I, the undersigned, am holding an account in icici bank (a/c. no :[protected]. i recently saw a deduction in my account of approx. rs. 400. on inquiring with the bank, i was informed that the deduction was due to "insufficient funds" in my account for a bajaj consumer finance ecs transaction. following are the details of the ecs:

I have no pending loans or any such tie-up with bajaj group. request you to flourish details or process the refund at the earliest.

      Our client dr. N. Krishnakanth on behalf of m/s durgabhavani hospitals pvt. Ltd, availed a loan of rs.6 crores, vide no.409lap13648336 and another personal loan on behalf of dr. N. Krishnakanth for rs.30 lakhs vide no.409odlo58732 with an assurance from your authorities that the rate of interest is fixed for both loans and there will not be any foreclosure charges. But abruptly our client got a mail from your authorities regarding the revision of roi and imposing 4% foreclosure charges.
      Hence our client got filed two cases against you in the pre-litigation cell, vijayawada, which were numbered as plc no.1028/2016 and plc no.1029/2016.in those cases your concerned authorities filed written version on behalf of your people stating that the fore closure charges has been waived off from our account.

        I immediately contacted Bajaj Finserv and informed about this and raised the ticket SR80783698. They told that the issue will resolve. Later I raised the issue with Grievance cell and still the issue is not resolved. They spoke with me that they will resolve. I have the Audio recording too. Now the Bajaj Finserv is asking me to pay for items not purchased by me. Everyday they keep on torcher me to pay the amount that I haven't purchased. The sms I'm receiving from Bajaj Finserv and the last four digits account also mentioned does not belong to me. I'm afraid whether my Cibil score will get affected because of this.

        As a proof, I can submit the email I received from Bajaj Finserv customer support and Grievance cell, bank statement, bank account details, Pan card and call recorded audio file.

        Please help me on this.

          Its hard to say that whenever i had issues Bajaj helped me lot and this time due to lack of proper customer service Iam submitting a complaint about it.

          I got few consumer durables and paid them almost 75% and no Missed EMI's so far. I would like to know why my card was blocked.

          My consumer durables EMI's are completely getting over by next month and I badly like to purchase a Washing machine and a new Laptop.

          Kindly let me know when I will get this issue resolved.

          I thought he was a fraud and my TrueCaller showed up as 420

            I am from bhopal, i tried to finance a washing machine (lg- fh0b8ndl22) from viraat but first they say it financed n after looking at address n start similing ..they say it's cancelled.after asking they say u live on rent so can't finance u.then on another shop magalam say it's approved then after calling viraat..magalam say they can't finance u n even say now u can't get loan for anything cause u applied from another shop. so, if bajaj fin not want to finance a person/customer's live on rent n also a govt servant.. why a appointed person by bajaj fin humiliate customer's..

              Caution!!! for all person those who are successfully completed Consumer Durable loan form ‘’ Bajaj Finserv”.

              Requested to check your loan Status in ‘’Statement of Accounts/ SOA’’ which may be downloaded from ‘MANAGE ACCOUNT’’ by using User id, password.

              As well as download your CIBIL CREDIT REPORT and check that Bajaj Finserv updated your CIBIL after successfully completion of your loan or not.

              Previously, it was seen that Bajaj Finserv not updated the CIBIL of their clients and Close loan status in Statement of Account/ SOA which may lead to series of problems during taken another loan from another Financial Institution or otherwise.

              The above mentioned problem may solved by sending request mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in (Loan A/c, mobile number should be mentioned).

                  I have used my Card once and its now almost 6 months my card is blocked i dont know why i am paying my dues on tym with bajaj. When ever i am asking for a valid reason they are saying the same thing again and again as given below

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I am Rajkumar from bangalore, and i have 2 personal loans with bajaj finserv.

                    The 1st loan account number is 404SAL15721134. The loan was taken on 28th October 2015 for the amount of rs.5, 00, 000 with a tenure of 36 months and interest rate of 13%. The 2nd loan account number is 404SAL23423066 and the loan was taken on 27th May 2016 for the amount of rs.3, 50, 000 with a tenure of 60 months and interest rate of 14%.

