This is Saiprasad Vandanapu (Mobile number : [protected]). I have taken a consumer loan (4000CDGW289815) from Bajaj finserv to purchase a TV. Bajaj has offered and issued gift vouchers of worth 8000 rupees. I am able to redeem 4000 but for the other 4000 rupees, it is showing that I have already redeemed but I did not redeem actually.
I have raised 2 service requests with Bajaj finserv about this fraud but they are simply closed without resolving the issue. This seems to be a deliberate fraud and cheating Bajaj finserv.
Please help in resolving this issue ASAP.

    I have been receiving multiple spam calls from Bajaj Finserv / Bajaj Finance asking me to avail loans as well as promotional calls. I tried to unsubscribe to their calls but unable to do so. Despite blocking many of their numbers, I'm still receiving close to 3-4 calls everyday from different numbers. Bajaj Finance / Bajaj Finserv needs to stop this.

            Hello Bajaj finserv,

            It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

            Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced to take action against Bajaj Finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

                Hello Team,

                After approval of OD from SALARIED FLEXI LOAN - Bajaj Finserv, total OD amount got deposited in my savings account on 1/11/2022. Ideal expectation would be they will create Login ID and password and open an OD account. Now for the whole of total OD amount I need to pay interest in next (1st) EMI. This is very cleverly done by the team. Not at a fair thing thing to a customer.

                Till date I didn't receive...

                Bought a bike in EMI 2 mnths ago. Paid the frst month emi properly. They did not detect the second month emi in my account. So that the brach manager called us and told us to return the bike and used many bad words and scolded us. Because of that i tried commiting suicide.so please take an action about this incident.

                    Dear sir/madam kindly resolve my complaint that I have paid emi twice in my account. First emi paid on 1st jan, 2022 threw online payment what I am trying to foreclose my loan a/c. But again 3rd Jan, 2022 same amount (1661/-) emi deducted from my bank account. Now that loan a/c is closed. But they deducted 13 emi from me. They took 1 emi extra. Please refund that.

                        my card no is [protected], my mobile number [protected]. emi card expire date 01/2032. i successfully paid ₹567. i got message from bajaj finserv. your card activated successfully your card limit ₹50000. but today am checking my card was blocked. why sir? reason please... please help me! i not have any pending loan.

                          Today I logged in for getting Emi Card... At beginning the procedure was very smooth. Then they asked to pay some amount of Rs.597/-. After paying I tried to login it wasn't smooth enough. They don't have any customer care number also. Even I raised complaint, but the complaint got resolved within 5mins but the actual truth is they didn't even care to contact the customer. Just like that they closed the complaint raised by me

                            Actually my emi date was 2nd of every month, January 2nd 2022 was a Sunday, i had maintained sufficient emi amount in my bank account but the emi was not swiped. I thought 2nd was a Sunday so it might swipe on 3rd i.e, Monday but even on 3rd the the emi amount wasn't debited so i personally paid the emi amount on 4th through Paytm, but now the Bajaj finserv have applied check bounce charges to me of 450 for emi delay. Please take necessary action and clear check bounce charges

                                EMI Card - Transaction Declined by BANK

                                Hello, I am achal,
                                While Doing a Transaction on Flipkart of rs 16945/- message popups that my transaction is declined by the bank when I have already done ECS Mandate while purchasing 1 Product Through an EMI Card.

                                Kindly Look into this and Shootout this issue ASAP....

                                  Am Rahul my mob num is [protected], i brought my samsung refrigerator through Bajaj finance at online bajaj emi store, that time order I can apply voucher code of 3000 order is eligible for 3000rs cash back, once i cleared my first 3 EMI's without bounce, i can not get cashback, already paid 5 EMI;s without bounce, in the November I raised querry against cashback..they told me u can wait December mid...but not received...I raised another query on 07jan2022...now they told me system not reflected...you can give any written proof of cashback] but still i did't get my Cash back of Rs 3000, Loan ref num is "4010cdhe801022" dated 30 JULY 2021
