Offlate, I have been receiving calls from BajajFinserv executives of the loaf offers. So i thought of knowing the details and asked an executive for the same. He told me some details and said the rest were clearly written in document that will be sent to me. When I received the documents, the information provided was completely different to those informed over phone.
When another executive called me regarding the load, I told him that there were incorrect details in the mail and he started absusing me. When I talked to this manager Mr. Charan, he said sorry to me and handed over the phone to the same stupid executive. I said I didn't want loan at the prescribe ROI.
Another day, another executive called me regarding the same and when i told him what had happened to me, he said sorry to me and said that he woould send me the updated / correct details and that he would need my chque photo. I neither sent him that photo nor replied to that mail..
The immediate next, I got a message saying that my loan is sanctioned and the amount was credited in to my account which actually was credited to my account after 4 days (being the weekend and Eid festival).Whe I tried to call and inform the issue to the customer care, there is no one responding.
Everytime I write a mail, an auto generated mail is sent with different SRN numbers. So I went to local branch office, where they said that they are not responsible for the head office calls and that I should talk to the head office team on this and they are helpless.
So when I wrote a mail to the [protected]@bajaj..., the reply was to deposit a cheque or DD for cancellation of the loan which i did the immediate next day and the amount also got credited to their account. Now when I tried to enquire about the status of the cancellation, I am not getting proper response from an of the personeel. Everyone is taking the complaints and giving me SRN numbers which seemed useless. Some mails said that they need aditional time.
Further, they gave me a lot of customer care numbers, which are either not working, either busy or even if the call connects, no one responds.
Please let me know what to do

Please unblock my card as I found it as blocked wherein I got a msg stating the EMI card is unblocked but its blocked now.
