Hi Irresponsible/fraud team,
This is to inform you that, I applied for personal loan of 100000 INR and immediately i received call from Bajaj finserve executive and he explained about loan and tenure and requested few details, which I have shared.
I clearly asked about deductions and he told it's only processing fees of 3900 INR, but when I recieved the amount I see extra amount got deducted on the credit mantra and CPP
The fraud here is, when executive explained about loan, he no where spoke about these deductions. Now I have raised multiple tickets but as of no one resolved this issue.
If you guys wants to scam or make fraud towards customers, this is not right way..
I demand to resolve this issue at earliest, else imagine putting you guys in soup.
PS: You guys irritate customers till the time they take loan, but to resolve customer concern no damn [censored]er come forward and no toll numbers will be connected.

I have updated my email id from Bajaj finserve mobile application and it will take sometime for the changes.
Meantime cancel CPP & credit Vidya charges with immediate notice. I already tagged in Twitter aswell about this fraud.
When you guys speaks with customer, maintain some common sense and use wise words.
