    Dear sir, Am sivaraj I just want to raise a complaint. I already pay the EMI payment for my tv on 5:12:2015 and also I received the email from you. But again I received the email from gagan to your company as my check is bounce and need to pay as soon as possible otherwise it goes on cibil score. but I checked in bank statement EMI amount was already received from you guys. I can't to repay the amount. So please rectify the issue as soon as possible.

      Hi, Few months back during the process of my personal loan application, I told the approving authority that, I may go abroad as a short term deputation from the current employer and so money required for that. Bajaj rejected that application by saying the person is moving out of the country soon. But, I don't know why Bajaj Finserv thinking this as a risk? Actually, onsite deputation will increase a persons financial stability. Deputation never means a permanent relocation. And we all beware of CIBIL and we have better responsibility to maintain the best credibility. Unfortunately my deputation has been missed and now I allocated to a long term project in my Kochi. I applied the loan again today, and still the Bajaj rejected that application by telling the old reason as I have told before like im going to move out of country. Recently due to brother's marriage house need some maintenance, so i need a loan before this 29th December. I get impressed and believed in the 72 hours cash in bank offer. In this critical time, Bajaj Finserv's this approach making me disappointment. Please consider this again and let me know what can be done on this. I have an existing loans in HDFC and trackers are clear. Im ready to transfer this loan to your company. I have wrote to wecare and they replied as they don't have personal product for non-existing customers. I wondered about this response.           Hi, I would like to bring to your notice that after completing the MODT process for my loan transfer(on 24th nov 2015) the top up loan which was sanctioned 3 months before has reached me with the clearance date already expired .. Your employees are too busy to respond to my calls.. The MODT was completed including this amount . Its almost a month now that I am following up this case looks like you guys are not interested in any customer satisfaction. You have no responsibility to even do a general check against the cheque being delivered . It had expired almost 2 weeks before. You have troubled me for MODT process and finally sent me an expired cheque. These kind of negligence clearly shows you have no responsibilities. I want my MODT to be corrected for the actual value disbursed at the earliest. And i request for the additional amount that I have paid to be reimbursed back to me that I have paid for the uncleared amount. I had point out the name of my irrresponsible area sales managers name Abilash here, who doesnt even care to take care of our concerns. People like these in your organizations will never let any o[censored] r customers to continue the relationship. A good reponse plays a major role to stick to one provider ..As I myself have decided to move away for Bajaj FinServ seems they are not trustworthy and have no responsibilities at all.           Also I have asked for the Top Up Loan to be bought in my name instead of the car loan account. I have already paid part of my car loan account and I need the top up only in my name .. If you could not process it then please dont waste my time and change the MODT value as I need to transfer my loan account to a different provider who is flexible for my needs and are responsible.

Request to Bajaj Fin Service to stop Harassment with their Repetitive phone calls regarding personal loans.               I have purchased a Samsung LED from EP Electronic Paradise Pvt Ltd vide Invoice No. DK/R-2357/2015-16 Dated 01.11.2015 for Rs. 21000/- on EMI from Bajaj Finserv vide their Loan Account No. 4010CD16379222 with EMI for Rs. 2100/-. My first EMI due on 05.12.2015 for Rs. 2100/= which was honoured. But one EMI for Rs. 2800/= is also presented by Bajaj Finserv. I have made the complaint with Bajaj Finserv as well HDFC bank. But I do not receive any response from both of them. Please look into the matter

                  I have consumer loan account with bajaj finserv, the account number is : 405EWP[protected]For insurance) & 405SCE[protected]For mobile loan). Last week someone stolen my mobile phone. However, I have raised complaint in police station. When i enrolled with Bajaj Finserv i received a call from bajaj insurance in which sales executive has offered me the "Mobile insurance" which covers theft and damage claims in 1, 100 INR, So i accepted. But it is very disappointing when I paid all of those EMI for insurance consistently and now when I claimed for insurance those people lacking with there departmental communication. and now they are saying it is extended warranty. who will buy extended warranty for mobile phone!!.. what they think about customer ! Making false commitment on call to cell stupid product. my biggest mistake to apply for this. they are saying they have 0% interest rate but only for one EMI due they have charged me around 1000 INR. disgusting People!!.. "FRAUD PEOPLE FRAUD COMPANY"

                      We bought refrigerator in 2009 with bajaj finance hyderabad punjagutta in 9 EMIS and we received NOC also on refrigerator.we don't know about insurance on refrigerator. We did not login into bajaj finance.after 6 years they make a call and arras us as you have to pay 57000 for the loan in bajaj finance .then we login to bajaj finance and check the details, in which they created insurance for 740, for that they received 300 and for remain 440 they charged 57000.financially they received 10000 from us as insurance.bajaj finances company cheated us.public have to know how Baja company cheated public.We want Justice from bajaj finance .they return back my money.

                        We bought two consumer durable product from shakti electronics-Ahmedabad and experience is worst ever we had. Bajaj person is not having process knowledge. He is representing this brand and i am having 4th Loan with this group. He talked with my sister on high tone with rude behavior which i will take it forward with police complaint. Being in service industry Bajaj finserve have asked us to visit customer care and response is not proper at all. It's very unprofessional approach and want executive from bajaj to resolve issue.(PENDING ECS MANDATE FORM) also company have given us threat to report issue in CIBIL...This is most powerful tool to use against loyal customers! Will meet their regional head soon and give another update on this!

