Hi,

I am raising this complaint on behalf of my house hold worker.
She had been given a personal loan from Bajaj Finserv
Loan Acc. no - 402PSTFE274313 of about 1 Lakh, at a interest rate of 33.92%,
She is regularly paying her EMIs on time for almost 3 years now,
She had applied the loan through some agent, who did not tell her the rate of interest and did not share any documents related to the loan to her.
Since she is less educated, she has no understanding of loan products and its terms.
She has been told that she still has to pay EMIs for 15 more months.
I have not seen personal loans of interest more then 13 or 15%. Only credit cards have this kind of interest,

Kindly take a note of this matter and suggest if a fraud has been done with her and should we further raise this matter with Consumer court for a possible fraud with a unaware person.

    Had enquired for a loan from one of their loan lending apps. I always used the correct address in all of my applications.

    I'm pretty sure I haven't taken any loan from them. Despite that, they've added wrong address in my CIBIL which is affecting my score.

    I request the concerned authorities to take proper measures.

      Bajaj Finserv sales persons are the guys who provide False promises just to complete their target.
      My personal experience has been very poor with Bajaj Finserv.
      The sales guy named **Vijay** has provided all the False promises over the Whatapp call and my mistake was not to ask for any written email communication as he kept on insisting me that sir you need to not to worry, whatever I have promised you will get delivered.
      Also because he used to call me on whatsapp I was not able to record any calls and later on I noticed (after I got cheated) that he was smart and didn’t mentioned anything on chat and always kept on calling on whatsapp.
      And once his target was completed the guy was not picking up my call and I got completely reverse of what he promised on call.
      Leasons learned:
      1. Always ask for written communication from Bajaj Finserv guys no matter how much they insist you and never accept any calls from any mobile number instead ask them to call from Bajaj Finserv landline number.
      2. Never ever take any scheme from Bajaj Finserv.

        Hello sir i had bought a mobile i had taken it on emi from bajaj finserv mobile had 6 emi sir i have paid all emi still ecs mandate charges are being levied on my bank account i talked to bajaj customer care he was speaking Your loan has been closed, you have no loan, I said ecs charges are going on, said sir you will get full amount refund, I have called head 5.8 times but every time they say you will get refund but I am not refund got so far still seems to be charging

            Have already paid Rs. 22, 800 for Oneplus Nord 5G (Blue Marble, 8Gb Ram, 128Gb Storage) online to add me cart. The promised delivery date has passed. I'm not able to contact them. Their phone nos are not working and they're not replying to my emails. I'm afraid I've list this big amount of money. I'm very distressed.

                My dad got a call from bajaj finserv CPP department they have said something to my dad my dad said we dnt want anything they said like sir kindly respond with YES OR NO my dad said in confusion YES they have activated CPP plane and now emi is autodebiting from my dad's acc this is fraud things they are dng they have to recrute some quality and genuine agents

                  I have been getting 2-3 calls every day to get a loan and I never signed up for it. Stop spamming me else I am taking legal action for harassment. Take me off your marketing list and delete any data Bajaj has on me.

                    So recently I got a message from them about a pre-approval EMI Card offer. And I liked it and so opted in. And I got the card with 100000 INR credit limit. After KYC, ECS Mandate and everything, they are not letting me to do any transaction with that card. So I contacted their customer care through E-mail. And they said it's due to some inline credit policy or something and told me to wait for some months. Which in itself is hilarious to me, I don't know what to say. Now my point is if they think that I don't deserve any credit or loan from them, then why did they even give me that card. And my second point is, why didn't they clearly mention it before they gave the card? And that is also with a pre-approved amount. And it was okay if the card was free, but they charged for that card. Which turned out to be useless. I think it's scam that they are running. By the way, it's not like since then my credit score dropped or something. It was/is above 750.

                      I given a request to customer about my outstanding convert to EMI option.
                      They stupid people still not respond.

                      Collection department person told to pay balance amount then we will convert to Emi.
                      I paid balance amount but they are also not responding properly.

