    Hi,
    I transferred my home loan to Bajaj Finserv. My EMI date would fall on 2nd of every month starting from 2nd Jan, 2017.

    The balance transfer cheque was given and submitted to LICHFL on 29th Nov, 2016, which got cleared / encashed on 2nd Dec, 2016, so there should be no interest charge whatsoever.

    But I received welcome letter with first EMI has Rs. 2144/- additional to the EMI, for which till date there is no explanation of this error and corrected welcome letter sent despite of my numerous mails.

            Hi Team,

            My name is Jaiyendra kashyap ( [protected]), During the EMI of 2nd dec 16 i was charged with the penalty of 700 and when i received the call from the customer care they assured me that additional deduction of 700 hundred will be waived off in the next EMI, they said they are mailing me for the confirmation but i did not received any mail and every time i call customer care i never find an option to connect with any of the representative, i need to change my monthly payment cycle date from 2nd of each month to 10th. I tried searching for the contact details of the nearest stores and offices but none is correct and answered. Please look into this as there is some change in financial budget and i can't bear the penalty every month. Please change the payment cycle and add the deducted 700 in the next EMI.

              I have paid Rs.1999+Rs.1999=Rs.3998 towards the fee for processing my two house loans transfer to Bajaj Housing Finance about 6 months back. For first three months there was no action from Bajaj, later after complaining some one by name Mr.Ravikiran called me and took all required documents. Now another 3 months over there is progress or update on this.

                Dear sir/madam,

                We took two loans from the bajaj finserve company on the name of sandeep gupta and ajay gupta vied loan account no :- 517csl01407217, 517csl03028205 dated 31/dec/2013 and 29/may 2014 respectively.

                We want to close both the loan so we apply to bajaj finserve company kindly make the fore closer letter of both the loans and we will deposit the balance principal amount.

                But bajaj finserve issue the foreclosure letter after apply the 4% + service tax to us.


                Bajaj finserve apply the foreclosure charges policy after feb 2016 but my loan disbursal date is 31 dec 2013 and 29 may 2014.


                Because when we took the loan on 31 dec 2013 and 29 may 2014 it is clearly told by bajaj finserve company executive that there is no foreclosure charge will be applicable at any time you can close your account without any fee after deposit your balance principle amount.

                We write mail regarding this matter to baja finserve but we didn’t get the solution.

                We request to your goodselve please take these matter on very important notice because :-

                When these non banking financial institutes issue the loans or other services to the customer at that time these companies commits so many promises with the customer but after that once the customer opt the services then these companies change their policies in the interest of company and impose these new policies on the old customers also without getting the permission and information.

                I request to you pleas look into this matter on very serious note and take the very hard corrective action against these companies so that in future these companies cannot harass the customers.

                Further you require any information regarding this matter kindly mail me.

                  one of your sales executive Mr.Anjani Shukla ([protected])has detailed me about bajaj finance flexi loan product on wednesday 14/12/2016. Accordingly he met me in person on 15/12/2016 at my office and collected my bank statements and 03 security cheques of HDFC BANK and got my signatures on loan proposal docs. After that he has not contacted me nor he is attending my phone calls. Since 15/12/2016 i had made around 40-50 calls but he is not responding. This is the worst of all my experience with any of the sales executive till date. I am to request you to please look into the above matter and get me back my deposited security cheques

                    This is very disappointing that after several reminders on mail and on call nobody has solved my problem instead of solving it, I am receiving threatening call with abusive language, I am really frusted from your service and the way you deal with customers, again you charged me against wrong EMI.
                    I am really fed up of this, now I am taking legal action against it. Threatening call received from below number.
                    [protected] - Claimed as Ajay Arora from Bajaj finance, Pitam Pura, Delhi used slang languages and threatened me today.

