Grievance Redressal Team & We Care Team

This email is to inform you that I am holding a platinum EMI Card no : [protected] with Bajajfinserv. Recently my loan amount was cleared and i have not been received any confirmation email or letter from you. Infact I have taken so many loans form Bajaj and have paid them all. I have had a very good history with Bajaj and have paid all my loans to date and that was the reason Bajaj gave me a emi card.

Now my issue is my EMI Card has been blocked without any prior intimation. Reason for my card block is insufficient funds in my account last months due to demonetisation issues.. Every month my EMI amount use to debit from my bank account on 5th day.Due to this only my emi got bounced once. later on the same ecs was cleared on[protected],

I was not even aware about it that my card has been blocked. I have been always paying the ecs in time. And when one day few weeks back when i tried to purchase Consumer Durable, I was been informed that my card is blocked. I felt so annoyed and insulted at the shop, atleast they could have informed me over that they have blocked the card for such a small reason so I would not have gone to take any product only.

This is really frustrating and disappointing to me I really dont understand that why my card has been blocked, when I have paid all my loans and I have no dues pending now, you would have activated my card instantly and which was not done yet.

I was talking your customer care and they promised a call back which was again not done. I was promised that my issue will be resolved asap.

However I request you to please activate my EMI Card so that i can use your services and i also promise you that they wont be any bounce back from my end. I have been a loyal customer and I should be given a second chance.

IWould request you to kindly check my history and records too with Bajaj which will clearly show my good record. Humble request to you to kindly re-activate my card again and in case if there is any error or mistake from my end again then you can immediately block the card. Also if activation of this card is not possible then kindly send me a new card.

I would be highly obliged.

      I m bought a i phone through bajaj emi at snapdeal.com but set is deffective and i m returend this product in 19th october and snapdeal has refund amount to bajaj fineserve team i m face very highly problem for bajaj company i m alternete day call that and e mail that but he was not solveed my problem i m very iritet this company. i m not use this product but bajaj has cut the emi for 3 months 18000 rs and he had not refuned my emi so i m calling consumer forum complaint and he get them 15 days.

          Hi Bajaj Finance,

          I am holding a CD LAN account 4040CD25581785 with you. In DEC 2016. EMI amoutn (6, 667/-) has been paid to you twice. Once through Cheque and another time through normal ECS. so instead of 6, 667/- rupees, 13, 334/- has been taken from my bank account in DEC 2016. SO kindly check and revert back the amount(6, 667/-) to my bank account as soon as possible.
          I have raised a request regarding the same. But still no response from you side.
          and your customer care IVR menu is worst and not having an option to talk to your Agent to raise a request or to know the current status of the logged issue.

          Kindly check and revert back my amount as soon as possible else i never ever had a relation with Bajaj Finserv in future. I'm loosing trust with you now.

            The loan was completed in March this year refer "400SCE10928774". I have two issues with Bajaj Finserv:

            1. I was harassed and tricked into buying a EMI card. The agent charged an extra 400 saying it is card fee. He NEVER mentioned there was a fee. he just gave me a bunch of papers and took my signature. Very unethical business.

            2. Recently I saw a line item in my bank statement saying Bajaj EMI card "inactive" fees of 99 Rs. Money was directly debited from my account. How and What is this charge for? Do you guys expect me to take loan from you all my life? How can anyone charge for a card being inactive?

            I DONT need this stupid card or your service in future. I am going to tell everyone I know NOT to use your service.

            Please escalate this email to the highest authorized person and refund the amount immediately. There is no standing instruction to let you debit my account & i am going to instruct my bank the same.

            Even my account has been debited for rs.99/- on 21st February, 2017.

            This is absolute cheating and doesn't suit the reputation of such a reputed company like Bajaj.

            More so while applying for the EMI card we have already paid the fees.

            The charges should be reversed immediately.

            Same as it happened with Deepika. First they claim card is free and then vendor charge you money for card and then company ask for inactive charges. Top management of this company is short visioned. They like to make 99 rs and loose honest customer for rest of life.

            Hi, this is Balamurugan Kandasamy. I purchased Samsung LED 32FH4003 model TV from vasanth and co, 100 feet road, Velachery Chennai on May month 2015. At that time I did not applied for Bajaj finserv EMI card. In application form also I did not select the check box for getting EMI card. Once I applied for EMI option they sent me a EMI card thru post. I never used that card.I finished my loan on 2nd December'15 and got NOC mail on 17th December 2015. Still I am receiving lots of mails and sms from Bajaj finserv. On 18th August'17 I received a SMS saying about EMI card inactive fees of RS. 117 will be taken from my account. How can they deduct. It is fraudulent activity from Bajaj finserv. I want you to stop deducting my money from my account. My customer ID was: 21026206.
            Same happened to me. Bajaj Finserv has deducted Rs.117 from my account without my consent. Even though I am not using this card. I have send the mail mentioned above. Hope they will reverse the amount ASAP.

