High fore closure charges

Dear Sir
While providing loan they have not stated details about this flexi loan. Now after almost 2 years I am trying to close the loan and they are asking for closure charges of 4.72% on full loan amount. And also they are charging yearly maintainance charges as well. These are not atall discussed or informed at the time of applying the loan. Please advice what to do....

Order Cancellation is taking forever

I Ordered a Mobile Phone from Bajaj Finserv Markets using Bajaj EMI Card on 5th September time: 12:35 PM.
I Cancelled the Order. I'm trying from 5th September Evening onwards. I tried calls, mails, customer service portals and apps from Bajaj Finserv. No one is responding.
Today at 12:55 PM they dispatched my order. On the Order page the cancel prompt is still pending....

EMI deducted twice in the same month for same loan account

My name is Saurabh Jayan Menon, Loan account number LAN P403DHP1360974. The amount of INR 4861 was first deducted on 02/09/2021 and second on 06/09/2021 for INR 4861. Due to the second deduction my home loan EMI was missed due to which my penalties there is almost INR 3500. My account is currently in negative due to this transaction. I have tried calling them multiple times but no one is giving a proper response. I have attached the transactions...

About cashback not received

I purchased realme narzo 30 mobile by bajaj finserv market on Aug15, 2021
Loan no 568RMDHG459968.
I have 2 issues.
1. I didn't get cashback Rs 500
2. Dealer took rs 899 in place of rs 399 processing fee....

Harassment Calls for emi

I have an EMI of 3, 400 going on with bajaj
You can check my previous repayment process, this time I have changed my account so the first EMI got bounced, from then till my next month emi Bajaj has called me 50 times daily 5-10calls in a day, repeated reminders reminding me for my next emi, this is very Unprofessional behaviour and total harassment the staff hired is uneducated ### who don't have basic manners to talk

Cancel to digital cpp tele binding

I have purchase a acer laptop on EMI in Bajaj finserv, But When I see the detail digital cpp telebinding EMI 588/- activities.
Which is activited without my permission..
I am not acceptable to pay this cpp charges...

Cancellation of CPP Liv Assist and Max Health Insurance plan applied on Bajaj Finance personal loan

I recently took one personal loan from bajaj finance in loan account no. : 436PTTHH212867. To this loan account, they added a CPP Liv Assist insurance plan in policy no. IL3408191 and Max BUPA Health insurance plan in Policy no.[protected]. I received few sms i can able to cancel these plans within 15 days of start date I contacted CPP's and Bajaj's Customer care to cancel these two plans but i'm not getting any proper response. Collection agent verbal abuse and harassment

My registered mobile number with Bajaj was [protected]. I had a personal loan with Bajaj with Rs 4, 30000 I paid each and every emi even though im suffering from covid related stress.

But I missed a single payment for th month of August and requested them to pay by next month of September due to financial distress.

They started abusing over phone and reached my house directly and started abusing all my family...

Request for refund of rs 7530/-

However, i have no need of cpp plan and health policy. Therefore, as i am still in free look period, kindly cancel my cpp plan and health policy and refund me my money back....

Uninformed & Hidden Charges

I have been charged Rs 4999 as a credit vidya fee while i have opted for Flexi Loan. I was never told about the charges and nobody from Bajaj is really helping into this. The only thing they are saying is you have to pay this. Why i have to pay for something which is not required? In total they have charged
Rs 4999 as flexi fee
Rs 4999 as credit vidya fee
Rs 3274 Processing fee and
