I have purchased/renewed online health Policy No GHI-TB-OL-21-IN5995788 renewed 2 months back but I have not received any documents and I could not see them in the portal also. Non of the Bajaj Finance Customer numbers are working and no resolution provided when i raised a service request (SR3103905) online. Please share the same and confirm if the policy is active or not.

I have paid the amount of emi on 31st of December for the month of january but on 2nd of January bajaj automatically deducted the amount of emi again for the same month January. Please help me. They have taken double money for the same month. I am contacting them but they are not responding.

I want to Complaint about emi deducted from my account twice for two ongoing loans, On date 03 -jan -2022 time 11:03 first transaction 11:04 second transaction.

Hi ur team keep calling me for credit card and loan despite asking them to remove my number from your list. Today I have received a message for verification of a credit card which I have never applied for. Here is the text - Our executive Amgoth Lokesh will visit your address for KYC of Bajaj Finserv cobrand credit card on[protected] at 12:00 PM - 03:00 PM. Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Please stop this nonsense immediately and remove any information that you have for me from ur database. I don’t need credit card or loan or anything from Bajaj. I will file a complaint to RBI next time if I receive a single call or email from you.

I am daily getting 4-5 calls with offers on personal loan.
I do not need the loan at this point. Pls stop calling me daily. Much appreciated.

This is really very dejected to say that, once again bajaj employees have proven themselves as not faithful to customer...

One of your team member Mr. Sevak had promised me that by extending my OD limit he not only decrease my current ROI but also give me 8000/-Rs Cash back.as an extra benifit for that perticular month.

But as expected from baja Finserv NO CASHBACK HAD BEEN RECEIVED YET.

I am tired of being taking regular follow up from your team member Mr. Sevak .

Desirable Resolution:- Kindly elucidate me till when I'll get my CASHBACK against my OD .

If you want I have kept safe all recordings and screen shots, I can send you those also, which clearly clear that your team member Mr. Sevak has promised me for CASHBACK.

I have purchase a oppo mobile on EMI in Bajaj finserv, But When I see the detail in app it shows CPP Fone Safe, Which is activated without y permission.
I am not acceptable to pay this cpp charges...

Is bajaj finserv a scam ? A cheating company ? why they activate a plan without customers permission ? Need to file case against this, because many of the customers has the same issue ! Totally irritating!

I bought new mobile from Vadakara MyG two weeks before and I didnt ask for the CPP Plan . I got message next day that saying "Thank you for choosing to buy CPP FoneSafe Classic. Bajaj finserv Membership No: IM9111412 " . What is this ? Is bajaj Finserv scam ? I called the customer care and they told me its activated mistakenly and they will cancel it . after 9 days(12/29/2021) again i received a mail regarding same .

this is really cheating !

I have been receiving multiple phone calls regarding the loan offer everyday for more than 5 to 6 times. I am neither interested in taking loans, nor interested in taking the phone calls from you. I request you to kindly remove my number from your list, else I would be taking the legal action for intruding in my personal time.

On 23/12/2021 i got a call from Bajaj finserv executive regarding the upgradation of the limit of my emi network card to elite card. He made me understand many perks of the card upgradation like
1. Limit will be increased to 3, 31000
2. It will be a physical card delivered to your doorstep
3. Cash limit of 50, 000
4. Vouchers worth rs 16000
And many more

For all this he asked for the upgradation fee(rs 2999). I repeatidily confirmed him about the details as the details were varying from the details given on website . But he convinced me by saying that these details are with executives only and soon will be released on website too.
I paid the said amount on 24/12/2021.
On 26/12/2021 i got message from Bajaj finserv that my card is upgraded as per my request. When I checked the details on M wallet the limit got increased to 30% of the present limit .

I called on customer care number but it was coming no. is invalid. Complained through email but got no response.

This is really disappointed to know that a reputed company like Bajaj finserv is fooling it's customer like this

I had applied for flexi loan from bajajfinserv. It's executive explained me about the processing charges and we agreed on INR 5000 as processing charges. But before loan disbursement they charged me 23000. Added many additional cards and policies.
Please don't go with bajajfinserv. As they tell less chages and then automatically deduct a lot from your bank.

I have paid 26800 for a loan amount of 10000 and they are asking now 7500 for verification.
