I was informed in written that there are no prepayment and foreclosure charges. Despite of having high charges than market, I prefer Bajaj finserv only because of above fact. But when I got the offer document, they imposed both the charges without even informing me. And the reason was they reviewed the market conditions and to be more COMPETITIVE thought to impose the prepayment as well as foreclosure charges to all customers without considering what they have promised. And all that happen in just 10 days. I sent mail to customer services but got same template reply, I also called helpline no but in vain.
This is very unprofessional way to promise one thing in writing and the offering something different. This was not at all expected from Bajaj..
Some positive consideration expected.

      I have taken Bajaj Finance for my Iphone 5s and my loan account number is 421DPF23739189. I just now had a look into my statement there was a term called Subvention charge of Rs 2233/- I want to know the exact reason why it has been mentioned like that ????

      I have already paid 9 EMIs which is Rs 1834*9 = Rs 16506/- and still have 3 Month EMI pending which is Rs 5502/- which is outstanding.br...

        Hello I bought Bajaj pulsar as200 on Jun 4 2016 registration number is TN 67 BD 1312 On RK BAJAJ VIRUDHUNAGAR.NOW my vehicle just crossed 9500 KMS but my accelerated cable was damaged and cut on my long journey I contact my nearby Bajaj showroom They also RK BAJAJ SIVAKASI I'm very disappointed in Bajaj's service centre response they didn't have an accelerated cable so my entire plan was collapsed.i need a warranty from Bajaj because I bought a vehicle from Bajaj just 8 months ago.

          I have Personal loan received Rs.900000.00 on 2014, from Bajaj Finance loan No.4030PL06802578, monthly emi Rs.2850/- already paid two years completed balance only Rs.45000/- and I haver severl request sent to Bajaj fin serv regarding my bank account changing for easy payment but they have do the any action my request every time emi came to my bank account and return it and again i have paid thro online still one emi is pending in this regard one collection agent regularly called me and I informed the problem issuing in Bajaj fin service in the mean time one person called me using very bad words, he talking too much his Phone No. is [protected], kindly take necessary action against him. I have in very mental depressed.

            I have a loan which if have done foreclosure payment

            that too, it has not reflected in the account

            i have completed the loan, that too its saying me, please keep sufficient balance

            Every time you are going to take 2 days or what?

            Your service is time consuming

            And their is no one on helpline ..Just an automated answering machine that it

            It worst service .

            Hence in further I won't take any loan from Bajaj . .It's app is so poor

            please give one point of contact not your tollfree number, its useless

                This email has been sent after blocking my card. They said they will not unblock my card. They are robber.

                Baja activate my 2 policy on same product so i will call to Bajaj customer care but they are told me you have to send mail to Bajaj to deactivate the one policy after that i have sending mail also to bajaj but from that date which i sending mail to bajaj to till now almost 11 mails stored in my inbox. In every mail i have giv all my details but Bajaj can't solved my issue. Bajaj provide very cheap service with his customer.

                  Same problem with me.

                  They have collected additional 250/- for pre approved loan.

                  But when i apply for that loan they said its not sanctioned due some reasons.

                  My question is why they are approving pre approved loan & collecting 250/- without checking those reasons which comes only after applying for Loan.

                  And if they know that there would be other factors which would be considered for approving the Loan, then why they are telling us that you can avail a per-approved Loan by just paying 250/-

                  This clearly says its a cheating factor by Bajaj or by the workers as they are not clearly mentioning the policies properly.

                  Who ever it might be at the end losers are the customers who has trusted Bajaj.

                    I received a message from bajaj finserv that I am eligible for an emi card after.
                    I followed the link and and filled the form. After the form it was showing that I am eligible for the card, it was asking for the payment of Rs 399. I made the payment of Rs 399 on 15th January and then I received my card.
                    On 31st of January when I tried to use the card it was showing block. it was so embarrassing for me. I called bajaj finserv more than 8 times but nothing happened. There was only fake promise from them that it will be activated within 2 hours and 1 hours an so on.

                    They cheated.They are robber.They took my money and now not responding.
                    Now I want my money back.
                    I want Rs 399 that I paid +2500 for that embarrassing moment in front of every one in the shop and the amount of 2500 for wasting my time and money over phone.

                    Do not go with bajaj finserv they will take your money and run away.

