I have taken Home loan from Bajaj Finserv at ROI 10.25 and the loan lending managers promised 1% cash back after completing one year.

Now I did not receive that 1% cash back and the managers Srinivas Bhendre & Ravi never responded to my mails/calls to complain on this.

Further I found the ROI got changed from 10.25 to 10.47 without prior notice and intimation though RBI has reduced the ROI for home loans.

I spoke to customer care and they are now asking me to pay 13K rupees to revert back the ROI and rejected to register a complaint of getting back/Adjusting the extra amount paid by me for the whole year

    Sad day !!!

    1) You guys have blocked the EMI card though, it was not a my fault. I had a enough balance in my account still it was not deducted due to your fault.

    2) I got a call from your guys on 28th August 2015 from Pune saying i had been eligible for personal loan of 78thousand .. Later, i agreed for that and submitted the documents for the same. Unfortunately, when they called up for televerification to my office ..the very next day ..i had to leave office as it was my last date from the organisation. However, the person received the call stated the same. I had an assumtion saying it was approved but i didnt know that it was rejected untill i had to confirm on[protected] after hell lot of times trying .. They never receive the call on this #. Its your responsiblity to inform me about the status rather than we asking you guys... Finally, what i found to know is that ... It was rejected as i left the organisation.

    3) Couple of days after got a call from the same number and asked me to submit my salary slip of current company which i submitted on time ...but till date ..nobody has updated me as to what happened ???? Nothing

    4) If it was rejected ...professionally the documents should be send back to me.

    5) Till date...i have not received either my documents or status of my personal loan.

    6) I am giving a deadline of 48hours. If i dont receive my documents within this time. I am gonna put you behind the bars...whomever involved on this.

        It happened on 9th Oct 2015: Dear Sir In-spite of my clearing every due on time for all my different Loans from Bajaj Finserve I have received this following message yesterday from Bajaj: "We regret to inform you that your EMI Preferred Card has been temporarily blocked as per terms and conditions of the company." The message I received yesterday at 7.58 pm. Pl clarify under what company policy you are blocking my EMI card. I want immediate clarification since it may reflect badly on my CBIL rating. Regards MANJEETSINGH TARLOKSINGH MAHL And Again it happened on 29/11/2015: Dear Sir In-spite of my clearing every due on time for all my different Loans from Bajaj Finserve I have received this following message yesterday from Bajaj: "We regret to inform you that your EMI Preferred Card has been temporarily blocked as per terms and conditions of the company."         And Again it happened on 29/11/2015:
        Dear Sir
        The reason for keeping the trailing mail with this mail is sheer frustration of how your automated system behaves making total harassment to consumers.
        On this Sunday I had approached Furniture Plaza Kalyan to purchase a Godrej Almira urgently since I was moving out of station and wanted to safely keep my costly belongings.But when your agent swiped the card, the card was blocked and I was continuously receiving messages for entering correct pin which was not the case. The agent entered whatever info, only twice. Your fellow at other end told the Bajaj Ahent that card can only be unblocked after 48 hrs. I could not made the purchase and was totally frustrated. Repeated requests for unblocking card (of no fault of mine) were rudely rebuffed.I am enclosing snapshots of your silly system log which shows login attempts which never happened.
        Also you can see how glitch in your system deprived me of the purchase, while immediately I logged into my account and there it was showing the EMI card status as Active.I shown this to your representative at shop but he did not botherand asked me to wait for 48 hrs after which card will be unblocked.
        Please go through the trailing mail where i had already suffered the same.
        Pl tell that such things will keep on repeating or will you pl. rectify your automated system. Also pl. inform the real status of my card.
        Moreover you people are constantly pestering my mail account for some personal loans, which I do not require.Is this the reason that you treat your customers like this.

          My phone number is [protected], I have purchased a fridge last year with help of Bajaj finance and have completed the payment without any problem, but after that everyday I'm getting 5 or more phone calls nagging me with loan offers, after politely rejecting the offer many times and asking the officials to not call me because I'm not interested for as long as I can remember, im being pushed to the breaking point. For the last time I don't want loan, stop calling me.. If the get any more calls I'll move to consumer court. I have all the call list. I hope this will put an end to my suffering.. Thank you.

