This complaint is against Bajaj Finserv Consumer durable.

I have hired a loan from bajaj finserv CD for purchase of an Ac and Led.
While I bought the appliances I was asked for down payment of Rs,11814.01. I made the payment and the advisor (Chandrasekhar Azad - Krome mall wanorie Pune) didn't tell me about any processing fee associated. However, after two week when I got the access for the bajajfinserv portal I found that the advance EMI paid was just Rs 6780. I called him but he was very rude in responding and was not at all helpful. He told me Sir that's your problem you have to coordinate with the Crome Mall I can't help you.

I went to the Crome Mall and I again approached him showing him the Invoice and the EMI breakdown mentioned in the Bajaj portal.

He made me to wait for 4hrs in the mall and tells me that he made all the changes and asked me to wait for 24-48hrs working hrs.

However, there is not changes done still. Its really annoying, I thinking of taking some action by registering it in consumer court or I may approach to SEBI.

I want some immediate action to be taken against the mischievous Agent (Chandrasekhar) for misleading and not cooperating.

    Below is the Complaint I had sent to Bajaj customer care centre email on 21-Apr-2013. But I'm still to elict a response, even an auto-reply.


    "Hi,
    I'm Benith Israel M. I drive a Pulsar 150cc of 2008 make. I had my Pulsar serviced recently with a service center Mrz Auto Pulse, (Autorized Service Center for bajaj Auto Ltd) in bangalore, Karnataka. But to my utter dissatisfaction my motor bike is worse than it was before the services were done.
    I had gone to the service center on the morning of 04-Apr-2013 with the following issues,

    My right hand mirror yoke's threading was worn out.
    My chain was loose and there was noise coming out as if the chain was hitting the casing as the vehicle was running.
    the brake's response was not good.
    The clutch cable had worn out.
    Engine oil was low.



    He gave me an initial bill estimation of Rs 1600/-. The following evening he called me up to say that after an engine oil fill, it was possible my vehicle exhaust might start emitting smoke. So I had to replace several other part new and the bill would jump to Rs 5000/-. I had agreed.
    The next day he called me up to say that the repairs were done the final bill was Rs 6738.50 /- .I paid up and took delivery by evening around 05:00 to 05:30 pm. I expressed my reservations that there was still some extraneous noise coming out. He told me that it was lower than before and after a few days it will be eliminated. I pointed him out to the fact that the brake response was still the same. He assured me that my bike will not be needing any service or repair for another 3000 km. If it did have any problems he would attend to it without any further costs.

    The Bike was a bit smoother especially the clutch. After a while I noticed, while starting my bike a weird blop sound would come from the exhaust, I drove for 2 weeks. But both the chain noise and stating exhaust noise seemed to grow louder. The brake too started making skeeeky noises. On 17-Apr-2013 @ around 10:00 pm while I was leaving office, I had to start my bike parked in the basement. The blop sound appeared again only this time the smoke alarm went off briefly. A colleague of mine was standing beside me, he said he witnessed some sparks coming out from the silencer exhaust as I started the bike.
    I was concerned, So I went back to the service center "Auto Pulse" on 18-Apr-2013. But after examing the bike he told me the Silencer needs to be replaced. So I asked him this is the same problem for which he made a huge list of repairs. He didn't answer instead he told me to drive for some more time and come back. I was pissed off. I asked him about his 3000 km remark. He just called the mechanic over and went out of sight. the mechanic stated blathering some bull about bore, valve , silencer etc. I left the spot.

    I checked up with a local mechanic who picked up all the useless, unnecessary repairs done by the service center. The list in pdf format is attached here named "Useless repair bills value".
    I have noted down particular details of the service centre below and I have also attached the original bill for ur refrence.
    Pls look into the issue and have the service center properly make the repairs without asking me to foot further more bills. If they refuse ask them to refund the value of bill Rs 4015/- which was of no use.

    Bajaj — customer care

    hi this venkatesan from cuddalore
    i bought my new bajjaj pulsar around 4 months before they have been given 1 year warranty for me.now i got a problem in my bike i subject this complaint to the bajjaj service centre in cuddalore (RAJARAJAN SHOW ROOM AS WELL AS SERVICE CENTRE ), but they i dont want to take the complaint because i dint buy that bike with them.Ofcourse i bought this bike in chennai and i moved to cuddalore so i cannot goto chennai for all this stuffs, then what is the use of having bajjaj dealership allover india .bajaj company have to take trainning classes for dealers before they get their dealership, and bajjaj have togive one dealer ship in cuddalore for better results from cuddalore, tamilnadu, chennai.


