 are deducted from my account towards dishonoring of cheque. I am really frustrated by this fraudulent action of Bajaj finserv, as when my loan account is closed, whole payment is done, and NOC is generated, what is the purpose of applying cheques from my account? I request to please take action on the company and resolve my issue and make them pay my cheque dishonoring charges.

                                  I have taken loan from bajaj finance 5 lakhs. Emi started from may rs. 16894/-. But every month one more emi is deducted on same day rs. 1589/-. I followed up through mails and phone. They said by mistake somebody with the same name has linked to my account and said remove right away.
                                  Emi deducted in may and also june. After many conversation mails and phone they are refunded 2 months emi last week.
                                  Today again they have deducted 1589/- emi. If i don't have sufficient funds means cheque bounce.
                                  I went to bajaj finance office at kukatpally hyderabad twice. We have to take token and wait till my number come. Sorry to say that i didn't have patience to sit and wait. Only one guy to respond to all complains. While taking loans so many back o[censored]s. When we need to complain only one to respond.

                                  I get mobile message saying your signature doesn't match. How can somebody emi deducting from account and his signature will match with my account.

                                  Getting frustrated.

                                  Please stop deducting from my account. However after 3 months i will transfer this loan to other.

                                  Resolve means what you have done on 12th June 17. I have attached the statement of 3rd July 2017 also. Can you explain why again repeated. I went to branch and talked to customer care last saturday they say in our records we don't any deduction. I have take my account statement and show them.

                                  This is scrap i lost the patience. So i thought deduct somebody emi from my account rs.1589. Then i will send the mail with the attachment of my bank account. Then you will revert it back. Lets see how long it goes.

                                  This month again they have deducted and not giving back last 2 months deducted money. Every month i call them they say same thing next month it will not happen.

                                  Very worst system Bajaj have. They couldn't update the user details.

                                    Please unblock my card as I found it as blocked wherein I got a msg stating the EMI card is unblocked but its blocked now.
                                    I got call from Delhi police saying bajaj finance has Lodged complaint against me for 2350 amount.

                                    How could Bajaj go to directly court without any notice or intimation and again why directly to Delhi police why not Mumbai if a person residence of Mumbai it self.

                                    How could public know that who is fake bajaj is doing worst job that correct.
                                    Please deactivate my emi card .coz there is no use of emi card.i am requesting you to deactivate my emi card .I will be very thankful to you.

                                      I have purchased an order OnePlus 3T ( order no[protected] on 30th May 2017 from amazon.in . An amount of Rs 29, 999 has been deducted from my bajaj finserv emi card. Later, I have cancelled my order by refusing it at delivery.I have got a mail from amazon.in stating that the refund has been processed successfully on 15th June 2017 and the amount should reflect in my account by 23th June 2017.But till now, I see that the amount is not yet updated in the bajaj account and the loan account related to the phone order is not cancelled yet. I request you to resolve this issue on high priority, as the first loan ECS is scheduled at 5th July 2017. I have attached in this complaint the screenshot of the e-mail which I have got from the Amazon customer care. Please do the needful.
