Sir, I bought Home Theatre during October 2016, we submitted 2 cheque leaves for Ecs purpose. We kept sufficient fund. But your backend processed wrong a.c.no.your collection executive torched like anything. Is it fair dealing with customer for your fault. Pls advice

    Today 3-1-2017 visited at kaushambi branch of yours to submit cheque against my emi which is held on 5th of jan as the relevant bank account is closed. But they refused to accept the cheque or cash before the emi date whereas the customer care said that you can deposit your cheque/cash at your nearest bajaj finserv branch. What kind of pathetic service the company, customer care and the branches are providing to their customers. Worst company i have ever seen.

        I purchased Sofa from Evok through Bajaj finance @0% with a processing fee of RS.749.00 on 25.12.16. After logging in to their website I was surprised that I have to pay another EMI of 500 for life insurance which I was never told n no consent.I request them to take this back as I am
        Not interested.
        The guy who processed my loan when contacted told me it's good for me.. what a non sense. First they didn't take my consent and also I was not even aware. This is really a unfrofessional behaviour and they should not cheat their customers.

          Recently I've purchased a Laptop from CITY TEC SOLUTION (G-2, Kushal House, 39 Nehru place-Delhi) with the invoice amount of INR 18000/- and where I've paid the advance of INR 7370 and rest I've finance through Bajaj FinCorp (Loan account No. 401DPF[protected]. But Yesterday I've found the loan was done for the amount of INR 25000 (which is not even the cost of my Laptop)....

          My life is under threat bcoz of you bajaj...
          Im working as a teacher in a school to run my life. Last friday 23rd december 2016 bajaj people name "charulatha advocate", number[protected] called to my school around 1pm and spoke about my personal loan threaten our school staff to connect call to authority... Later i spoke with her and said i need pay 78000 (Pending 43000) within 4 pm or else we will come with police to remand you.. And used some bad words.. Immidiately i realized its a threatening call. And avoid her.. But she spoiled my name in my working place.. Peoples of bajaj playing with life of poor ladies.. God will teach a lesson... If any thing happen to me you bajaj and the lady charulada only responsible.

                My name is Joshy M Raj. I have applied for a flexi personal loan with Kochi(Kaloor) Bajaj Finserv. The executive named Anson Jacob(Contact Number : [protected]) came and collected all documents. After background verification I got the loan amount credited to my account in 3 or 4 days. But in the welcome email I saw that the loan type was mentioned SALARIED LOAN ONLINE. I called the executive and he assured that no need to bother that my loan is a Flexi Loan. But I saw there is no options for part payment in their online portal. Calling customer care, they replied that according to their documents my loan is a normal salary loan. But the executive told me that normal salty loan's interest rate will be 12.5% and flexi loan's is 13.5%. Since my real need is after 3 months, I opted for Flexi loan so that I can transfer the amount back to their virtual account. But now the loan issued a normal loan with higher interest rate of Flexi loan. The executive is playing with request saying that he send mails to his boss who is sitting in Pune. I got a CC-ed mail to Mr.Naveenkumar KM and Siddesh GR sent by Anson. Both are not replying. Its been more than a month I am wasting my time. Nowadays that executive is not taking my calls. Because of his negligence I need to pay almost Rs.20000 or more extra and there is no option for part prepayment and the foreclosure charge is 4% compared to nil of Flexi loan which I opted. Beware these guys are cheating I think. Somebody from Bajaj Finserv, please see my grievance and resolve it ASAP.

The bajaj finserv people had taken the emi through ecs on every month 2nd. But the bajaj finserv people had depositing the ecs every month 3 to 5 times since my first emi. As per rbi rule any finance company has to deposite only once which they taken date. But bajaj finserv people depositing 3 to 5 times in every month. For each bounce i'm paying 862/-. So many times ask the bajaj finserv people why u depositing 3 to 5 times? They are not answering to me. From april to november only ecs bounce charges i paid nearly 14, 500/-.in this month they deposite 9 times till 26th december. The bajaj people said 0% emi while taking at the time of product. But the bounce charges will it almost 20% intrest per emi. Like me so many people are suffering. So kindly look into this complaint and please refund the amount from your side. Sf deal i. I requested them, i dont require, pl remove my account and contact number from your data base. But still they doing same things of sending SMS. this makes me disturb in my office work, also irritating. I am not comfortable to this. I do not wish receiving such SMS, Calls from Bajaj Finserv.                         Respected sir', i tapati mukherjee aged 60 living a 17/a balaram bose ghat road kolkata70025, had bought an ac from raunak electronics hazara. Which has been financed by the above comp "bajaj"
                        They are givng me not service which still i owe from them (4) services. I am giving my installment in time. But last 2 payments i had made with penalty for 1 day late. But the interesting thing is that they had withdrawn rs 287.50 for "6"times on 10.08.16. And the '7th 'one at 8/12/2016. They arr still threatening me over phone and creating a huge pressure on me. I am a widow. They are not returning my heard earned money. I have told them many times but they are not listing to me., in spite they are threatening me from any call center still. Help me plz.

                                I have been a customer of bajaj finserve for more then a year now, always paid emi on time, just last month and this month facing issues to pay although paid last month even after loosing my job now the bajaj finserve collection team advisor calling and forcing me to make sure to pay within dec 2016 and i really do not have any penny to buy food also from where will i get money i asked them to wait until next month as i joined a new company so i get my salary and last emi will be paid. I am being forced to that extend now where i am feeling like committing suicide. I am a simple men where they have given me the product on emi definitely they deserve to get paid, dnt u guys think that a person who paid 13emi on time you guys can give him a little time so that he can pay that money, if i had never lost my job i wouldn't have seen this dau, it is Christmas but dnt have any money to bloody buy clothes for my two kids also and this girl from bajaj is saying you have to pay by 31st dec 2016 any how. Now i know i took i have to pay but why you behave like this. I need more time.

                                    Hi,
                                    I transferred my home loan to Bajaj Finserv. My EMI date would fall on 2nd of every month starting from 2nd Jan, 2017.

                                    The balance transfer cheque was given and submitted to LICHFL on 29th Nov, 2016, which got cleared / encashed on 2nd Dec, 2016, so there should be no interest charge whatsoever.

                                    But I received welcome letter with first EMI has Rs. 2144/- additional to the EMI, for which till date there is no explanation of this error and corrected welcome letter sent despite of my numerous mails.
