BEWARE
I have been duped by sales executive Vijay ([protected]) who did not tell me about the Credit vidya fees and i was charged INR 4999 when the loan got processed . When i asked about this he has stopped answering to my calls or messages. I know no action will be taken here and neither i will get the refund as customer care is also helpless and incompetant.
Use their services only when you have everything in detail and in mail.

I am writing this here to create awareness.

    I am using Bajaj emi card more than 1year...in my pre approved section I got a offer of elite card with limit of 78000 then I applied the card on 5th November 2021 and paid card fees 4999rs successfully and I received payment confirmation from Bajaj finserv also but there is no update still 7days completed. I called customer care they giving wrong number and I raise a request from Bajaj app no response and I send mail also noooo response. I need my 4999rs back in my account or give the elite card

      Respected sir madam
      I have done a wrong transaction from by account to Bajaj finance account by mistake when I was doing transaction to some other account . The amount is 25, 000 rs on 10/11/2021 . Kindly refund back 25, 000 rs which was transacted by mistake . Thanking you in anticipation

              Hi Sir/Madam, I paid a bounce charge/penalty charge for my purchased product to close my loan. Bajaj Team offer me to pay a 45% of balance amount to close my loan. I paid it through online. Almost one month over I did not received the NOC.

                Whenever I am trying to purchase something via offline or online through the Bajaj card then the transactions got failed. I got a message that your card is INLINE BLOCKED. In the status of Bajaj application my card is showing active. But I am not able to use it. Registered number [protected]. Limit 33k. When I called the customer care of Bajaj they told me that you have to wait their quarter review(3 months) after that you will be using this card.

                        My name is Ajay Kushwaha an old customer of Bajaj Finance Company I received a mail for Bajaj Finance Elite card subscription on 27/10/2021 which I have confirmed to Bajaj Finance on 28/10/2021 by mail here
                        It is true that it is fraud, I was told this mail is correct, on the same day I applied for card membership and I paid the fee which was Rs 3000 in it, which I have proof of which I am not able to have any contact with the company from that day itself
                        Nor is there any customer service please help me thank you

                          Subject : I paid all interest EMIs till 7 months reglarly. In 8th month, i moved to different organisation and salary is revise for clearance.So, I requested that I will be paying emi in next 2 to 4 weeks whenever slary is deposited. But, I am harassed and getting calls.They are talking rude manner.please refer the audio files. They also even sent agent to my home.they are NOT at all following RBI guidelines.

                          I would like to raise complaint on the harassment and rude behavior with the Bajaj fiananserv collections team from Hyderabad.
                          I am a Bajaj fiancé flexi loan customer who is paying regular interest till date. This month, my salary I spending and under revise and will be deposited in next 2 to 3 weeks. I already conveyed the same and still getting harassment calls from babaj Fiannace collections team.
                          I would like specify the agent name syed called me from [protected] and [protected] numbers and harassed a lot with rude manner.Please refer the couple of audio recordings for reference. I also lost my patience and have to shout in last minute and disconnected.
                          He conveyed me that I am defaulter and questioning me why I have taken loan and I should go for chits.
                          I am paying interest without fail from beginning and this month (refer the statement) I missed my interest payment due to some reasons which I already conveyed.
                          I wrote email to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and got response that, I can pay as I conveyed but boune charges will be applicable.
                          Surprisingly, for missing first time payment, he sent agent to my home without any legal notice. Actually if I don’t pay continuously for 3 months then agent should visit home with legal notice as per RBI guidelines. But, he sent agent directly to home.
                          I would like to raise complaint on the harassment and rude behavior with the Bajaj fiananserv collections team from Hyderabad.

                          I already conveyed that, I will pay amount in next 2 to 4 weeks or before that whenever my salary is credited. But, still I am getting harassment and rude calls.
                          I also in parallel checked the terms and conditions about Baja Flexi loan. Please hear the conversation from bajaj finserv loan agents called me offering loan with details of Flexi loan.They clearly conveyed about delay interest payment and agent visiting home conditions.
                          Summary : please refer below audio files in sequence.
                          1) 06 –Nov : Bajaj Finserv collection team called me initially and I updated my concern. But, from the beginning it self they started calling continuously and harassing with multiple numbers. So I have blocked few numbers as they are repeating the same after conveying my problem.
                          Later I got calls from Syed ( he named himself as Syed from Somajiguda collection branch) who started shouting and harassing with appropriate words. They are insulting and saying that to go for chits instead and there it will work and questioning why I have taken bajaj Flexi loan?He also sent agent directly to home.Agent visited home on Saturday (06-Nov at 6:15 PM)and I talked to Rajnikanth ( looks manager from collection team) and agent left and he told he will come on Monday.

                          2) Later around 06-Nov 6: 10 PM, Rajnikanth from Bajaj Finserv called and again started from beginning . I conveyed that I will pay in 2 to 4 weeks. He told there is NO option and gave me time 2 days (i.e I need to pay on Monday). Please refer below audio file. Immediately after call with him agent came to our home directly and stood before us.I asked for notice document and he told in Bajaj Finserv there is no such process. I conveyed something and he told he will come again on Monday.

                          3) 07-Nov : Luckily, I got call from Bajaj Finserv loans offering team to check and provide loan for me. I asked all the details about Bajaj Flexi loan and asked for the terms and conditions related to flexi loan in Bajaj.they provided all the details learly and got confirmed from their supervisor that, for flexi loan there is no any harassment or phone calls if someone missed payment for first time. They will have enough time and no agent will visit for interest payment until or unless it is defaulter.I am a regular interest payer and there is no one single bounce or late payment . But, agent visited my home.

                              Dear Sir/ Madam,
                              (LOAN account No. For Personal Loan : 4L3RSLFU390807 and Consumer loan: 5770CDGW589064)
                              I would like to inform that a double EMI is deducted from my bank account for each respective loan mentioned above.
                              For personal loan amount rupees 4061 deducted two times on 06/11/2021and for consumer laon rupees 2990 deducted two time on 06/11/2021 respectively (Pls see in attached image)
                              Please look in this matter on priority to resolve the issue by today because I need money.
                              I tried to contact the Bajaj costmer care number but didn't connect.
                              I waiting for your affermative response on priority.

                                This happened recently. I made an advance payment on an EMI which they said would be refunded as they cannot process that advance money for the EMI that I paid for.

                                Now, all of a sudden, I receive a mail saying it cannot be refunded with no proper explanation and that I only have to call back the customer care after 8th of November. I cannot for the life of me understand why the amount cannot be refunded as they first said it would be first.

                                Please refund the amount.

                                  I paid for Cpp wallet care membership which I didn't want. I was tricked by a Bajaj Finserv agent. I paid on the name of Bajaj credit card.

                                  I want to cancel my cp wallet care membership and want refund (30 days are not completed yet.

                                    Today, at 3:11 amount of 46, 689 was deducted from my sbi account without any permission towards cpm mandate debit. I had already paid the loan amount. I had no loans from Bajaj finserv. This is a huge amount and I want my money.

                                        Which is activited without my permission..
                                        I am not acceptable to pay this cpp charges...
