Hi Need your help in understanding the reason for blocking my Bajaj EMI card with out any reason. I haven't used it for quite a long time and was shocked to hear when i get to know my EMI card was temporarily blocked from Bajaj finserv guys in Girias and it was told to contact Bajaj Finserv Customer care on their toll free number for knowing the reason for such block and unblocking the same, when i called the customer care toll free number i didn't get proper reply as it was IVR, not i got proper reply nor an chance to speak to customer care executive. I wrote email to customer care asking the reason for such temporary block but there reply was "With reference to your email, we regret to inform you that your EMI card is permanently suspended in line with our credit policy.Also we would like to inform you that, we are unable to disclose the reason of card blocking as per our policy"- This reply is not satisfactory and I feel this just an reply for name sak I like to ask the below questions to Bajaj Finserv customer care 1) Like to know why is my EMI card is permanently suspended...??? 2) What was the reason for suspending my EMI CARD?? 3) Why this was not communicated to me earlier when the EMI card was blocked...????? 4) AS CUSTOMER OF BAJAJ FINSERV IT IS MY RIGHT TO KNOW THE REASON FOR SUCH SUSPENSION. When BAJAJ FINSERV IS NOT ABLE TO DISCLOSE THE REASON FOR SUCH SUSPENSION THEN PLEASE ADVICE WITH WHOM I SHOULD ASK FOR THE REASON...??? Bajaj Finserv are cheaters. They first blocked my card temporarily while I was purchasing a mobile phone. Now when I contacted them via Eelectronic mail, the card got permanently blocked. Even they replied that your card got blocked for one of the reasons (and then shared a bunch of list).
Actually the thing is that bajaj executives and staffs are cheaters and illiterates. They don't know any thing. Thats why they don't have an executive talk option in their contact us no..
Better leave India Bajaj Finserv. Don't spoil our life and money with your nuisanse emi cards you #####.

I just got a message saying "your card is permanently suspended" what is the reason for it. This is not fair. I am paying all ma loan amount correctly. But still y these things.     Hi, I have taken a laptop with Bajaj Finserv with Interest Rate of 5.8%(As informed by Loan Executive) from SYNERGY SYSTEMS & PERIPHERALS # CHENNAI, and loan executive said laptop loan comes with interest only, , but in Bajaj Finserv website it was mentioned 0% loan for all consumer durable like mobile, laptop, tv, washing machine etc. I took the loan after argument with 5.85% interest, after few days i received a Loan statement from Bajaj Finserv(attached here) it was clearly mentioned that its 0% interest and total amount collected from customer is Down Payment + Document Charges. There is no lines mentioned about the 5.85% amount collected from me. When i asked about this with loan executive they showed me the delivery order mail, it was again mentioned the 5.85% is the Subvention borne by Dealer, but it was being collected from all customers. As stated by RBI subvention should be collected from Dealer/Manufacturer but all the time it was collected by Customer. I have taken 2 laptop with same dealer and two times they have collected interest from me and both this interest is not mentioned in anywhere in the loan statement. Pls help to refund it. Thanks

    FYI, i have filed the same complaint with Bajaj Finserv Website, Again i got a cheating reply from that executive and it took more than 10 conversation to make them understand about my complaint, i dono whether they know English or not. Here i have attached the conversation also do check it you can understand they were trying to cheat with false information.

    Even in the SOA its clearly mentioned about Subvention have to be borne by dealer and it was mentioned 0% interest. Pls check the attached 403SCE08169685_SOA.jpg

    Thanks for calling as per telephonic conversation, here i have attached the bank and credit card statement of the amount collected from me during approval of loan.

    Loan account number: 403SCE08169685 & 403SCE03566678

    As per the loan statement of loan account 403SCE08169685

    Advance Instl. Amount/Number - 11, 668.00
    Charge collected from customer - 749

    So the total amount collected from customer will be 12417, but they collected 14, 465.00 (including Interest paid by Mfgr./Dealer upfront - 2048)

    For this loan account 403SCE03566678 i have paid additional 2000 for upgrading the ram in the laptop thats why the total amount collected from me shows 16, 268.00

    Do take action and refund the money to my bank account.
    As per telephonic conversation Mr.Gautam(Loan Executive) confirmed that 5.85% has to be paid by Dealer but they collecting it from customer with the help of Bajaj Finance Loan Executive by saying 5.85% is the Bajaj Finance Interest and this money will be taken by Bajaj Finance.