                    All the relevant mail and accounts statement are attached for your consideration,

                    I am trying to purchase a product and it says that my EMI card has been suspended i dono why, i haven't delayed any payment and moreover i have paid 300 Rs for this card, why should i pay for a card that is no use for me? I don't mind reaching the consumer court for this issue
                    I want to raise the complaint against Bajaj Finserv and Vijay Sales at chinchwad for not cancelling my loan. As these is pending from last 2 months and I am chasing them for last couple for days. The people are not answering on my issue as I have to pay EMI but the product was returned to the dealer

                      Secondly, I bought the Refrigerator from Bajaj Finserv. I will already paid 6 Emi Successfully and the Loan No.4010CD22948820 still we don’t received any response from your side and no option to talk to any person who can resolve this.
                      Kindly look into this matter ASAP.

                        With reference to my Consumer loan account no. 4150CD00084369 . I have 5 emi's outstanding for which I had not paid for 1 year. There was settlement offered to me of Rs.10000/- against total outstanding of Rs.15900/- on august 11th 2016 for which I have done the payment on the same day itself . I got a call from Bajaj Executive to my mother mobile number on 08th from number : [protected] for paying the Balance amount of Rs.5900/- and i told them i have already done the payment of Rs.10000/- as per the settlement letter issued by your team and i am ready to share the settlement letter to you if you want . Inspite of informing the same to your collection team they are harassing me a lot using abusive language at night also. Another thing I want to add here that they are also calling any member of society where I am residing, my relatives and friends. These all members are neither my references and guarantor. With them also your team is not professional and use abusive language. I told them am not able to make payment as I am Jobless at this moment . Still I am trying to close this, also I want to pay only the problem I need time as I don't have money. I clearly told to your team that take any action against me I am ready for that but do not call and harass others for that. I have mentioned the mobile numbers who called me and used abuse language. As I understand this is a very big Finance company and the way everything is handled is very BAD. Waiting for positive reply from your end.

                        my life is under threat bcoz of you bajaj...
                        im working as a teacher in a school to run my life. 23rd december your people name "charulatha advocate", number[protected] called to my school around 1pm and spoke about my personal loan threaten our school staff to connect call to authority... later I spoke with her and said I need pay 78000 (pending 43000) within 4 pm or else we will come with police to remand you.. and used some bad words .. immidiately i realized its a threatening call.and avoid her.. but she spoiled my name in my working place .. you peoples of bajaj playing with life of poor ladies.. God will teach u a lesson... if any thing happen to me you bajaj and the lady charulada only responsible.

                          I have been with bajaj finserv for 5 years now. Due to the demonetization my salary is stuck and before the emi date i sent 2-3 emails to wecare informing them the same.

                          Still i started to get calls 5-7 times a day since then. I did inform them that the rbi has issued a notification on november 19th to give the customer 60 days additional time to make provisions to pay the emi.

                          Yesterday, the baja finserv recovery agent barged into my house and started to threaten me to come to their pune wakdewadi office to meet their recovery manager name prasad. I told them that i pesonally have written emails to wecare explaining the issue but they didn't listen to me.

                          They called their recovery manager prasad and the manager started to abuse me and threatening me.in last 5 years of relation with bajaj, over a delay of 15 days and due to a genuine reason like salary delay due to demonetization the recovery agents made a big scene in front of my house.

                          Like i am a murder or rape accused. They mentally harrased me and humiliated in front of my neighbors. There won't be any future business given to bajaj from me once the existing loans are settled.

                          I request the higher authorities to look in to this matter as it's a case of mentally hasssing customer for a delay in payment.

                            The account statement dated on 10/12/2015 is a false loan as i dinesh kushwaha has not applied for this loan, someone has misused my pan card, and applied this loan,
                            On 05/12/2016 it came to my notice that someone has misused and taken this loan now, i need loan for some reason and i am facing problem for the same,

                              Bajaj Finserve apply the foreclosure charges policy after Feb 2016 but my loan disbursal date is 31 Dec 2013 and 29 May 2014.