                            Attention- Grievance Redressal Team, Bajaj Finserv This email is to inform you that I, PROSENJIT PODDER am holding Gold EMI Card ending no 0330 where validity period- 02/13 & valid thru 02/18. In the month of October'15, purchased SAMSUNG MOBILE A7, from Great Eastern, Nagerbazar, Kolkata & 1st loan amount of Rs 2230/- being credited on time, i.e 05/12/2015. In fact I have been taken many consumer durables from Bajaj Finserv & have paid them all on time. Their is no incident of defaulting history. I am planning to purchase SAMSUNG MOBILE A8, from Samsung Café, at Chandni Chawk, EMALL, but while log in load request for approval, they have inform my EMI Card has been temporary suspended & the reasons are best known to you. This is really frustrating & disappointing to me & failed to understand why the card has been blocked. However, request you to re-activate the said card at earliest.                               Sir, I Nagaraj S/o. Shankarappa, Arkasali, from Hubli, bearing account No.[protected], I had availed loan facility on one Onida TV from Bajaj Finserv, and meanwhile i had given 8 PDC, and 7 PDC was cleared on date, but one last PDC has been return, but while cheque has came to my bank i was maintaind sufficent balance in my account, after cheque return Bajaj Finserv people has contact me and adviced to pay cheque amount along with cheque bounce and other charges, and i requested them please let me know the cheque bounce reason also i asked return cheque also, after that till day nobady has not approcned to me. But today i received a call from Mumbai police station saying that, Bajaj Finserv people has filed 138 case against me, i was ready to pay cheque amount on that day itself and today also i am ready to pay cheque amount, several time i visited to your branch office but i didn't get proper responce, now i am readhy to pay my cheque amount please let me know wheare i have to pay and settle the account.

So i gave it for service near my office in kln bajaj in ambattur because it was not starting. And they had my vehicle for a weeks time And charged me Re 401. it was perfctly fine ony for 20 kms. and after that same issue.

                                  I am B Harikrishna from Warangal. I bought one LG Washing Machine from Anil Electronics, warangal Chowrasta, Warangal. For the products EMI amount is 1209 but my EMI amount deducted (thru ECS) per month is 1558/- which is more than the amount what it supposed to be. Initially I overlooked the issue for several months but one day when I went through the website of bajajfinservlending, found that an extra amount of 277/- being charged on every month because of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (592BAL[protected]. I do not understand what it actually is? I was not told anything like this when I bought those products. Why this extra cost is being associated with my EMI amount also i have not got any document regarding this as well? Please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted on every month?                                     Bajaj Finserv Lending - EMI CARD BLOCKED

                                    This email is to inform you that I am holding a platinum EMI Card no : [protected] with Bajajfinserv. Recently my loan amount was cleared and i have not been received any confirmation email or letter from you. Infact I have taken so many loans form Bajaj and have paid them all. I have had a very good history with Bajaj and have paid all my loans to date and that was the reason Bajaj gave me a platinum emi card.
                                    Now my issue is my EMI Card has been blocked without any prior intimation. was not even aware about it that my card has been blocked. I have been always paying the ecs in time. And when one day few weeks back when i tried to purchase Consumer Durable, I was been informed that my card is blocked. I felt so annoyed and insulted at the shop, atleast they could have informed me over that they have blocked the card for such a small reason so I would not have gone to take any product only.
                                    They have also suggested me to purchase the product by producing the documents, I even did that and my loan was rejected. Customer care is unable to give me the reason for it.

                                    However I request you to please activate my EMI Card so that i can use your services and i also promise you that they wont be any bounce back from my end. I have been a loyal customer and I should be given a second chance.

                                    This is really frustrating and disappointing to me I really dont understand that why my card has been blocked, when I have paid all my loans and I have no dues pending now, you would have activated my card instantly and which was not done yet.
                                    Would request you to kindly check my history and records too with Bajaj which will clearly show my good record. Humble request to you to kindly re-activate my card again and in case if there is any error or mistake from my end again then you can immediately block the card. Also if activation of this card is not possible then kindly send me a new card.

                                    I would be highly obliged.

                                        As said in the ref: Its been more than 14 days now, I had lodged a Complaint with Bajaj Finserv, but still it is not resolved. I have called the customer care several time but still the issue is not resolved. Case- Some fraud person has misused my card and purchased a Mobile worth 51500/- from one of the electronic shops (Spice Retail Limited, shop No.433/1, G.T.Road North, Mandirtala, Howrah Mobile No.[protected]) (Dealer code 40716) I was surprised to see the Bajaj Finserv- Loan a/c 410DPF17253351 has been generated and the EMI Due Date is showing[protected]Loan Account 410DPF17253351 Loan Amount 51, 500.00 EMI Amount 5, 150.00 Tenor(In Months 10 EMI Due Date start from[protected].) This is the WORST experience I have ever had in my life. This is mental harassment. I have wasted lot of time in talking with Bajaj Finserv executives. I had reported this issue immediately to Bajaj Finserve Saltlake Kolkata office for the Verification (against this purchase) on 27-Nov-2015. and the customer care assured me that don't worry the Loan account will NOT be generated because there is no verification call and no OTP or Product delivery message to my registered mobile from Bajaj Finserve, (This indicates some involvement of bajaj employee) They assured me that the matter will be resolved in 2 or 3 days i.e within 30th Nov'2015. I was assured that the issue will be resolved but when I recheck my Bajaj Finserv login portal on 01_Dec_2015, I was surprised to see the Loan a/c 410DPF17253351 has been generated and the EMI Due Date is showing[protected]. I have received call & message from Bank that cheque is appear for clearance but due to no balance in a/c, it was bounced and I have to deposit Rs. 5150/= ( Five Thousand One Hundred Fifty) immediately for EMI where as I have not purchased or booked the above said Mobile. I am not feeling well and going to depression as a result my job is very much effected due above reason.
