I have taken personnel loan and on thee agreement there shall not be any charge on foreclose amount but when i gone to pay total amount they had levied 4% on foreclose amount and they have taken charge of rs:124 per day in advance on my cheque. Now the problem was addressed by the bank on the complaint of me but they simply refunded the money which was deposited 4% charge but what about the interest for 10 days they can charge on even for one day but not applicable for customer? I were been deposited falsely i was victimized. Now theyn are denieing to pay the same.[protected]

    I just noticed that there is a deduction of inr 99 from my bank account after 4 years of loan closure. Can you please explain and refund me my money.? The deduction in my account is saying a refernce number "' intercity ecs paid paid to tpcf bajaj finance:4009117:utility pymt thru tpsl (Bjpl) refno:[protected] ref no :- [protected]"'.

      I have raised new SR with Bajaj Finserv, this time I got message that keep your account funded for new personal loan, which I never applied or asked for.

      Please check Why Bajaj Finserv are making illegal use of my documents and my account.

      below mentioned is SR with Bajaj which I am sure will not be again replied within 2 working days, as they promise.

      The EMI is about to due on 2nd October, no call center numbers are attended, only IVR revolves in some unwanted departments, no customer executives are working for Bajaj as if they are shutdown.

      I have one more issue with Bajaj but wont disclose until this is resolved, they will divert to other issue and this issue will be unresolved as per last instance.

      I am just frustrated and mentally harassed by this people, I also visited their one of center at Saki naka Andheri, they say I will have to go through mailing them on [protected]@bajajfinserv.

      This mail id is just junk auto reply. Bajaj FINSERV is just BAD BAD and BAD.

      Why my query cannot be resolved at their center??????????

      Still I am getting calls and SMS for EMI cheque is bounced for using EMI card.

      I DID NOT USED THE EMI CARD ANYWHEREEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

      Yet there is no response from Bajaj [protected]@bajajfinserv.in.

      Don't know for what purpose the mail id is created, it looks like this mail id is created to play online games for Bajaj representative.

      Today again got call from representative asking to pay amount, when explained him he gave Toll free number which is shutdown now, in lieu it asks to call number which is chargeable and calling chargeable number 5 times resorts nowhere.

        It was promised by customer service that the approved loan amount will be credited in 2 hours, it is now exactly a month but nothing has been credited.

        Very storage part is -
        1. When I login I see the loan ac has been created and showing as loan amount already disbursed on 28-Aug-16.

        2. Yesterday 28-Sep-16; I received a SMS as follows --
        First EMI of Rs.12188/-for loan a/c no.404PHT26847504 is due on 05/10/16. Keep ICICI Bank a/c ending with 0681 funded 3 days in advance to avoid bounce charges. Click http://bfin.in/?C4 to view all charges. Regards, Bajaj Finserv

        I tried more than 100 times over their customer care numbers, many times it got disconnected after saying 'hello' and so many times they listen my problem and disconnecting my call without any further answer...

        I have a sent many more reminders to the person who involved in the approval process, who claims he will get the status but never reply back.

        I have reported in their email 'wecare' but no answer at all...

        In my entire life I never seen this kind pathetic service...

        Finally they will issues a auto debit to my account for the first EMI although things has been credited

        This seems like somebody took my loan amount, some cheating dram, because no one is responding and BajaFinSrv is not responsible at all.

            Dear friends bajaj finserv people kept all gundaw and rowdys in their team to collect missed EMI s, today one of my family friend suffered painful Bez of tortured by bajaj employees. They speak all third class luangage where you cannot ask them even 1 day time. These people's are trained to loot extra charges, if we delayed even one day they will come and sit directly at your home. Plz what ever condition you might be never borrower loan from money looting finance bank bajaj finserv.

              I had taken loan from bajaj finance. Customer id[protected].
              Along with that i got the emi card. Which has never been used.
              Till i foreclosed the personal loan, there was no issue on emi card.
              As soon i foreclosed the loan, started getting sms on emi card offers. It was just ignored. One fine day i got message saying "your loan is approved for 74000 + rs" immediately i called teh custoer care and asked informed them about the message. They said you can ignore the message there are no transactions reflecting. I also asked them to block the card. She confirmed the same and asked to destroy the card. After 15 days, i am getting a message to keep the funds in my account for the emi. That too for 2 loans.
              I have written several mails and no response. I do have the recording which says the card is blocked. There are several complaints with the same issue. Bajaj is purposefully doing fraud transactions. Consumer court please help

              Wrote mail to all of the zonal heads. Got call on 29th Sep 2016 at 6 PM. The executive confirmed the all the loans have been cancelled. The card is blocked.

              Bajaj finserv is a fraud company.
              They have cheated me as well. They took the money for emi card and then they blocked it after few days. They will never respond to your query and will send you auto generated mail for your email. Company like this should be banned.

