Dear baja finserv,

My name is brahma and i took salaried personal loan. During the loan processing time i have received confirmation email stating no pre-closure charges.

Loan number: 404spl[protected] amount - 170000
Loan number: 404spl[protected] amount - 700000
Loan number: 404spl[protected] amount - 300000

Now when i tried to pre-close my loan mentioned above number is showing 4.6% pre-closure charges. Kindly rectify as soon as possible so that i can initiate pre-closer process.

    I have applied for emi card online, payment is already done,
    But i din't received any reference id, i hv received sms but there is no reference id for track the status of card.

    Please note the payment transaction reference no which i have paid rs 349/- for emi card on 26/06/2016 - from idbi bank a/c vide ref no :

      Cancellation of personal loan

      I applied personal loan request through bajaj finserv representative. He came in my office and i clearly communicated with him that i need only personalloan of Rs two lakhs only with no loan protection.
      He agreed with same and told me that financial fitness report charge of Rs. 1250.00 will be deduct from loan amount. I agreed with him.

      At the time when i have taken the loan it was informed to me that the foreclosure charges are Nil.

      However few days back i have received a message from that the foreclosure charges has been revised to 4%.

      Within 3 months they have arbitrarily changed the terms terming it as market practice and is now harassing their customers who have been stuck with high interest loans.

              I would really appreciate your help on this matter.

              I had borrowed a SALARIED LOAN loan from Bajaj Finserv in Dec-2015. Loan was offered with the terms of NIL foreclosure charges & NIL Prepayment Charges.

              I had accepted this loan with those terms, even rate of interest are high compare to other banks and even I can get easily loan from other banks.

              Today when I want to close out this loan, Bajaj Finserv is saying that they have modified charges since 1st Jun 2016 and are applicable for existing loans also and now Fore closure charges are 4.6%.

              How can already executed agreement terms be changed by company?

              With below mentioned evidences clearly stated that Nil Foreclouser Charges, so I request you, be honest and give me foreclouser with 0% charges. PFA.

              Hi,

              I have also received the same treatment from Bajaj Finserv where they unlawfully retracted from the initially agreed terms of the salaried loan and imposed a 4% foreclosure charges+taxes. I sent them a legal notice already and will be filling the case in consumer court soon. Meanwhile, I have also notified CIBIL regarding this illegal behavior and will stop paying EMI until court resolves the matter.

                I called many times Bajaj customer care to tell about my pre closure issues on personal loan and consumer loans and also I went to Bajaj office Chennai 3 times and also I mailed couple of times, BUT there were no proper response/guide for my queries.

                Yesterday I called bajaj finserv to tell that I am going to cancel ECS from my CITI bank account if you are not responding with in a DAY but I did not get any response on this. So I cancelled it today.

                I am going to file a consumer case against Bajaj personal loan department so I need to know the concern person where the consumer case begin on him.

                  I have taken a loan from bajaj finserv at the fixed interest rate of 14.25% of 7, 25, 000. My loan account no is “PL 402SPL20152748”. As per loan terms and condition there is not supposed to be any charges on foreclosure and prepayment.

                  I received an email notification on 1st June -2016 stating that -
                  "Foreclosure charges of 4% (plus applicable taxes) will be applicable if you choose to foreclose your loan post clearance of first EMI. Foreclosure of the loan is only allowed post clearance of the first EMI.

                  Part prepayment charges* will be applicable if you choose to prepay more than 25% of your current outstanding loan amount. However, no charges will be applicable for part prepayments done up to 25% of the current principal outstanding in last 12 months. This facility is allowed post clearance of your first EMI only."

                  This is clearly a breach of agreement on the part of Bajaj Finserve and I want to know if I am entitled for legal protection against this arbitrarily made policy change .

                    I took a commercial loan in Bajaj Finserv to buy a TV for a showroom in Chennai. Post that I had paid the amount in full and have closed the loan amount. Now I have no intention to take any more loan from Bajaj Finserv. But in spite of multiple requests to the customer care people who used to call me earlier, my details are not removed from their caller list. Now I frequently receive calls and SMS from automated numbers. This happens everyday and I am being disturbed during my office hours too. Sometimes when in meeting I get these calls and it annoys me in front of my superiors. Hope Bajaj Finserv takes this up and resolves the issue soon.

                    Is there any way that this issue can be monitored effectively.. Calls from Bajaj are becoming nonsense everyday. We need to spend couple hours patiently telling them to stop calling us unless needed. A Minimum of 4-5 calls pops out even they tell that the will include the number in DND list. This is a highly irritating activity everyday and for this reason at least, we should boycott utilizing bajaj's offer..

                      I had made a payment of rs. 349/- to purchase an emi card from bajaj. And i am continuosly following for the same from last 16 days. But still i have not receive my emi card.
                      After following up for 12 days i got a reply from bajaj finserv that
                      "with reference to your mail we wish to inform you your emi card number [protected], emi card will be issue on 05/06/2016, you will receive the same within 21 working days on your registered mailing address."

