I took personal loan in Bajajfinserv, i failed to pay around 5 to 6 dues but later I paid and foreclosed in November 2013 based on tat company executives, they told you have top up loan available up to 1, 60, 000/- but after I paid, got only the NOC But still I cant get any loan due to failed due's.I contacted many times trichy Bajajfinserv, the executives and workers told me to foreclose the loan for getting for their commission. Normally with in 3-4 months the cibil score updated but still i can not get. Kindly Clear this problem.

    I have taken two loan from Bajaj Finserv Lending, One is Personal Loan another is Consumer Durable Loan and I have paid full outstanding and there is no such payment due, Also I have received the NOC from Bajaj but I have checked CIBIL report two times, 1st in the month of Dec and then now (March), both the account still showing outstanding there and my CIBIL reports states me as I am involved in Account Delinquency, I have already requested Bajaj to fix this issue and report to CIBIL as correctly, but I have not received any massage / call/ mail from them I have been getting pain because of this, I m not allowed to take Home loan/ Personal Loan. Loan No Amount EMI PL 4010PL[protected] Disbursed on 31st March 2011 CD Loan 4010CD[protected] Disbursed in the month of Oct 2010 Attachment is not working here so i can not attached the CIBIL report and NOC of Bajaj Please take action as I am very big pain of this.       I got a message from DM-BAJAJF "Dear Customer, your EMI mandate is rejected by your bank. While we reprocess payment, we request you to register mandate and send a copy to BFL" What should I understand with this message? Whom should I contact (or) How can i register mandate? send a copy to BFL?????? with out any email id mentioned (or) location mentioned to go and drop how can a person do this ????         Hi I purchased a new bike from sector-14 gurgaon from krishna bajaj from first day itself self start is not working. and after 10 days I used its not at all staring now. It has been 7 days since I complain the service center. Nothing is happening. They are saying bring it to show room we will check. but since bike is not at all staring how can I take there. This is total irritating. .

          Sir/Madam, My name is Arindam Mullick.I have loan account from bajaj finserv which is 4000CD00841194. I took a mobile phone through your finance.I had some problems and has to leave my job.I was not able to make two months payment.I told the collection agent about my problem.I was suppose to make a payment on 28th feb but I failed because I donot have any money.I am receiving threatening call at 9:30pm at night from Mr. Saleem saying that he will take care of me and he wants me to meet him right at that point of time.Here is his number [protected].I understand that I have not made the payments because I don't have a job and I am willing to make up to it by first week of April.I just need some time.I am not fraud its just that I am stuck in some unavoidable circumstances and I have been regularly talking to your collection agents This is happening for the second time.So please help me out of this I am really feeling threat for my life now.I guess next time I will have to report this next time.I am sending a copy of this e-mail to the consumer forum.I don't want to get hurt because of a cellphone. I would definitely make the payments on time from the upcoming months from the month of April.But I would sure try if I can make some arrangements real soon.Hope you people help me to get out of this alarming situation.Please I don't one any more threats I am a heart patient I will not be able to take it.             Dear sir as i mention the subject some of the unknwon person or firm is simply fooling the common men by publishin the fake ad on our daily new paper nav -bharat - in the name of bajajfinance person loan approvel - when some one is having the requriments of amt loan and by looking at the add of bajajfinace of loan amt and concact them they need only the scan copy of id - proof - address proof- 02 photo and bank pass - book detaisl, by send the scan copy in thier fake id the loand will be approved wihtin 48 hrs -and then they call u and first give the welcome note that the loan of minimum amt of 01 lkh passed by our end and within 06 to 08 hrs the amt will be debited to ur a/c no - but the client had to deposit the requried the saction amt of rs 4700/ to the personal a/c of state bank of india, after only the process will debited to the a/c holder . when i have a dout that the bajajfinace wil not having the firm a/c i asked them they said that this is verifivation depart, and we are not having the firm a/c - u only deposit the said amt .whend i insisted not to deposit the amt and that they are doing the iglegal thing at the reputed company name bajaj finance and i would filed a police complaint against them - they said they are aware of it and do what u want to do they do not worried. iam sendin u the details and mb no of the fraud person. MR -VIJAY KUMAR .MB NO -[protected]. SBI BANK - A/C NO - [protected]. I hope after reading my exprience with this frad firm and wiht this person mr - vijay kumar u will be take serious action so that again no common men would face this problem and any more information pls concact me .