                  Sir my name is budithi sandeep patil and my customer id 27103408 and date of birth 20/07/1983. i had taken loan on laptop having loan number 409DPF24344788 and loan number 409DFS24351963.actually my payment 6000 rs date is on or before 5th of every month.but for september month i failed to pay in time.becoz of that from vijayawda branch a representative called me on 7th and 8th september to pay the amount of 6751rs.then i paid rs 6751 rs in loan account number 409DFS24351963 from axis bank madhav nagar branch nagpur maharastra on dated 09/09/2016.and i said the reference number and transaction number to whom called me.he said then ok .then later couple weeks again called me on 24/09/16 and told that u havnt paid the money.then i paid through netbanking on 26/09/16 by login into bajaj finserv account again i repayed 6751 rs.later one hour again 5584 amount is deducted from my hdfc bank account. problems to be resolved
                  1. the bank employees are saying the amount is deposited in bajaj finance limited branch and we cant revert back .without the authorization of bajaj finserv.
                  2.ur bajaj finserv employees are telling that there is not showing ur amount deposited in particular account.
                  3. if not deposited in bajaj finserv and axis bank where my money 6751 rs is.who will be resposible for my money paid regarding bajaj finserv limited.
                  4. today 26/09/16 u get debited total 6751 +5584=12335 instead 6751.
                  based on these issues i would like to file a case in consumer forum if my problem is not resolved. my working mobile number [protected] if any queries call me.

                    I Ranjit Chakraborty, having BajajFinserv EMI card, very frequently am getting calls & SMS from your service personnels regarding the personnel Loan, severely ask to your customer services people not to disturb me by calling or sending messages which is not relevant to me, everyday almost 5 calles and 8-10 SMSes from your cos.
                    I request immediately stop sending me SMSes and stop calling me, failing which I will pay the amount which is balance & will return the emi card .
                    Further to non compliance or ignoring my complaint will send the complaint to appropriate authority, any action taken on my complaint I will not held responsible .

                      I have purchased aircondtioner using my bajaj EMI card before a month. after a month, i received a courier and that was a insurance for my purchased AC!!! did anyone hear about the insurance for air condtioner????

                      immediately i contacted showroom and explained this issue, after this request they canceled the insurance.

                      NOTE: Even i did not renew my bike insurance for past 6 months.

                      I know this is your business. And please train your staffs to identify the worth of a customer.

                      Advice to Consumer: Please ask more questions with the seller. You are paying for what you are going to buy, not for FOC...

                      Asking more questions will avoid thinking about include hidden charges and VAS by seller.

                      Conclution: feeling unsafe with purchase by Bajaj EMI card. Security must be upgraded..

                        I am an existing customer of bajaj finserv and have a CD loan running..i got an offer of a pre approved loan from bajaj finserv in my experia account and also got multiple calls confirming the same..i was asked by the tele executive to give address proof, id proof, photo and 6 cheques to the executive who will visit..i was in mumbai in a meeting but i was told to come down to Ranchi immidiately since it was a limited time offer..i came to ranchi but the executive cane 3 days after the scheduled meeting..he asked for salary slip and bank statement too apart frm the documents confirmed by tele executive.. i didnt have that handy but managed and sent to him..verification of my house and office was done too and i was told that the money will be credited in 2 days..now its the 20th day today and there is no update..after repeated follow ups i was told that my file is in hold. I dnt want compabies pulling my credit and spoiling it that's why i dnt apply for loans. I was confirmed by the tele executive that sir u are an existing customer and your loan is already approved..it is just a formality and if you work in same company where u were working at the time of cd loan and u stay in same house as earlier, your loan will be credited in 2 days. I said yes after understanding this and started planning for an important event for which i needed the fund.
                        I am never late in my payment.
                        I dnt have any liability apart from 5200/- i pay towards CD loan which will be over in 3 months.
                        I am a salaried individual working since 2013 in the same company.
                        My wife too is working..

                        Pls stop harrasing your existing customers...wat do u mean by pre approved loan?? I had plans and needed the money which was confirmed to me repeatedly...i wud have arranged it frm some were had you not fooled me..nobody is dependent on you..i was living prior to your so called pre approved offer too but the only issue is that people plan things accordingly...i have my anniversary and planned for that..i repeatedly confirmed and i was notified that money will be credited in 2 days... now at this moment i m trapped..dnt know frm where i will manage the fund at this very last moment... thank you bajaj for your policies...
                        I am done with you bajaj finserv...will pay off your 3 EMIs of CD loan and no more association there after.
                        Let me knw why bajaj finserv which ofcourse is a brand do this??

                        No update yet...wecare people are asking to contact branch...customer support team have been scheduling call back since begining but no call received..in branch no one is picking call or responding the messages...
                        Shocking experience frm any financial institution..
                        There can only be 2 possibilities...can u fund me or not...if yes then when and if no then on wat basis...simple...

