I had taken a bike on 18th October 2021. He is not even 1 year old. And his front wheel got damaged.

Bajaj finserv is crossing their limits. They are calling me regularly and sending me more than 10 messages per day. Yesterday i was in a meeting and i got a call from them. I declined the call but they jeep calling me again and again like a psychopath. Please do something about this. Stop them Please.

A CPP Tele Binding loan was activated by Bajaj Finserv without my affirmation.I request to shut this loan as soon as possible and also initiate a refund against the same.

Dear Team,

I am getting calls everyday by bajaj finserv for new schemes and pre-approved offer. I also get calls on sundays on holidays for the same. Since last more than couple of months, i have asked to put DND status in front of my name, but still calls are keep on coming and when ask for DND, they behave rudly and say “you will not get call from now”. This is pathetic system and full of data sharing. The case is of vadodara branch.

Please take strict action against it as this complaint is of so many people.

Unable to cancel order from Bajaj Finserv EMI store, even after emailing and going to one of Bajaj Finservs Office in person . We have placed an order by mistake . We canceled the order when asked for confirmation, yet the order has been confirmed and we are unable to cancel the order.

Hello Bajaj,

I already cleared my outstanding home loan and it's been 1 month. I did not receive any update from Bajaj Fin serv, even I tried to call the Bajaj, most of the customer care no's are fake and they are asking money ... really pathetic, process worsens, when I'm calling to customer care No's ask for no objection letter and when I am asking the when I can I get the original documents

no proper response,

Currently, I am facing a big issue, I sell my flat to one of the buyers he paid 15% of the amount I used for medical emergencies. since it is one month I don't have information on when Bajaj will respond and when will receive the original documents. the buyer starts asking money 15% of what he paid and he is given the time till the end of July 2021.

I don't have money and I don't know, how to proceed further

Hi, My loan Emi deducted twice this month via ECS, 1st it deducted on 2nd July Amount is Rs.1334 and Rs.1667 and then it got deducted o 15 July again with same amount.

I have a got call from bajaj finserv executive, no. is [protected] name sunil saxena. and soni sharma [protected] they offered me loan of 10 lakh rupees against bharti axa life ins.
maine pand n adhar details di after verfication i got call from direct bhartri axa insurance and they declined that they are not providing any kind of poilicy . the number which is called to me are totally fraud and when i said no for policy the fraud girl abusing me and get hypered. Lol cce never be hypered and proffesinal executive kabhi gawar jaise baatv nahi karte.
please do something for this type of fraudsters.

Though the loan amount was repaid two years ago and obtained NOC still deducting Rs 117 annually as cmp mandate debit.

I got a call from number([protected]) and loan offer for inr600000 which I had applied for on their website, I was asked to pay 40300 in parts for loan processing, After I paid them the requisite money, the loan amount was not passed demanding more money.

I had bought a phone on EMI card provide by Bajaj finserv
on 28 /12/2019
However Since I was unemployed from feb Last two payments were made late Cause even if I had money in my account these people even after telling them to deduct they wont. its their own fault cause I told them to deduct payment, Last bpayment was in december 30th of 5788, and the agaent told me that the fine was waived off, and he closed the payment. but even after that Bajaj guys kept calling me sayig I did not pay the emi and I thought this might be scam I kept ignoring untill yesterday when they deducted a charge of 970 from account . Please look into it, the customer service wont return my calls. it was a no interest emi, ut I ended up paying 36288 when bill was only for 34999, they have my bankdetails and they are deducting money anytime they want

Purse from bike one year.but engine is compliant.show is not respected.

I have nothing to do with Bajaj Finance but on 12 JULY 2021 Rs.117/- was debited from my bank account, bank statement says it's 'CMP mandate debit charges'.

Why this money is debited by Bajaj company. Need refund of debited amount.

On 12th July 2021, I received a message from South India Bank that Bajaj debit of Rs 1180 happened.

Attached is the screenshot .
Money got deducted without any prior information.

I had never did any transaction from bajaj whose emi is 1180, which means it is a fraud from Bajaj bank.

Could you please refund my money back to account.

Without my permission an auto debit of 117 happened on my HDFC savings account saying " ALERT: Your A/c xx4780 has been debited for Rs.117 on 13th July 2021 through Debit mandate towards BAJAJ FINEMI-BF170518_[protected]."
As per as I remember I used to have active consumer loan long long ago like at least three years ago
