Hi, This is related to the Pre-approved Personal Loan offer for Rs.60, 000 in my account which was applied by me. It is the second time, I have received pre-approved loan offer in my account and it got rejected. I am an existing customer Bajajfinservlending, my loan account number is 4010CD01004518 and my cusdtomer ID is 11194109. If you guys can't disburse loan then why you offer it in the name of pre-approved. As communicated to me, the pre-approved loan offer was rejected because of CIBIL verification. Could you please look into this on priority basis and provide me a complete update on the reason for loan rejection. My CIBIL score is very good and I have never been a defaulter and never made any payment late or no emi get bounced. Please provide me my CIBIL details if it has been the reason.     One of friend taken a LED TV through Bajaj finserve He paid around 5 months emi out of 9 months tenure. Remaining amt rs. 17734. They want to pay it at oneshot before june 5th 2014. Currently his financial condition is very bad, but he can pay it monthly as cash in 4 installments. But the collection manager speaking very badly and pressuring it. Need a solution.

      Hi, I had bought LG TV from GIRIAS, Hosur Road Bangalore in August 2011 under Bajaj Finance. Load was closed much earlier. Now my TV has stopped working. I contacted LG guys and they are ready to buyback it. They need original bill of purchase. GIRIAS had given me only duplicate bill. I contacted them and they told that original bill is with Bajaj Finance. I am clueless now how to get the NOC and Original Bill back. I called customer care but they could not help.         Innocently I have already availed the SALARIED PERSONAL LOAN from Bajaj Finserv.

        Amount:2, 00, 000/- to be repaid in 60 months. (telling that min. loan amount is 2 lacs)
        Disbursed amount: Rs. 1, 92, 184/- (this really pissed me off with so much reduction)

        Like Mr. sagarp_21, they told me that I have to take INSURANCE for Rs. 24, 132/- which they said is the minimum. Out of compulsion, I avail the loan.

        Now, after 5th instalment, I am planning to pre-close my LOAN & they told me to pay the OUTSTANDING PRINCIPLE with BALANCE INSURANCE PREMIUM, which is ridiculous. Pre-closure total Amount Payable is Rs. 2, 14, 158.88/- which is even more than the loan amount of 2 lacs. This amount is arrived after paying 4 instalment amounting to Rs. 22, 000/- (approx.).

        Kindly advice me to proceed.

          Dear Sir / Ma'am,
          this comes to you as a humble request that please save me from he dirty collection guys from the Bajaj Finserv department.
          I had availed a consumer loan from Bajaj few months back for which Iv genuinely paid the EMIs until the issue arised, I had called and requested to the concerned department of Bajaj finserv to please have the formalities completed to change my Existing bank account to another one for future EMI clearance.I was assured by the call centre agent that someone will get in touch with me for the same in next few days, but to my shock ...NO one called / mailed or came to do the required formalities to change the account.What started were dirty calls from the Bajaj Finservs Goregaon Collection department !!
          A woman called Ankita Sawant who by far is the most ill mannered and dirtiest lady Iv ever come across, she is not just bad employee but a Bad human being !!! She and her Colleague called Sunil Patra are the worst people one can talk on phone with !!!
          This So called Bajaj Employee who indeed is a Third Party Collection Agency employee is so rude, abusive and dirty that she can go beyond limits when it comes to humiliate a person for extracting money !!
          But the fact is Sadly ...that the People in The Corporate office of Bajaj are very much aware of these tactics and do cover these people time and again !!
          I only wish to ask all the people at Bajaj as what kind of collection department is this where they send a collection agent to the customers house at odd hours (as late as 10pm ) too... !!!

          I have done all the requesting part and am forced to move to the right authorities for help now ...I have already sent a mail to the Women's Council of India (Delhi), The State Human Rights Commission Of India, and all the possible Print and Tele Media to help me and many many others from these Extortionist goons of Bajaj Finserv.