                      My name is Allamalla pavan kumar my Id no is 6789718.. Bajaj people are never going to disburse this loan even if your CIBIL score is high. Mine was 791, still they my ELC is Active but not working. Or not given even it active. I purchased phone from my Emi card after taking all they told me to pay 250 for Emergency cash loan. Ipaid 250 rupees. But no use to me..They want to earn Rs 250 from each customer holding the Bajaj finance card. Its a scam. Guys don't fall for it. They are never going to grant the emergency cash loan. My repeated complaint to their customer care has fallen on deaf ears. They give vague reasons and replies.so beware of Bajaj finance misleading the customer's..my cell number is [protected]

                            Dear Sir/Madam
                            I applied doctorsl loan request through bajaj finserv representative. He came to my home and i clearly communicated with him that i need only loan three months later of Rs 10lakhs only with no loan protection.
                            He agreed with same and told rate of interest will be 14 % I agreed with him.

                            At a same day i got loan application reference number from bajaj finserv. When I checked the status of loan reference number in bajaj finserv portal so i found that representative of bajaj finserv raised application of Rs. 7.7lakhs with 14.99% interest rate with charges of 31, 900 for procesing.

                            Immediately i mailed him and discussed with him in mobile so he replied that "Dont worry sir, amount will be down within a day"
                            But still amount shows of Rs. 7.56lakhc in application reference status

                            Second day he sent loan confirmation through mail to me and he said that please reply as a PROCEED OK . so that loan amount will be disburse in your account.

                            I immediately replied that I dont need any personal loan from bajaj finserv, communication is very poor.

                            Then one senior boss of representative called me and he said me that you have to take a loan and if you will reject/ cancel the loan so we will take money through two hdfc cheques from your account as a processing charges.

                            I immediately got shocked and stopped the payment of two cheques through icici internet banking.

                            But still in loan application status shows of Rs. 7.56 lakhs.
                            I sent so many mails regarding all issues to bajaj finserv customer care team and their representative.

                            I already reject/cancelled doctors loan request from my side and communicated with their representative. No amount is disburse in my account from bajaj finserv and i also dont want any loan from bajaj finserv.
                            I request to bajaj finserv team please cancel my personal loan request.

                            My mobile fall down on the building so it break to back said and it not working properly and srevice center repair stemate 24000 rs.

                              My name Md. A R Junaidy, who is a long-time customer of yours. I have made an earlier complaint with Bajaj finance services but so far their response to my complaint is not good. This following that complaint. Mr. Ravi Shankar from Bajaj Finserv, Raejha Towers Branch, Royapettah. He is the collection manager and keeps calling and threatening us. I find it sad that he speaks in an improper manner. We have not defaulted on any payments and even if the payments have been made late, additional charges are paid for.
                              I recently even checked if I have made any late payments, and I have. I have paid the bounce charges and also the late payment charges. Recently, I had been cheated by my partner so my payments will be late till the month of March.

                              Their representatives in Chennai call up and behave in a rude way. I would like to know if I am making monthly payments to you every month, and are they allowed to recover a product as such?

                                  But, bajaj excess charged my bank account, 12 times charged -287.50 in charged received mandate fail - 287.50 ×12=3450 and 1 emi advanced charged in my bank account.
                                  Total amount charged - 3450 +2264 = 5714

                                    I am ujjaval bhanderi, in starting of the september.. I got call from [protected] for personal loan having intrset 2.5% against general insurance. And i send document on bajajfinserv. [protected]@gmail.com and taking 12000 on 13th sept, 2016 for general insurance. After 7days he told me your policy is generated now pay 19000 for n. O. C, i paid this amount on 17th sept, 2016, after 10 days again call me for pay 32500 as a stamp fees, i paid this amount on 26th sept, 2016, then he told me that my policy is not provided my company (Third party insurance pvt. Ltd) so i have to pay 55000 as a security amount... Whenever i asked for receipt of the payment he gave me answer like when your entire payment is filled then all receipt is generated and not providing any reference number or any details regarding to my personal loan.. Till today i already paid 90500 for personal loan of 4lakhs but they do not provide loan and once i asked him for filling of my personal loan form their answer was "this form was filled by insurance company". So till today no single message or email does not come from bajaj finserv and insurance company. And i also serched for the insurancce company named third party insurance, i cant find ant company having same name mentioned above.
