Hi
This is Rohit Chaurasia. And I took a loan from Bajaj Finance in 2016 to purchase a LED and I repaid all loan amount within the decided period of time. And similarly again I took a loan to purchase a laptop in 2018. and gain I repaid my loan amount within the given time. But since last two years I did not purchased anything. So why Bajaj Finance deducted money of Rs295 as Mandate fail Chrg txn on 23/01/2022. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

    I purchased a policy from Bajaj Finserv through Pocket Insurance.
    It was Spectacle Assure pocket Insurance and my Membership Number is IAC650579.
    This was eye wear insurance for a sum assured of 15000. My eye wear is damaged accidentally. When I applied for claim, no one from Bajaj Finserv, CPP group is ready to log complaint. Just they are giving customer care number of each other.
    I need claim for my eye wear against CPP Spectacle Assure Plan.
    I multiple times wrote email to their respective authorities.

    but no satisfactory response.

      Every month I have paying my EMI on time, even for January month paid on 2nd but it's bounced to 17th. My civil score was gone to trash, EMI card was blocked and even my PL loan 35lakhs was concealed just becoz of bajaj arrogant negligence. I am getting everyday bounce charges calls instead of solving issue even mailed several times. What kind of service they r giving I donno.
      Never ever take loans from bajaj.

        I am Gautham from Chennai, I took a loan from Bajaj finance, a regular emi of RS 6230/= will be paid, this month January 2022, due to insufficient funds the emi was returned, for this I paid the emi of RS 6230 to an collection person named Mr.Shabeer on 17/01/2022 and negotiated a RS 400/= as bounce charges, but suddenly on 20/01/2022 again a sum of Rs 500/= deducted from my account as bounce charges, Sir I want to know what is the proscribed amount for bouncing charges, please guide me. Thanks and Regards.

          An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of Bank of Maharashtra without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card ([protected]) that was. I totally don't understand after 1+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

            Bajaj finserv keeps calling on my mobile no 5-6 times a day. Recently when I was down with covid and was isolated so could not keep my phone shut as had to be available for family members bajaj finserv irritated me beyond measure by calling repeatedly for credit and loan . The biggest irritant is it’s a auto caller and hence you can’t even tell them that please don’t call . It’s a big nuisance many people are facing . So humbly request bajaj finserv team to stop this or in future they won’t even get any customers

              I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that almost 3- 4 year of settling the emis and all. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-with any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
              At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi card also almost completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
              My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.

I already escalated the issue one month before my account was looted by bajaj finserve last month I already escalated the issue but still I didn't received any reply from them. Definately I will move to banking ombudsman. This is the last warning to them

                            This is Justin Raju, I was approached by one of the customer care of Bajaj finserv they told me about the overdraft facility and their main focus was that any emergency you can use this amount and the charges will be only on the amount that you withdraw from the the virtual account so they offered me somewhere near 700000 into the virtual account of Bajaj and they told me that you can close it anytime if you want and if you want to maintain this that you will have to pay some 1400 per year but now when I went for the foreclosure of this overdraft they are asking me 34000 on the total amount which i have not used that is there charging 4.32 % on the 700000 and they had charged me 7500 as processing fees which I have not used this is a very strategic way of cheating the customer I will request each and everyone not to go with over draft facility instead go for a loan

                              I have recently taken Bajaj Flexi loan. I was charged "Credit Vidya Fee". But during numerous calls with the sales agent before loan approval, she never mentioned anything about "Credit Vidya Fee". This clearly indicates baiting consumers with opportunistic behaviour based on lying by omission. Please refund the amount Rs4999 which was charged without educating the consumer about the details of the plan.
                              I am attaching an email screenshot which contains the agent's proposal containing all possible fee that I was going to be charged(highlighted in yellow). It clearly doesn't contain any information about Credit Vidya Fee

                                I purchased bajaj platina on 9/11/2019. Its under a 5 year warrenty period. today i have undergon the fifth service of my vehicle on around 13000km
                                i was told my the bajaj service centre employee that there was only 10ml engine oil in the bike which is not justified as the last service was undergon just 2 months prior this period on 10/8/2021 all the service was undergon by authorised bajaj service centre i want to ensure that that service cente official did not deliberatelt put let engine oil in the last service as it was supposed to be free.                                   Dear Sir,

                                  I would like to complain about my bajaj OD a/c fraud. I got a call from Bajaj for an OD A/c . I denied and told them not to call again but this continued for a couple of week. Eventually I had a requirement of money and found that Bajaj Finserve is good and reliable company with great customer service hence i agreed to apply vide LAN No:[protected].
                                  My CIBIL score was good so they assigned me an OD limit 7lakh rupees, about all this OD account as well as follow ups were done by MS.Paridhi ([protected]) . Mr Shubham ([protected])came to my office for documentation and he collect all the related documents to me, my all queries were solved by ms paridhi and after a long process the loan was disbursed to my account on 20th Dec 2019 vide LAN No:[protected], After few days i received a call from paridhi that a pre-approved loan offer Amount 20 lakh offered in my account but their is condition to avail this loan –that initially i have to part pay the 1-2% less than the consumed loan/OD amount in maximum 5 days after that i will get the benefit of 20 lakh pre-approved loan amount offer, within 5 days i made the part payment of amount (Rs. 706899/-) in bajaj OD A/c. After deposit within couple of minutes my bajaj OD account was closed, I called paridhi as well as shubham many times but they blocked my calls after that i messaged on whatsapp to both of them but they never responded, I have all the chat which was done between us.
                                  This is totally not acceptable its a fraud. Bajaj Finserve cheated me, i used the loan amount only for few days but two months Emi were deducted from my account as well as following charges was also levied on me-
                                  I paid various breakup charges -
                                  1-(6%)4200-Processing Fee
                                  2-5000-Flexi Fee
                                  3-5000-Financial Fitness Report Charges
                                  4-500-Emi Card Charges
                                  5-2000-HDFC Credit Processing Fee
                                  6-50- Stamp duty

                                  The loan is sanctioned for 5 years (60 months) but i used the loan for only few days then why i pay all your charges when i never get benefited from your loan. Initially Bajaj executives did the fraud.

                                  Due to this issue i faced great financial crisis as well as mental trauma and Bajaj Finserve is solely responsible for this, hence request you to do the needful on priority.

                                  This is totally fraud and even no one from Bajaj Finserve is entertaining me neither responding me hence i found no other way instead of writing this mail.

                                  *Note: Again i would like to mentioned that till date bajaj is charging me annual account maintenance charges while flexi loan account is blocked since last 2 years(after one month when it was opened). We wrote multiple email to the bajaj finserve but till now didn't received any response till date.

                                      The bounce charge is Rs 6000/- which was not previously informed while taking loan from bajaj finserve and threat from recovery agent to take me at there office and beat me over there. The complaint against the recovery agent is already done at Bajaj finserve gravience cell