            I am Gangolli A G. I have purchased motorized thread mill AF772 from global fitness sports, D.D road, Mysore at Rs 39900 under Bajaj lifestyle finance at 0% rate of interest. I had already paid advance of Rs 14050 through my SBI credit card invoice no 576 dated 14/1/2014.Supposed EMI then for 8 months should be Rs 3325.By not considering my advance payment they had set my monthly EMI to Rs 4988. I had informed about this to Global fitness sports owner Naveen Kumar and your service person Vikram, Manager about it earlier orally. They had made me run from here to there by blaming one another also your service person asked for bank statement for correction of EMI. Even after giving bank statement yielded no results. My loan account no is 508SCE01529584.I have already paid wrong EMI amount for two months.When no action was taken against correction of EMI, I have given a written complaint to both of them on 10/4/2014 through speed post with acknowledgement. After the receipt of my complaint they have closed my loan account 508SCE01529584 and activated a new loan account 508SCE02267157.Though they have set my EMI to Rs3325, they have wrongly made future instalment numbers to 8 months which should 5 months if Rs 3325 is the set EMI. My outstanding future instalment amount should be Rs16625 after deducting the advance and two wrongly paid EMI.But they have deliberately made my outstanding future instalment amount to Rs 26600. Hence I would be suffering a loss of Rs 9975. Bajaj finance official along with global fitness owner are playing a big fraud game. I am a group B officer in central government department. If this people are cheating like this then how would they fool others.

              Hello, This email is to inform you that I am holding a platinum EMI Card no : [protected] with Bajajfinserv. Recently my loan amount was cleared and I have not been received any confirmation email or letter from you. Now my issue is my EMI Card has been Manual blocked without any prior intimation.And the reason is-unknown. I was not even aware about it that my card has been blocked.But yesterday (i.e.[protected] when I tried to purchase Consumer Durable, I was been informed that my card is blocked.I really don't understand that why my card has been blocked, when I have paid all my loans and I have no dues pending now, you would have activated my card instantly and which was not done yet. However I request you to please activate my EMI Card so that I can use your services.I would request you to kindly check my history and records too with Bajaj which will clearly show my good record. Humble request to you to kindly re-activate my card again and in case if there is any error or mistake from my end again then you can immediately block the card.                 Hi, I just received an SMS stating "Dear Customer, your EMI mandate is rejected by your bank. While we will attempt to reprocess your payment, we request you to register mandate and send a copy to BFL". 1. Can you please tell me what this means ? Does 'mandate' refer to the EMI form that I filled in while taking the loan ? 2. How do I go about getting a copy and registering with with my bank ? 3. Is it possible to know the reason why the mandate was rejected ? 4. Can you tell me the a/c for which this rejection was given, since I have two loan a/c numbers ? Regards, Gaurang Sampat

                Dear Team,

                I already received an email from [protected]@bajajfinance.com with the subject "ECS Mandate towards EMI Payment rejected by your bank" and a specific set of instructions to email some forms to an address @Viman Nagar Pune.

                But the address and the steps mentioned in the email on 18th are different and to be honest, slightly wierd. The email on the 18th expects me to send two signed blank cheques (not cancelled) . I really don't know if that is possible.

                Plus, I have already submitted most of the documents with the ECS mandate forms duly stamped from the bank in response to the earlier email.

                Is it possible for some representative to call me @[protected] ?

                  Hello sir, Today i am planning buy NIKON DSLR D7100 Camera. then i unfortunately check my BFL Experia portal. then check my EMI Card and all documents. I m getting shocking because of i find many problems in my account. So clear all my problems with in 7days. Last 2012 to till date i m not bounced any payment in BFL and all bank. i have good ank tracking record. And i also have good finance bag ground. Herewith attached all necessary documents. If you want my bank account statement i will send with in 2 days. And find problem in loan account. My loan ac no is 4590CD038088. So Kindly find the problem in my ECS Form. Viveks Salem Bajaj finance executive wrongly updated my bank account details in my loan(CD-4590CD038088) ECS Form. Please arrange call back in tamil. my real account no is [protected]. but she is updated my Bank ac no as [protected] in ECS form.                     My loan account number is 4L60CD01994491 in Bajajfinservlending.I've purchased a Sony Vaio laptop which i've to pay Rs 10, 336.00 and i've applied for EMI card which charges is Rs 249, then i've to pay Rs 10585 in advance. I've paid Rs 10586 in advance for EMI card also, but when i checked on bajajfinserv website; no EMI card had been applied for my loan account.I had send a mail to customer care then reply came that they didn't receive Rs 249 for my EMI card.So pls take action on bajajfinserv and register me for EMI card which charges i've already paid to Bajajfinserv executive (SHASHI BHUSHAN) on Aditya Vision TARAMANDAL shop.My alternate contact number is [protected].

