My emi card blocked without any intimate and now they call me and told that your 5000/- is over due so that is why my card was blocked i asked them which 5000/- is over due they told they dont know and telling me that check to cibil website what is this i did not taken another loan and now there are doing a fraud with me please updated my complaint and take action asap...even i conformed with the cibil customer care also they told me that please ask your bajaj finance customer number what all this thing they are doing now please it is a request launch my complaint and take action .

    I have taken consumer loan fir my laptop Compaq presario in 2007 and settled my loan in 2012 .I have NOC and receipt of settled amount.still the company bajaj finserv has not updated cibil status bcoz of this i m unable to take loan its very problematic for me.I have mailed the company several time no response from them plz do update my cibil status

      I am getting frequent automated calls from bajaj finance for loan. There is no option to express that i am not interested in any loan. These calls are very disturbing to me and getting at least four times a day. Despite of repeated requests to delete my mobile number from the database no body is bothering and repeatedly getting calls irrespective of timings and conditions where i am. As i am holding a responsible position in my organization it is very disturbing and spoiling my career. In the past i had availed loan for purchasing few household items and it doesn't mean that i should forever opt for loan for everything. I request higher officials to look in to this automated calls and make a provision so that a needy people can only approach you for availing loans. Once again i request you to delete my contact number from the database for automated calls or otherwise i have to go to consumer court to get ride of this disturbance.

          It is to inform you that I have purchased Sony Experia XZ Mobile purchased on 07/05/17, from Sony Centre, Gokulpeth Nagpur having All Risk Insurance of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance bearing policy no OG[protected]-00000623 .The aforesaid mobile has developed Physical Damage( crack) on the Display on 13/09/17. The SONY service centre has informed that the aforesaid mobile cannot be repaired and it has to be replaced.My claim no. is [protected]. I have uploaded the Autofilled form and the other requisite documents along-with the estimate from the Sony service centre i.e. Innovation Computers, Nagpur.I have uploaded all the relevant documents required for the claim. Despite this, the status of my application is "Documents Pending". When asked to specify what are the documents pending, I have been told verbally to submit(upload) how my mobile has got damaged on a plain paper and upload it. The reason for damage I have already mentioned and signed in the Autofilled Form and have uploaded it.On calling on the number[protected] i have been told verbally to specify "which pocket of the pant my mobile phone got damaged".and upload it. When asked to specify this querry on email they have refuised to send it on my email, telling that they are not authoried to do so. Eveytime M/s Shot Formats have come up with some or the other querry without specifying it . I feel that I am being harrassed despite fulfilling and uploading all the documents.It is requested to kindly take up the matter and arrange to settle my claim at the earliest, otherwise I will be forced to take a coercive action in the matter.

          hello, I have a very bad experience with Bajaj all risk coverage insurance plan. I bought the plan for my mi a1 mobile phone. Accidentally, the display of the phone got broken and tried all ways to contact with bajaj but failed. Finally got repaired.             Have bought ac from vasanth and co madurai branch. I have been given recept for only 3417 as monthly emi for 8 months bill. But from bajaj finserv thy have collected 3651 for 8 months. When i approached customer support, buyer suppliersbajaj agents no response from them. All cheated me and without my knowledge additional money has been debited from my account. I am going to file a case in consumer court for refund my money. These cheapest customer support i haven't saw from any other cmpny
            Until thy get order from us thy will call as many time thy want. Once provide cheque thy ll collect money from account as much thy want. I have been charged balic premium cd loan. I haven't inform about this additional charge while i purchased ac from shop. This loan added without my knowledge and thy debit money from my account

                My name is afzal khan and i had purchase philips hd ready led tv on 2nd april 2016 from vijay sales, chandan nagar, kharadi, pune.

                The tv mrp is rs.20900/- and i had negotiate with vijay sales manager and he is negotiate to rs.19500/-.

                After finalize the tv amount the vijay sales sales executive handover to bajaj finserv executive mr. Lakhan and mr. Pawar

                He had given me a following breakups:

                Processing fees: rs.650/-
                Down payment: 1000/-
                Emi (Tentative) : rs.1850/- to 1950/-

                I am agree with above options.

                After 2 days i had check with my online bajaj account and i was shock my emi is rs.1950/- and + they are given me the unwanted extended warranty rs.866/- i am really shock without my signature, approval and confirmation how mr. Lakhan/mr.Pawar are activate, given and generate the unwanted extended warranty.


                Also after i calculating the down payment and emi they are charge me extra rs.350/-. After call with mr. Pawar that extra rs.350/- they will ready to give me cash but when i meet him he was saying that we will adjust in emi and not ready to give me cash. This is very frustrating and silly mistake from both of the bajaj executives.


