Dear sir, I am Nagaraju. I have applied for top up loan but i have not taken. Bajaj finser is deducting EMI in every month. I have sent so many mails and i will get reply like today or tomorrow it will be closd, but still it is not closed.           My Name is Manoj Kumar Narayanan, i had Preferred EMI card ( Emergency card ) with the loan value of Rs 38250, with that i had applied for a loan of Rs 35000 in online on 29.1.15, immediately i got a call from your represtative and they told me to submit ID proof, address proof and cheque leaf to process the loan and when i asked about detection they told me that they will check and come back. But till 12.2.15 i didnt get any response, so i went to your mount road office Raheeja towers and meet your representative only that time i came to know there is no action done against my request. One of your representative told that he need to complete few document and will inform me for future processing but till today ( 18.2.15 ) there is no response from your company. then what is the meaning of offering a card named Emergency card????????? not able to reach are talk to ur representative when called to your customer care number. Why offering such schemes with such a poor response???????? Is it possible for any responsible person to solve my issue. If you can help me pls reach me on 91 - [protected].

            Hi,

            I have to raise a complaint against the fraud done with me through Bajaj finance. I have not applied for any loan from BAJAJ so how it is possible that 1 loan of amount 25500 is approved against me. I did't signed any Bajaj Finance document and I also did't get any confirmation call from Bajaj finance for any loan. If there is any signed document exist of Bajaj finance it is definetly not signed by me. Few personal signed documents of mine are with Aarco One Store Lajpat Nagar Delhi.
            The Asset which is showing against my loan from Aarco One I had not bought any such product from there.
            I want to see the bill and delivery challan also.
            I am sure they had filed those documents with your Bajaj finance file. I have provided all those documents for Capital First in Nov 2013 but my loan was not applied.
            Those documents are now used by the Store for Bajaj Finance loan against me.

            Please look into this as I will do a FIR against Bajaj Finance as well as against AARCO ONE store if I did't get any solution in next 72 hours.