                      I took personal loan in Bajajfinserv, i failed to pay around 5 to 6 dues but later I paid and foreclosed in November 2013 based on tat company executives, they told you have top up loan available up to 1, 60, 000/- but after I paid, got only the NOC But still I cant get any loan due to failed due's.I contacted many times trichy Bajajfinserv, the executives and workers told me to foreclose the loan for getting for their commission. Normally with in 3-4 months the cibil score updated but still i can not get. Kindly Clear this problem.

                        I have taken two loan from Bajaj Finserv Lending, One is Personal Loan another is Consumer Durable Loan and I have paid full outstanding and there is no such payment due, Also I have received the NOC from Bajaj but I have checked CIBIL report two times, 1st in the month of Dec and then now (March), both the account still showing outstanding there and my CIBIL reports states me as I am involved in Account Delinquency, I have already requested Bajaj to fix this issue and report to CIBIL as correctly, but I have not received any massage / call/ mail from them I have been getting pain because of this, I m not allowed to take Home loan/ Personal Loan. Loan No Amount EMI PL 4010PL[protected] Disbursed on 31st March 2011 CD Loan 4010CD[protected] Disbursed in the month of Oct 2010 Attachment is not working here so i can not attached the CIBIL report and NOC of Bajaj Please take action as I am very big pain of this. It has been 7 days since I complain the service center. Nothing is happening. They are saying bring it to show room we will check. but since bike is not at all staring how can I take there. This is total irritating. .

I took a mobile phone through your finance.I had some problems and has to leave my job.I was not able to make two months payment.I told the collection agent about my problem.I was suppose to make a payment on 28th feb but I failed because I donot have any money.I am receiving threatening call at 9:30pm at night from Mr. Saleem saying that he will take care of me and he wants me to meet him right at that point of time.Here is his number [protected].I understand that I have not made the payments because I don't have a job and I am willing to make up to it by first week of April.I just need some time.I am not fraud its just that I am stuck in some unavoidable circumstances and I have been regularly talking to your collection agents This is happening for the second time.So please help me out of this I am really feeling threat for my life now.I guess next time I will have to report this next time.I am sending a copy of this e-mail to the consumer forum.I don't want to get hurt because of a cellphone.                                 Dear sir as i mention the subject some of the unknwon person or firm is simply fooling the common men by publishin the fake ad on our daily new paper nav -bharat - in the name of bajajfinance person loan approvel - when some one is having the requriments of amt loan and by looking at the add of bajajfinace of loan amt and concact them they need only the scan copy of id - proof - address proof- 02 photo and bank pass - book detaisl, by send the scan copy in thier fake id the loand will be approved wihtin 48 hrs -and then they call u and first give the welcome note that the loan of minimum amt of 01 lkh passed by our end and within 06 to 08 hrs the amt will be debited to ur a/c no - but the client had to deposit the requried the saction amt of rs 4700/ to the personal a/c of state bank of india, after only the process will debited to the a/c holder . when i have a dout that the bajajfinace wil not having the firm a/c i asked them they said that this is verifivation depart, and we are not having the firm a/c - u only deposit the said amt .whend i insisted not to deposit the amt and that they are doing the iglegal thing at the reputed company name bajaj finance and i would filed a police complaint against them - they said they are aware of it and do what u want to do they do not worried. iam sendin u the details and mb no of the fraud person. MR -VIJAY KUMAR .MB NO -[protected]. SBI BANK - A/C NO - [protected]. I hope after reading my exprience with this frad firm and wiht this person mr - vijay kumar u will be take serious action so that again no common men would face this problem and any more information pls concact me .

