Hi, I request you to please change my LCF Dental Loan EMI date to 7th of every month as my salary gets credited on 6th. Now my current due date is 2nd and it will create problem. So I request you to please change the date in which case all the EMI will be paid on time. It will be really great if it is done now as I am still waiting for my salary to credit

        I have been working with your company for 6month in the personal loan department as a collection boy.

        I am writing this email to inform you that i have not received my salary for the month of November. I have never had a problem with the payments in the past and i bring this to your attention hoping to receive a prompt response. I attempted to resolve this issue with my collection manager but there was no response from him.

            Sir, I have already paid My Emi on[protected] on a Bajaj FinServ Center. Then also twice an amount of Rs 295 has been deducted from my saving account on[protected] on behalf of bouncing charges of Bajaj FinServ, which was already deducted on[protected] but it happened twice. But the query is that if I have paid my EMI already on[protected] then why again this extra charge has been deducted.
            Also, my saving account - [protected] was already having credit balance of Rs 4000 on[protected] but then also My EMI on account of loan no.- U160CDHY272826 was not deducted and on next day[protected]. But my account was debited with Rs 295 and I was already having credit balance amounting Rs 4092 in my saving account but EMI was not deducted but charges was deducted from my saving account.
            Also, My Account was having credit balance of Rs 4000 on[protected] For which I have received SMS on[protected].But then also EMI was Not deducted. I accept that the same entry is occurring on[protected]in Bank statement but in SMS it is highlighting that your account has been credited with Rs 4000 on[protected].
            Then After this on[protected] once again my account was debited with Rs 295. After Paying my EMI for the product then also these charges are been deducted so why so.
            If I ask to Bajaj FinServ, they suggest me that these Charges are been deducted by your respective bank i.e. (Punjab National Bank). I want to know that after paying the EMI why this charge is been deducted thrice.
            Hence This Was my worst experience regarding service with Bajaj FinServ Pvt. Ltd & Punjab National Bank.

                        I just went on to check the offers available and i started getting calls back to back and every single person who ever i spoke with did enquiry on my cibil without my concent and people even fooled me from calling or naming different banks now i am scared off my information been shared with everyone and been used in incorrect ways. How could you people even do this.. from afternoon 2 till evening 7 there have been 5 requests placed on my cibil.. just because of your useless service.. and use less customer service... These has been a real night mare...

                          I am the user of Bajaj Finserv Emi Card. Due to some financial reason. My 2 emi is go to overdue. Recovery agent called me and threaten me to give money immediately. They used abusive words for me and my family also.
                          His name was Sandeep Yadav from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. I am very disturbed with this incident. I know my rights very well. Company provides whole 1 month for payment with bounce charges and penal interest. How can they talk to me like that.

                              I am soumen chatterjee, loan account number - 410pstet991087, emi amount - rs. 2, 457, customer id[protected], bajaj finserv server is showing my last emi was bounced due to insufficient funds on[protected] but on this date but i have sufficient balance on my account on this date for this transaction, after that as on[protected] at 12:07 pm, i will pay rs - 3057/- including bounce charge rs-600/- to bajaj finserv portal from gpay. Payment was successful but continuously i have received so many calls, sms's from bajaj customer care or calls from collection executive's. After successful payment that i have done this company calls me several times in a day for for payment collection. I already shared payment proof (Gpay snap) to bajaj kolkata office executive on 6th april after my payment was done and again i enclosed my payment proof (Gpay snap), bank account statement to bajaj finserv grievance team ([protected]@bajajfinserv.in) but the harassment process going on continuously. Also i talked with customer care many times for this issue but the executives told me if the payment was not reflected in our server you must receive calls and sms's continuously. I communicate with bajaj finserv grievance team ([protected]@bajajfinserv.in) from last 6 days but they also not response my mail last two days after my bank statement received. I need the solution and statement updation asap.

                                I Had purchase a washing in finance of Bajaj Fiserv . I had made payment of 2Emi's all were done on time. my salary wasn't credited on 3rd month just one day passed after my due date which i couldn't pay then. constant payment follow calls came from there team every 30 mins, despite of explaining my scenario even after saying i will pay in the next month, along with late payment fee charges. they were constantly calling up and giving mental torcher, on the 10th day of the person from there team saying branch manager call i told him the same, he said give us the product back we you can pay all the dues and then use the product. i requested him again saying i will pay in next he still continued the same, saying will send his agents pay the dues. I informed him i will return back the product pay me the amount which i have paid so far. he started if you want go to court and take. will issue court notice. I Humbly request Indian goverment authoraties to look into it. just becuase of 10 days of late payment there representative agents can't treat us in this manner in the name of recovery.