    NOTE:the bike service wat they are doing in rajarajan cuddalore is a real lousy

      Hi Team,

      I have taken a loan 402DDF00282271 from bajaj fin serv lending in DEC 2013.

      Once i went to their wakdewadi branch in March for submitting the new cheques provided by bank.

      On that day i received no assistance and a very bad customer service by the cashier and assistant manager of that branch.
      When i asked to speak to the manager of the branch first of all they told me that there is not Manager kind of stuff for this branch and also the cashier is so bad that he didnt provide me any point of contact to escalate my issue.

      So i decided to clear my loan and paid all my remaining loan amount four months in advance.

      When i asked them to return me my remaining cheques that are still valid till July 2013 they asked me
      to speak to their main branch at Mumbai.

      Now this Mumbai branch has no contact point and they are communication throught mail.

      It has been 21 days now and there is not sign from their side of returning my cheques.

      Also they had put one of my cheques for clearance even though i have cleared my loan.

      Can you please guide me what actions ( legal actions) can i take again this company to get my remaining 4 cheques.

          Respected Sir / Madam,

          This is to inform you that i had applied for Personal Loan of Rs. 70,000 which was pre-approved from Bajaj finserv Lending. I have given four blank cheques for ECS with my complete documents and verification has also been done. They said that your amount would be disburse within 2 days after verification, but they have cheated me by not disbursing the amount which was pre-approved. Every day i had to call their executive or manager to ask about my status, why the amount is not disburse. When i called their manager of thane branch Mr. Sandeep to know about my status or why the loan amount is not disburse, he puts my call on hold or disconnects my line. Sir is this the way to treat with the customer.

          I think for completing year end / month end target they collected my documents very quickly and then started to ignore.

          I hope you will look into this and will provide me the solution or else ???

            Dear Support

            i have given 2 consumer loans from bajaj finanace, after completing 1st loan i take another laon for washing machine, while taking loan bajaj fin service 's executive takes 200 rupees charge for EMI CARD and gives me commitment for receive it in three months, but still after 8 month and finish the loan , i have not received that emi card,

            i reported this problem online customer care but there is reply that the reason - missing 1 EMI of 1st loan,
            i told them that i have received NOC of both loan and there is no any emi pending from my side, any loan of bajaj finserve
            but they are not ready with it,

            i already request this things to customer care office and online costumer care executive
            please help me to get this card,

                I am facing the same issues as you guys are facing, i had a loan from bajajfinserve where i had paid 199 for the EMI card, when i wrote to the team they asked me to show me the copy of the payment, i did the same and after that i received a mail stating that i will be getting the card within 15-20 days, but after the completion of this time period when i wrote to bajaj again they never replied me, now all what i am going to do is that if i will not be getting the response within next 10 days i will definitely take them to the court because for me its not the matter of 199 rupees its an matter of getting what you paid for.

                Its already been more then 4 months that i am trying to get a proper responce from Bajaj.

                What do you mean by the term service gesture, that is my own money and you should had called it as a refund because there was a mistake from your side and still instead of giving me a resolution you are refunding me the money and that too after a long period of time, is it the class of service that you offer to your customers?

                Delivered and is in active status. I have not received the card. I have

                The finance executive has fooled me the day I bought the product from Croma store.

                I had told him that the there would be ups and down with the salary and might get credited to my account after the standing instruction dates which might lead to my cheque bounce.

                He told me that in that case I can call the customer care and change the standing instruction dates.

                I called the customer care but then they were helpless and could not do anything. I kept following up the customer c are and also have sent a mail long back for which there was no reply.

                Please check the customer care details wherein I have called and spoke to them after 2 to three months after getting my product.

                I also told them that it will spoil my CBIL score.

                Why are the finance agents providing wrong information while buying the products??

                I had faced a lot of problems. I kept on paying the cash payment regularly..

                I checked my loan details My CBIL score is also not reflecting.

                Please update my CBIL score on bajaj finserve account and also please provide me the EMI card so that I can continue the services.
                I bought a LED Tv by the help of Bajaj finance serv. (loan a/c-410DDF[protected] . that time company offered us EMI Card...we accepted this offer. On january 16, 2015, company send me a text msg. "EMI card, You will receive within 7 working days." today, 10th may 2015, I dont't receive any EMI Card...

                Till the date I have not received the EMI Card.
                In reference I have many times write to bajaj but no any response has been made by bajaj team and still I am waiting for their response and my EMI Card.
                Further I am again requesting to sent my EMI card so that I will be available with you.

