      I have purchased IFB washing machine through Bajaj finance on 19/10/2021. While purchasing this product they promised me I will get 5000 cash back after paying 3 successfull EMI's but I paid 5 successfull EMI's till now but still I did not received cash back.
      Every time I visit the bajaj electronics branch(kondapur-Hyderabad) they are keep on saying I will get in next 10 days but that was not happened. Please look into this issue and process my cashback as soon as possible.

        My customer id:[protected]. I have bought redme 10prime on emi from bajaj finance on[protected]. Now i want to cancel the extended warranty of cpp asset care policy.

        My asset care policy number is 401MPDHY189230, my emi will start from 02-april-2022 so do it fast. Please cancel cpp asset care policy.

        Also i tried to update my email id through bajaj finance customer login but not able to update at my end so please update email id-[[protected]@gmail.com]

            Cpp asset care scam/fraud

            Purchased a mobile phone from amazon on bajaj finserv emi card(no cost emi).
            now the app shows a cpp asset care insurance of 2110 which i didn't opt for.
            there is no agreement about me opting for cpp asset care, please remove that unnecessary insurance from my account...

            My name is Hritesh Saha, I bought a Pulser 125 Neon on february 2020 and paid 50% in cash and the rest was EMI Rs 3574/- per month. And I have paid the EMI every month without fail and completed on april 2021. But till now I have not received NOC for completion of EMI.

              Hello sir, im one of the customer using bajaj finserv past 8 months. i have 4 Emi loans under my name each one has bought in different time periods in 8 months time.i was paying my emi dues regularly but i had very extreme situation in this month (march 2022) cant pay but the collection executives are torching me daily to pay my Emi due with penalty. im literally begging them for asking time and i can pay next month sure. the executives are very rude of handling customers and im not satisfy about this bajaj .. i have only 3 Emi pending out of 15..if anyone see this complaint kindly do one favor not all can be rich here give some to customers. we gave every proof of ours at th time of purchase we cant escape from this..be kind to real people..thanks

                I have made purchase under the loan a/c from Bajaj: Loan A/c No.[protected] and in Pandemic - 2020 i lost my job and as govt has given an option of Moratorium and i have also requested Bajaj to apply the same to my account but they have failed to do so and every month the payment has hit my account and bounced and when emailed to customer care email they said that moratorium has been applied and charges wont be there and you will get the messages but not to worry as those will removed. However after 2 months of time i started getting collection calls and also explained to many people that its not my mistake and moratorium has not been applied to the loan account but no one understood my problem and my credit has been effected and if anyone checks the history then you can clearly make out that iam a regular payee and i paid loans much ahead of their times. Because of this stupid loan now the charges have been levied for 14k because of their mistake and asking me to pay off total which is unfair and my ask is Bajaj should waive all charges and should send a report to CIBIL clarifying the issue and the credit should show correctly and then iam ready to pay my remaining amounts.

                To add this i started paying the amounts when i got my job back in August and in Jan 2021 they have deducted 3 emi's at a time without even informing to me, and received harrassing calls from collections and explained issue to many people but no one even took ownership to solve my issue.

                Kindly help me getting this solved if not iam ready to go to next level.

                  Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction.

                          I have been charged 4999/- as credit vidya fees and 4999/- as Flexi Fee. Which was never informed or i am aware of.
                          I dont want any credit vidya report or never I was informed about this. Even in their fees and charges structure in portal, there is no such detail mentioned.While talking to Sales executives they misleaded and passed wrong information and created unnecessary sense o[censored]rgency to fill up the agreement.
                          Kindly, look into this and take the needful action so that I can get my hard earn money back.
                          Bank is fooling and misleading people and playing with their situations which is completely wrong. PLEASE HELP!!

                          Or else I will raise this to RBI soon...Big scam is going on.

                              I'm Dr. Bhuvaneshwari P from Bangalore, Karnataka. I paid my March EMI on the 27th of Feb, 2022. I received a message from Bajaj for a bouncing/overdue charge of Rs.450 on 04/02/2022 at 10:33 am and another message on 07/02/2022 even after early payment. I contacted Customer support on 7th March for the same issue and they mentioned that the charges will be waived off ("I have the recording of that") as it's the 1st EMI.
                              Today i.e. 8th March 2022 amount of Rs.450 was deducted from my bank by Bajaj Finance Limited for the dishonor charge without my consent. I request you to refund the money as I had already done an early payment. I had not received any notice/information that I shouldn't pay early on 27th Feb.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I brought the above products through online on the above date along with one year extended warranty.
                                On 27th Oct we installed the item in bathroom but not in working condition. So we complained your customer care on 1st Nov. 2021, call no. KUN [protected]-1, your service man attended he opened the products and repaired. This means the product is already complained the product before using, there for he opened and repaired the same.

                                Again it was complained and phone to your customer care on 31st Dec.2021 vide call no KUN[protected]-1 and the same service man came the next day and rectified the issue.
                                Again the products got complained on 3rd March 2022 vide call No. KUN[protected]-1, and again complained to customer care and the same person came on 05. 03. 2022 and rectified the problem. Today at 6.15 pm I have taken some hot water ( Approx. 4-5 Ltr.) even after stopping the water supply the geaser kept on burning, we were unable to switch it off.
                                The cylinder was kept in Balcony and we were unable to turn off immediately, I had a narrow escape from the bathroom and turn off the cylinder. The house was filled with smoke and bad smell. My wife is an Asthma patient and had to suffer a lot because of this.
                                I am worried what would have happened to my children if they were in place.
                                On 3rd March the product was not working, I informed the customer care and other upper level staff and requested them to replace the products because from the beginning we are facing lot of problems with it.

                                As per my request on 3rd complaint customer care give your senior person no. for upper level complained her no.is [protected]. Dramatically she told me that she is not the right person for this type case(then why should the customer care given the number to me for wasting our time??? She tell me that Haryana head is one other person and his no. is [protected] and call to him and complained. Yes I have called to this person and told that is possible to change the product and installed to new one and back to my money because I am your one of the customer and I believe I can ask to change the complained products and or back to my money, because you not given the products in free of cost. He told me that “I am not in the correct person for attending the complained even change the products or back to money. If the person is not responsibility why should give his no. to me?

                                  5 days before top up is sanctioned but they deducted extra amount excluding processing fee. Sales manager will not respond to the call once they deducted amount. This is all fraud. This is second time we are facing this issue

                                    I have purchased my Samsung phone through Bajaj emi digital store through Bajaj Finserv app. There was offer listed which says that after paying first 3 emi payment cashback of Rs 1000/- with be paid. I carefully entered the promo code of that offer & then follow the procedure to complete the transaction. Order was completed & phone was delivered. But even after 5 successful emi payments, no cashback is provided. This is clearly cheating/fraud. This is unacceptable. Provide me the applet authority contact number or should I have to file complaint to Consume Forum?

                                      I'd request to cancel the R shield insurance premium membership at the earliest.
                                      How could you debit 600 rupees for this insurance with out contacting or confirming with the user whether they want it or not.
                                      I'm totally unhappy with this behaviour. Please cancel this.