            Respected sir, After repeated followup regarding my card there is no response from your end. My name Namrata.M.Aher and my card no is [protected] is blocked but I have repeated told that problem was from your side you have presented 2 emi in a month which was dishonoured because I didn't had any idea about it bajajfinserv also had send me a letter of apology regarding the same and send me back my amount by cheque then also I am suffering. Is this kind of service do you provide to your customers I am very upset with the service. Please look into the sameand reply me as soon as possible. Please tell me what is the problem from my end.               I applied for a personal loan in Bajaj finserv, it got approved in two days (in words only) I following up for a month with representatives, manager etc. But nobody care about that, they are not picking my phone calls too. Why I am following with this poor customer service guys? Because, I signed all loan agreement and reply the loan confirmation mails. If I go to other banks for this loan process, in case Bajaj also responded at that time, it will be big headache for me. So my kind advice and suggestion to all who are applying personal loan in Bajaj finserv is, if you don't have any commitment of fund, then you can apply in Bajaj finserv and sit relaxly for a couple of months to get your fund.

                I am saji kumar from kerala. I bought one mobile from attinkara electrical chenganoor. For the products EMI amount is 1, 292.00 but my EMI amount deducted (thru ECS) per month is 1826/- which is more than the amount what it supposed to be. Initially I overlooked the issue for several months but one day when I went through the website of bajajfinservlending, found that an extra amount of 534/- being charged on every month because of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (5L8BAL[protected]. I do not understand what it actually is? I was not told anything like this when I bought those products. Why this extra cost is being associated with my EMI amount also i have not got any document regarding this as well? Please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted on every month? When your executive and mention i am eligible for x amt loan, post collection of docs, crossed cheques, id's n salary slips, i should get the loan disbursal and not refuse mentioning that i work for a real estate co. And you dont give loans to real estate employees !!!

I would like to inform you that I have a Bajaj Finserv Card ([protected]) with the name Ankit Mishra, through witch I bought a Refrigerator from Riliance Digital Lucknow in the month of January 2015 for that I was supposed to get charged 1125 on monthly basis, however I got charged 2250/- for six months 1125/month for the purchase I did and 1100/month against the loan (456BAL[protected] that I am not aware of even. Please refer the attachment above, same is reflecting in my account but I have not applied for any such loan. According to me I got charged 1100/month extra for continuous six months. Your BFL CD loan has been booked on[protected] with Loan a/c No. 4060CD17492262 for Rs. 40950.00 (including down-payment if any). Your first EMI of Rs. 2275.00 will be due on[protected]. For more details of your loan click here: http://bfin.in/?9DC4BB" I have never applied any loan nor booked from Bajaj Finace. Above mentioned Loan account is not related to any of my family. Kindly update your database and make sure that no amount will be deducted from my any of account otherwise I will take serious action.                       I have never applied any loan nor created any login from Bajaj Finace.

                      Above mentioned Loan account is not related to any of my family.

                      Kindly update your database and make sure that no amount will be deducted from my any of account and I will never receive such kind of messages otherwise I will take serious action.

                      Acknowledge this mail after correction your database within two days. Take on urgent priority.

                            I had brought to notice that my bank account is going to change but still why do I have to pay EMI in cash. I had come to office to early to drop a cheque of the EMI amount. But still the cheque was rejected and asked for cash. Fake people you are. Giving wrong information to customers is illegal.

                                HI team, I brought some furniture from Bantia Furniture, Attapur, Hyderabad. It was damaged. I approached both bajaj and bantia and raised it. I stopped paying my EMI's to bajaj later on as they disconnected my call everytime i tried to reach them. Now they asking me to pay complete amount or a case will be lodgged in delhi high court and and harrasing everyday with lots of calls.

                                      My name is Rajesh Bhalerao Dear sir, My name is Rajesh Bhalerao my loan account no. is 5770CD06209413 First I want to tell you bajaj executive in Vijay sales dombivli did mistake and he start my emi from my old account which is already closed and I already given him cheque of another bank And because of this mistake my emi bounced many time n my emi card card is blocked by company 2months before I got call from executive that if you pay our full penalties we will start your card in 15 days and after that I paid my full penalty but still my card is block n both collection department executive n thane branch executive not responding me properly Because of him I suffer problem n also my sibil record damaged. They charged penalty to me, n that penalty I already paid.. Imexecutive give false commitment to me that we will start your card within 15days if you pay your full penalty.. ..why should I face penalty's for his mistake.. Because of co. mistake my sibil badly damage who will pay for that..

                                      Bajaj Finance department called me for same and they are only telling me that as per our co. Policy we can't do anything because your emi bounced for several months but they are not excepting mistake done by executive in Vijay sales.because of him today my total cibil record damage n i can't get any loan because of this,
                                      Also they charge penalties for this.
                                      I m totally frustrated and because of this loan.
                                      And I m not getting proper answer from any one.