              Hello, My name is Sumit Kumar and I am a resident of New Delhi. I'd like to register a complaint against the fraudulent transaction / forgery done by Bajaj Finserv people on my name. I'd explain the whole incident here. I took a Samsung Refrigerator almost 2 years back and got that amount converted into 10 equated installments through Bajaj Finserv. I paid off the entire amount as per the stipulated time frame and the loan was over well within 10 months. THAT IS THE ONLY DEALING THAT HAS HAPPENED BETWEEN ME AND BAJAJ FINSERV. Now, suddenly out of nowhere, almost 1 month back, I received a call from some Bajaj Finserv call center stating that Congratulations Sir, your loan has been approved. I told them very clearly that I have not applied for any loan and you must have dialed a wrong number and the call was disconnected. I didn't pay heed to it and thought that it was just a wrong number but I was proved so wrong when I got a follow up message on January 28th 2015 that my BFL CD loan has been booked with the Loan Number - 4010CD07469776 for Rs. 37, 405.00 and my first EMI would be due on March 2nd for Rs. 3741. This was enough for me to get baffled and I immediately called up the customer care center for Bajaj Finserv and let me tell you reaching there is a task in itself. I spoke to some Mahesh from the unit and explained him the entire thing. He told me a wonderful story that Bajaj had issued an EMI card on my name and delivered it to my permanent address and someone with the name Ankita received it as well. Now, I don't have anyone with that name in my family. Moreover, I was not sent any communication about the delivery of this so called EMI card. He also told me that this card was used at some Reliance store for purchasing a Samsung LED and now the EMI is due for that product. I was literally shocked at such poor handling of a financial instrument by Bajaj people and then approving a loan without even authenticating it, not even asking for a valid ID proof. I think Bajaj really needs to revisit its handling procedures. Anyway, Mahesh told me that this issue would be investigated and resolved within 5 working days. The service request number provided was SRN02456391. I waited and got a call from Ms. Sita from the investigation wing and again she asked a hell lot of questions and I had to explain everything to her as well. She told me that she'd get back to me on priority which never actually happened. I waited and waited and then finally called up the Customer Care Center again on Feb 10th. This time I spoke to Mr. Parag and explained my story again and as expected he was of no help either. He transferred my call to someone from the escalation unit and with an awful lot of frustration I had to repeat myself yet again to him, that guy told me that this fraudulent loan would be cancelled within 3 working days and I'd receive an update about it as well. And as I rightly expected this never happened again. Today also I tried reaching up the Bajaj people but it never connected to a Customer Service Representative. Now, my questions to Bajaj people are - -How could you even issue an EMI card on my name without my consent ? -How could you deliver a financial instrument issued on my name to someone without my consent and even authenticating her and my ID at that address ? -How was this transaction approved and was not investigated when I told specifically that I didn't even apply for a CD Loan ? -How was this loan approved without my signature and a valid ID proof ? -How can you guys present an ECS into my bank account without my consent ? the consent that I signed 2 years back was only for that transaction. -Why can't you guys revert on time and resolve an issue which is impacting a consumer heavily/adversely ? -Why don't you guys realize that because of your mistake, someone's CIBIL records can go for a toss and he'd suffer absolutely unnecessarily ? I request the owners of this forum to please take/facilitate necessary actions against Bajaj Finserv and help me get rid of this mess. And to Bajaj Finserv, this better get resolved now as this has really frustrated me to my core and if it doesn't stop right away, I'd be compelled to take help of a legal consultant and filing a case against your organization in the Indian court of law.                     Sir, I have Purchased a Cell Phone (LG G3 STYLUS) on 08/01/2015. The price of the phone is 18, 000/- and the down payment is supposed to be 6000/- but i paid 8000/- in advance. The dealers informed me that my EMI would reduce to Rs.1250 instead of Rs.1500. But two days after my purchase i received an email from FINSERV that i have only paid Rs.6000 as down payment and my EMI is Rs.1500. I have called the concerned person at bajaj finserv and replied that this is a processing error and it will change to Rs 1250. But Rs.1500 was deducted from my account for my first EMI.
                    I am completely totally unhappy with their service. I want the EMI amount changed and refund of the extra money debited from my account. Please do something about this.

                    I just received a call from [protected] saying that it is from bajaj finserv and he will refund my money now only if I give him my savings account details including my card number, CVV, expiry date and the secure code that I use for my internet transactions. What kind of a service is this?