                              But Bajaj Finserve issue the foreclosure letter after apply the 4% + service tax to us.

                              We inform this matter to Bajaj Finserve Panipat Office from where we took the loan. Then Mr. Rupesh (Bajaj Finserve Loan Dept Executive) told us that I cannot do anything in this matter if you have any complaint then mail to the Bajaj We care (Customer Care Centre)

                              We write mail regarding this matter to Bajaj We Care The complaint No Of Bajaj We care is -SRN07840677 and SRN07840690.

                              Then We get the Following Reply from Bajaj Finserve:-

                              Dear Customer,

                              Thank you for writing to us at Bajaj Finserv.

                              This is with reference to your query regarding Loan Account No. 517CSL01407217 and 517CSL03028205 for foreclosure charges dispute. We have tried calling you on [protected] however no response received.

                              Please note that foreclosure charges will be applicable on above mentioned loan as co-applicant is non-individual.

                              As per revised policy of Bajaj Finance,

                              foreclosure charges are applicable at 4% (on principal outstanding) plus 15% service tax i.e. 4.60% if current EMI is between 1st to 25th EMI and 2% (on principal outstanding) plus 15% service tax i.e. 2.30% if current EMI is between 25th to 48th EMI. Please note that foreclosure charges are not applicable post clearance of 48th EMI.


                              Your Good Selves,

                              Bajaj Finserve revised this foreclosure policy in Feb 2016. There is no information from the Bajaj Finserve company regarding the change of Foreclosure policy to us. We are continuing paying our EMI on time without any delay and default.

                              Now we want to close these loans but Bajaj Finserve impose us the fore closer charges which is totally illegal.

                              Due to delay in foreclosure I am facing very heavy financial loss on per day bases.

                              We request to your goodselve please take these matter on very important Notice because :-

                              When these institutes issue the loans or other services to the customer at that time these companies commits so many promises but after that they change their attitude too much and harass the customer . Even these companies change their policies and impose these new policies on the old customers also without getting the permission and information.

                              I request to you pleas look into this matter on very serious note and take the corrective action against this complaint so that in future these companies cannot harass the customer .

                                I made shopping in big bazzar converted it into EMI and it was held on 5 December 2016 through ECS.On 3rd December we visited kaushambi branch to pay EMI but they ask us to come on 10th December, today again they ask us to come on Monday 12th December.Earlier you guys ask us to give opportunity to serve when we give chance then you haras us, Is this service you provide to the customer.your people are not accountable and not listening the customers, it's very bad experience with your company.

                                Please let me know how to get a card for the same
                                I have lost my bajaj card but I am using it with my username and password, can I get a bajaj card for the same
                                Its around 20 or more days after purchasing a product through bajaj finserve but still i haven't got mine emi card for which i have applied please provide me my emi card as soon as possible otherwise i would have to taken major steps to get my work done and i'm not at all satisfied with the services provided by babaj finserve
                                I have not deliverd my credit card to my hand
                                i am waiting my credit card to get and purches
                                pls deliverd my card urgetn becoz i have purches some products..

                                    I have order a furniture through Zuari Furniture, and processed the load with Bajaj Finance, Money given to zuari furniture by Bajaj finance, Unfortunately, Zuari Furniture cancelled my Order due to Measurement Issue. But still bajaj finance taking money from my account through ECS. When i Contacted the executive he said i have to pay 1 month EMI, then i agreed and paid. then he said the loan has been cancelled, again second also money gone from my account. Iam not getting proper response from Bajaj Guys Poor Customer Service.

                                      My EMI card has been blocked due to unknown and unclarified reasons. I believe that this is blocked intentionally by Dream Electronics - Sector 21 as we did not purchase product from their store. Could you please take necessary actions for the said reason and unblock my card. I require to purchase an item and this is very urgent as product may not be available tomorrow. Please take necessary actions and resolve my issue.