                I am Nimesh from Bangalore. My Customer Id for Bajaj Finance is Customer ID:33015764 . I bought 2 Consumer Durables from Reliance Digital, Bangalore through Bajaj Finance. For the products EMI amount is INR 3679/- but my EMI amount deducted (thru ECS) per month is INR 4014/- which is more than the amount what it supposed to be. Initially I overlooked the issue for several months but one day when I went through the website of bajajfinservlending, found that an extra amount of 335/- being charged on every month because of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (404BAL[protected]. I do not understand what it actually is? I was not told anything like this when I bought those products. Why this extra cost is being associated with my EMI amount.Please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted on every month? I want the already deducted amount to be adjusted with all the upcoming EMIs. Please help!

                          Today 3-1-2017 visited at kaushambi branch of yours to submit cheque against my emi which is held on 5th of jan as the relevant bank account is closed. But they refused to accept the cheque or cash before the emi date whereas the customer care said that you can deposit your cheque/cash at your nearest bajaj finserv branch. What kind of pathetic service the company, customer care and the branches are providing to their customers. Worst company i have ever seen.

                              The guy who processed my loan when contacted told me it's good for me.. what a non sense. First they didn't take my consent and also I was not even aware. This is really a unfrofessional behaviour and they should not cheat their customers.

                                My life is under threat bcoz of you bajaj...
                                Im working as a teacher in a school to run my life. Last friday 23rd december 2016 bajaj people name "charulatha advocate", number[protected] called to my school around 1pm and spoke about my personal loan threaten our school staff to connect call to authority... Later i spoke with her and said i need pay 78000 (Pending 43000) within 4 pm or else we will come with police to remand you.. And used some bad words.. Immidiately i realized its a threatening call. And avoid her.. But she spoiled my name in my working place.. Peoples of bajaj playing with life of poor ladies.. God will teach a lesson... If any thing happen to me you bajaj and the lady charulada only responsible.

                                      My name is Joshy M Raj. I have applied for a flexi personal loan with Kochi(Kaloor) Bajaj Finserv. The executive named Anson Jacob(Contact Number : [protected]) came and collected all documents. After background verification I got the loan amount credited to my account in 3 or 4 days. But in the welcome email I saw that the loan type was mentioned SALARIED LOAN ONLINE. I called the executive and he assured that no need to bother that my loan is a Flexi Loan. But I saw there is no options for part payment in their online portal. Calling customer care, they replied that according to their documents my loan is a normal salary loan. But the executive told me that normal salty loan's interest rate will be 12.5% and flexi loan's is 13.5%. Since my real need is after 3 months, I opted for Flexi loan so that I can transfer the amount back to their virtual account. But now the loan issued a normal loan with higher interest rate of Flexi loan. The executive is playing with request saying that he send mails to his boss who is sitting in Pune. I got a CC-ed mail to Mr.Naveenkumar KM and Siddesh GR sent by Anson. Both are not replying. Its been more than a month I am wasting my time. Nowadays that executive is not taking my calls. Because of his negligence I need to pay almost Rs.20000 or more extra and there is no option for part prepayment and the foreclosure charge is 4% compared to nil of Flexi loan which I opted. Beware these guys are cheating I think. Somebody from Bajaj Finserv, please see my grievance and resolve it ASAP.

                                        My name is a. Omkar swaroop. I'm from kurnool moblile no:[protected]. I had taken a sony led t. V on[protected] which is 50, 500/-. I started my emi on[protected]. The bajaj finserv people had taken the emi through ecs on every month 2nd. But the bajaj finserv people had depositing the ecs every month 3 to 5 times since my first emi. As per rbi rule any finance company has to deposite only once which they taken date. But bajaj finserv people depositing 3 to 5 times in every month. For each bounce i'm paying 862/-. So many times ask the bajaj finserv people why u depositing 3 to 5 times? They are not answering to me. From april to november only ecs bounce charges i paid nearly 14, 500/-.in this month they deposite 9 times till 26th december. The bajaj people said 0% emi while taking at the time of product. But the bounce charges will it almost 20% intrest per emi. Like me so many people are suffering.                                         Hi Tam I have purchased a mobile phone in Lenovo store and the shop keeper gave me the bill for 11600. I Paid the interest and the processing fee 1500 to the shop keeper. Now you guys are charging me 14990 which is fraud. I need a good explanation for this I have attached my bill for your reference.
