Hi, i am Purushottam.T. Few months back i have taken personal loan with 14% interest. As per thier policy there is no any Preclosure or foreclosure charges after deduction of first month emi.

Today 04/06/2016, i am going close this loan from my Bajafinance login. But for closing they are applying 4.8% charges.

They have cheated me. When i conatcted the customer care person they said we have revised our policies and we have rights any thing to change the policies without intimation to you.

Very rudely behaved when i called.

    I, chander parkash kathuria, applied a fresh personal loan of rs 1, 20, 000/-.In 01.06.2016 all the formalities are done through online (Including accept terms & conditions and finance amount of loan). Customer care executive (Miss sangeeta) says that morning 12pm the finance loan is credit in your bank account. But till date no amount is credit in my account.

    In 02.06.2016 phone is coming regarding we required one cancelled cheque and five security cheques. I say that in 03.06.2016 morning you kept the cheque from my side but in 03.06.2016 and 04.06.2016 no response from your side. What is problem why my loan is delay from bajaj finshers side.

    I required money urgently but what is problem from your side.

      I had purchased a mobile phone from bajaj finance and without informing me they charged me extra, when I called them they said that it is for some insurance, about which was not even informed to me before. How can to apply extra charge without even informing their customers. Just because we give them blank cheque doesn't mean that they can charge any amount they feel like. When I asked them to cancel the insurance they said they will charge me 100 rs for cancellation. Isn't this a fraud?? Why should I pay extra when I dint even opt for something like that?? Very poor service. Will never purchase anything from bajaj finance going forward.

      No rating at all. Very poor customer service. Infact the customer care number is just for name sake. U won't be able to connect.
      I buy Oppo camera phone to retailer he gave me 1600 Rs per month but after five month he says you pay 1950 Rs per month because the bajaj company add extra money charge like tax can the bajaj company take this type of emi steps tell me because I want to know the person can Cheat me or not please tell me you'd sincerely customer

        The company has given me personal loan based on an agreement stating foreclosure charge as nil. I have the copy of the sanction letter of the company along with the agreement stating zero foreclosure charges but now they are forcefully asking 4.6% as foreclosure charges for my loan.

        It is completely illegal and beyond our trust and negotiable instrument act. They are threatening me and not allowing me to foreclose the loan. I have to pay unnecessary interest on the loan.

        Pls help urgently.

          Bajaj finserv manager,

          I have taken salaried loan #400SAL03670169of rs - 505, 000.00/- with interest rate of 14% & closer charges - zero, has closure charges been zero i have accepted loan.

          And now i need to do foreclosure of loan customer care been said need to pay 4% closer charges.

          I approached Hyderabad Branch office and they are not responding properly and saying that rules has been changed from May 25, 2016. Not sure how rules are applicable fro my loan which is taken two years back.

          Please resolve this issue.

            I got a call from Bajaj Finserv team stating that I can avail for a salaried loan with zero foreclosure and prepayment charges. This sounded good to me thus availed this loan in march 2016. I did receive the welcome letter that clearly states zero foreclosure and prepayment charges on my loan. However to my surprise now, I got an email from Bajaj finserv that I need to pay 4% plus tax as foreclosure/prepayment charges if I go for this option. I dont understand, if they are amending such rules, it should be applicable for new customers and not the existing customers since we were given this loan with zero foreclosure/prepayment option.
            Very bad move. I dont want to recommend anyone to such fraud company.

            No help received. Its a fraud company. There is no meaning to keep this complaint open for years without resolution. Thus marking it as resolved even though no action. Consumer only suffers.

            Even I have also received similar communication from the company and I wrote to the customer complaint head of Bajaj Finserv. It looks like company is neither bothered about customers nor about their reputation.

            If you are planning for filing a complaint with RBI / Consumer court please contact me. I am planning to first register complaint with RBI. I think there is more power if consumers are united.

              When i took the loan the conditions was like, foreclosure charges was nil, and there were no part-payment charges too. The highlight for there advertising was "nil foreclosure charges".                 I have taken a loan of 7 lac from bajaj finserv.
                The outstanding loan amount was ~ 4 lac with EMI as 12015 Rs. I paid 2 lac again so my revised EMI became 6015 Rs.

                But Bajaj has been deducting 12015 amount from my account for consecutive 2 months now.

                Last month I had to chase multipl times after which they refunded ~ 5k amount.

                This month also they repeated the same and deducted 12015 Rs.

                They are earning interest on this amount again and again. And cheating customers.

