I have puchase a bike (model no pulsar 180cc dts-1)from swadeshi automobiles limited located in raja garden.& in between 7 to 8 mnths, i have suffer a lot of problem in engine & self.& rama road service centre manager mr habdu sd i have see the proble & sure to me the problem is sort out. but again the prible comes this time & rama road service centre person sd cant change the engine, Sd the engine is cease, & charge frome me more amnt, so pls reauest you to enclosed my complain & change my engine as soon as possible.pls

    I, Abhijit Mondal (a MBBS Doctor by prof., just passed out in 2005 from Calcutta University, registered under WBMC) had bought a BAJAJ DISCOVER 135 bike(Veh. class-M_CYC, Chassis no-MD2DSJNZZPCL29482, HPA with Engine no-JNGBPL33051), on 19th April, 2008 from SURYA AUTOMOBILE, RAJLAXMI APPARTMENT, NANGI MORE, BUDGE BUDGE TRUNK ROAD, MAHESTALA, KOLKATA-700141(Phone No of the shop given as[protected]. Proprietor name is Surya. His title is NOT known to me. Basically, he is dealer of TVS AUTOMOBILES (AS FAR PEOPLE KNOW), but Broker of BAJAJ MOTOR VEHICLES (NOT DEALER, as far I know-he takes BAJAJ two wheelers from any dealer of BAJAJ near Baguihati, VIP road).But, surprisingly CHALLAN given by him to me was in name of SONALI AUTOMOBILES, his employee said that was just another name of the shop & nothing to worry regarding this!!!
    I gave 20000- in cash on 2242008 & rest by cheque (around 34000-) from Allahabad Bank from my father's account (he’s a retired diseased person, now) on next day. Somehow I managed my bike registered dated 10th June, 2008 (still I don't know whether it's VALID LEGAL REGISTRATION or NOT!) at the expense of 200-, got my SMART CARD (where "Horse Power-0" is written!!...imagine!) more than 1month after this, again at the expense of 100- after more than 20 times visit to him, repeated request, both time I didn't insist for these mere 200-, 100- cash memo. They also took 250- at the time of buying for giving seat cover, helmet (which were supposed to be given FREE OF COST) ., didn't give any cash memo again & even they didn't give any SERVICE BOOK for my bike for proper servicing. They gave the service book around one & half months later after buying the bike & said-my 1st FREE SERVICE DATE IS OVER & I WON’T get my 1st free service, but after my repeated request, just to avail me that service they wrote date of purchase on service book as"0752008" although actually I have bought the bike on 19th, April, 2008.NO ONE CAN JUST EVEN IMAGINE TO WHAT EXTENT I HAVE BEEN HARRASED BY Mr.Surya, that broker, TO GET ALL NECESSARY PAPERS which are normally given by the dealer or shop keeper after buying the bike, even till now I doubt whether the papers given by him LEGAL or NOT!
    They gave me two wheeler package policy of BAJAJ ALLIANZ, issued on 3rd July, 2008, dated 28th June, 2008, valid up to 27th June, 2009 midnight. Policy No. OG[protected]-00008782, MY NAME IS WRITTEN AS "AVIJIT MONDAL" INSTEAD OF "ABHIJIT MONDAL", COVER NOTE NO.-BZ[protected], ZONE-B, INSURED ID[protected], INTERMEDIARY[protected]NIBEDITA MONDAL, PREMIUM PAYER ID[protected].So, for around more than 2 months, I had NO SECURITY of my bike & still I doubt whether I actually have it or NOT regarding bike’s insurance policy!!!
    On 19th July, 2008, to my UTTER SURPRISE, I got a letter fro RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE on ref. no.[protected], Oswal House, 2-Church Lane, Kolkata-700001, stating "CANCELLATION OF POLICY"(Policy No.[protected] starting from 1862008 to 1762009). I simply DID NOT UNDERSTAND anything regarding this. Went to the shop, tried to talk to the Proprietor, SURYA . BUT, THEY SIMPLY REFUSED ME TO ANSWER ANYTHING.I went to Police, INSPECTOR, Maheshtala thana said to me to file a case hiring a lawer, but I don't have that much finance enough to lodge a case, now.
    I AM ABSOLUTELY CONFUSED.CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO, WHERE TO GO TO SEEK A BIT HELP!!!HOW CAN I GET MY LEGAL, OFFICIAL PAPERS?