                      And when i try to track this shipment with blue dart, they said my shipment retuned to shipper and i have to contact the bajaj finserv to claim the shipment.

                      Kindly send my shipment against and do the needful.

                      I am totally fed up.
                      And if you will not help me then please refund me my money.

                        I have a loan in bajaj finance, loan account number = 404sol21080365.

                        I need to foreclose my loan and i had visited the bajaj finserve office at residency road, bangalore branch.
                        They said i need to pay an extra amount of 13835.14, i am not sure what this extra foreclosure charge is. As per the prepayment plans you gave me it was nil prepayment charges (As mentioned in the welcome letter attached). So only i accepted to take the loan from bajaj finserv. But now, i am seriously confused, i don't want to loose hopes on bajaj finserve and also i cannot pay that extra foreclose amount just like that since i have financial constraints.

                        I need to close the loan as early as possible, but these people are neglecting and building up the interest. If i call to customer care it will be busy and there will be no response from them through mails also.

                        Bajaj finserve, the Cheaters

                        Loan no: 405SAL14906193
                        I had taken a personal loan of 6 lacs in Oct 2015 @ 14.99% cut throat interest rate from Bajaj finserve. Just before dicbursement they forced me to take a insurance of Rs.20, 000. I accepted it. They deducted Rs.17000 as processing fees . Still I accepted . Now after 8 months of payment in June 2016 when I want to payoff the loan they are forcing me to pay 4.6% foreclosure charges i.e. Rs.25, 000. When i called the customer care to send the foreclosure letter they said that it was introduced in June 2016 recently. On the website and the documents however, there is no mention of foreclosure charges. This is bullying at the highest level and trapping innocent customers. How can they levy something with outapproval from customer.
                        I have already written to their customer care but there has been no reply.

                        On what grounds can I drag them to consumer court ?

                          As everyone is complaining here — bajaj is levying a pre-closure and part payment charges and they are not adhering to their own policies where they sell the loans to the customers - claiming 0% pre closure and 0% part payment charges — seriously, is there anything one could do to really take them task??

                          If we go about not paying the emi's — they will levy the payment missed charges so it will come back on us to really pay that back — and so can the regulatory authority — quickly address this issue as many people are being taken to ride by these "rouge" wrongly selling there policies and changing their own written commitment.

                          Or is it going to lie around like that as regulatory authority not reacting fast to this issue.

                            My self gouri sarkar dey, i am buying a 1ton a. C from bombay variety, stores (Nachan road. Benachity, durgapur burdwan, 713213) & finance from bajaj fin on date-16.04.2016, when approved the loan bajaj given the scheme down payment rs-15350/-, emi-1938/- & tenure-8 month. I agree the scheme. For this reason i given the down payment & for ecs i submit a cancel cheque of overseas bank for future installment.

                            After one month going when my 1st emi is starting dose not credit any amount from my account, after 3 days a collection guys of bajaj fin call me and says my cheque is bounce for no such account in bank.

                            After then i am going bajaj fin office & i want to know what is the reason for my cheque bounce. I am showing a lot mistake of my loan.1st i am given a cheque of overseas bank for ecs but bajaj send the cheque oriental bank of commerce.2nd i am doing down payment rs-15350/- but bajaj showing down payment is rs-10168/-, 3rd my scheme emi-1938/- & bajaj showing rs-2542/-, 4th my scheme tenure is 8 month but bajaj showing 12 month.

                              I receive a call from some aditya rana from gautam budh nagar police station. He said he is gonna bring a few constable to my place and arrest me. I have paid the complete amount in agreement with the collections agent. No noc was provided. Now suddenly i owe 11000 in cheque bouncing charges! As per the rbi banking ombudsperson scheme 2006, levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer is incorrect. I never never never received any notification of 11000 in cheque bounce fee before today. I didn't receive a notification of 11000 in debt for anything ever. I'm sure if. It is 11000 i must have acquired it on a month to month basis. I was never never never informed about i'm getting charged 11000 for something. I was last told that it has been paid. Please solve the matter at your end. I have a good social media presence too and people will definitely know about this bad behaviour. I want to stop this asap. And want confirmation that i don't owe anything at all.

                                Before service my bike conduction is very good. After service my bike conduction very worst. My bike owen sheet cover missing in your show room staff and indicator light problem not checking engine oil not refilling in my bike and i pay in wax amount but not apply the wax oil filter not change in my bike

                                Before service my bike conduction is not good. I tell the all complaint, but after service my bike conduction very worst. Front &back suspension is very worst, then many times my shoulder pain& back pain, next handle bar is difficult in my bike, chain brocket sound diffrent, low pick up &low milege, before service in my bike 85 klm per littre after service 55 klm per littre, wheel alaiement complaint i tell, but not service in show room, my bike driving in 6800 klm only but 6 time service in showroom but not satisfied, again again... I tell the complaint but not respons swarnambigai bajaj service is very very worst please my all problem resolve, nothing to change him the other bike in 125 cc discover, please