                                  This is to bring to notice that when I have applied for my product on dated 19th Dec 2013 & even I made down payment on next date on dated 20th Dec 2013 with amount of Rs.18, 000(Pls find attachment of bank statement for proof of payment) but you have delayed the product delivery & I have confirm the deliver on dated 15th Feb 2014 after very long escalation & conversation, refer the trail mail. But you have already started my EMI ideally EMI should start after the delivery and also same has been confirm with the customer that he has received the product hence I will not pay the penalty charges, Kindly change the EMI date from your side.

                                  This is mistake from your end that you have delayed the product delivery because of that 1st installment has been bounce due to non receipt of product this was the only reason for bouncing the cheque hence after bouncing the cheque Collection Executive name Sahil- [protected] on dated 18th Feb 2014 visited my place & threatening for recovery and also shouted on my family & threatened that he will come tomorrow also for the recovery & if not given he said “ Kal mein batata hoon” which is totally illegal & which is totally mentally harassment hence requesting you to kindly take the serious action against Collection executive name Sahil-[protected] & rescheduling the payment of EMIs in view of delay in delivery of the product.

                                  The second point is even after giving reminder mail, calls there is No responding from the vendor from where I have purchase the product even though I have applied for my cancellation of my product loan because off non delivery of the product I send a mail to Bajaj Finserv Lending Grievance Team on dated 19th Jan 2014 & even a register a complaint related to cancellation of loan I personally spoken with the executive of Bajaj Finserv Lending Grievance Team Name Shridhar & he had committed me that your request has been resisted & it will take 7 days still this process is incomplete of cancellation & I haven’t received any acknowledgement then again I received a call from bajajfinance executive & he informed me Kindly discuss with our RM(Vicky chahuhan contact No- [protected]) being a customer I called him but he is not ready to take of any ownership by mentioning the statement ”Aaapke liye mein kya Kohinoor wale se zhagda karu” & he was forcing me to visit to the vendor.

                                  Being a customer I haven’t received any product & the bajaj finance company started my EMI hence Its is my claim kindly return back My down payment amount which I have made payment through Debit card which is shown on bajajfinservlending website> Customer login portal > EMI details > Total Advance EMI Paid Rs. 8, 500.00(each) respectively for A/C 4050CD01424677 & 40504050CD01424697

                                      Hi I have applied for a personal loan few days back with the APPLICATION NO: 12486 / Application number [protected] not sure which one is the correct number as i have been emailed with both the application numbers. My Loan relationship manager Mr. Tapas Biswas (mobile number: +91 [protected]) was the one to send executives to collect the documents and for getting the signature over the application form. Firstly the form was nt filled by me or in front of me. Mr Tapas insited me to put my signature on all the pages and he assured that rest would be taken care by him. Meanwhile when Mr. Saurav Roy called me to confirm the details of the loan amount i agreed for 3 lakhs But Mr. Tapas said he got it approved for 3.5 lakhs. I had no clue on what was happening. Once the verification was completed the next day, Mr tapas again sent another represntative to sign on the loan agreement form and an insurance form. I called up Mr tapas many a times to get clarifications on what was the insurance for and what was the amount. But Mr tapas repeatedly assured me that it was a compulsory nominal value that would be taken as a part of the insurance. I later realised all Mr tapas wanted was to confuse me with his repaeted emails with different EMI break ups(attached with this email for reference), I went through the emails and finally called him up for clarification regarding the insurance part again and again. He never explained me anything and insisted that he has very less time and if i do not acknowledge his email my loan will not get credited. He again assured me not to worry about the insurance and that will be a very nominal amount which is compulsory as per the company standards. Later i found that 50, 000rs was added as a part of insurance in my loan amount. I tried reaching Mr tapas over the telephone and then he planned a different game for me. He assured that once the loan amount will be creadited he will waver my insurance part . Trusting him i repeatedly sent him emails regarding he same. But to my shock i finally found that i am severely cheated by bajaj finserv just because the relationship manager wanted to achieve his target. Paying additional 50, 000 rs along with the loan is really a painful thing for me. Not sure if someone can help me out of this. Thanks Saswati Ghosh +91 [protected]