                  This is a ridiculous stance from bajaj...they should levy for new loan applicants... for existing customers it is really unfair. If this is not taken back from existing customers, best is to go to consumer court to ensure your Cibil doesn't get affected by these Bajaj guys

                  It's same to me also.I like to go there Branch and ask them.If they said the Revised charges are applicable .I will file a case on them and don't pay EMI .
                  I am also suffering from the same. This is truly ridiculous to see such unlawful fearless acts at national level. This company is tempting people with false promises and literally exploiting needy people.

                  I have already submitted complaint to RBI & consumer core team. If there are any more affected people let's unite against this and fight this together.

                  Let's unite, These guys think they can do anything. I would say RBI should cancel license of such players and protect public interest. It is very serious to have such players in any kind of industry. One can imagine, we invest our money for our family future and such player's at the maturity or claims changing terms of an agreement so as to they have to pay out less.

                  Sebi should also delist such companies and should not allow to collect money from public.

                    Bajaj finserv manager,

                    I have taken salaried loan #404sal16461283 of rs - 6, 63, 271/- with interest rate of 14.75% & closer charges - zero, has closure charges been zero i have accepted loan. And now i need to do foreclosure of loan customer care been said need to pay 4.8% closer charges.

                    Firstly i need foreclosure amount details which i need to pay

                    Secondly not even single penny will be paid of forecloser charges.

                    If i need to pay foreclosure charges, i am not doing any closer nor pay emi from next month as emi of jun'16 got debited.

                    Once again confirming on written mail if i need to pay closer charges i will not be paying emi from next month nor settling the dues lets meet in consumer forum.

                    Need banaglore branch manager contact # so on is availability, can have small meeting with media person & lets know to the world what is bajaj finserv.

                      I have purchased bajaj rs200 in november 2015 and it has totally 7 month complete and run 3100 kms total. Today i have go for second service and list download one complaint in service station that bike give sound when we release the clutch, when they check the fault and clearly says that clutch plate will be changed. I says how it is possible that clutch plate is change in this condition that bike is only running 3100 kms and its is single handed bike, no over speeding in good condition. So how they can says it warranty is over now because it run more than 3100 kms. So its is totally manufacturing fault of bike and parts, that the bike clutch plate gives problem to early and service station has not good mechanic to solve the problem they only make the money through customer who says that the clutch plate is gone in 500 km also.

                          I almost receive daily calls from bajaj finance customer care for without emi personal loan. I have requested many times to agents to remove my number from call list but no action done. I do not want to receive calls from bajaj finance. Please remove my number - +91 [protected]. I will wait for next 2 today and if no action done by bjaja finance i will lodge complaints to appropriate govt authorities to take action. Trai/consumer-forum/police.

                                This is yugal kishore kharbanda my loan account no 401dpf21341695. I have purchase dell laptop on 2/4/2016
                                Product cost is 38500/-
                                Emi cost per months - 6417/-
                                Emi start date - 5/4/2016
                                I have checked my account and they are charing emi 6851/- without my information.
                                I am trying to contact with distributor many times but they are not answering. They are cheating with me. How it can be possible i am paying over. I will now paying next emi over.
                                Please fix this things asap author wise i will be fill my complaint in against bajaj finance and the distributor in consumer court act 420.

                                    We were approached by ur executive on 29 march for a pre approved professional loan amount of 524000rs ( loan AC no 409PR[protected]. After signing the application we felt the interest rate was high...so informed them to cancel loan on 30 March. They said they wil not process the loan . I was out of station fr a month and when i checked my acount i found it was credited with loan amount on april 2nd and one emi was also deducted. Now when we ask the executives there is no proper response and more over they are asking us to pay almost 35000rs more than the loan amount to close it!!! We have paid back the loan amount to AC no [protected] Hdfc bank Pune in the name of bajaj finance ltd on 25 th may 2016. Kindly do the needful.

                                      Is anybody really interested to save his customer.Posted on website as well. I think they just gave false promise about customer.

                                      Note : Just to add.. I am writing them email since last 7 days, but your email team is unable to understand even that what I am writing. Call me.

                                        I have invested in term deposits of Bajaj Finance. Tax was deducted probably as I did not submit form 15H, being a tax payer. The interest exceeded Rs.5000. In spite of several requests the firm has not furnished form 16A for the FY ending[protected]. and form 26AS does not show any Bajaj entry.My customer ID is: 99137367 and complaints to grievance redressal email address bounced back. And no response to several mails sent.
