Yesterday on 1 April I paid advance emi of rs. 1334 for the month of April. Got the message that it will be processed in 1 business day.
Today on 2nd April, same amount of rs.1334 deducted again from my bank account for emi. And after a few minutes an amount of rs. 295 deducted for mandate fail?
Although I have enough balance in my bank account.
I request Bajaj to refund my emi and mandate fail amount. And if your system automatically deduct money from bank account on certain date no matter what, than what's the point of advance emi option in your app.

    ₹1902 has been deducted for a cancelled Loan from my account, as a result the emi payment for an active loan could not be completed on the same day due to insufficient funds. Now it is showing an bounce charge of ₹726.
    I request to discard bounce charges as i had sufficient funds in my account but it was the mistake of Bajaj Finserv that wrongly debited amount for a cancelled loan which led to insufficient funds resulting in bounce charges.

      A phone worth of 65000₹ given to some person without my permission on my name and proof and they are asking me to pay the loan..

      My address was at visakhapatnam and they issued a product in tadepalligudem of andhra pradesh.
      They changed bank details also. iam working on other state(kerala) So how can they issue a phone worth of 65000₹ to an unknown person behalf of my name..
      The system of bajaj finserv is totally failed.
      Please help me to get out.

          I recently availed a personal loan from bajaj finserv and my loan account number for the same isP584PGP4018843 . I have been provided with cpp livassist plan and a nuva bupa health insurance with this loan and the amount(4, 699+3, 346) for the same has been deducted from my loan amount. However, i have no need of cpp plan and health policy. Therefore, as i am still in free look period, kindly cancel my cpp plan and health policy and refund me my money back.

            As I have taken a loan of 1, 25, 000rs (Loan account no: 402PSTEJ048446 ) on date[protected] since the day I am paying my EMI 5584 and with all dues and extra charges
            as the agent when he came to offer the loan he said it's for 3 year loan tenure and now its showing 6years

            As since the loan disburses date I am paying my EMI regular excluding pandemic time that also I have paid all the dues

            Till date i have paid around 1, 90, 000rs as this amount is more then the loan given and i am still paying can i know the reason and also this is not legal that rate of intrest was 20% which was reducing now its 34%

            This is not legal as i am paying so this does not mean i will keep on paying this going illegal

            bajaj executive says I have taken monotorum of 5 month so they have increased the tenure for more 2 year what? does this sound with any logic
            and also the executive said ihave to pay for more 2 year with the same emi 5584rs what is bajaj up to ???

            Did your problem get solved? My father is facing the same issue, his loan tenure was for 36 months and now it's snowing 48 months. We also took the moratorium facility.

                  Bajaj Finserv has performed an unauthorized debit transaction in my ICICI savings account.

                  Date: 19th Feb 2022
                  Description: CMS/[protected]/BAJAJ_AUTO_CD_4050CD16
                  Amount: INR 117

                  On checking with the support team, I am informed that the amount has been charged against the annual subscription renewal for the EMI card.

                  However, I never applied for this EMI Card. I do not have possession of this EMI Card and I have never used this EMI Card ever.

                  On raising a complaint, Anusha R, Customer Service Associate, Bajaj Finance Limited. replies on Email dated Tue, Feb 22, 2022 at 6:05 PM saying the card will be blocked and the amount will be refunded to my account.

                  However, since then, I have followed up over email multiple times and I still haven't received the refund amount.

                  I do not have any ongoing financial business relationship with Bajaj. I would like to understand how did Bajaj manage to debit my account without my approval.

                    Dear Bajaj Finance,

                    I received a call from a number [protected] claiming that he is calling from Bajaj Finance. Immediately I said I do not have any requirements.
                    He abused me using the word "Chutiya '' and disconnected the call.
                    Don't you train your employees on the language to be used.
                    If he is not a Bajaj Finance employee, please respond accordingly then I will make a police complaint.
                    Please take action against your employee in the next one week or else I am going to take further action.
                    Expecting your response as soon as possible.

                      I have activated a EMI at Bajaj finserve on 30 th september 2021 for 10 installments. But I have closed the EMI before the due date and now I dont have any liability to a single amount to Bajaj Finserve and I got a NDC also .
                      But after that I m getting calls that my emi is pending and kindly pay it and avoid bounce charges.
                      Whats this nonsense?

                        I am Linta Mary, I have taken a loan from Bajaj Fin serve, Loan no-415PSTED679311 dated on 26/03/2019, for which i have been paying the interest without any delay and faults. I lost my job during the pandemic situations due to which i face many financial crisis, i couldn't make the further payments on time.
                        I have been allowed moratorium and the institution have rescheduled my loan repayment period, iI have been facing a problem due to the bounce charges, I have already requested for the change in EMI dates, this is the reason by i have been paying the bounce charges,
                        I would like to close my loan by paying the rest of my dues provided, i get a relaxation from your bounce charges, so i kindly request you to consider this and take necessary favorable action.

                            Hi team I am Dhinumon. And my sister Dhanyamol has purchased a Vivo x60 pro through Bajaj Finserv Emi and she paid Rs. 5000/-(approx) extra for warranty or some insurance kind of thing. Her mobile phone accidentally fell down from stairs on 1st March 2022. The display got damaged and we approached the Bajaj finserv executive. They verified everything and proceeded for a waranty claim. Today 26th March 2022 still we did not get the claim amount. And we are not getting any proper response from the claim team. It's been one month we couldn't able to use the mobile phone. Kindly help us. Claim no. 00003350

                                  I am not a customer of this company, still they have issued me credit card with the name BFL EMI network card annual and had deducted 117 rs from my other bank account.
                                  I don't know from where they get these bank account details. This is really disgusting . I also to complaint against this company and strict actions to be taken against them. I will raise complaint in RBI also

I was told I would get cashback after 3 successful emi payments.. I haven't received the cashback yet and the company is not answering me properly.. Since last 20 days.. They keep telling me give us 48 hours to look into the issue..