              Hi,

              This is to bring to notice that when I have applied for my product on dated 19th Dec 2013 & even I made down payment on next date on dated 20th Dec 2013 with amount of Rs.18, 000(Pls find attachment of bank statement for proof of payment) but you have delayed the product delivery & I have confirm the deliver on dated 15th Feb 2014 after very long escalation & conversation, refer the trail mail. But you have already started my EMI ideally EMI should start after the delivery and also same has been confirm with the customer that he has received the product hence I will not pay the penalty charges, Kindly change the EMI date from your side.

              This is mistake from your end that you have delayed the product delivery because of that 1st installment has been bounce due to non receipt of product this was the only reason for bouncing the cheque hence after bouncing the cheque Collection Executive name Sahil- [protected] on dated 18th Feb 2014 visited my place & threatening for recovery and also shouted on my family & threatened that he will come tomorrow also for the recovery & if not given he said “ Kal mein batata hoon” which is totally illegal & which is totally mentally harassment hence requesting you to kindly take the serious action against Collection executive name Sahil-[protected] & rescheduling the payment of EMIs in view of delay in delivery of the product.

              Due to this influence definitely I file a complaint in the Consumer Court and charge for 'Deficiency in Service' and 'Unfair Trade Practice' under the Consumer Protection Act because you are forcing me to do.

              This is bring to your notice that, my major concern is without informing & without delivering the product how could you start my EMI.

              The second point is even after giving reminder mail, calls there is No responding from the vendor from where I have purchase the product even though I have applied for my cancellation of my product loan because off non delivery of the product I send a mail to Bajaj Finserv Lending Grievance Team on dated 19th Jan 2014 & even a register a complaint related to cancellation of loan I personally spoken with the executive of Bajaj Finserv Lending Grievance Team Name Shridhar & he had committed me that your request has been resisted & it will take 7 days still this process is incomplete of cancellation & I haven’t received any acknowledgement then again I received a call from bajajfinance executive & he informed me Kindly discuss with our RM(Vicky chahuhan contact No- [protected]) being a customer I called him but he is not ready to take of any ownership by mentioning the statement ”Aaapke liye mein kya Kohinoor wale se zhagda karu” & he was forcing me to visit to the vendor.

              Being a customer I haven’t received any product & the bajaj finance company started my EMI hence Its is my claim kindly return back My down payment amount which I have made payment through Debit card which is shown on bajajfinservlending website> Customer login portal > EMI details > Total Advance EMI Paid Rs. 8, 500.00(each) respectively for A/C 4050CD01424677 & 40504050CD01424697
              ICICI Debit Card Payment details form A/C[protected]IFSC Code: - ICIC0000957):-
              “You have used your Debit Card linked to Account XXXXXXXX3197 for a transaction of INR 18, 000.00 Info.VPS*KOHINOOR TE on[protected]:06:15”
              Hence stop EMI process & return my down payment amount as you are the financial company who have approved the product loan without any verification & without my permission as I haven’t received any product.

              I have all conversation recorded with me and Now also I have submitted all the related document like cancel cheque, cancellation request application letter along with signature, debit card, pan card copy posted on dated[protected] to the Branch office of bajaj finance which is located at Goregaon(E) & to the Vendor Kohinoor televideo Pvt Ltd which located at Malad on dated[protected] to cancel the process & return back down payment, Positive response accepted from you.

              This is last reminder mail I have sending to you kindly co-operate otherwise I will escalate this issue to consumer court.

                Hi this is g.gyaneshwara chary we have taken LG LCD on 27/04/2013 from reliance digital attapur branch in finance consumer loan from your company my A/C no 4000CD00456234 at the time of agreement financial person told they well give me a EMI card and they took Rs250/- from me. Till date we have not resided any EMI card all ready my 8 months loan period over. We have called your executive but they r not giving any response. So please solve the issue.