    So kindly take action against the dealer and help me to get my money back. They were using Bajaj FInance name cheating all customers and they claiming this subvention from manufacturers also.

    They are cheating both customers and manufactures with Bajaj Finance Name, so do take action ASAP.

        I have purchased washing machine & fridge(Loan no 4210CD04977392.&Loan no 4210CD[protected] I have paid 6 dues by cash to Mr.Ramesh near my house. Ms.Sowmiya approched me through phone & asked for payment & EMI form.I asked her to send executive to my office in pollachi road. The executive has not come for 1 week but today(10-Mar-15) she called and spoke to me rudely. She was continuously calling & forced me to pay to her.I said that i pay on line or directly come to your office.           Hi Team, I have had a very bad experience from the customer service team of bajaj auto loan. I have taken a bajaj auto loan in the year of[protected] and my loan account number is[protected] After this I have given them PDC for a span of 12 months. The first 6 months they didn't present it in the bank itself, and after 6 month they have presented all the cheques together. Now I was informed from the bank about the same; wherein they had advised me its better to give stop payment rather than the cheques bouncing which I had done during that time because I was also under some real personal problems during those days. Now for the past 4 years I have been trying to repay the money; as it is an amount of 39000 which was outstanding but when ever I am initiating eh conversation with the team I get a very bad response wherein they are telling me I need to repay 3, 45, 000 as it is these many days pending. I am not able to contact the outlet now where I have purchased the bike as it is shut down. Please tell me what can be done in this scenario. I am really helpless I want to get out of it and no one is even clear how to help me and who can help me out with this. Thanks

            Dear All

            I had applied for personnel loan with Bajaj finserve LAN:- [protected], very first day after application they mentioned it Approved loan then collected all required documents and 1 cancelled check & 2 blank check by name of Bajaj finserve but no update after that when i chased the executive he told me that he can go further after feb month salary slip receiving, and then the again collected my salary slip at 28 feb 2015, Still i am waiting for loan disbursal.it is almost 1 month passed. and now i am calling there customer care number and mailed also but still no responce.

            Now question is

            1- If there is any issue then why they are mentioning as approved loan ?
            2- if Still not possible then why no clarity communicated to me ?
            3- I need all document return including signed check ?
            4- Why such unresponsive customer care operation ?

            Its really pathetic service i have seen ever.

            Please do the needfull ASAP otherwise cancell my Loan aplication and return all my documents.

            I m purchasing canon camera of rs 32000 by using bajaj finance bt they r charging 1000 processing fees + 12.5% vat.. Plz tell me that vat is alrdy included in 32k then y u charging again plz reply

After lots of mail and telephonic conversation, still policy is not cancelled. We request again pls. cancel my life insurance policy and revert back my paid EMI. Again receiving message for second EMI for 5 march. pls.                   I have got a call from an advocate that there is case registered on my name because my cheques were bounced. When I went your branch and met your executive and took a print out of the statement then I realised that the account(Loan number: 4000CD[protected] was not closed because of that every month you people started charging me due fee. which is 6750 now. He advised me to send an email to this email ID and get it resolved I havr email and I didnt get any response and on top of it some is calling me and threatenibg me... when I try to explain he is not even listen to what im saying my asked his name but he didnt tel me this is the number od that person [protected] Please kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

                              My Name is Manoj Kumar Narayanan, i had Preferred EMI card ( Emergency card ) with the loan value of Rs 38250, with that i had applied for a loan of Rs 35000 in online on 29.1.15, immediately i got a call from your represtative and they told me to submit ID proof, address proof and cheque leaf to process the loan and when i asked about detection they told me that they will check and come back. But till 12.2.15 i didnt get any response, so i went to your mount road office Raheeja towers and meet your representative only that time i came to know there is no action done against my request. One of your representative told that he need to complete few document and will inform me for future processing but till today ( 18.2.15 ) there is no response from your company. then what is the meaning of offering a card named Emergency card????????? not able to reach are talk to ur representative when called to your customer care number. Why offering such schemes with such a poor response???????? Is it possible for any responsible person to solve my issue. If you can help me pls reach me on 91 - [protected].

