Attention- Grievance Redressal Team, Bajaj Finserv This email is to inform you that I, PROSENJIT PODDER am holding Gold EMI Card ending no 0330 where validity period- 02/13 & valid thru 02/18. In the month of October'15, purchased SAMSUNG MOBILE A7, from Great Eastern, Nagerbazar, Kolkata & 1st loan amount of Rs 2230/- being credited on time, i.e 05/12/2015. In fact I have been taken many consumer durables from Bajaj Finserv & have paid them all on time. Their is no incident of defaulting history. I am planning to purchase SAMSUNG MOBILE A8, from Samsung Café, at Chandni Chawk, EMALL, but while log in load request for approval, they have inform my EMI Card has been temporary suspended & the reasons are best known to you. This is really frustrating & disappointing to me & failed to understand why the card has been blocked. However, request you to re-activate the said card at earliest. I expect a confirmatory mail on this in return mail & confirming the status on priority. Thanking you & awaiting you early response please. Prosenjit Podder

    Sir, I Nagaraj S/o. Shankarappa, Arkasali, from Hubli, bearing account No.[protected], I had availed loan facility on one Onida TV from Bajaj Finserv, and meanwhile i had given 8 PDC, and 7 PDC was cleared on date, but one last PDC has been return, but while cheque has came to my bank i was maintaind sufficent balance in my account, after cheque return Bajaj Finserv people has contact me and adviced to pay cheque amount along with cheque bounce and other charges, and i requested them please let me know the cheque bounce reason also i asked return cheque also, after that till day nobady has not approcned to me. But today i received a call from Mumbai police station saying that, Bajaj Finserv people has filed 138 case against me, i was ready to pay cheque amount on that day itself and today also i am ready to pay cheque amount, several time i visited to your branch office but i didn't get proper responce, now i am readhy to pay my cheque amount please let me know wheare i have to pay and settle the account.

      Hi I am raghul from chennai. I have a bajaj pusar Rs 200 Which i had a problem last week. So i gave it for service near my office in kln bajaj in ambattur because it was not starting. And they had my vehicle for a weeks time And charged me Re 401. it was perfctly fine ony for 20 kms. and after that same issue.

        Insurance policy cancellation for (along with personal loan, they charged insurance policy)

        Hi Sir, As i have taken a Personal loan from bajaj finserve, along with that they issued a insurance policy which is not useful to me. as i raised many times to cancell the insurance policy, they are telling in way i.e. this is mandatory i need to continue policy for one year even though not interested. Bajaj is forcing me to continue the insurance policy. As i raised mails many times no response from them. Please take action against...

        I am B Harikrishna from Warangal. I bought one LG Washing Machine from Anil Electronics, warangal Chowrasta, Warangal. For the products EMI amount is 1209 but my EMI amount deducted (thru ECS) per month is 1558/- which is more than the amount what it supposed to be. Initially I overlooked the issue for several months but one day when I went through the website of bajajfinservlending, found that an extra amount of 277/- being charged on every month because of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (592BAL[protected]. I do not understand what it actually is? I was not told anything like this when I bought those products. Why this extra cost is being associated with my EMI amount also i have not got any document regarding this as well? Please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted on every month? I want the already deducted amount to be adjusted with all the upcoming EMIs. Please help! Regards, B Harikrishna [protected]

          Bajaj Finserv Lending - EMI CARD BLOCKED

          This email is to inform you that I am holding a platinum EMI Card no : [protected] with Bajajfinserv. Recently my loan amount was cleared and i have not been received any confirmation email or letter from you. Infact I have taken so many loans form Bajaj and have paid them all. I have had a very good history with Bajaj and have paid all my loans to date and that was the reason Bajaj gave me a platinum emi card.
          Now my issue is my EMI Card has been blocked without any prior intimation. was not even aware about it that my card has been blocked. I have been always paying the ecs in time. And when one day few weeks back when i tried to purchase Consumer Durable, I was been informed that my card is blocked. I felt so annoyed and insulted at the shop, atleast they could have informed me over that they have blocked the card for such a small reason so I would not have gone to take any product only.
          They have also suggested me to purchase the product by producing the documents, I even did that and my loan was rejected. Customer care is unable to give me the reason for it.