                  Hi I have applied for a personal loan few days back with the APPLICATION NO: 12486 / Application number [protected] not sure which one is the correct number as i have been emailed with both the application numbers. My Loan relationship manager Mr. Tapas Biswas (mobile number: +91 [protected]) was the one to send executives to collect the documents and for getting the signature over the application form. Firstly the form was nt filled by me or in front of me. Mr Tapas insited me to put my signature on all the pages and he assured that rest would be taken care by him. Meanwhile when Mr. Saurav Roy called me to confirm the details of the loan amount i agreed for 3 lakhs But Mr. Tapas said he got it approved for 3.5 lakhs. I had no clue on what was happening. Once the verification was completed the next day, Mr tapas again sent another represntative to sign on the loan agreement form and an insurance form. I called up Mr tapas many a times to get clarifications on what was the insurance for and what was the amount. But Mr tapas repeatedly assured me that it was a compulsory nominal value that would be taken as a part of the insurance. I later realised all Mr tapas wanted was to confuse me with his repaeted emails with different EMI break ups(attached with this email for reference), I went through the emails and finally called him up for clarification regarding the insurance part again and again. He never explained me anything and insisted that he has very less time and if i do not acknowledge his email my loan will not get credited. He again assured me not to worry about the insurance and that will be a very nominal amount which is compulsory as per the company standards. Later i found that 50, 000rs was added as a part of insurance in my loan amount. I tried reaching Mr tapas over the telephone and then he planned a different game for me. He assured that once the loan amount will be creadited he will waver my insurance part . Trusting him i repeatedly sent him emails regarding he same. But to my shock i finally found that i am severely cheated by bajaj finserv just because the relationship manager wanted to achieve his target. Paying additional 50, 000 rs along with the loan is really a painful thing for me. Not sure if someone can help me out of this. Thanks Saswati Ghosh +91 [protected]

Earlier I had issued payment mode through cheque but due to some problem I made all the EMI in cash payment... Now I am getting calls from Delhi and they are saying since there are cheque bounce charges which I have not paid so there is arrest warrant against me..They are harassing me and threatening me. Since bounce charges should be paid to Bank then Why these people are threatening me? I am getting threatening calls from [protected] and [protected]...                           I, Sk.Rafique-Ul Hassan Sarkar, MA, B.ED, LLb am the teacher in-charge of a high school in Kolkata. Between[protected] and 18-05-12 I had purchased some consumer durable s like Refrigerator, T.V, Micro-oven etc from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt.Ltd, 20 old court house street Kolkata 700001.Through Bajaj Finance Ltd. I submitted required documents to Bajaj Finance LTD for availing the loan.After all my E.M.I's had been paid through ECS. But during the year 2010 a phone call used to come to me for several times from unknown persons who asked me whether I knew KAPU KAILASH RAO of Doctor Lane. I don't know the person.Naturally I told them not to disturb me again as I never even heard of the name of Kapu Kailash Rao. Now on 1-1-14 Friday at 3:03 in the after afternoon a phone call came to me from a phone number[protected].The caller identified himself as Delhi police and informed me that an arrest warrant has been issued against my name and he also informed me to contact with some Anjali Verma supposed to be an advocate whose phone number is [protected] for settling the case number number- CPC-506 public -13.When I contacted Advocate Anjali Verma over phone number [protected] and to my utter anoishment I came to know that I was the guarantor of Loan A/C No 4100CD00042209 which was taken by some KAPU KAILAS RAO from Bajaj Finance. The above mentioned Advocate Anjali Verma advised me to contact Shubhendu Mahapatra of BAJAJ FIANANCE LTD, 1201, 12th FLOOR, INFINITY BENCHMARK plot No-G-1, EP & GP, Sector-V Salt Lake, Kolkata-700091 on 11-1-14(saturday) within 12 noon.I was not physically fit to go to Salt Lake City on Saturday.At 11:30 aM the fellow who identified himself as Delhi Police called me again and asked me why I didn't go to meet Mr.Shubhendu Mahapatra. Anyway I went to my lawyer for advice.He sent a person on Monday to meet Shubhendu Mahapatra and collect documents but he only showed him my name and address with phone number and told him that he will try to collect for guarantor within two days if possible. In this situation I think that it may be a case of forgery and fraud.My documents which I submitted for having loan might have been used by someone to make me a guarantor for a loan of another person. This is a serious offence. I used to consider myself as a good customer of Bajaj but after this horrified experience I will think hundred times to make any relationship with Bajaj Finance.I am thinking of launching a customer complaint against Bajaj Finance for harassing me without any reason.I want to know the fact and the name of the person who are responsible for my harassment.

                          Myself Advocate Sapna Jagtap residing in Mumbai, Today to my surprise I got 2 threatening call from [protected] from Bajaj Finace Lawyers mentioning that my file has come to Delhi court for a non paymnet of amount 22000/-Rs and that i need to talk to thier lawyer immediately other wise notice will be sent and summons will issued to against me then it will be difficuilt for me face them, there was a male person who saying "tu pagal hoga yi hai tuje kya details chahiye woh court mai ake mujse baat kar hamare pass hazaro cases hote hai itni badi lawyer hai tu court mai ake mil..I also told him that the call is getting recorded so he disconnected my phone"
                          The most weird part was they didnt knew any record of the 22000/Rs what was purchase they asking me the details as if i should confess them some financial details of mine so they can create fraud.
                          As per me i have cleared all me dues toward the Bajaj Finance in year 2014, after which i have never purchased anything from them, I can prrove through all my banking details.