    BAJAJ DISCOVER 135 — Being Cheated by a Broker of BAJAJ AUTOMOBILE at Nungi,WEST BENGAL

    Dear Team,

    This is to inform that i have bought a Bajaj Two Wheeler(Bajaj Pulsar) in the month of August 2002. The Vechile No is TN22 - T - 7575.

    The same was purchased from Unique Auto, Tambaran Sanitorium, Chennai(A sub dealer at that point of time).Since he was sub dealer the vechile was delivered Lakshmi Sujee Auto P Ltd Alwarpet Chennai.

    The Vechile was taken under loan with ICICI Bank and all the installments were over.The Loan A/C No:LTCHE[protected]. Was the loan was through i approached the bank for the Original RC book which they had informed that the RC book would be with the dealer only.

    Then i tired to approach the delaer and could not meet them as now Unique Auto is not available and also Lakshmi Sujee Auto P ltd has shifted their premises from the current palce and i could not find out the new place now.

    I request your help in finding out the soultion to get back my original RC book. Now i would really want to know as per process where the RC book after the registration is made.

    bajaj bike 125cc — FRAUD DEALERS & BROKERS

    i am amit bhardwaj i have purchased discover 125cc from gupta bajaj farm from gwalior m.p. but now i am not satisfied their services because they follow their rule when they do services and this dealer imposed so much amount on costumer and they deal with costumer very rudely this dealer imposed their services rate very high. plz do that
    Bajaj dealers with the help of local area managers talk roughly and are not interested in any customer care. Here in Surat city both the bajaj
    dealers VIP Automobile and Siddharth Motors sell Bajaj Autoriksha at a
    premium price of Rs.1, 01, 000=00 and that too without giving Service book
    and without PDI.

    And now from 01.01.2011 they have stop giving petrol Autoriksha without
    CNG fitting. That is customer has to fit the CNG Kit compulsory from the
    dealer itself.

    If anybody gives me the address of Rahul Bajaj, I will directly complain to him. My mail add is [protected]@yahoo.com

      Its been 1 month I bought bajaj XCD and its Clutch plate is burnt...I hav not ride the bike more than 300 Km...I mean its really shocking..

      There is a cracking sound in my bick engian in 8 months only its clucth plate expire in 6 month.its all about my bajaj xcd.its service are to bad.their management are too bad(kisoregunj, ranchi).they treats very badly with coustomers.
      I have a list of problems with my new Bajaj Platina 125cc bike: (before that let me remind you that I have been riding various bikes [KineticHonda, SuzukiSamurai, HeroHodasplendor, TVSStarCity] for more than 10yrs)

      1. Within the second month, the brake shoe got worn-out. (never happened with earlier bikes, never)
      2. In the second servicing, my indicator buzzer was missing. (when asked the next day, they said "We don't know anything, it's your problem" )
      3. By the time its seven months, the clutch plates are gone. (And for this Service center was charging me Rs.1000/-)

      I don't know if it's the manufacturer's problem or the dealer/service center's play of swapping with old parts to steal money from the customers.

      And now I am hating this 125cc Bajaj Platina bike.
      Same thing happened ... three times they changed my cluctch plate for within 1 year (for Bajaj XCD).

      The bike is worst...

      plz plz dont buy any bajaj bike ...they need lot of services...with min[protected] per service charges ;

      dealer/service center's play of swapping with old parts to steal money from the customers.

        I am in staying in Ahmedabad having a Bajaj Pulsar with me -, after one month my bike engine was very high temperature even running only 1 km then we visit Bajaj ( Amin Ahmedabad ) they people told us its nothing more major problem about high tempertatiure, . Then we continuously complaint to Bajaj ( Amin ) but till date we not getting proper response. So we request kindly suggestion on this matter. Because sometime we thought that engine was blast, it’s really high temperature.

        Bajaj — engine

        I had given my discover ( C.C) bearing registration No. TN 09 BD 5717 for service on your authorised Service Centre, , west mamblam, chennai.

        The vehicle was given on the assurance of theservice engineer that it would be ready within a maximum of 10 days and also at the same time requested for grace period of a maximum of another 5 days, which was agreed by me.

        However, in spite of my repeated follow-ups and requests, the vehicle has not yet been serviced and handed over to me till date.

        I have been suffering a lot for my transportation needs. Request the Bajaj Management to appropriate action against the authorised service centre and enable the early completion of service of my vehicle.
        Here after not rectifi my problem i give complaint in consumer court.

