      Even though I have closed by loan with Bajaj Finance around 4-5 years back, I was surprised to see the below transaction in my Citibank account. I have not authorized any such transaction.

      Request you to verify the same and let me know why Rs.99/- was debited from my account:

      Even though the amount is a meagre Rs.99/-, I am worried the way this transaction has occurred.

Please STOP bugging me. I am not going to take any more loans from you and going to inform my friends and family too.

            My name is Asiravatham. I have purchased a washing machine from Pollachi through BAJAJ EMI card option. During that time the Bajaj Agent didnt inform me about ECS or Autopay option and every month I was transferring Cash to a person who was calling me from Bajaj Collections Department. Due to personal health reasons I forgot to send out the dues for a couple months which is actually Rs.5600 altogether. After a year I came to know that they have been trying to get money from an account that was closed and there were lots of Bounce charges and penalty because of that. My outstanding came to Rs.16000 along with penalty and the Rs.5600 Due. I have paid just the due of Rs.5600 at a Bajaj retail and closed the loan balance, so only Rs.9950 was due which is actually just the penalty alone. Today morning I received a call from a person named Kishore who said that he is an advocate from Delhi and asked me to pay the total sum within 12 hours. I told him that I will be able to pay only 50% of the total amount but he wasnt willing to listen to me and said that he will send out a complaint file and make my penalty to Rs.49000.
            Its not that I did not have money to pay, I did not know that they were attempting to use an account that I have closed already for ECS.

              Every month on 5th day Rs.1991 was deduced from my Statebank Account as Loan EMI but this month extra Rs.324 was deducted from my account on 16th Feb 2017 from Bajaj Auto. It is repeated everymonth i think it is big fraud. If a person like me not check with his bank then you people take extra amount from the customers. When this happens same in last month i contacted the customer care center of bajaj finance and they refund my amount to my account and said this was not repeated. Again this month the same Rs.324 was deducted from my account other than my EMI amount. So every month i need to check my account for extra deduction. Also i am failing to replay my other loans for insufficient funds due to this foolish deductions.

Later I raised the issue with Grievance cell and still the issue is not resolved. They spoke with me that they will resolve. I have the Audio recording too. Now the Bajaj Finserv is asking me to pay for items not purchased by me. Everyday they keep on torcher me to pay the amount that I haven't purchased. The sms I'm receiving from Bajaj Finserv and the last four digits account also mentioned does not belong to me. I'm afraid whether my Cibil score will get affected because of this.

                      As a proof, I can submit the email I received from Bajaj Finserv customer support and Grievance cell, bank statement, bank account details, Pan card and call recorded audio file.

                      Please help me on this.

                        Its hard to say that whenever i had issues Bajaj helped me lot and this time due to lack of proper customer service Iam submitting a complaint about it.

                        I got few consumer durables and paid them almost 75% and no Missed EMI's so far. I would like to know why my card was blocked.

                        My consumer durables EMI's are completely getting over by next month and I badly like to purchase a Washing machine and a new Laptop.

                          I am from bhopal, i tried to finance a washing machine (lg- fh0b8ndl22) from viraat but first they say it financed n after looking at address n start similing ..they say it's cancelled.after asking they say u live on rent so can't finance u.then on another shop magalam say it's approved then after calling viraat..magalam say they can't finance u n even say now u can't get loan for anything cause u applied from another shop. so, if bajaj fin not want to finance a person/customer's live on rent n also a govt servant.. why a appointed person by bajaj fin humiliate customer's..

                            Caution!!! for all person those who are successfully completed Consumer Durable loan form ‘’ Bajaj Finserv”.

                            Requested to check your loan Status in ‘’Statement of Accounts/ SOA’’ which may be downloaded from ‘MANAGE ACCOUNT’’ by using User id, password.

                            As well as download your CIBIL CREDIT REPORT and check that Bajaj Finserv updated your CIBIL after successfully completion of your loan or not.

                            Previously, it was seen that Bajaj Finserv not updated the CIBIL of their clients and Close loan status in Statement of Account/ SOA which may lead to series of problems during taken another loan from another Financial Institution or otherwise.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I am Rajkumar from bangalore, and i have 2 personal loans with bajaj finserv.

                                  The 1st loan account number is 404SAL15721134. The loan was taken on 28th October 2015 for the amount of rs.5, 00, 000 with a tenure of 36 months and interest rate of 13%. The 2nd loan account number is 404SAL23423066 and the loan was taken on 27th May 2016 for the amount of rs.3, 50, 000 with a tenure of 60 months and interest rate of 14%.

                                  I am a customer with bajaj finserv for more than 5 years and have been diligently paying emi’s for both these personal loans. I had also taken an auto loan before this and have closed upon the completion of tenure.

                                  For both the personal loans, they had clearly told that there will be nil pre-closure charges and even my loan agreement reflects the same. While applying for loan, the bajaj finserv executive convinced me and committed me for the nil foreclosure charges benefit. They told me that due to nil foreclosure charges benefit bajaj finserv charges are high as compare to another bank.

                                  I took both these loans for the benefit of nil pre part payment /foreclosure charges, and i am looking to close both the loans now.

                                  When i enquired in customer care of bajaj finserv on 9th Feb 2017, they sent me foreclosure letter with additional 4.6% charges. It may be applicable to the new loans taken.

                                  If reputed company such as bajaj finserv are changing the policy terms they should notify customers at least 15 days prior.

                                  I struggle so much to repay the loans, except these i have other loans as well, somehow i arranged money to pre-close these loans.

                                  Please help me in this case, as they are cheating me on the basis of showing and removing of nil foreclosure charges.

Se EMI ka paise time to time 2 date ko mere AC se payment Ho jata hai aur payment slip aur mere Bank ka stetment de chuka Hu aur Aapka EMI ka payment mere AC me se Ho chuka hai bhir Aapka aadmi bar bar call karke payment ke liye pareshan karte hai aur mera EMI jyada ja raha hai MERA aapse request hai ke Aap jald se jald uchit karvayi kare mai Aapko MERA Bank ka stetment aur muze pareshan karke Cash payment ki slip bhaj raha hu Maine 27000 ka fridge kharida hai aur 10000 ka down payment kiya hai aur aapko Lone 27000 ki bajay balki sirf 17000ka pas karana tha isliye mera EMI jyada ja raha hai mera EMI ka refus kan milega please replay Thankyou

                                      I have apply for loan of Rs28, 512 on purchase of space wood delta bedroom set from Snapdeal on 1st week of January which has been cancelled on 31st January from snapdeal as the seller was unable to fulfill all the condition( Transaction Ref No.[protected].Snapdeal sent message in this regards and commit that They will refund 28, 512 to Bajajfinance.But on 6th February EMI of Rs.4, 752 deducted from my SBI Account for which we not receive any product..pls take remedy as early as possible and cancell the loan.

                                        Hi,
                                        My PAN is 4040CD29945811, due to some financial issues, i am not able to pay the EMI due on time. This month 1st I did the payment of EMI with extra bounce charges. But In my account they have deducted approximately 2454 Rupees without informing me. In my bank statement they named as ECS and ACH charges.So please refund my deducted amount.
