I suddenly recieved sms saying 117 rupees have been deducted towards finemi about which i was totally unaware.i never applied for any loan or anything...

    An amount of Rs. 117 is deducted from my HDFC savings account a/c no [protected] without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i have not taken any loan from bajaj finance. I don't know the reason for the deduction.

      I have made a payment of Rs. 82, 559.00 on 24.12.2021 to Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited account towards new insurance policy. Since even after 2 months Inspite of my constant follow-up, I have not received the policy, I have asked for refund of the full amount. I have got several calls promising to refund the amount within 4 working days. But till date I have not received the refund.

            Few days before, my bike doesn't started, i thought its because of low fuel, but after that incident, i i have 3 litres of petrol in tank, but the bike doesn't starts.

                  Pathetic service for Insta EMI card

                  1. I did register for insta emi card, by paying the fee
                  2. Successfully did ecs mandate, although their mobile app was pathetic, i could do this after a lot of struggle
                  3. Tried to purchase a product from flipkart which has had no interest emi option with bajaj finserv emi card
                  4.Transaction failed after entering OTP, reason it says required approval is denied by bajaj finserv
                  5. I went to bajaj finserv their app...

                  We purchased a cooler of bajaj 7-8 months back.

                  There were multiple complaints like pump not working effectively etc.
                  There service agent came after calling and raising complaints multiple times and everytime told a new story mentioning the product is supposed to behave like this i.e cooler pads dont get wet completely with pump .

                  The cooler tyres do not support the weight when water is loaded in cooler even with 80% of the coolers capacity and break.

                  After repeated complains they respond only after months and in this way our WARRANTY period is getting over in just waiting for them to listen our complains.

                    Sir in 2019 i took a LAP loan from bajaj finance limited in welcome letter they say your whole loan amount is insured by us but ininurance certificate they only gave 8.3370 not whole amount i m 52yrs old lady sir if any misshapping done in now days from where mu son took a huge amount of payment

                      I have taken a personal loan of 1, 64, 000/- (Loan No - LAN-529FRPGM974472 ) from Bajaj Finserv on Dec 2020. And due to unexpected lockdown, my plan for my business was stuck. And my investment is a loss. I have paid monthly installment onbtime

                      I missed my 1st due itself for Feb 2, 2022.

                      On Feb 2, 2022 I have not maintained enough bal in bank a/c but the due amount passing was failed. Next few days, I have received call from local collection executive every day time gap between 15 minute they call me from different mobile number 40 to 50 time and he informed me that my due is pending and need to pay Rs.6981 including penalty 899 /- and i tell him i have maintained enough bal on 20 feb. But the can not listen, next day the collection executive came to my home with another person .I intended to call them and want to clarify the due amount because in one previous days i received a sms in the name of Bajaj Finserv stating that my due amount was Rs.6981. Also I want to explain my situation and my ability to pay the amount on end of that week.
                      But their tone of language and behaviour is not as I expected. They compel me to arrange the amount immediately. They used to attack me personally in words. This type of approach I haven’t faced before and I was nervous. But they again and again point it out loudly that “you only said that you pay it on date and we need it today. We have no option, you should pay!. If you cannot pay it, then why u borrow the loan.” And I don’t know what to say; And again I gain strength and I said I can only pay on 24 Feb and I tend to come out of office. I explained what will be able myself and he also point out the failure of my promising timelines during his followup. And I intend to come out and he is walking along with the way to me and talking again and again that I should pay it today itself. And I replying him I can pay only on 20 Feb and I come out.

                      but he was already in my home with the other person .Then the other person takes the phone, shouted to me on the phone from my house. He shouted in rude manner, “Where are you? Come out of your house! ” and I said “I am out of my home, Now i am at barshi; I will come at evening only.” But, again and again he intentionally shouted .And in the same manner he shouted to my parents. My mother called to me and said “I told them you are not in home and they are asking you come out house again and again, please come to home now.” And also one of them talked again from my mothers phone asking me again, “Where are you right now?” My father is 70 and my mother is 55) and he asked them to pay the due amount.

                      And, my father was innocent and out of fear, he said the he will give the amount from his bank deposit tomorrow (on Monday 28th December 2020) by withdrawing it. That was a fixed deposit, a long time renewal from year to year by my parents as a Joint Account. And the total amount of that deposit itself around Rs.30, 000/- only. And, I felt very sad and very much depressed.
                      At the age of 34, because of instable income, I couldn’t pay the due on time. I accept my inability, but I don’t want to hurt my parents, I don’t want to be a burden any more. I have to take care for them, but still they are suffered because of me.

                      I am typing this on this early morning (17 feb 202 2) at 5 AM and I couldn’t concentrate on my work.
                      I want repay loan as soon as possible... But the executive irrate me so much

                            Careful about bajaj finserv while taking any loan or any type of service from them.
                            OD Loan they offer with less amount deduction, when u really get money surely u wil get shock extra 4000 to 5000 they will deduct, which they will not inform starting only and If we ask, you signed, u accepted the terms and condition like that they say.
                            And if we give complaint in customer care, they say you have any written email from executive they ask. Before taking a loan they will be behind us saying many lies interest less, no maintenance charges, only 4k deduction but when actual picture comes they all escape.
                            BECAREFULL while transacting with Bajaj.

                              I have bought a Samsung A22 5G mobile from Poorvika mobile showroom in Tuticorin, Tamilnadu. Without my consent and knowledge they have added Fone safe product to me. I am paying Rs.2342 additionally (240 rupees for 8 months). The executive didn't tell me anything about that. MONHLY EMI will be 2000 have to pay, he told.                                     I am kamalesh sahu having bajaj card no [protected] . I purchased a mobile phone through this card vide loan a/c number 4I1ECFHN56680 on[protected] and emi started on[protected]. My mobile also insured through your company and it was showing in the portal olso. I have one emi of insurance also on[protected]. Now the insurance details are not showing in the portal. My membership was removed automatically . Now if my phone will damaged who will pay for it.
                                    Kindly resolv the issues at the earliest.