            I am not happy with the service provide. From the first service I have been complaining that the Fuel gauge is not working. Its been 1 year the problem is not been fixed, every service I bring this issue to their notice that the fuel gauge is not showing appropriate reading but it has not been fixed. On what basis should I give my bike for service in a Bajaj authorized service station where they cannot address or fix the issue brought to their notice. I also mentioned that the fuel tank has a reserve capacity of 1ltr only am sure even that would not have been fixed as I don’t want to take a chance by running in reserve and ending up pushing the bike which I have faced a couple of times before. I have also addressed that my bike gives me a mileage of 33-35 this is riding the bike at a constant speed of 45-50. When told to your mechanics they tell I have to ride the bike at the speed of 30-40. Kindly tell me the mileage that an average pulsar gives and at what speed should we ride the bike. If said we should ride the bike at.
            Also scared to give my bike to service station at Indira Nagar as they manhandle the bikes when give for service, the bikes are thrown into the lifts the mechanics try to take the bike off the stand by pulling the Wisor. If this is how they handle the bikes before service then we can assume the quality of service. The mechanics or the Supervisor is not well mannered or disciplined.

            Bajaj Service — Problems with my bike not fixed

            Sir,
            im owning bajaj discover bike, from the date of purchase i did all services in kiwiraj automobiles, ekkattuthangal chennai till now in which 4 paid services also included. And i would like to change engine oil for my bike, for this as i approached the same service centre they told me that delivery will be on saturday! how horrible is this? changing engine oil will take 4 days? moreover the service is not good to bajaj standard. if this will continue then bajaj market will slowly be vanished soon.

            I, Ranjit Mahato (Add: 103/1 Sarkar Hat Lane, Kol-61.Ph.No.: [protected].), buy a Bajaj Platina on 09/02/2008 from "Auto Center, South Kokkata Branch(Naktala), 358/1 N.S.C.Bose Rd., Kol-47.Ph. No.[protected]/4198".I serviced my bike from authorized bajaj service center but suddenly my battery not worked properly & I send my battery to the Exide service Center they told me the battery exchanged by the service center.I also then noticed that my battery no. does not match with my Battery Warranty Card.The physical battery no is "MFG CODE OF BATTERY : 7L3 SR.NO.1748848" but the Battery Warranty Card no is "MFG CODE OF BATTERY : 7L7 SR.NO.222631".My question is that if the service center doing this type of illegal job then where the customer going for their bike service.And I also provide the service center name & address where I serviced my bike, "Name:AUTO POINT, Sarsuna, Kolkata-700 061., Ph.No.:[protected].
            I think that the Bajaj company get a step against this type of Service Center.Please revert me in any further information & a soon reply from your end is highly solicited by me.

            IM REQUESTING THE TOP LEVEL MANAGMENT - PLS LOOK IN TO THIS ISSUE ****** Else you will loose a Valuable Customer coz of Service Related problem.

            i got a Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC about 1.5 of yrs back, i used to get service my bike only thru bajaj service center not frm outside till, but about a wk back i went to ur service Station in CHENNAI Name: SAKTHI BAJAJ which is FIT for NOTHING dont know they are having Qualified service people or some one jus like that ...REALLY BADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD, i went for a complaing to change a Speed o mtr Cable as my Speedo mtr not working, they accpted to change the cable due to cable fault, but they are saying that DONT HAVE STOCK of this particular cable from JAN 10 i.e before pongal holiday till date, why there is a demand in it & why dont u increase in production.Then i have a Disc brake problem & they are not responding properly.I m suggesting my frens & Dear ones that not to go for the SAKTHI BAJAJ Servive place in chennai. ITS NT A SERVICE PLACE its a TROUBLE PLACE.Thay will not have SPARES****** & They wont service properly ... ???????? TO DO .

            Dear Sir,
            I purchased Bajaj Discover, KA-04-EX-9744, 1 year old at JATTI MOTORS, MILLERS RD, OPP TO ST ANNS, which is now presently closed, I gave my bike for service at KALYANI BAJAJ, MAKERI CIRCLE, there was sound near head light which was informed, they have replaced FAIRING BL RED DIS 1, even now the problem remains, i am not satisfied with my bikes performance, i left my bike for service on 27/06/2009 their job card no:04203404 and invoice no:04825482, i have all the bills with me till date, and i want this issue to be solved free of cost as i have already paid for the same

            Plz solve this issue as early as possible