                                I have to raise a complaint against the fraud done with me through Bajaj finance. I have not applied for any loan from BAJAJ so how it is possible that 1 loan of amount 25500 is approved against me. I did't signed any Bajaj Finance document and I also did't get any confirmation call from Bajaj finance for any loan. If there is any signed document exist of Bajaj finance it is definetly not signed by me. Few personal signed documents of mine are with Aarco One Store Lajpat Nagar Delhi.
                                The Asset which is showing against my loan from Aarco One I had not bought any such product from there.
                                I want to see the bill and delivery challan also.
                                I am sure they had filed those documents with your Bajaj finance file. I have provided all those documents for Capital First in Nov 2013 but my loan was not applied.
                                Those documents are now used by the Store for Bajaj Finance loan against me.

                                Please look into this as I will do a FIR against Bajaj Finance as well as against AARCO ONE store if I did't get any solution in next 72 hours.

                                  Hello, My name is Sumit Kumar and I am a resident of New Delhi. I'd like to register a complaint against the fraudulent transaction / forgery done by Bajaj Finserv people on my name. I'd explain the whole incident here. I took a Samsung Refrigerator almost 2 years back and got that amount converted into 10 equated installments through Bajaj Finserv. I paid off the entire amount as per the stipulated time frame and the loan was over well within 10 months. THAT IS THE ONLY DEALING THAT HAS HAPPENED BETWEEN ME AND BAJAJ FINSERV. Now, suddenly out of nowhere, almost 1 month back, I received a call from some Bajaj Finserv call center stating that Congratulations Sir, your loan has been approved. I told them very clearly that I have not applied for any loan and you must have dialed a wrong number and the call was disconnected. I didn't pay heed to it and thought that it was just a wrong number but I was proved so wrong when I got a follow up message on January 28th 2015 that my BFL CD loan has been booked with the Loan Number - 4010CD07469776 for Rs. 37, 405.00 and my first EMI would be due on March 2nd for Rs. 3741. This was enough for me to get baffled and I immediately called up the customer care center for Bajaj Finserv and let me tell you reaching there is a task in itself. I spoke to some Mahesh from the unit and explained him the entire thing. He told me a wonderful story that Bajaj had issued an EMI card on my name and delivered it to my permanent address and someone with the name Ankita received it as well. Now, I don't have anyone with that name in my family. Moreover, I was not sent any communication about the delivery of this so called EMI card. He also told me that this card was used at some Reliance store for purchasing a Samsung LED and now the EMI is due for that product. I was literally shocked at such poor handling of a financial instrument by Bajaj people and then approving a loan without even authenticating it, not even asking for a valid ID proof. I think Bajaj really needs to revisit its handling procedures. Anyway, Mahesh told me that this issue would be investigated and resolved within 5 working days. The service request number provided was SRN02456391. I waited and got a call from Ms. Sita from the investigation wing and again she asked a hell lot of questions and I had to explain everything to her as well. She told me that she'd get back to me on priority which never actually happened. I waited and waited and then finally called up the Customer Care Center again on Feb 10th. This time I spoke to Mr. Parag and explained my story again and as expected he was of no help either. He transferred my call to someone from the escalation unit and with an awful lot of frustration I had to repeat myself yet again to him, that guy told me that this fraudulent loan would be cancelled within 3 working days and I'd receive an update about it as well. And as I rightly expected this never happened again. Today also I tried reaching up the Bajaj people but it never connected to a Customer Service Representative. Now, my questions to Bajaj people are - -How could you even issue an EMI card on my name without my consent ? -How could you deliver a financial instrument issued on my name to someone without my consent and even authenticating her and my ID at that address ? -How was this transaction approved and was not investigated when I told specifically that I didn't even apply for a CD Loan ? -How was this loan approved without my signature and a valid ID proof ? -How can you guys present an ECS into my bank account without my consent ? the consent that I signed 2 years back was only for that transaction. -Why can't you guys revert on time and resolve an issue which is impacting a consumer heavily/adversely ? -Why don't you guys realize that because of your mistake, someone's CIBIL records can go for a toss and he'd suffer absolutely unnecessarily ? I request the owners of this forum to please take/facilitate necessary actions against Bajaj Finserv and help me get rid of this mess. And to Bajaj Finserv, this better get resolved now as this has really frustrated me to my core and if it doesn't stop right away, I'd be compelled to take help of a legal consultant and filing a case against your organization in the Indian court of law.