                      Hello, I took home loan of Rs 41.00 Lacs from Bajaj through Andromeda (DSA) because Andromeda confirmed me that they will refund my processing fee (Rs. 6150.00) over email and phone. However it’s going to be 2 months now and Andromeda has not refunded my processing fee yet. I have been following up with them for so many days but they haven’t refunded my processing fee yet. I even tried to escalate this matter to the CEO (Mr. V. Swaminathan) and Senior V.P (Raoul Kapoor) of Andromeda but I have not got any response from them as well. I think this matter is of no concern for Andromeda. I feel cheated as Andromeda has not refunded my processing fee even after confirming it over email. Below is the summary of events: Thu, Dec 18, 2014 - I received confirmation email from Vijay Majumdar | Vice President | Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd. | that my processing fee amount of Rs. 6150.00 would be refunded after my transaction is executed. Saturday, Dec 20, 2014 - Property registration was done. Sun, Dec 21, 2014 – I confirmed over email to Andromeda Vijay Majumdar | Vice President | Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd and Lokesh Juneja that I have done Property Registration and requested to refund my processing fee. Thu, Dec 25, 2014 – After following up with Andromeda over phone, I sent the required documents for them to refund my processing fee (PAN, Cheque, Address proof). Wed, Jan 14, 2015 – I resent the above documents as requested by Andromeda on my follow up. After several calls and follow up, they didn’t refund my processing fee. Tue, Feb 3, 2015 – I escalated this matter to the CEO and Senior VP of Andromeda. Tue, Feb 3, 2015 – Vijay Majumdar Vice President | Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd first time replied to mail email that my cheque amount of Rs 5535 is released and handed over to relationship sales manager Lokesh Juneja. But Lokesh refused to give me the cheque as he claimed that I have to pay Rs. 2000 first for the legal documentation, etc. I was never told about any such amount at the time of processing and now after almost 2 months they have started to claim it. Lokesh in a very unprofessional way said that he will give me the processing fee cheque only if I will pay him Rs. 2000. Tue, Feb 3, 2015 – I replied the same over the email. I also asked about why the cheque is of the amount Rs. 5535 (Rs. 1375 less than the actual amount I paid). Wed, Feb 4, 2015 - – Vijay Majumdar Vice President | Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd replied over email that after TDS deduction the amount is Rs. 5535. Also he said Andromeda has already given the cheque to Lokesh and I need to follow up with him. Wed, Feb 4, 2015 – I replied saying that I have not received this cheque then what is the benefit of releasing this cheque. It was only after Mr. Vijay Majumdar Vice President’s email confirmation on behalf of Andromeda when I went ahead and took the Home Loan via Andromeda. As far as TDS is concerned, I asked Andromeda to send me the TDS certificate as well. Mon, Feb 9, 2015 – I waited for 4-5 days and did follow up again. I also told Andromeda, Lokesh has returned the cheque to the company and requested them to send to my residential address. But no one has replied to that email yet. Wed, Feb 11, 2015 – I waited for 2 more days and asked them to revert over email and let me know the status of my processing fee. I have still not received any update and still waiting for my processing fee to be refunded. - Udit Chadha

                        And also take an insurance (Medical insurance)
                        For ur kind information from ur executives, still im not receive any insurance forms, but ur side take a one month emi also,

                        Please check that, emi card also im not yet it. But your executives told 20 days to receive the insurance document and emi card also, now im not receive any one from your office,

                          Hi, I had taken a consumer load with loan account number CD4000CD007016CD. The load was to end February but I foreclosed it on January 31, 2014 after making the final EMI with payment reference number BICI[protected] and also got a mail for the closure of the loan account. My EMI used to debit on 5th of every month and it did not debit on 5th Feb 2015 as I thought I had made the payment and closed it successfully as I also received a confirmation through mail. But on February 7, 2015, they debited my account with Rs 2974 via ECS again as EMI. I tried reaching them through phone but I got to know they do not offer customer service at all for the loan I took and now I am left with no option. Whether they will credit the amount back and when, I do not know. Please help as I need the money now and I do not have any other way to contact these people.

                            I have sent a courier on 6th Feb for Mohali, today is 11th Feb still its not delivered on the mentioned address, your employees are saying that it has miss routed to Ambala, from mohali...this is so pathetic even after this the managar of your Mohali Branch Mr Ashwani is abusing and saying "HUME NAHE PATA, KARLO JO KARNA HAI" This is wat the company is all about first they don't pick the calls and after picking calls they are reverting like this, I don't know how u people manage to send courier for long distances and overseas, its totally ridiculous now I am calling them in Shimla branch also but they are not reverting back, I will surely take this issue to consumer court.                               Hi I have made a payment for a emi card in Bajaj Finance but the did not delivered the card and when I have inform them about this the said we are investigating the matter and soon contact me by. The payment was done on 28/01/2015 and time is 21:00:34 and today is 10.02.2015, till date neither I have received the card nor a refund and the worst part after shooting four to five mail they are not responding to my mail as well nor calling me as they promise me that they will call me in 48hr.

                                    hello sir I had been already paid for EMI card for Rs.399.00 online gateway on 31/1/2015 but when i checked your site detail for issue of EMI card charges then there are shown EMI Card value for Rs.249 only for lifetime.I wanna to know why you deduct Excess Rs.150 from your EMI Card fee which is mentioned on your site.Kindly refund my excess rupees and send me EMI card dispatch detail immediately. till day no response from company and no emi card is received after so many emails to company.