                      Because they waiting for monthly statements generating they again I have to pay extra balance amount that’s income to bank only.
                      This is all excecutive plans for there collection amount increased monthly
                      They getting incentive.
                      This is really illegal business from Bajaj RBL credit card department.
                      I hated really this kind of service.

                        Complaint about RBL CREDit card payment collection department and backed support team.
                        Last few months I can’t able to pay minimum amount due to business losses.
                        They are calling daily 120 to 150 times continuously.
                        They are sending some messages like a illegally.
                        They are sending words like’ GANDU, ###. And stupid still
                        Many more words.
                        Collection persons coming to our home like ROWDYS No proper dresses.
                        No proper communication with family members.
                        I think Bank as giving a salary to few rowdy’s only.

                          Dear consumer complaints,

                          I have taken bajaj finserv flexi loan. but at the loan time bajaj executive never told me about credit vidhya fees but after disbersement loan then they have deduction my 4999 fees in my loan
                          So please cancel this credit vidhya fees and refund my amount 4999. They already charged 5600 towards processing fee, 5000 towards flexi fees, 2000 for hdfc insurance...they are unnecessarily charging in the name of charges .kindly take action on this

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I am the victim of a group of people working in Bajaj FinServ (Since they mentioned that they were working in the Bajaj FinServ). Please bear with me and read completely.

                                In the month of March on 11/03, I got a phone call from the phone number [protected] and mentioned her name as Suman. She assured me that there would be a loan against the insurance policy and shared the details to buy the insurance policy from Bharti AXA life insurance. I bought it by paying 1, 20, 000 rupees. Then this information had been cascaded to another employee named as Preethi mobile number [protected]; from this onwards she was in touch with me and updating information about the loan process. It was almost one month ago that time I asked her about the loan application number. She mentioned that every information regarding the loan will be shared only once the loan amount has been disbursed. I requested her to share with me at least the application number. She quoted the application number as P03593481. Whenever I asked her, she mentioned that the loan amount would be disbursed very soon. After almost one month, she asked me to take another policy from India First Life insurance policy and that will be treated as a dummy policy and the amount paid toward that policy will be given back during the actual loan amount disbursement. I paid 40, 000 rupees and bought that policy from India First Life. Then she routed this process to another employee named Puja with mobile number [protected]. As I had been informed she belongs to the Accounts department. She took the hard copy of my bank account cheque book and asked me to wait for 48 hours to disburse the loan amount. Three days later, she asked me to share the bank statement to disburse the amount. And it has been continuing. Even after 2 months (around 65 days), I had not received a single penny from you.
                                I request you to please inquire about this and help me to get back my money that I paid for the insurance policies. I also requested them to unmortgage my insurance policy. However nothing happened.

                                I believe I had been cheated and I became a victim for them. I request you to please do enquiry and please do the needful to me to get back my money, please.

                                I want to know whether those policies are mortgaged or not. Is there anyway to get that information from anywhere?

                                  I foreclosured my home loan and my insurance as mount was cheated by Bajaj. Even after multiple follow ups

                                  Flexi loan. Utilization as mount was lesser but they are charging additional amount and foreclosure charges are higher than outstanding amount.

                                  I have all the proofs.

                                  I wanted to file legal compliant against Bajaj. Please guide the procedure

                                    Amount deducted on 28 April, 2022, I raised the issue then they told me to send bank details and the money will be refunded within 48 hours. I do as they said. Then they asked me for cancelled cheque. I sent the same through email also. After that they asked me for bank statement. I sent my bank statement. It's 18 days now, they stopped replying. Request you to kindly look into the matter and help me get a refund of the same.                                         I took a bike from Bajaj Finance ref Id: L2WHYD07765595
                                        But suddenly my father met with a Brain stroke and in that case, I resigned from my job to be there with my family though I was unable to pay the dues EMI on time.
                                        Therefore Now I am pursuing my job and am well to continue my EMI from now onwards, I would request if you can please restart my EMI monthly I would be very grateful to you.
