    Bajaj auto or Finserv debit 117 amount from my account. Remark of bank is bajaj_auto_cd. I don't know why he deduct 117 from my account without permission. Then why bajaj deduct this amount without any intimation.

    Please help me to unexpected and theft debit of amount from account. Then how we will faith on banking. Any body can deduct amount from my account without any intimation.

      About detail- sir i took a personal loan from bajaj finserv and I paid all the emi and rest 3 emi is pending.
      sir i paid my emi as my salary comes but i failed on due date except this i pay my emi on same month.
      sir if i fail on due date bajaj finserv agent call me randomly till i pay the amount...and using vulgar languages and threaten also...they always threaten me to come at home and ask to parents for money and says to me that he will shouting at my home and tell neighbouring also...this type of harrsment I am facing a long time.
      one of the bajaj agent named swyam aman [protected] from bajaj finserv, durga city center, haldwani, 263139 harrassing me a long time and threaten also..Kindly do the needful sir...

        I don't have any Bajaj related cards for the past 5 years.

          I have paid all the emis of bajaj finserv. Though they have deducted Rs 117 from my account this is illegal please help me. I am maharashtra state govt employee.
          Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Bajaj finserv-Again My amount was cut by on tha name of ECS Charge 3times on the date 30 April 2022 in same month of April.Should not do like this with the costumer. Thats amount for installment. How do that worng doing with us like that. It is totally bad and refund my amount for installment. Privious time you promised that not deduct my money on name of ecs.this is totally irritate me...and I will not pay any other charge due to bouncing my instalment.

            Please stop calling me daily for loans. It's very irritating to get calls 3-4 times during peak working hours for loans. I am not interested in taking any loans or any products from your company. Stop calling or I will take further necessary action.

                      Telemarketing calls

                      I'm from Bangalore, i'd purchased few electronic goods through Bajaj Finserv. my problem now is i'm getting frequent automated/manual calls from Bajaj Finserv alomost 4 to 5 times a day, the same call and the same subject on low interest loans ! these automated calls are coming irrespective of times and also all the days including holidays !, I would like to point out that i'm working in multimedia industry audio recording and things... and...

                        In Bajaj Portal, I could see that I have been charged with Credit Vidya, CHIGC360, Processing, Stamp, Flexi Fee which was never informed to me by your relationship manager and I am not aware of.

                        After seeing the charges, I spoke with Bajaj relationship manager and he has conveyed to me that the charges mentioned in the portal are for temporary only and it will get credited back to me within 2-4 working days.

                        But till now, there is no progress in returning my hidden charges. I am trying to reach Bajaj relationship manager now but I was not able to connect with him.

                        I don't want any Credit Vidya/Care Health Insurance or any other policies. Hence, I am herewith requesting Bajaj to make a repayment of all my hidden charges which were not informed to me at any point of time.

                        Note: I am even having the Whatsapp messages & call recordings which were done with Bajaj relationship manager at the time of processing Flexi Loan. He clearly communicated to me that this account is like a "Credit Card" and there is no single rupee to be paid for processing/taking loan/any charges etc.

                        And, I have already written to Care Health Insurance to cancel that policy and refund my hidden charges towards insurance.

                        It looks like Bajaj is cheating the customers with fake commitments and many hidden charges. Please look into my account on top priority and initiate a refund of hidden charges within 2-3 days before I proceed for any legal proceedings.

                        The customer relationship manager is very attentive until the loan amount is sanctioned. Once it got sanctioned the concerned manager is not responding which is very shameful.
                        my loan amount got sanctioned on July 2021, till now no response from bajaj personnel.
                        I strongly recommend my friends and well-wishers do not apply for loans at bajaj finserv.

                              I purchased vivo y72 5g mobile through bajaj emi card on August 5th. I have to pay My first EMI of rupees 2999rs
                              On or before 2nd September. I paid my EMI through paytm on 2nd September 6.52 am. The mobile price is 20990rs and I paid 2999rs as EMI. in bajaj finserv App State of account it clearly showing my payment was credited and still 17991rs I have to pay. But I got a message from bajaj finserv stating that I have to pay my first EMI 3550rs added 450rs as over due price. I don't understand why I got this message. And everyday I am getting call from bajaj finserv employees and they harassing me and some were speaking without respect. Bajaj finserv were treating me as a defaulter. I paid my EMI. but still they harassing me. I even went and complain my issues to bajaj finserv employees in office but no response and not behaving properly. The biggest mistake of mine is trusting bajaj finserv and taking mobile through bajaj. Kindly please help me and solve my problem. I am attaching my payment of EMI and my bajaj account statement.

                                  While providing loan they have not stated details about this flexi loan. Now after almost 2 years I am trying to close the loan and they are asking for closure charges of 4.72% on full loan amount. And also they are charging yearly maintainance charges as well.                                     I Ordered a Mobile Phone from Bajaj Finserv Markets using Bajaj EMI Card on 5th September time: 12:35 PM.
                                    I Cancelled the Order. I'm trying from 5th September Evening onwards. I tried calls, mails, customer service portals and apps from Bajaj Finserv. No one is responding.
                                    Today at 12:55 PM they dispatched my order. On the Order page the cancel prompt is still pending....

                                    My name is Saurabh Jayan Menon, Loan account number LAN P403DHP1360974. The amount of INR 4861 was first deducted on 02/09/2021 and second on 06/09/2021 for INR 4861. Due to the second deduction my home loan EMI was missed due to which my penalties there is almost INR 3500. My account is currently in negative due to this transaction. I have tried calling them multiple times but no one is giving a proper response. I have attached the transactions as shown in my bank statement. I would like a full refund of the second emi that was deducted for this amount asap!!...