                  Being a existing customer of bajajfinserv they give me one bajajfinserv standard chartered credit card.my bajaj finserv standard chartered credit card no is [protected].Yesterday around 4:29 pm i got sms from StanChart credit card section regarding" thank you for using credit card no.ending 3334 on 14032013 for INR 1680.00".When I called bajaj finserv standard chartered credit card customer care they told me transaction was made for some INSURANCE POLICY from BAJAJFINSERV.Now I want to how is this possible without any noticed amount of rs 1680.00 was transacted from my credit card for insurance .Even i dont know about this insurance policy.I want to cancel it right now.

                    I have taken a consumer durable loan from Bajaj Fin Serv Lending loan account no. 4010CD00149947 in 2011 i came to know that they have also issued a insurance policy loan account no. 401BAL00149948 for which i have never applied and i don’t want this.Due to some financial problem i dint pay but now I have cleared all installment amnt late payment charges,chq bounce charges,overdue charges for this loan account on 30th jan 2013 even i paid some amount in insurance policy loan acct 401BAL00149948 on 30th Jan2013 but since then i have never got my NOC letter.
                    And now i got a call in the month of feb 2013 from Bajaj Fin Serv Lending collection Agency, I was surprise when she demanded 16000 rs payment of installments.When i checked with Bajaj finserv Customer care Its very shocking to see my account is still showing some dues
                    I applyed for personal loan and you upload some dues from my side in CIBIL. and bank is denying to give me loan because of CIBIL Rating.
                    I request you to please remove it and update my CIBIL record. so its my humble request please issue my NOC so that i can apply for Personal Loan.Thank you and do the need full.

                    I had taken a computer Loan an amounting of Rs.26, 208/- dated.31.03.2007 by executing the Loan Agreement No.596/21722. Your company sanctioned the loan amount vide Loan No.[protected]. While taking of loan I and your authority of your Balasore Branch had been discussed that the EMI would be deposited in your Branch Office and they asked to produce the cheques for the future security of the company and accordingly I handed over the cheques as per their demand. However, I was depositing the EMI amounting Rs.1, 773/- in your Office at Balasore. But when your Balasore office was closed, I did not deposited the EMI. No Executive or officers of the Company informed me to deposit the EMI on which Office/Bank.

                    However, on 27.03.2015 I received a Phone call from your Pune Office to settle the loan account. I also agreed for the final settlement of the Loan account and accrodingly, I received a letter through E-mail vide SRL No.HCU/NPL/March/2015/123 dated.27.03.2015 that on payment of Rs.20, 000/- at time, the loan will closed. I have also told that on 27.03.15 that this amount of Rs.20, 000/- will be deposited on 30.03.2015. The company executive give me HDFC Bank Account No.[protected] and told that this amount should be deposited in this account and accordingly I did so vide deposit slip No.43 dated.30.03.15 in the HDFC Bank, Balasore.

                    Though as per company demands, I have deposited the amount but till this date I have not received NDC/NOC from your Company. To get NOC/NDC I have requested over telephone and also personal visit to the Bhubaneswar Office to issue me the NDC/NOC and also to delete my name in CIBIL, but I did not get any result. Bhubaneswar Office gave me phone No.[protected]/ [protected] of Chandresh Bolia and accordingly I contacted with him and Chandresh Bolia assured me the NOC/NDC will be issued me shortly. In this regard, after laps of some days, again and again contacted with Bolia and give me a telephone No.[protected] of Praveen, to whom I also contacted and he also assured me the NOC/NDC will be issued shortly. This transaction has been made before 3-4 days.

                    So, I request you do the needful to issue NOC/NDC and also delete my name in CIBIL for which I shall be obliged.

                      I have availed a consumer loan from Bajaj Finserv through my local Electronics Dealer to purchase a TV in 2011 January. As discussed with my Dealer M/s.Wide Vision at Lake Town Jessore Road, Kolkata the EMI amount was Rs.2025 for 8 months. After 2-3 days I got a sales promo call from Allianz bajaj for an insurance product which they wanted to add to my installment amount. The product attracted an additional burden of Rs.199 to me, hence I refused for the insurance product. My monthly EMI of Rs.2025 was duly collected vrom my residence every month for which I have all the EMI receipts with me as a proof of my payments. After few months Bajaj Finserv from Kolkata Park Street office called and says that I have a due against a loan amount which has to be resolved. I said that since I have all payment receipts, pls send your Executive to my residence so that we can tally the same, but no one came. On the 6th of March 2013, I got a call from Tis Hazari court Delhi that my total outstanding amount is Rs.22,592 against the loan and I have to deposit the same to Bajaj Finserv's Salt Lake office at Kolkata to settle the matter out of court other wise I was warned that i will be arrested and put behind the bars since they have sent me several notices. I replied that I have not received any legal notice and since I am not aware of the case pls let me know the details. After talking to Advocate A.K.Sharma, he gave me the above address and the name of the Bajaj Finserv official Mr.Shubendu Mahapatra to whom I had to deposit the money. Under mental stress and pressure created by them,I went and deposited the money on 6th of March 2013. Dear Sir at the end of the day, I want to ask only one question that as a consumer where do I stand? In this process the company tried to sell an insurance product to me and tagged the same to my loan account and on my refusal do I have to pay such a heavy price? This shows that we do not have any democracy and we as consumers are always fooled and cheated by such companies on irrelevant grounds, which creates a mental, financial and moral pressure on people like us.                         Some days back I got a call from bajaj finservlending ppl about a credit card and he told me lots of offer over this card, he told me that I can purchase two movie tickets every month with this card and I will get a coupon with the welcome kit.