          However I request you to please activate my EMI Card so that i can use your services and i also promise you that they wont be any bounce back from my end. I have been a loyal customer and I should be given a second chance.

          This is really frustrating and disappointing to me I really dont understand that why my card has been blocked, when I have paid all my loans and I have no dues pending now, you would have activated my card instantly and which was not done yet.
          Would request you to kindly check my history and records too with Bajaj which will clearly show my good record. Humble request to you to kindly re-activate my card again and in case if there is any error or mistake from my end again then you can immediately block the card. Also if activation of this card is not possible then kindly send me a new card.

          I would be highly obliged.

              As said in the ref: Its been more than 14 days now, I had lodged a Complaint with Bajaj Finserv, but still it is not resolved. I have called the customer care several time but still the issue is not resolved. Case- Some fraud person has misused my card and purchased a Mobile worth 51500/- from one of the electronic shops (Spice Retail Limited, shop No.433/1, G.T.Road North, Mandirtala, Howrah Mobile No.[protected]) (Dealer code 40716) I was surprised to see the Bajaj Finserv- Loan a/c 410DPF17253351 has been generated and the EMI Due Date is showing[protected]Loan Account 410DPF17253351 Loan Amount 51, 500.00 EMI Amount 5, 150.00 Tenor(In Months 10 EMI Due Date start from[protected].) This is the WORST experience I have ever had in my life. This is mental harassment. I have wasted lot of time in talking with Bajaj Finserv executives. I had reported this issue immediately to Bajaj Finserve Saltlake Kolkata office for the Verification (against this purchase) on 27-Nov-2015. and the customer care assured me that don't worry the Loan account will NOT be generated because there is no verification call and no OTP or Product delivery message to my registered mobile from Bajaj Finserve, (This indicates some involvement of bajaj employee) They assured me that the matter will be resolved in 2 or 3 days i.e within 30th Nov'2015. I was assured that the issue will be resolved but when I recheck my Bajaj Finserv login portal on 01_Dec_2015, I was surprised to see the Loan a/c 410DPF17253351 has been generated and the EMI Due Date is showing[protected]. I have received call & message from Bank that cheque is appear for clearance but due to no balance in a/c, it was bounced and I have to deposit Rs. 5150/= ( Five Thousand One Hundred Fifty) immediately for EMI where as I have not purchased or booked the above said Mobile. I am not feeling well and going to depression as a result my job is very much effected due above reason.

                I have purchased a Samsung LED TV 32" this month through your finance executive at Sathya. Your executive asked me to pay a down payment of Rs. 3400 and I did. I have the receipt for the payment with me. But when I logged in to my account it says that I have made a down payment of Rs.2900 and have to pay the remaining. I have complained to bajaj finserv regarding the issue and it's been five weeks now the issue is not yet resolved. they don't have a customer support number to talk to. even their email support is very lazy.
                Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                    My loan a/c as state is 408BAL14148267. I have opted for a consumer durable (SONY 4K TV) loan which I have been paying regularly through ECS. But suddenly out of no where another "BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN" is added without my prior permission and knowledge and EMIs for the same are being added to my existing loan. I have asked for the details of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN to your customer care team to CANCEL the same and they have not provided the same in spite of repeated mails. One day they have wrongly attached some one Else's details. I did not get valid reason for my problem and I am quite disappointed by the behavior and accessibility of your customer service. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

                        I have recently purchased a T.V on Bajaj Finserv. I have completed all the process for the Emi part. Every month my ECS is also been deducted from my bank. Now its almost my 6th ECS will be deducted this month, but still i didn't recieved my Bajaj Finserv card. i tried calling the bajaj finserv customer care but they ask for customer id which i don't have with me. Please, help me out with this. I have to purchase my further things, for which i require the card.

                            I have taken Home loan from Bajaj Finserv at ROI 10.25 and the loan lending managers promised 1% cash back after completing one year.

