I am getting Daily 10-12 times phone calls/sms/emails from bajaj finserve regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. Earlier i have send you two mails regarding this and their service request no. are.SRN07078954 and SRN07051190. So far no action is taken to stop these calls....

I have applied for bajaj finserv emi card online and paid rs 399 for the same on 06/10/2016. But i have not recieved any details about emi card. Another case from my side. I purchased a basic HP Laptop worth 21500. As I have Bajaj Finserve card, I applied for the loan. Down payment took by them is 7170 + 1000 (processing fee) and remaining amount 14330 is divided into 6 months installment, i.e. INR 2388 per month.