                        Two days back I received my card , there was no coupon,... and even I have not opened it and I received a message for bill payment of 1128. I was shocked... I came to know that this is the joining fee (999+sevr. tax). That is OK because the representative already informed me about the joining fee (but not about the service tax)...

                        When I talk to standard chartered representative , he told me that there is no such kind of gift coupon offer or movie ticket offer...... I really cant believe that ... When I asked him that I want to cancel this card, very rudely he asked me to pay the bill first and then only my card will be blocked...

                        over to this neither Baja finese nor SC ppl phone banking number works properly.. it is irritating to call them..............

                          I am Writing this due to mismanagement done from BAJAJ Fin Serv lending as an unidentified purchase of Personal computer is showing in my loan account. As per the details the unidentified loan which does not belong to me was taken on[protected] and has not been paid , at that time i was doing my studies and does not have any Bank Accounts. They have mapped this wrong loan into my Bajaj Fin Serv Lending account last year and has also added me in the defaulters list in CIBIL. I Got to know this when various application for credit card was getting disapproved / Rejected and i went to one of the bajaj executive for a personal loan for a television then he told me that you already have a loan going on your account and you have been added in defaulters list as well .I Emailed all the details on December 11 , 2012 but no action was taken from their side till now as the unidentified Loan Account is till showing in my Bajaj Finserv Account User ID : 1226512.
                          They Only replied by saying that due to their system error the wrong loan was mapped and due to technical reasons they cannot remove unidentified Loan .Due to their blunder mistake i have faced various Financial as well as personal losses. I have sent them many emails but nothing was done to help me and on my last email which was on 27th Feb 2013 i asked them for physical copy of NOC but they didn't replied on it. .I can provide you all the proof from bajaj Fin serv stating that the above error was done by their system error and they have apologize for all the problem but i asked them for a hard copy of NOC and solution for the problem as i cannot apply for any credit card or loan.

                          Please help me on this as i am feeling helpless as BAJAJ is not helping me on this and i cannot apply for any new loans or credit card.I have suffered many losses and need help on the same

                          Computer Loan — My name was put in cibil were I was not in fault

                          Respected Sir,
                          I had taken a computer loan approximately 3 year back from Bajaj Finance. Here the problem was I had given post dated cheque of which 3 cheques were cleared, thereafter I changed the company and shifted to new office my earlier a/c was closed. So I asked the agent I will give new cheques, so he informed you can give cash instead. I agreed cash was paid monthly.At the end of the installment he said some of the cheque were deposited and got return, so there is a penalty of one thousand I paid that. I have the receipts for that. All the payments were made thereafter one year later I came to know that my name was put in cibil as defaulter were I was not in fault. And regarding this I am doing follow up with the Bajaj Finance since dec 2008 and I am getting no help. I spoke with Mr Madar Bokil, Vishwajeet Patki, Pritam Shinde and I am not getting any help from them.

                          I think the person working on my issues dont want to understand them or actually cannot understand things. Today i got the letter which i was asking for about 2 months but it was actually sent to fool us . The same lines which i was hearing from them from last december was written entirely over the two letters. They have nowhere mentioned that they have wrongly updated my CIBIL score, Now where mentioned that they have destryoed by credit history, they have no where mentioned the Unknown Loan Details which is still showing up in my online account and they have given me NOC of my own Loan Account which Got Closed which i didn't asked for.

                          Instead of solving my issues they have now created one more, now when i login in Xperia i.e the bajaj fin serv website instead of showing my name its showing
                          PALLAVI PRITAM SHARMA name, i dont know who she is but this is again one more example of how they work and again a mistake done from their side and they will apologies again.
                          The only thing they know is apologising.