                I had call them multiple time but they are not ready to refund my extra payment amount rs.350/-. Plus i had given them to a "cancelled extended warranty" in return on 15th april 2016 but still that is not solve. When i had call him he was saying that i will do give me today, tomorrow, 3 days 4 days, 1 week but he is not able solve.


                After that i have send the policy cancellation mail to bajaj finserve ([protected]@bajajallianz.Co.In) on 23rd april 2016 they are also not solve my query.


                Here is the policy cancellation request number: 62566523. Still i am not getting any reply from them and still unwanted extended warranty not cancelled.


                I have just wanted to say bajaj finserve executive mr. Lakhan and mr. Pawar are cheated me for rs.350/- and given me unwanted extended warranty rs.866/-


                I request you to please look and to this silly matter and please try to solve asap.

                  This is rizwana my loan no is 405dpf20451532.I have taken mobile phone on bajaj fiserv loan process. That time they forced me for insurance but i haven't take any insurance and not submitted any documents and sign for the insurance. But they added some insurance amount in my account without my permission. After submit the complain they have sent me cancellation mail on my email id (Refer attach file) but still i am getting call for the insurance and they informed me that my insurance is still active and they will be charge for the same in my next month emi. Request you to kindly help me as they are not helping me since 1 month i am facing problem.

I refused to take that insurance it besides they gave me insurance without my permission . They also did signature of mine on form of insurance. I want to cancell that insurance and loan against insurance. Please help me. This is too rediculase.

                      My emi card with Bajaj Finance for consumer durables has been suspended without any intimation to me.
                      I have had the card for more than four years and I have had three loan accounts paid with Bajaj finance without lapses.
                      I have come to know it is suspended via the IVR. I am unable to reach a live person.
                      I did send an email. They have responded saying provide them my cibil.

                        When i purchased sony led, i took ew for 2 years. Its 18 months and there is a problem in my led. I called bajaj customer care. After waiting for 10+ minutes on ivr, they connected to me. They lodged my complaints and told me that my problem will be resolved in next 48 hours. But its more than 72 hours, not even received a single call/sms. Very poor and pathetic... Trying to connect again but roaming on ivr always... Poor and pathetic service.

                        Even after putting my complaints here, if my problem will not be resolved, i will proceed my steps to insurance ombudsman.

                          I am rajesh shetkar from thane. I bought one sony led tv from reliance digital thane branch. My emi amount i is rs. 1330/- but my emi amount deducted (Thru ecs) per month is 2015/- for first six month then rs.1550 for rest of 8 month. Initially i overlooked the issue for several months but one day when i went through the website of bajajfinservlending, found that an extra amount of 685/- being charged on every month because of balic premium cd loan (577bl[protected] and vas services loan (5770vs[protected]. ( i do not understand what it actually is? I was not told anything like this when i bought the products. How is it possible for such a reputed financial service provider like bajaj cheating their customer? Why this extra cost is being associated with my emi amount? Please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted on every month? I want the already deducted amount to be adjusted with all the upcoming emis. Please help!

                              I am Harshad Bhosale residing in ulhasnagar-4.My March emi is bounced because of some financial problem.I told your recovery department to give me 1 more day to pay emi but your collegeous Ms.Sonali chavan behaviour is ridiculous.Her way of talking is too rough she dont have any right to talk roughly with me.

                                  I, Sujit Kumar Sharma applied for personal loan to your dept located at infinity bench mark, sector V, salt lake city, Kolkata- 700091 on 26th December 2015. The loan was sanctioned on 30th December 2015, vide memo no/ application ID – WBF9984753. ( copy of the sanction letter enclosed for your ready reference). But it is a matter of great regret that the sanctioned amount is not credited with my bank account.                                       This is in regard with the loan no: 4260cd21372351. Let me know the filing charges imposed on this account.

                                      Billing amount : 38, 000 inr which includes indoor & outdoor unit of blue star 3star split ac, stabiliser, fitting.

                                      Ac ( i & o unit ) - 35, 000 inr
                                      Stabiliser : 2, 000 inr
                                      Fitting charges : 1, 000 inr

                                      Downpayment : 10, 350 inr

                                      If i exclude the stabiliser & fitting charges which is 3, 000 inr from 10350 inr so downpayment for ac is 7, 350 inr. Total amount which needs to be settled through 8 emis should be 27, 650 inr, splitting it into it should be 3455 inr. After checking the loan statement it states that processing fee is zero ( nil ).

                                      Why i'm paying 100 inr extra every month ? The finance guy told me that there will be 2% to 2.5% charges but why it is not showing on my account.

                                      On asking the person who did the finance he says few things can't be disclosed online as there is various type of charges hidden. I have to visit him for this as he can't mail me the same. Why ? Why processing fees is zero on your customer portal. Extra charges are going to their own wallet. Processing charges and filing charges is one and the same thing as per my knowledge. Why there is no transparency with the consumer on this thing.

                                      Please look into this matter.