                          I've applied for bajaj finance EMI card also paid 399 rupees after 10 days I got the EMI card with number [protected], I got an Email by Bajaj finance that I have to submit my documents to the courier person, I've done it. And when I tried to use the card on website it said

                          "Dear Customer, we regret an OTP cannot be generated due to a requirement of fresh NACH (ECS) mandate. Visit the nearest branch for submission of the NACH mandate. Use alternate payment option to complete your purchase. Rgds, Bajaj Finser"

                          And I submitted all the documents as bajaj finance instructed. What I do now????? I am very disappoint with Bajaj Finance.

                          Four months back i purchased air condition in vasanth & co through bajaj finserv...That time i paid Rs.1500/- for card upgradation.. Bajaj Finserv people told that amount will refuned after 3 months...But still i m not received that amount and also response from them. Please do the need full...

                            The Bajaj Finserv extended warranty really sucks. I logged a complaint OC[protected] for my AC Problem more than 2 weeks back. A person visited in a couple of days and inspected the AC. Then he said he'll come tomorrow with all tools and necessary approvals to fix the issue. But its almost 12 days since that happened. No-one visited to fix the AC and I never received any call from Bajaj for status of my complaint. WORST SERVICE EVER.
                            Whenever I call the customer care or HO they'll say "Sorry for delay it'll be resolved in next 2 days" and I'm hearing that for last 3 times. Its really difficult to reach someone in HO/Reginal Head as they'll never pick the phone.
                            I'LL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO FOR BAJAJ ALLIANZ. They're just fooling us around.

                                I am writing to dispute regarding my EMI card Block and This is "Venkat Raaman B R" from Chennai(TAMIL NADU) and registered mobile number is "*******". I am the customer of Bajaj Finserv for the past 2 years with zero Cheque Bounce till today.

                                I am holding the Bajaj Finserv EMI card for the past 1 year.And there is a Frustrated Situation occured to me on Sep 22nd 2016. I was about to Purchase a TV in Croma Electronics using BAJAJ EMI card and its ready to ship to my Residential Address. Your Company spoiled a Happiness into the Ocean.

                                Holy Crap, I am still concerned about how the Bajaj Finserv Blocked my Card Permanently with out any Prior Information to the Customer End. Hope you're Company does't know how to make use of Customer to develop their Business to next Level.

                                Today morning i made a call to your Customer care and spoken to "Swagatika" to know the reason behind the Permanent Block of my EMI. Wow!! Wow !! I got a Amazing Response from Customer Executive as "Our Company Blocked Your card due to their Policy". Hope your company doesn't know how to make use of valuable Customer with any negative errors. Even she mentioned if i redirect this to Higher Official you will get the same response what i am saying now.

                                Assure that Your Customer should not face this situation in future and make a Prior info to their Respective mobile numbers.

                                Make sure that you're losing a customer from chennai Verticals. I will Redirect this to my Friends and Families not to make use of Bajaj Finserv Funds in Future.

                                  On 19th september 2016, my account was debited with rs.99 in lieu of not using bajaj finserve emi card. Few years back, i have taken loan from bajaj finserve (Customer id 6546635) and the same were recovered in due course of time (Please see attachment).

                                  After successfully paying the loan amount, i am fined or not using the card again. I have already raised a complaint for reversing the amount transacted at my bank.

                                  Deactivate the card, my account & any link related to my account immediately and repay the amount asap.

                                  same has happened with me. Rs. 117 debited for not using card. Why should use this card if I don't want to.
                                  I have raised account closure request several times via IVR, but seems no one takes care of such things at bajaj finserv.

                                  A few years back I have taken consumer goods through Bajaj Finserv lending. Later they posted an EMI Card for future use. Entire loan is cleared. Now an amount of Rs.117 has been deducted from my account. IVRS is not leading to Card cancellation option. Kindly suggest the right way to cancel the EMI Card.

                                    Hi, without any communication, my sbi is debited with 99 rs for emi card.

                                    Could you please help me to get revert? Their support team is very bad, i had really a bad experience with them earlier with the personal loan in 2013, but at that time i was not aware regarding how to fight for our own right.

                                    Now... This amount is very small but i cant bear any unethical charges applied by them.

                                      I buy only one product via bajaj card its samsung mobile for 16200, i paid 4860 its initial amount in aug 216, sep 2016 i paid my 1st emi rs.1620, so balance 6 emi only left for me..., but they card show 2 loan disbursed 1 st loan is 11340, second 25500, my outstanding 1ts 308 how is possible, approved loan 35000- buy loan 11340=so balance outstanding its 24000 but my outstanding its shown (-308 _) what is going on there..., i only purchased samsung mobile mrp-16200, initial amount 4860 paid and one emi 1620 paid, balance 6 emi 9720 only pending ok, pls update my bajaj card,
