I have taken Personal Loan in Bajaj Fineserv. My welcome mail clearly mentioned there are no pre closer charges. Now I am trying to close my PL and they are charging 4.6%.

Even though I talked with customer care there is no proper answer. They have changed the policy on 01st June 2016 according to them. However, When I signed the agreement there are no pre closer charges.
How can some company increase the interest rate...

Please deactivate my bajaj finserv EMI card. I am not using it. I don't have any pending transaction till date. This card deducted rupees 99 from my bank account for two times without my permission. Please deactivate this card as soon as possible.

I had a washing machine emi through bajaj finance in 2010. And completed all emi..
But now after 6 years of gap .They are charging card maintenance per year..In 2016 they have deducted through bank directly without informing me. Now they say . We will charge every year..
