I foreclosured my home loan and my insurance as mount was cheated by Bajaj. Even after multiple follow ups

Flexi loan. Utilization as mount was lesser but they are charging additional amount and foreclosure charges are higher than outstanding amount.

I have all the proofs.

I wanted to file legal compliant against Bajaj. Please guide the procedure

    Amount deducted on 28 April, 2022, I raised the issue then they told me to send bank details and the money will be refunded within 48 hours. I do as they said. Then they asked me for cancelled cheque. I sent the same through email also. After that they asked me for bank statement. I sent my bank statement. It's 18 days now, they stopped replying. How irritating it is to get back my own money. [protected]@gmail.com m-[protected]

    Initially a payment unsuccessful msg was received but my bank account was debited. So I claimed a refund.

      Hi Team, Although I dont have any pending Bajaj Finserv Loans . Yet an amount of Rs.117 has been deducted from my HDFC bank account - [protected] . Request you to kindly look into the matter and help me get a refund of the same. Also, I spoke to one of the Bajaj Finserv personals over call and asked her to close my Bajaj Finserv account, yet the same has not been closed. My Mobile number is +91-[protected]

        Please find this on high priority.
        I took a bike from Bajaj Finance ref Id: L2WHYD07765595
        But suddenly my father met with a Brain stroke and in that case, I resigned from my job to be there with my family though I was unable to pay the dues EMI on time.
        Therefore Now I am pursuing my job and am well to continue my EMI from now onwards, I would request if you can please restart my EMI monthly I would be very grateful to you.

          I would like to draw your attention towards the debit of Rs. 117.00 from my SBI savings account annually in the month of May without any information. I have no pending transactions against Bajaj Finserv so why my account is being debited every year with any details or information about the transaction. I have no idea why this deduction is being done from my bank account from past few years. I want my complete refund of each and every transaction or else I will seek leagal action.

            During the application process of OD loan account. I was promised total processing is 6999/- and whatever the extra amount that gets charged over and above 6999/- will be credited back to OD account within few days. However, sales person, their managers and backend team are not responding to emails or calls after loan is processed.

            Total amount debited : 14, 673/-
            Refund promised : 7, 674/-

            I encourage new customers to be careful and not sign document unless cashback is given as written proof.

              I noticed that in my bank account statement rs 117/- was debited towards mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform you that the EMI scheme and its payment are over 2 years. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-. that is totally illegal. Because of the loan we provide you with all our bank details it doesn't mean that whenever you want you can make an online transaction. So I request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction again.
              My humble request with bajaj finance please keep hopes and faith in you.

                  While making the payment i chosen CC Avenue payment platform, after the money debited from my account and message came (page can not display) and not credited in Bajaj finserve loan account.                     Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up
                    I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk

                      After payment of all loans on time why suddenly after year you deduct 117 rupees from my account today. Kindly refund it back or else let me know how shall I suspend all your survives for future. Because if this way my hard earned money is been deducted without any notice i better not use the services that you provide rather inform everyone about such fraud transaction.

                            Hi My name is Vilas Shinde, I have taken Videocon LCD on Bajaj Finance on loan on 24/04/2012. I have paid full payment for loan no 4050CD[protected]Consumer Durable) I have attached NOC for the same.

                            The 405BAL[protected]BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN, is given as Insurance of the product, at that time I told Bajaj representative I don't want insurance or other protection against my TV, I am not willing to pay more expect that the actual loan amout (TV loan amount is already paid, attached NOC)

                            Bajaj Finance representative texting and calling me for 405BAL[protected]BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN) which is not taken by me. I checked online and found that the both loan account is active.

                            Requesting Bajaj Finance to check this and help me to close ASAP.

                              These people have subscribed CPP asset care policy while I am purchasing mobile phone without my concern and every month deducting EMI. The worst part is we cannot reach their customer care & won't respond to our quries.

                                  Hi Irresponsible/fraud team,

                                  This is to inform you that, I applied for personal loan of 100000 INR and immediately i received call from Bajaj finserve executive and he explained about loan and tenure and requested few details, which I have shared.

                                  I clearly asked about deductions and he told it's only processing fees of 3900 INR, but when I recieved the amount I see extra amount got deducted on the credit mantra and CPP

                                  The fraud here is, when executive explained about loan, he no where spoke about these deductions. Now I have raised multiple tickets but as of no one resolved this issue.

                                  If you guys wants to scam or make fraud towards customers, this is not right way..

                                  I demand to resolve this issue at earliest, else imagine putting you guys in soup.

                                  PS: You guys irritate customers till the time they take loan, but to resolve customer concern no damn [censored]er come forward and no toll numbers will be connected.

                                  Meantime cancel CPP & credit Vidya charges with immediate notice. I already tagged in Twitter aswell about this fraud.

                                  When you guys speaks with customer, maintain some common sense and use wise words.

                                      In one week they have provided 2 different charges to my loan account. They are not even informing us on charges. I got initial message on 02MAY2022 for RS. 3424 AMC charges. Today I got another message stating an AMC amount of 7273 charges for flexi loan. I feel harassed by Entity. I have raised complain to them but incase they do not give positive response, what can a consumer do?