                          This is not the way to threatned the people specially female customers you should always have the correct details send a mail intimate them officially then give them a chance to explain.
                          Bajaj always used a fake advocate call to collect dues, i was also suffered and after 2 years even i cant forgot the horrible incident ( bajaj collection people used a fraud advocate lady to speak abusing words)
                          so if peoples post complaint they didnt take any action
                          bcoz, this is ( threatning with abusing words with fraud lady advocate) the method which bajaj using to deal with customers.

                          This is regarding a fake call coming to my mothers phone number. saying that the lawyer is calling behalf of bajaj finanace asking about Anil kumar who gave this number while taking loan and case has been registered. We told that the number is ours and we had proof also said that we never took loan. They said that this number is registered and we keep getting this calls. How they can haras us?

PL approval time I talk with PL sanction officer this PL I paid in 21EMI. But without inform me 21 EMI against 36 EMI mentioned. This time Personal Loan sanction officer say to me it is offer to you. some little interest to paid with EMI. But PL approval time nobody say to me rate of interest 36%. Now personal loan sanction...

                            I didn’t even receive any legal notice from Bajaj but I am getting call saying that I am under arrest warrant. I have been e-mailing them from the 1st month no one is replying or giving proper response.
                            They itself signed in my name on documents and sent to ECS. But it got rejected by bank. I use to pay EMI in hand to collection executives. I have stopped paying that when they asked me to pay cheque bounce charges. Now they filed a complaint against me and now
                            No they are asking me to pay around 40, 000/- for outstanding of 10, 000. In last minute they are forcing me to pay within a day how it can be possible.
                            Please see the funny document from cheating Bajaj below, And don’t plan to buy any product from Bajaj then they won’t process your ECS and they are going to file 138 against you when you beg for genuine justice.
                            Will post you shortly about the next action and what happen in this case.

                            They have clubbed BALIC CD without my permission and charging extra amount. I don’t know what is that and how can I use that.
                            They have fixed my EMI plan as 15/0 (processing fee 777)… they called me one day and asked me to pay in 12 months I said ok… then they couldn’t process ECS too but charging for cheque bounce.. what a funny thing without depositing a cheque how you can charge for cheque bounce?

                            Now they are asking me to pay 13 EMI’s. Anyone know mathematics in Bajaj? For 0% interest it should be 12*3834=46008.00/- then why should I pay 13 EMIs… Also they have charged Rs.3028/- for BALIC and 199 for EMI card.. they should refund that. Because I didn’t use both and processed without my knowledge

                            Please find all documents... No one go for Bajaj if you people are cheating like this

                                I applied for a loan and due to some personal issue I want to cancel this loan and cancel my product delivery, I reached to the store withing 24 hrs after ordering and aksed them to cancel the loan and order. they talked to me veru rudly and said that once you apply for loan it can not be cancel. I need immediate assistance on this. if anyone can help me. can anyone help me on this. they were forcing me to buy the product and said if you not accept we will send recovery agent at your place. is this the way company deals with customer?

                                  Iavailed consumer durables loan from Bajaj Finserv Lending for a TV purchase from LULU mall. I was informed a 0% EMI with Rs 250 processing fee. Butthey added a new lic called as BALIC against me for an amount of 27000 without my knowledge. I wrote to their customer care multiple times. I never got a satisfactory response from them even after visiting their office here at Shimoga. I dont want to get robbed. These cheaters has misused the documents I have given for a consumer loan.                                       Dear Sir/Madam, I had bought a Bajaj Discover 100 T before three month from Shree Mudrika Auto, Gopalganj, Bihar But after purchasing of 10 day's i found lot of problem in my bike.then i give him for the service that time he told me your battery is not working & he has been replaced the battery at the time.After changed the battery we found same problem within 2 day's then i again gave him for the service that time he took our battery for replacement but they didn't provide any battery that time so i bought a new battery from market but again faced same problem then i again gave him for the service that time he told me your bike Arreneture is not working that's why you are facing charging problem. Now they are not responding from Last one moth that's why we are facing lot of problem, Really it's very bad experience of your service & feel very bad.
