Bajaj has deducted 117 rs of money as CMP Mandate from my SBI Bank account without my knowledge, I have closed my loan on 25th March 20021. Now i am really scared of these companies.

I am Sunita Mahadev Kamble. I had taken CANSUMER LOAN from you in March 2020 for Rs. 30, 000 LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER (4050CDFX123131). But then LOCKDAWN started and my Mr.'s salary went up so we couldn't pay EMI on time. After that we paid EMI but 1 EMI remained.
On March 10, Jyoti Madam's call came You pay Rs. 3500I will reduce all your CHARGES 'and in 15 days N.O.C.GIVES.

Dear bajaj finance
I have taken bajaj finance growth salaried flexi loan but during loan time bajaj executive never told me about credit vidhya fees but after disbursement of loan they have deducted Rs.4999/- of credit vidya fees from my loan.
So please cancel this credit vidhya fees and refund my amount of Rs.4999/-

Please resolve my request at the earliest and this complaint.

Consumer Loan I have cancelled still showing in CIBIL as active which is effecting score and showing active.

I just went on to check the offers available and i started getting calls back to back and every single person who ever i spoke with did enquiry on my cibil without my concent and people even fooled me from calling or naming different banks now i am scared off my information been shared with everyone and been used in incorrect ways. How could you people even do this.. from afternoon 2 till evening 7 there have been 5 requests placed on my cibil.. just because of your useless service.. and use less customer service... These has been a real night mare...

I am the user of Bajaj Finserv Emi Card. Due to some financial reason. My 2 emi is go to overdue. Recovery agent called me and threaten me to give money immediately. They used abusive words for me and my family also.
His name was Sandeep Yadav from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. I am very disturbed with this incident. I know my rights very well. Company provides whole 1 month for payment with bounce charges and penal interest. How can they talk to me like that.

I am soumen chatterjee, loan account number - 410pstet991087, emi amount - rs. 2, 457, customer id[protected], bajaj finserv server is showing my last emi was bounced due to insufficient funds on[protected] but on this date but i have sufficient balance on my account on this date for this transaction, after that as on[protected] at 12:07 pm, i will pay rs - 3057/- including bounce charge rs-600/- to bajaj finserv portal from gpay. Payment was successful but continuously i have received so many calls, sms's from bajaj customer care or calls from collection executive's. After successful payment that i have done this company calls me several times in a day for for payment collection. I already shared payment proof (Gpay snap) to bajaj kolkata office executive on 6th april after my payment was done and again i enclosed my payment proof (Gpay snap), bank account statement to bajaj finserv grievance team ([protected]@bajajfinserv.in) but the harassment process going on continuously. Also i talked with customer care many times for this issue but the executives told me if the payment was not reflected in our server you must receive calls and sms's continuously. I communicate with bajaj finserv grievance team ([protected]@bajajfinserv.in) from last 6 days but they also not response my mail last two days after my bank statement received. I need the solution and statement updation asap.

I Had purchase a washing in finance of Bajaj Fiserv . I had made payment of 2Emi's all were done on time. my salary wasn't credited on 3rd month just one day passed after my due date which i couldn't pay then. constant payment follow calls came from there team every 30 mins, despite of explaining my scenario even after saying i will pay in the next month, along with late payment fee charges. they were constantly calling up and giving mental torcher, on the 10th day of the person from there team saying branch manager call i told him the same, he said give us the product back we you can pay all the dues and then use the product. i requested him again saying i will pay in next he still continued the same, saying will send his agents pay the dues. I informed him i will return back the product pay me the amount which i have paid so far. he started if you want go to court and take. will issue court notice. I Humbly request Indian goverment authoraties to look into it. just becuase of 10 days of late payment there representative agents can't treat us in this manner in the name of recovery.

I purchased an item on 0 interest emi through emi card with Loan Account Number:456ECFHK126270, they deducted rs. 1590 three times extra from my account, kindly refund my money..

The company has promised for zero emi loan, and that loan amount never get credited and they have taken huge amount for insurance policy. I need my refund.

Sir, main builtu Karmakar hun, main 15 August ke din ek phone kharida tha, Reliance digital se Bajaj finserv company se finance karke Mera finance amount tha 1099, per EMI start hone ke bad Bajaj finserv ne mere EMI ke upar insurance lagva Diya ₹200 ka date-02/11//2021, ISI date se Maine Bajaj finserv customer care se baat ki par UN logon ne bola yah band Ho jayega complaint le Li thi, per band nahin hua abhi uska sthiti uske upar interest baitha ke ₹600 charge Kiya hai,
Abhi main chahta hoon sir yeh samasya ka samadhan jaldi ho jaaye aur interest aur insurance ke paise bhi nahi dene pade dhanyvad

Mere account mein Paisa tha loan l amount se jyada tha company ne apne samay per mere account se Paisa nahin khata uska fine main nahin dunga iski jimmedari company dekhen mere account mein jab Paisa barabar tha to aapane mere account aap ko amount khata lena chahiye tha company ne Jo tu date per Laga kar mera 350 ka aata hai aur ₹450 jo amount lagaya dudh deta vah main nahin dunga aur main fir bhi karta hun company ke upar aapki sarvar kharab ho chahe Jo main Apne account mein proper Paisa Rakha tha aapane apna kyon nahin kata hai uski jimmedari main nahin leta ab company ko per Mera action liya jaaye

Meri ye problem hai jab mere account me pasie tha aap ko emi khata chahiye tha

Hi,

The Illegal transaction Bajaj FINEMI-BF done from bank that Bajaj FINEMI-BF has debited my account for Rs. 117/-, I don't have any ongoing loans with Bajaj, but this comes as a surprise and serious action has to be taken against them.

I did not authorise for any ECS for this transaction. How do we take this forward and avoid such illegal transaction and safety of our hard earned money.

I have been charged 4999/- as credit vidya fees and 3999/- as CHIGC360. Which was never informed or i am aware of.

I dont want any credit vidya report or never i was informed about this. As per my email while sending ok the only charge mentioned is od activation charges which is flexi fee.

Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction.