                            Now I did not receive that 1% cash back and the managers Srinivas Bhendre & Ravi never responded to my mails/calls to complain on this.

                            Further I found the ROI got changed from 10.25 to 10.47 without prior notice and intimation though RBI has reduced the ROI for home loans.

                            I spoke to customer care and they are now asking me to pay 13K rupees to revert back the ROI and rejected to register a complaint of getting back/Adjusting the extra amount paid by me for the whole year

                              Sad day !!!

                              1) You guys have blocked the EMI card though, it was not a my fault. I had a enough balance in my account still it was not deducted due to your fault.

                              2) I got a call from your guys on 28th August 2015 from Pune saying i had been eligible for personal loan of 78thousand .. Later, i agreed for that and submitted the documents for the same. Unfortunately, when they called up for televerification to my office ..the very next day ..i had to leave office as it was my last date from the organisation. However, the person received the call stated the same. I had an assumtion saying it was approved but i didnt know that it was rejected untill i had to confirm on[protected] after hell lot of times trying .. They never receive the call on this #. Its your responsiblity to inform me about the status rather than we asking you guys... Finally, what i found to know is that ... It was rejected as i left the organisation.

                              3) Couple of days after got a call from the same number and asked me to submit my salary slip of current company which i submitted on time ...but till date ..nobody has updated me as to what happened ???? Nothing

                              4) If it was rejected ...professionally the documents should be send back to me.

                              5) Till date...i have not received either my documents or status of my personal loan.

                              6) I am giving a deadline of 48hours. If i dont receive my documents within this time. I am gonna put you behind the bars...whomever involved on this.

                                  It happened on 9th Oct 2015: Dear Sir In-spite of my clearing every due on time for all my different Loans from Bajaj Finserve I have received this following message yesterday from Bajaj: "We regret to inform you that your EMI Preferred Card has been temporarily blocked as per terms and conditions of the company." The message I received yesterday at 7.58 pm. Pl clarify under what company policy you are blocking my EMI card. I want immediate clarification since it may reflect badly on my CBIL rating.                                   Dear Sir
                                  The reason for keeping the trailing mail with this mail is sheer frustration of how your automated system behaves making total harassment to consumers.
                                  On this Sunday I had approached Furniture Plaza Kalyan to purchase a Godrej Almira urgently since I was moving out of station and wanted to safely keep my costly belongings.But when your agent swiped the card, the card was blocked and I was continuously receiving messages for entering correct pin which was not the case. The agent entered whatever info, only twice. Your fellow at other end told the Bajaj Ahent that card can only be unblocked after 48 hrs. I could not made the purchase and was totally frustrated. Repeated requests for unblocking card (of no fault of mine) were rudely rebuffed.I am enclosing snapshots of your silly system log which shows login attempts which never happened.
                                  Also you can see how glitch in your system deprived me of the purchase, while immediately I logged into my account and there it was showing the EMI card status as Active.I shown this to your representative at shop but he did not botherand asked me to wait for 48 hrs after which card will be unblocked.
                                  Please go through the trailing mail where i had already suffered the same.
                                  Pl tell that such things will keep on repeating or will you pl. rectify your automated system. Also pl. inform the real status of my card.
                                  Moreover you people are constantly pestering my mail account for some personal loans, which I do not require.Is this the reason that you treat your customers like this.

                                    My phone number is [protected], I have purchased a fridge last year with help of Bajaj finance and have completed the payment without any problem, but after that everyday I'm getting 5 or more phone calls nagging me with loan offers, after politely rejecting the offer many times and asking the officials to not call me because I'm not interested for as long as I can remember, im being pushed to the breaking point. For the last time I don't want loan, stop calling me.. If the get any more calls I'll move to consumer court. I have all the call list. I hope this will put an end to my suffering.. Thank you.

My name Namrata.M.Aher and my card no is [protected] is blocked but I have repeated told that problem was from your side you have presented 2 emi in a month which was dishonoured because I didn't had any idea about it bajajfinserv also had send me a letter of apology regarding the same and send me back my amount by cheque then also I am suffering.