                          So i am requestig you again and again and again to solve my problems, i am mentioning the things which is still pending at your side which needs to be closed.

                          1) REMOVE THE WRONG LOAN ACCOUNT #[protected] WHCIH IS STILL SHOWING UP IN MY XPERIA ACCOUNT

                          I am facing the same issue now. Bajaj finserv doesn't have proper records, They have unnecessarily added the loan which was taken by the person in hyderbad to my account. Now i am receiving police calls to pay the loan amount of Rs.33516/- which i have not taken. also i receiving harrassment from David (manager) and police that they will come to my house and arrest. How can i solve my problem? David(manager) is asking me to pay the amount and take the receipt. Later he will check the hard copies, if they don't match. we will refund the amount. When i asked him that what is the proof that i will get refund? He says you will get a receipt from bajaj finserv that will be your proof. I asked him i am ready to deposit the amount if you give the description " Deposit towards disputed loan account" . They said NO we can't do that. You just pay the amount and go. We will get back to you in 5 days. Since i have no proof i didn't pay the amount. i have given a written complaint in Bajaj office and retunrned. Can anyone help me with this?

                              Actually I have gone with Bajaj finance for buying new Reliance 29" RECONNECT TV from Reliance digital, Chamarajpet, Bangalore.

                              My Actual loan amount is only 16000 Rupees and EMI should be 1600 Rupees per month as per bill.

                              But from my account 1799 rupees has been deducted and in my bajajfinsrvelending customer portal the loan amount is showing as 17990 rupees.

                              Please make confirm why this mismatch has happened.

                                My Card Number is-5491-xxxx-xxxx-4267. On[protected] they charged 1680.00 for Card Protection Plan before delivery of this card to me. But till date they did not contact me for the same. I complained three times to Standard Chartered Bank, but they did not even reply me in this regard. I ask them to refund the money but they remain silent.

                                The service is worst then local co operative banks, the main reason for this some body coming to office by the name of address bajaj credid cards operate by standard charted bank in this regards they are collected all my documents along with salary slip till now no responce from that side already 16 days gone still i am waiting for feedback and card

                                    I have been living out of India for the last two years. I got an email stating that my loan for 34,500/- has been disbursed. How can you disburse a loan when I did not apply for it. Don't you check if the applicant is present in the country physically or not. The loan acc num mentioned on the welcome letter is 5800CD00057516. I want to know how did you approve this loan and to whom. I will drag you to court if this does not get resolved as I have enough proofs that I am not living in India anymore.

                                      I got My emi card on time every thing was going smooth. I decided to buy a laptop on finance as my loan duration for the previous item was getting finished.
                                      I called up customer care for gathering a information the representative told me laptops doesn't come under the items which i can buy from EMI card where as in their web site laptops are included in the list i was ok with that.

                                      Then i thought of talking personnel loan from bajaj i thought i would be a better option again called up cutomer care asking information abt it representative on first call told me sir ur not 25 years so ur not liable for loan but im already 25 my date of birth is 29 may 1987. Then i called up again told them mam im 25 but se told that's not a problem ur personnel loan offer is locked for you. Dam response even bajaj representatives can't give any reasons

                                      In the end just wanna say very bad service
                                      I'm a defence personnel I thought its a good finance company but srry to say you proved me wrg I will never ever recommend ur company for finance
                                      hope ur company do good ....... Thnxx for ur wrst service

                                        From the last 5-6 months i m regularly getting calls from Bajaj Finserv regarding payment of Loan but i have not taken that loan from Bajaj Finserv.
                                        After getting so many calls i was fed up & visited their Pitampura branch on 14.12.2012 where i talked with Mr Rahul & he apologized for the wrong linking of customer & corrected all the records with him.
                                        Also they did not showed me the papers on which they are stating that i have taken loan from them.
                                        I also asked for the payment proof as they said i had paid some EMi's but they didnt produce the same.
                                        then he assured me that they will not call me again for that loan coz it was error on their side.
                                        But today i.e 29.01.2013 again i got call from Tis Hajari Court, new Delhi from Mr Ram Singh Chaudhery(Cell no [protected]) & he said that Bajaj Finserv filed a case against me for the non-payment of Loan No[protected], & the case no is 310/12.
                                        I talked to Bajaj Finserv's Lawyer, Mr Manoj Aggarwal(cell no [protected]) & he told me to pay due amount.
                                        Why should i pay for which i had not taken any money.
                                        this is complete case of harrasment & mentle torture.& i am very much upset with this kind of act.it also efftected my working.
                                        you are once again requested to pls do the needful at earliest or i have to take legal action for harrasment as well as in consumer court.
