I have been following up with Bajaj Finserv from Sep and i have submitted my documents for auto debit and they said that the documents provided are incorrect, while my other loan accounts with Bajaj Finserv continue to get auto-debited just fine.
I re-submitted my docs again, but each time they say that they will fix it, but they don't end up doing. Because of Finserv, my credit scores are being impacted. Repeated attempts to [protected]@bajajfinerv.in have failed.
I don't understand how many more cases do i need to raise to fix my issue?

I would like to reach out to my lawyer to suit Bajaj Finserv.
Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Chirag Vinchhi The issue stands as is and no change has been done. I have reached out Grievance team, ceo, MD, etc.. But no solution yet.
