In May/2015, I bought LG airconditioner and refridgerator from Kings Electronics (Airoli) and i have financed by Bajaj Finance. As per plan, they have given me the details that one EMI is 2249 rs and second EMI is 1550. But on 02/Jun/2015, they have deducted 3541 rs. from my bank account and on 06/Jun/2015, they called me and said your amount has been bounced and you have to pay again and I paid 2249 again on same day. I have cleared all oustanding loan amount through foreclosure, paid through transfer of funds to loan account using company portal. However, Bajaj Fin serv failed to update last two months EMIs paid, and kept on sending higher ECS, and charged late fees and bounce fee, whcih is not valid.
