In Bajaj Portal, I could see that I have been charged with Credit Vidya, CHIGC360, Processing, Stamp, Flexi Fee which was never informed to me by your relationship manager and I am not aware of.
After seeing the charges, I spoke with Bajaj relationship manager and he has conveyed to me that the charges mentioned in the portal are for temporary only and it will get credited back to me within 2-4 working days.
But till now, there is no progress in returning my hidden charges. I am trying to reach Bajaj relationship manager now but I was not able to connect with him.
I don't want any Credit Vidya/Care Health Insurance or any other policies. Hence, I am herewith requesting Bajaj to make a repayment of all my hidden charges which were not informed to me at any point of time.
Note: I am even having the Whatsapp messages & call recordings which were done with Bajaj relationship manager at the time of processing Flexi Loan. He clearly communicated to me that this account is like a "Credit Card" and there is no single rupee to be paid for processing/taking loan/any charges etc.
And, I have already written to Care Health Insurance to cancel that policy and refund my hidden charges towards insurance.

It looks like Bajaj is cheating the customers with fake commitments and many hidden charges. Please look into my account on top priority and initiate a refund of hidden charges within 2-3 days before I proceed for any legal proceedings.
Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
