    Hi My name is Vilas Shinde, I have taken Videocon LCD on Bajaj Finance on loan on 24/04/2012. I have paid full payment for loan no 4050CD[protected]Consumer Durable) I have attached NOC for the same.

    The 405BAL[protected]BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN, is given as Insurance of the product, at that time I told Bajaj representative I don't want insurance or other protection against my TV, I am not willing to pay more expect that the actual loan amout (TV loan amount is already paid, attached NOC)

    Bajaj Finance representative texting and calling me for 405BAL[protected]BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN) which is not taken by me. I checked online and found that the both loan account is active.

    Requesting Bajaj Finance to check this and help me to close ASAP.

      These people have subscribed CPP asset care policy while I am purchasing mobile phone without my concern and every month deducting EMI. The worst part is we cannot reach their customer care & won't respond to our quries.

      I need refund of your wrong charges asap please.

          Hi Irresponsible/fraud team,

          This is to inform you that, I applied for personal loan of 100000 INR and immediately i received call from Bajaj finserve executive and he explained about loan and tenure and requested few details, which I have shared.

          I clearly asked about deductions and he told it's only processing fees of 3900 INR, but when I recieved the amount I see extra amount got deducted on the credit mantra and CPP

          The fraud here is, when executive explained about loan, he no where spoke about these deductions. Now I have raised multiple tickets but as of no one resolved this issue.

          If you guys wants to scam or make fraud towards customers, this is not right way..

          I demand to resolve this issue at earliest, else imagine putting you guys in soup.

          PS: You guys irritate customers till the time they take loan, but to resolve customer concern no damn [censored]er come forward and no toll numbers will be connected.

          I have updated my email id from Bajaj finserve mobile application and it will take sometime for the changes.

          Meantime cancel CPP & credit Vidya charges with immediate notice. I already tagged in Twitter aswell about this fraud.

          When you guys speaks with customer, maintain some common sense and use wise words.

              In one week they have provided 2 different charges to my loan account. They are not even informing us on charges. I got initial message on 02MAY2022 for RS. 3424 AMC charges. Today I got another message stating an AMC amount of 7273 charges for flexi loan. I feel harassed by Entity. I have raised complain to them but incase they do not give positive response, what can a consumer do?

                I had a washing machine taken of just 19k had to pay 33k yet the loan isn't completed and more over they don't send the check on one particular date they send it on the various dates they wish to.                             Hi,
                            I already have an OD of 10 lacs as Doctors Hybrid Loan from BFL with LAN :- P418PFD2187862. I received a call from Mr. Rupesh ( [protected]) as a agent & Mr. Kamal Kumar ( [protected]) as a sales executive for top up the loan with +10 lacs of loan. 1st i didn't respond them then they both came at my home & convinced me to decrease the rate of interest from 16% p.a. to 15% p.a. with top up facility. 1st they ask me for processing fees + other charges as 37000 INR then they give me 50% discount & convinced me for topup of the running OD. But after two days i found that there was a fraud by top up offer by the executives as my new LAN :- P418PDD4391615 with same amount as of 10 lacs which was on LAN P418PFD2187862 . The previous loan was closed & there's delinquency by the executives by charging processing + other fees of 17000 INR. There's no one rupee difference from the loan & there's fraud of 17000 INR without any top up of the DIRECT DOCTORS FLEXI LOAN. They both were rude after complaining regarding this delinquency. They are not taking responsibility for the loss of 17000 as processing + insurance etc.
                            I would be obliged if some authorities help me to resolve this matter.

                                  I am receiving back to back calls on my loan payment asking to pay using link or QR code which they send via whatsapp. I have opted for auto debit and still they force to pay via link which they send... . I received continuous calls back to back causing disturbance in my personal life. This is happening every month. I received calls from[protected].

                                    It happened to me before and had no response even I raised a complaint.
                                    Today on 28 April 2022 I got charged for rs295 again, even though its been a month till full EMI has been paid and this is just despicable way of your system to rob in shameless manor ... if this continues you will charge me every month it seems ... do I close my primary bank account for this.


                                    I attached no due certificate as proof of full payment.
                                    screenshot of debit to mandate fail charge on 28th.

                                    I am raising this issue because am sure your system will again deduct money from my account, so please do contact or reply and solve it and help me ROLL BACK the money if possible.