                    I am a customer with bajaj finserv for more than 5 years and have been diligently paying emi’s for both these personal loans. I had also taken an auto loan before this and have closed upon the completion of tenure.

                    For both the personal loans, they had clearly told that there will be nil pre-closure charges and even my loan agreement reflects the same. While applying for loan, the bajaj finserv executive convinced me and committed me for the nil foreclosure charges benefit. They told me that due to nil foreclosure charges benefit bajaj finserv charges are high as compare to another bank.

                    I took both these loans for the benefit of nil pre part payment /foreclosure charges, and i am looking to close both the loans now.

                    When i enquired in customer care of bajaj finserv on 9th Feb 2017, they sent me foreclosure letter with additional 4.6% charges. It may be applicable to the new loans taken.

                    If reputed company such as bajaj finserv are changing the policy terms they should notify customers at least 15 days prior.

                    I struggle so much to repay the loans, except these i have other loans as well, somehow i arranged money to pre-close these loans.

                    Please help me in this case, as they are cheating me on the basis of showing and removing of nil foreclosure charges.

                        I have apply for loan of Rs28, 512 on purchase of space wood delta bedroom set from Snapdeal on 1st week of January which has been cancelled on 31st January from snapdeal as the seller was unable to fulfill all the condition( Transaction Ref No.[protected].Snapdeal sent message in this regards and commit that They will refund 28, 512 to Bajajfinance.But on 6th February EMI of Rs.4, 752 deducted from my SBI Account for which we not receive any product..pls take remedy as early as possible and cancell the loan.

                          My PAN is 4040CD29945811, due to some financial issues, i am not able to pay the EMI due on time. This month 1st I did the payment of EMI with extra bounce charges. But In my account they have deducted approximately 2454 Rupees without informing me. In my bank statement they named as ECS and ACH charges.So please refund my deducted amount.

                            I was informed in written that there are no prepayment and foreclosure charges. Despite of having high charges than market, I prefer Bajaj finserv only because of above fact. But when I got the offer document, they imposed both the charges without even informing me. And the reason was they reviewed the market conditions and to be more COMPETITIVE thought to impose the prepayment as well as foreclosure charges to all customers without considering what they have promised. And all that happen in just 10 days. I sent mail to customer services but got same template reply, I also called helpline no but in vain.
                            This is very unprofessional way to promise one thing in writing and the offering something different. This was not at all expected from Bajaj..
                            Some positive consideration expected.

                                  Hello I bought Bajaj pulsar as200 on Jun 4 2016 registration number is TN 67 BD 1312 On RK BAJAJ VIRUDHUNAGAR.NOW my vehicle just crossed 9500 KMS but my accelerated cable was damaged and cut on my long journey I contact my nearby Bajaj showroom They also RK BAJAJ SIVAKASI I'm very disappointed in Bajaj's service centre response they didn't have an accelerated cable so my entire plan was collapsed.i need a warranty from Bajaj because I bought a vehicle from Bajaj just 8 months ago.

                                  I was not opted for asset care and i have clearly mentioned that i do not need any thing about this. But i dont know how this is linked to my loan account. How you are checting the people like this.

                                    Dear Sir

                                    I have Personal loan received Rs.900000.00 on 2014, from Bajaj Finance loan No.4030PL06802578, monthly emi Rs.2850/- already paid two years completed balance only Rs.45000/- and I haver severl request sent to Bajaj fin serv regarding my bank account changing for easy payment but they have do the any action my request every time emi came to my bank account and return it and again i have paid thro online still one emi is pending in this regard one collection agent regularly called me and I informed the problem issuing in Bajaj fin service in the mean time one person called me using very bad words, he talking too much his Phone No. is [protected], kindly take necessary action against him. I have in very mental depressed.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have a loan which if have done foreclosure payment

                                      that too, it has not reflected in the account

                                      LAN ID - 577DPF26943091

                                      i have completed the loan, that too its saying me, please keep sufficient balance

                                      Every time you are going to take 2 days or what?

                                      Your service is time consuming

                                      And their is no one on helpline ..Just an automated answering machine that it

                                      It worst service .

                                      Hence in further I won't take any loan from Bajaj . .It's app is so poor

                                      please give one point of contact not your tollfree number, its useless
